The requirements for automated handing of business process and its monitoring usually have a proprietary form for each enterprise. Unlike the conventional database transaction, business process takes long time for its completion and incorporates very complex handling logics along with business situations. Since those handling logics are frequently changing in accordance with the business policies or environment, enterprises want to integrally capture the whole business semantics while monitoring those process instances. In this paper, we adopted GMA(Grid Monitoring Architecture) for the integrated monitoring of business processes. The GMA(Grid Monitoring Architecture) is a very scalable architecture to effectively monitor and manage monitoring information under the heterogeneous environment. By introducing complex event handling features into GMA to support various processing logics, we could implement a system that enables automated execution and high-level monitoring of business processes.
Degree of noise by personal dental laboratory working process and degree of noise by complex dental laboratory working process were measured separtely. The time of exposure to noise greater than 70dB was analyzed. Then, the whole degree of noise in dental laboratory was estimated on the basis of afore-mentioned information. Questionaire were employed to investigate the mental, emotional and physiological effects of noise in dental technicians, The purpose of this study was to provide basic information on keeping dental techneicans who are exposed to noise pollution in good working condition and good health. Results obtained are as follows ; 1. Polishing process in each working part showed high degree of noise greater than 70dB in terms of degree of noise by personal working. 2. Degree of noise by complex working process in each working part was greater than that of personal working process. 3. Time of exposure to noise complex working process the part of porcelain 150min, partial denture 120 min, crown and bridge 100 min, full denture 80 min. 4. Degree of noise by time in dental laboratory was 80dB in general for polishing process and below 75dB for waxing process. 5. Effects of noise on mental and emotional state of dental technicians showed that they felt irritated every day(14%), irritated once in a while(29%) and easily ger mad(19%). 6. Effects of noise on heart and stomach were hyper-gastric acid(38%), gastric ulcer(11%), gastritis(5%), deuodenal ulcer(3%) and weak heart function(32%). 7. Effects of noise in the hearing ability were weak(39%), moderate(33%) and normal(14%) Data presented in this study demonstrated that noise in the dental laboratory exerts profound effect on dental technicians mentally, physiologically and emotionally, in light of the above results, therefore, it appears advisable to devots substantial on the management of working condition and put further(continuing) efforts in the investigation for reducing noise problem.

With recent advances in materials and products, materials processing experiences new challenges. More particles and polymers in material side and thinner and faster deformations in processing side. It happens in most emergying industries such as manufacturing of batteries, solar cells, multi-layer chips, displays, printed electronics, to list a few. In most cases, they are manufactured by coating or printing process, which is defined as a process in which gas is replaced by liquid on a substrate. In this sense, casting, inkjet printing, and roll-to-roll printing are all included. The printing process consists of three unit processes. As the materials used in the above mentioned applications typically contain a large amount of particles with polymers and solvents, they continuously change microstructures during preparation, flow, and even drying. However, little is known about the flow characteristics of such complex fluids and less is known about how to design and control the process. Therefore, for better control of the process and for better quality of the product, we need to understand the flow characteristics of these complex fluids under extremely fast flow environment.
The Systems Engineering, as a methodology for engineering and management of today's ever-growing complex system, is a comprehensive and iterative problem-solving process. The process centers on the analysis and management of the stakeholders'needs throughout the entire Life-cycle of a system and searches for an optimized system architecture. There are many essential needs and requirements to be met when a system development task is carried out. Systems Engineering Management PLan(SEMP), as a specification for system development process, must be established to satisfy constraints and requirements of stakeholders successfully and to prevent cost overrun and schedule delay. The paper suggests a systematic SEMP development process and demonstrates a data model and schema for computer-aided systems engineering software, RDD-100, for use in the development and management of SEMP These are being applied to the systems engineering technology development task for the next-generation high-speed railway systems in progress.

Fundamental studies at the CSIRO division of Wool technology and ICI on the diffusion of dyes into wool〔1,2〕have let to development of a new approach to wool dyeing. In this method, the cell membrane complex of wool is modified before dyeing by treatment under mildly alkaline conditions with a special chemicals. Wool pretreated with ethoxylated quaternary ammonium salt has an increased rate of dyebath exhaustion and dye penetration early in the dyeing cycle. This enables the treated material to be dyed below the boil for a similar time to the conventional cycle. This technique can be used on untreated and shrinkresist-treated wool and wool/nylon blends. In addition to good macro-levelness and excellent coverage of tippiness, the low temperature dyeing process give higher exhaustion levels of dyestuffs and insect-resist agent and hence cleaner effluent liquors, compared with conventional dyeing process. Low Temperature Dyeing process cause significantly less fiber damage than conventional way. The reduction in damage is reflected in improved processing performance of the dyed wool.

Cryogenic LNG(Liquefied Natural Gas) which is stored in the cylindrical storage tanks of $100,000m^{3}$ has very complex flow phenomena and the changes of thermal properties with exterior conditions and operation mdoes. These complex thermofluid behaviors are affected by the storage, exterior conditions of LNG, design specifications and heat transfer characteristics of tanks, Also, those have influence on the stable storage and supply of LNG in the storage tanks. Thus this study performed the analysis on the 2-D heat transfer of the tank with exterior conditions, on the Cool Down Process in order to cool down the LNG Storage Tank at the initial normal state, and on the Filling Process considered for incoming and rising of LNG. The analysis on the Mixing LNG Storage was studied too. At last, the visualized program on the complex thermofluidodynamic analysis was developed on the basis of the above analyses. The development of this program becomes to be used to the basic design of the commercial tanks as well as to assure technical skill of the analysis on the thermal stability of the stored LNG in the LNG Storage Tank.

It is recognized that guaranteeing the interoperability of defense complex systems(SoS: System of Systems, FoS: Family of Systems) provides an information advantage, which is one of the essential factors for determining an warfighting advantage. This study presents the defense KIP(Key Interface Profile) process for improving interoperability of defense complex systems. The KIP process is to develop key interface profiles based on the key interfaces which are identified through the analysis of architecture. The KIP developed can be leveraged to manage the interfaces of complex systems. We verify the effectiveness of the proposed KIP process through a case study based on the systems of counter-fire operation.
The yoke, a component of conventional motor-driven power steering system, often contains welding defects from its manufacturing process. To eliminate these defects, the precision cold forging process has been tried. In this study, the double-action complex forging has been used to manufacture a torsion joint yoke. The backward extrusion proved faster than the forward extrusion in forging of the product. The double-action complex forging process utilized an upper die composed of a punch, a punch guide, a disc spring and a coil spring. The forged material pushes up the punch guide, and then the disc spring and the coil spring balances the backward extrusion force. Consequently, the flow of material was essentially in the forward direction, resulting in a successful forging operation. The forging load of Al 6061-T6 was higher than that of the automotive structural hot rolled plate.

Optimum design for general or complex structures are required to the need of many numbers of structural analyses. However, current computational environment with single processor is not capable of generating a high-level efficiency in structural analysis and design process for complex structures. In this paper, a virtual parallel computing system communicated by an internet of personal computers and workstation is constructed. In addition, a routine executing Pro/E, ANSYS and optimization algorithm automatically are adopted in the distributed process technique of sequential approximate optimization for the purpose of enhancing the flexibility of application to general structures. By employing the distributed processing technique during structural analysis using commercial application, total calculation time could be reduced, which will enhance the applicability of the proposed technique to the general complex structures.
It is most important in small signal stability analysis of large scale power systems to compute only the dominant eigenvalues selectively with numerical stability and efficiency. Hessenberg process is numerically very stable and identifies the largest eigenvalues in magnitude. Hence, transformed system matrix must be used with the process. Inverse transformation with complex shift provides high selectivity centered on the shift, but does not possess the desired property of computing the dominant mode first. Thus, advantage of high selectivity of the transformation can be fully utilized only when the complex shift is given close to the dominant eigenvalues. In this paper, complex shift is determined by Fourier transforming the results of dynamic simulation with PTI's PSS/E transient simulation program. The convergence in Hessenberg process is accelerated using the iterative scheme. Overall, a numerically stable and very efficient small signal stability program is obtained. The stability and efficiency of the program has been validated against New England 10-machines 39-bus system and KEPCO system.
