라이프스타일 기반 다학제적 청년층 1인 가구의 주거 환경 선호 및 요구 분석 (A Study on the Residential Environment Preference and Needs of the Multi-academic Young Single Family Based on Life Style)

  • 최근 우리나라 1인가구의 비중은 점차 증가하고 있으며 이는 2035년에 들어서는 34.6%로 증가할 것이라 예측되며 이들 중, 우리나라 높은 주택가격으로 인하여 청년층 1인가구는 더 많은 어려움에 직면하고 있다. 정부에서는 청년 주거지원을 확대실시하여, 공공지원 임대주택과 민간 청년임대주택, 청년 기숙사 공급 등 다양한 정부정책을 펼쳐 나가고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 다른 연령대와 라이프스타일이 다른 청년층 1인가구의 정확한 주거요구를 파악하여 향후 보급될 청년 주택 계획 방향을 위한 기초자료를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위한 연구방법은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 문헌고찰을 통해 청년층 1인가구의 현황과 특성을 파악하였다. 둘째, 청년층의 라이프스타일과 주거선호 관련 선행연구 고찰을 통하여 청년층 1인가구의 주거환경 선호 및 요구에 대한 조사도구를 구성하였다. 셋째, 청년층 1인가구의 라이프스타일을 바탕으로 한 공간사용특성과 평면구성 선호 및 요구, 실내디자인 선호에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 조사는 2018년 12월에서 2019년 1월 초까지 학생과 직장인을 포함한 20세에서 39세 사이의 청년층 1인 가구 150명을 대상으로 SNS를 이용한 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. (1) 공간사용특성을 살펴본 결과, 작은 면적인 청년 1인 주거에서 침실과 거실이 기본적 기능 외 다양한 생활이 이루어지는 장소로 계획시 이에 대한 추가적 고려가 필요함을 파악하였다. (2) 평면구성 선호 및 요구를 살펴본 결과, 별도의 침실과 거실 공간 확보를 요구하며, 다양한 활동이 이루어지는 거실공간에 대한 확장요구와 침실공간의 드레스룸 등의 수납 추가 요구가 있음을 알 수 있었다. (3) 실내디자인 선호를 살펴본 결과, 모던스타일과 대표적 컬러인 무채색계열 색채를 선호함을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 주거공간에 일반적으로 사용되는 마감재료를 선호하며, 조명은 간접조명 및 벽면을 이용한 은은한 조명을 선호함을 알 수 있었다. 또한 청년층 내에서도 라이프스타일 특성에 따른 학생과 직장인의 차별적 실내디자인 선호 특성을 살펴볼 수 있었다. 향후 실제 공공임대주택의 사례분석과 사용자 범위확대를 통하여 실질적인 주거환경니즈와 계획방안 제안을 위한 연구가 필요하다.

  • Silicone rubber is being used for the housing material of outdoor high voltage insulators such as composite insulator, bushing, surge arrestor and cable terminator because of good tracking and erosion resistance, good hydrophobicity and recovery of hydrophobicity, and chemical stability. In this paper, tracking and erosion resistance of silicone rubber having fluids and different ATH contents were examined. Fluids were selected under the consideration of their molecular weight and chemical structure, expecting the high migration rate, the good pollutant encapsulation, and the long period with good hydrophobicity. Good tracking and erosion resistance and arc resistance have been achieved for the silicone rubber above ATH content 130 phr.

  • Recently, HIPS(High Impact Polystyrene) materials are spot-lighted as office equipment, home electronics, electronics appliances housing, packing containers, etc. But its using are occur to problem caused by fatigue fracture. However, its strength is larged affected by environmental conditions. So, in this paper it tried to analyze the effect of temperature by tensile test and fatigue test. It was observed that yield strength and ultimate strength, fatigue life of same stress decreased relatively with increase temperature. Further, this paper predict S-N curve using the result of tensile test and micro vickers hardness test. For this purpose, the management in the engineering department is able to design the fatigue life of HIPS(HR-1360) materials.

새집증후군에 대한 아파트 거주자의 자각증상 및 반응 연구 (Perceived Sick Building Syndrome of Residents and their Responses in Newly Built Apartments)

  • As number of new housing construction has been growing, the increasing number of people experiencing from Sick Building Syndrome (SBS) is distinct. The purpose of this study is to examine the symptoms reported by residents responses to cope with the syndrome and to investigate their environmental characteristics considered relevant to the syndrome. Respondents were housewives living in apartments and were more likely to stay at home. 170 data were collected by both web-based internet survey and conventional questionnaire survey. The findings revealed that the symptom appeared very diverse and composite. The most common symptom was eye irritation. Among diverse coping behaviors, ventilation was most popular.

철도역세권개발(鐵道驛勢圈開發) 제도(制度)의 문제점(問題點)과 개선방안(改善方案) (Improvement of the System in Railroad Station-areas Development)

  • The development of station districts is mainly categorized into 4 types. The first one is the composite development of the railroad station-areas. The second is the re-development of the direct station districts. The third is the rearrangement of the indirect station districts. And the fourth is the development of the new station districts for newly constructed railroad routes. Among these, this study aims to focus on the problems and methods of improvement in the development of the railroad station-areas, since there is not much problem with the implementation of the city development project, housing site development project or city rearrangement project for the direct or indirect station districts.

  • Polymeric composite insulators have been in use for outdoor insulation. However, our knowledge about their long-term performance in a outdoor environment is still very limited. Especially, these insulator are subjected to the environmental stress such as ultraviolet radiation. Hence, in this paper. the influence of UV radiation on the aging of the shed materials was evaluated. For the aging evaluation, these insulators studied by experiment methods such as contact angle measurement. oxidation induced time. SEM/EDX, FTRI-ATR, tracking test for the different insulator samples. With the increased UV exposure time, samples are shown to exhibit degradation comparable to those of new ones

중부형민가와 비교를 통한 제천지역 민가의 평면특성에 관한 조사연구 (A Study on the Characteristic of the Folk Houses' Plans compared with Central Region's ones in Che-chun City)

  • After 18th century in Korea, a tendency of the traditional folk houses shows not only the typical types but also the cultural areas in terms of each regional part. The existing folk houses are selected in order to compare the characteristic of the plans with those of the central region in Korea. Moreover this region has been a collided zone of culture and military from the old period of the Three Kingdoms, because the district of Che-chun is located between the southern part and the central one. So its culture and housing plan showed as unique forms, so-called the Culture of Frontier and Composite. Consequently the purposes of this study are to grasp the characteristic of those plans and to compare the plan types with ones of the central region. For the attainment of the above goal, this investigated study is prosecuted by means of the existing 6-folk houses in Che-chun city.

  • A city development has been focused on solving a housing shortage of city resulted from rapid industrialization and population increase in city. However, such a development has caused many problems in environment, economy, safety, and so on. In recent, therefore, a new paradigm of a city development is required, and thus ubiquitous city (U-City) concept appears. U-City development, which combines construction method and IT technique, creates a new composite space, and help people improve quality of life in terms of solving many problems caused by existing method of a city development. However, there is no guide to build U-City up to date, and most present U-City projects have processed following past method of city development. Therefore, an objective of this paper is to suggest an explicit procedure of enforcement design in U-City system.

개발부담금 개편을 위한 표준개발비용 적용방안 연구 (A Study on the Measures for Applying Standard Development Cost for the Revision of Development Charge System)

  • 개발부담금 제도는 1989년 개발이익을 환수하기 위해 도입되었으나 현재까지 20여차례 개정되는 등 많은 변화를 겪었다. 이처럼 빈번한 개정이 이루어진 주요한 이유는 개발부담금 부과를 위한 개발비용에 대한 정의 및 산정이 복잡하고 불분명하여 관련 주체 간 갈등이 발생하였기 때문으로 이를 최소화할 수 있는 개발비용 산정방식의 간소화가 시급히 필요하다. 본 연구는 최근 "개발이익환수에 관한 법률" 개정에 따라 일정면적 이하 사업에 대해 단위면적당 표준비용을 적용함에 있어 합리적이고 객관적인 적용방안 도출을 위해 다양한 지역별 사업유형별 적용방안의 차이를 통계적으로 검증하고 정책적 시사점을 제시하였다. 분석자료로는 최근 3개년간 전국 시군구에서 부과한 개발부담금 및 개발비용 관련 전수조사 자료 9,362건을 활용하였다. 분석결과 수도권/비수도권별로 구분하는 방식이 유의미한 차이를 발생하였고 집단 간 구분도 명확하게 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 개발부담금 제도를 합리적으로 개편하여 사회갈등을 최소화시키면서도 토지공개념 실현에 기여할 것으로 예상된다.

루마니아 도시에서의 장소애착, 거주성 평가, 만족도 간에 상관성 연구 (Evaluating the Relationship between Place Attachment, Residential Evaluations and Satisfaction in a Medium-sized Romanian City)

  • The present research aimed at researching the relationships among place attachment, residential evaluations and satisfaction in a medium-sized post-communist Romanian city. Studies on post-communist cities are scarce and this research tried to fill that gap. This research is part of a government project that intended to significantly reform three medium-sized cities in the Western part of Romania and transform the urban space. Since the three of them are relatively small-sized and close spatially, the project intends to undertake massive reforms of the communications and services of the three cities. In this article, we report findings on the city of Hunedoara. A representative random sample was selected, and a total of 384 people were interviewed, with an overall reliability of the sample of 95%. The instruments used to gather the data were the Neighbourhood Perceived Environmental Quality Scale and a composite measure of place attachment was also included. The structure of each scale was checked using exploratory factor analysis. We tested alternative causal models using structural equations modelling. Our model showed a good fit to the data and explains satisfaction in the city adequately. Results show that satisfaction is directly predicted by the general evaluation of the city and by residential privacy. Residential noise and place attachment influence satisfaction indirectly. The results are discussed and some policy recommendations are formulated.
