Objectives : The purpose of this study was to investigate the clinical application of Korean Traditional treatment to Jeon-zeong(癲證) with Chronic hypertrophic rhinitis. Methods : In this case, a 25 years old male patient has suffered by schizophrenia for 2 years and by Chronic rhinitis for 9 months. During 171 days, we treated the patient with Korean Traditional treatment. Specially blood-Letting therapy helped the patient to decrease the auditory hallucination, catalepsy and retardation as well as the snuffles. Results : After treatment. the chief complain and accompanying symptoms were subsided and improved. And Personal and social performance scale was increased. Conclusions : According to this study, Korean Traditional treatment such as Blood-Letting therapy, acupuncture and heb-medication is effective for the cure of Jeon-zeong(癲證) with Chronic hypertrophic rhinitis.

Osteochondroma, known as osteocartilaginous exostosis, is most common benign bone tumor. The pyriform sinus are extremely rare involved, and there are a few cases reported. Most patients complain of foreign body sensation, and histologic diagnosis can confirm the disease. Treatment is by surgical excision. This should give complete resolution and there were rare recurrences with good prognosis. We experienced a osteochondroma of the priform sinus presenting as a submucosal mass. We report the case with a review of literatures.

Schizophrenia is a chronic, currently incurable, and devastating syndrome. Although sleep disturbances are not primary symptoms of schizophrenia, they are important aspects of schizophrenia. Difficulties initiating or maintaining sleep are frequently encountered in patients with schizophrenia. Many schizophrenics report low subjective sleep quality. Measured by polysomnography, increased sleep latency as well as reduced total sleep time, sleep efficiency, slow wave sleep, and rapid eye movement sleep latency (REM latency), are found in most patients with schizophrenia and appear to be an important aspect of the pathophysiology of this disorder. Some literatures suggest that worsening sleep quality precedes schizophrenic exacerbations. Co-morbid sleep disorders such as obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) and restless legs syndrome (RLS), and sleep-disrupting behaviors associated with schizophrenia may lead to sleep disturbances. Clinicians should screen the patient with sleep complaints for primary sleep disorders like OSA and RLS, and carefully evaluate sleep hygiene behaviors of all patients with schizophrenia who complain of sleep disturbances.

The most valuable site of laser treatment is analgesic effect and fast healing process. If we understand an use this advantage correctly, it will helpful in relationship with patients and hospital management. So this study reported clinical cases about laser used in esthetic treatment with literature review. Periodontal treatment using laser was taken for patient who complain about gingival swelling during orthodontic treatment. And, esthetic plastic treatment using laser for alveoar reduction was taken for patient who complained about esthetic problem of maxillary gingiva. The treatment using laser can shorten the inconvenience and complicated treatment process and minimize patient's fear and discomfort during treatment procedure. So patients and clinicians can expect competent result in clinical cases. The laser for esthetic treatment was valuable.

Branchial cleft fistula is one of the most common congenital neck masses. Most of the branchial cleft fistula patients complain of reucrrent neck infection or abscesses even with appropriate previous treatment. The traditional treatment of these patients was agreed to be a complete surgical removal of whole fistula tract with infection control. However this surgical treatment has risks of injuring important major vessels o. nerves adjacent to the track and difficulties in dealing with previous recurrent infections and scars of previous procedures such as drainage or incomplete surgical excision. Today, obliteration of internal opening with chemical or electrical cauterization has been introduced as a new way of treating branchial anomaly with a less invasive procedure. In this article, we reports 5 cases of branchial anomalies treated with TCA(trichloroacetic acid) chemical cauterization.

Recently, IAQ(indoor air quality) is one of the greatest problems in our modern societies. Although research for IAQ is made rapid progress but microorganism concentration is much to be desired. So we have examined a variety of department store, subway station, underground shopping center, kindergartens, library etc. where people complain about the indoor air quality. The microorganism concentration of indoor air was investigated in this study and the average of total microorganisms was measured. The experimental results show that the ministry of Environment recommendation value (800 $CFU/m^3$)is in need of revision in the naer future.

In this paper, we introduce automatic meter reading system for tap water. The system is composed of automatic meter, router using RF and CDMA network, and data server. This system will easily extend to fire detect, gas, and electric charge meter system. In addition, this system will be used to monitoring a water leak and human which live in solitude. Proposed system is installed at Gimhae-City and Gijang-gun. As a result of the automatic meter reading system for tap water, The leak of water and complain of user is decreased. But The building cost is still an obstacle to expand into entire city.

The patient in this case, 38 years-old female was adimitted for 8 days(2001. 7. 16 ${\sim}$ 2001. 7. 23). Her chief complain was lumbago, shoulder pain, headache, palpitation, general body weakness, insomnia, whole body heating and dyspnea. we diagnosed this patient as hyperthyroidism with originated from yinhuhwawang(陰虛火旺) and bigihu(脾氣虛). we treated this hyperthroidism patient with herbal medicine(Chonglijagamtang-gamibang(淸離滋坎湯加味方), bojungikgitang-gamibang(補中益氣湯加味方)), Acupunture, Moxa, etc. after oriental treatment during 8 days, pain(shoulder pain, headache, lumbago, whole body pain) was decreased and the symptoms were all diminished. in the days to come, we need to study further study about the superiority of Oriental Medicine healing a hyperthyroidism patient.

In clinical practice, Psoriasis is commomly difficult to be completely cured that only repeats improvement and to be worsen. We experienced one case of Psoriasis patient who had had generalized expoliative Psoriasis for more than one year. After hospitalization treatment of ten days and outpatient treatment of three months, he's chief complain improved continuously and there was not worsen sign any more. So, He could return to his usual life, We still did't know the mechanism that Saengkankunbi-Tang brought his improvement by, but we think that more case studies are necessary focusing on damp-heat because of much drinking for long time and years of duration of skin disease.

As e-commerce is expanding rapidly, the consumer's damage in the e-commerce is also dramatically increased. This research was mainly focused on the consumer's damage experiences through the e-commerce, the consumer's behavior's when they were confronted with troubles, and the way to handle their damages in the e-commerce. Main findings are as follows. 1) More than $90\%$ of respondents answered that they had experienced troubles at least once out of 49 troubles listed in the questionnaire. 2) Most consumers did complain their damages actively and tried to obtain proper cure from the seller. 3) Normally, they were used to adjust their purchasing behaviors to avoid the problems rather than actively taking advantage of the official authorities or private consumer organizations to solve the problems.
