A bird is needed efficient conservation through habitat management, as the representative of an organism to evaluate the steady of complex ecosystem. So, this study will offer the useful basic data for preserving habitat from now on, as presenting a estimating model with the GIS program which selected factors effecting the habitat of a forest-dwelling bird in Changwon. As the resort of the survey, the number of forest-dwelling birds living in the 135 survey sites were 5 order, 15 family, 26 species and 922 individual. Also, as the result of making habitat analysis into a predict model, 'NDVI', 'Distance to valley', 'Distance to mixed forest' and 'Area of field' were significant and they had R-squares of 51.3%. Next, as the resort of researching the accuracy of Model, it was a reasonable prediction, as the correlation coefficient is 0.735 and MAPE is 20.7%, and a predict map of habitat was made with the model. This map could predict species diversity of no investigated areas and could be an useful basic data for preserving habitat, as an on-the-spot survey.
Recently, prestressed concrete(PSC) bridge structures with many repetitive spans have been widely constructed using the segmental construction method in many countries. In these segmentally constructed PSC bridges, there exist many construction joints which is required coupling of tendons or overlapping of tendons to introduce continuous prestress through several spans of bridges. The purpose of this paper is to investigate in detail the complicated stress distributions around the tendon coupled joints in prestressed concrete girders. To this end, a comprehensive experimental program has been set up and a series of specimens have been tested to identify the effects of tendon coupling. The present study indicates that the longitudinal and transverse stress distributions of PSC girders with tendon couplers are quite different from those of PSC girders without tendon couplers. It is seen that the longitudinal compressive stresses introduced by prestressing are greatly reduced around coupled joints according to tendon coupling ratios. The large reduction of compressive stresses around the coupled joints may cause deleterious cracking problems in PSC girder bridges due to tensile stresses arising from live loads, shrinkage and temperature effects. The analysis results by finite element method correlate very well with test results observed complex strain distributions of tendon coupled members. It is expected that the results of this paper will provide a good basis for realistic design guideline around tendon coupled joints in PSC girder bridges.
It was conducted to investigate effects of the group art-therapy for abused children with depressed, anxiety, negative self image. The subjects were 4 children at OOcity OOgroup home. They lived at group home for 4years 5months with any treatment. Group art therapy had been conducted once a week from Sept. 2013 through Aug. 2014. There were 48sessions and each session lasted 60 minute. To verify the effects of Group art therapy(art activity, works & contents), researchers recorded the subjects' emotional reactions, attitudes, behaviors with the therapeutic purpose in each session and measured CDI, STAIC(TAIC, SAIC), Self-IQYA Korean version Inventory for validity. Pre test(Aug. 2013) & post-test(Aug. 2014) were executed. To do a sum of test reliability, the SPSS 21.0 program is used. The results were: firstly, abused children expressed their emotional state in the works, they changed behaviors and improved relations with friends. Secondly, the score of depression & anxiety in the post_test was lower than in pre_test. Thirdly, the score of self-image in the post_test was higher than in pre_test. Depression & anxiety were reduced and self image changed positively. Exactly, they reduced impulsive act and maintained friendly relationships. Fosterer understood well the children so she would reduce difficulty.
The purpose of this study is to estimate the nutrient intakes and food habits among preschool children in Kyungjoo city. The subjects were 210 preschool children, aged 4 - 6 years. Measurements of the weight, height, chest circumference, and head circumference of the children were conducted. And general home environment and factors related to eating habits for preschool children were collected using a questionnaire that included information about family income, parents' education and occupations. The average weight-length index (WLI) for the subjects was $103.9\%$. Using the WLI, $20.0\%$ of the preschool children were underweight, $48.6\%$ were normal, $19.0\%$ were overweight, and $12.3\%$ were obese. On the R$\ddot{o}$hrer index, $13.8\%$ of the preschool children were underweight, $38.5\%$ were normal, and $47.7\%$ were over weight or obese. The average daily intake ($\%$ of RDA) of energy and each nutrient was 1323.5 kcal ($81.3\%$), Ca 484.3 mg ($80.7\%$), Fe 7.05 mg ($88.1\%$), vitamin A 420.0 RE ($105\%$), vitamin $B_{2}$ 0.76 mg ($95.0\%$), vitamin $B_{2}$ 0.87 mg ($87.0\%$), and vitamin C 53.1 mg ($106.2\%$) , respectively. In particular, older subjects had lower intake in RDA $%$ of calcium and iron. The energy intake ratio from snacks was much higher than the recommended level of the preschool children. With regard to frequency of regularity of breakfast, $1.9\%$ of preschool children skipped every morning and $7.6\%$ of the children skipped more than 5 per week. With regard to the intake frequency of vegetables, fruits, complex carbohydrates, and milk, $13.3\%$, $19.9\%$, $22.8\%$, and $41.8\%$ of the children ate more than 5 times per week. The eating habit score was positively correlated (r = 0.18, P < 0.05) with household income. This study suggests that nutrition education to increase fruit and vegetable consumption for preschool children should be emphasized. Also a nutrition education program is needed to enhance consuming calcium and iron intake for adequate growth.

This study purposed on introducing a new automated solution for detecting railway tracks and reconstructing track models from the mobile laser scanning data. The proposed solution completes following procedures; the study initiated with detecting a potential railway region, called Region Of Interest (ROI), and approximating the orientation of railway track trajectory with the raw data. At next, the knowledge-based detection of railway tracks was performed for localizing track candidates in the first strip. In here, a strip -referring the local track search region- is generated in the orthogonal direction to the orientation of track trajectory. Lastly, an initial track model generated over the candidate points, which were detected by GMM-EM (Gaussian Mixture Model-Expectation & Maximization) -based clustering strip- wisely grows to capture all track points of interest and thus converted into geometric track model in the tracking by detection framework. Therefore, the proposed railway track tracking process includes following key features; it is able to reduce the complexity in detecting track points by using a hypothetical track model. Also, it enhances the efficiency of track modeling process by simultaneously capturing track points and modeling tracks that resulted in the minimization of data processing time and cost. The proposed method was developed using the C++ program language and was evaluated by the LiDAR data, which was acquired from MMS over an urban railway track area with a complex railway scene as well.
The purpose of this study was to identify factors associated with falls among older adults. This cross-sectional study used the data of 10,272 older adults who participating in the Korean Elderly survey, including demographic and health related characteristics. The data were analyzed with complex samples in SPSS ver. 23.0. The results of multiple logistic regression analysis showed that age (OR=1.262, 95%CI 1.111-1.433), education (OR=0.846, 95%CI 0.764-0.937), subjective health status (OR=1.172, 95% CI 1.041-1.320; OR=1.422, 95%CI 1.289-1.570), number of chronic illness (OR=1.438, 95%CI 1.050-1.968), number of medications (OR=0.798, 95%CI 0.659-0.967), muscle strength of low extremities (OR=1.260, 95%CI 1.101-1.441), and fear of falling (OR=3.576, 95%CI 3.166-4.039; OR=14.236, 95%CI 12.637-16.038)were significantly associated with fall accidents in the elderly. Thus, it is necessary to develop fall prevention program to reduce fear of falling and improve health status in the elderly.

Gas hydrates are ice-like compounds that form at the low temperature and high pressure conditions common in shallow marine sediments at water depths greater than 300-500 m when concentrations of methane and other hydrocarbon gases exceed saturation. Estimates of the total mass of methane carbon that resides in this reservoir vary widely. While there is general agreement that gas hydrate is a significant component of the global near-surface carbon budget, there is considerable controversy about whether it has the potential to be a major source of fossil fuel in the future and whether periods of global climate change in the past can be attributed to destabilization of this reservoir. Also essentially unknown is the interaction between gas hydrate and the subsurface biosphere. ODP Leg 204 was designed to address these questions by determining the distribution, amount and rate of formation of gas hydrate within an accretionary ridge and adjacent basin and the sources of gas for forming hydrate. Additional objectives included identification of geologic proxies for past gas hydrate occurrence and calibration of remote sensing techniques to quantify the in situ amount of gas hydrate that can be used to improve estimates where no boreholes exist. Leg 204 also provided an opportunity to test several new techniques for sampling, preserving and measuring gas hydrates. During ODP Leg 204, nine sites were drilled and cored on southern Hydrate Ridge, a topographic high in the accretionary complex of the Cascadia subduction zone, located approximately 80km west of Newport, Oregon. Previous studies of southern Hydrate Ridge had documented the presence of seafloor gas vents, outcrops of massive gas hydrate, and a pinnacle' of authigenic carbonate near the summit. Deep-towed sidescan data show an approximately $300\times500m$ area of relatively high acoustic backscatter that indicates the extent of seafloor venting. Elsewhere on southern Hydrate Ridge, the seafloor is covered with low reflectivity sediment, but the presence of a regional bottom-simulating seismic reflection (BSR) suggests that gas hydrate is widespread. The sites that were drilled and cored during ODP Leg 204 can be grouped into three end-member environments basedon the seismic data. Sites 1244 through 1247 characterize the flanks of southern Hydrate Ridge. Sites 1248-1250 characterize the summit in the region of active seafloor venting. Sites 1251 and 1252 characterize the slope basin east of Hydrate Ridge, which is a region of rapid sedimentation, in contrast to the erosional environment of Hydrate Ridge. Site 1252 was located on the flank of a secondary anticline and is the only site where no BSR is observed.
The prediction of temperature in the workings for the propriety examination for the development of a deep coal bed and the ventilation design is fairly important. It is quite demanding to obtain precise thermal conductivity of rock due to the variety and the complexity of the rock types contiguous to the coal bed. Therefore, to estimate the thermal conductivity corresponding to this geological situation and complex gallery conditions, a computing program which is TemPredict, is developed in this study. It employs Artificial Neural Network and calculates the climatic conditions in galleries. This advanced neural network is based upon the Back-Propagation Algorithm and composed of the input layers that are acceptant of the physical and geological factors of the coal bed and the hidden layers each of which has the 5 and 3 neurons. To verify TemPredict, the calculated result is compared with the measured one at the entrance of -300 ML 9X of Jang-sung production department, Jang-sung Coal Mine. The difference between the results calculated by TemPredict ($25.65^{\circ}C$) and measured ($25.7^{\circ}C$) is only $0.05^{\circ}C$, which is less than the allowable error 5%. The result has more than 95% of very high reliability. The temperature prediction for the main carriage gallery 9X in -425 ML under construction when it is completed is made. Its result is $28.2^{\circ}C$. In the future, it would contribute to the ventilation design for the mine and the underground structures.
The present study examined the effects of the complexity of the 3D models on the results of acoustic simulation which is the predominant tool of the acoustical design of buildings. Also, the effects of the 3D model on the auralized sounds were investigated. In order to carry out the study, four 3D models with different levels of complexity were introduced for a real auditorium which have different numbers of surfaces in the persuit of the guidance of odeon room acoustic software. The set-up of models was also based on the level of transition order of the program. And the acoustic experiments were performed measuring room acoustic parameters including SPL, RT, C80, D50. Acoustic computer simulations were performed using four different models. Then, the results of the computer modeling were compared with the measured acoustical parameters. In addition, sound sources were recorded in the field and auralized sounds were made in convolution with the impulse source made from acoustic modeling. Then, subjective tests were undertaken using auralized sounds. As the results, it was found that the result of the acoustic simulation were closer to the real room acoustic properties when 3D model was more particularly made. For the subjective test, the listening materials were acknowledged as similar with the real sound source when more complex 3D model was used. Then, it could be concluded that the complexity of the 3D model affects the results of the acoustic modeling as well as subjective tests.
This study examined the condition of an educational discourse, relating the concept of creativity, culture, culture-centered, and critical thinking, to explore Culture-based Art Education(CBAE). In particular, art education practice was examined using interpretations of creativity and critical theory positions from the field of education. Discourse analysis was used as the research method to contextually situate and analyze the ways in which art education theory and practice of creativity and of critical studies encoded meanings. The study helped build an understanding that creativity was formed as a modernist discourse in the humanistic stance. In education, creativity became the fundamental concern for progressive educators who pursued innate ability of individuals. The way to enhance creative potential of students was to induce their motive, as was the same case in art education, while in artist training, free expression was its main method. In this way, as creativity was intimately connected with the concept of expression, in art education art making is the only course for enhancing creativity. However, because creative process cannot intelligently be regarded as logically distinct from the creative product, and creativity can only be said by product, it seems valid to think that creativity is the quality not to be achieved by teaching. Furthermore, its emphasis on art making resulted in unbalance of art making and art appreciation in art education. It was the late sixties when several alternatives for creative education were made their appearance. Critical studies in art adopted critical theory as its theoretical background has developed as an alternative of creative art education, when research and theory for creativity could not be adequate to deal with the problem of practice. Critical theory is a broad and diverse field of theory and practice drawing on aspects of the modernist perspective of the later Frankfurt School, feminism, Freirean pedagogy, postcolonial discourse as well as postmodernism to construct a practical approach to education. It is very this eclectic nature to provide the mosaic that need to experience cultures from different perspectives in a pluralistic society. Because one's personality is formed by multiple aspects of culture which is very complex and is made up of what we do and value, creativity cannot make part of educational discourse with the philosophy of culture centered. On the other hand, critical studies, as a school art program of critical theory, can perform the role of CBAE, because it would have to deal with the investigation of social and cultural issues form multiple personal, local, national, and global perspectives.
