Independent innovation is the key factor to enhance competitiveness in China auto industry. This article is based on current status analysis of China auto industry independent innovation and it points out the problems and causes that exist in the independent innovation process. It also proposes policy and suggestions to accelerate cultivation of independent innovation in China auto industry.

According to the OECD/NEA estimates, nuclear power plants (NPPs), whether with a large reactor or with small modular reactors (SMRs), are competitive with many other electricity generation technologies in a significant number of cases, one of the exceptions being natural gas in the USA with the current level of prices. However, SMRs have particular features and requirements setting conditions for their deployment. This paper presents the preliminary analysis by OECD/NEA of the economics, opportunities, and market for small nuclear reactors.

We have examined and analyzed the status of policy, R&D investments, patents and market share of medical imaging technologies for major countries including Korea, the United States, Japan and European Union. ]Korea is mostly inferior compared to the others in priority of industrial policy, R&D investment, research manpower, number of patents, technological level and world market share. However, Korea can recover competitiveness, if there are intensive government supports for this technology.

We have examined and analyzed the status of policy, R＆D investments, patents and market share of physiological signal measurement technologies for major countries including Korea, the United States, European Union and Japan. Korea is generally inferior to the others in terms of priority of industrial policy, R＆D investment, number of patents, technological level and world market share. However, Korea could recover competitiveness, with intensive government supports for this technology.

In this paper, we implemented technology assessment on the public R＆D activities in IT field in order to select the promising technologies, so called "star technology," making for national industry development. Technology assessment frame in this study included qualitative factors. IT technologies are classified five sector - network, wireless/broadcasting, SW/application/computer/terminal equipment, semiconductor/component. Expert opinion interviews on each field are carried out. Assessment factors consist of technology usefulness and technology competitiveness. In the final analysis, 23 technology items selected as a promising technologies and the results can be used public R＆D planning and If industry policy.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the concept and cultivating planning of leading company in digital contents industry to promote industrial competitiveness of Korea. Analysis of this study focuses on concept of leading company in digital contents industry through the delphi method. And in addition, we propose the cultivating planning through the value chain method and AHP method. Finally, this study presents the various implication and policy planning.

The ideology of space development can be classified into three types: national security, scientific inquiry, and commercialism. Korea and Japan have influenced the space development innovation system by different proportions. In the rhetoric analysis of Kim Young Sam, Kim Dae Jung, Roh Moo Hyun, and President Lee Myung Bak, the periods when Korea's space development began in earnest, the pragmatism (commercialism) of strengthening industrial competitiveness through space development has been consistently emphasized. But it also maintains national security and scientific inquiry as ancillary.

In this study, the market growth potential for the construction sector and the company's ease of entry were analyzed by using construction scale and risk data among global insight data. The survey was conducted in 74 countries. The purpose is to provide basic data whose result can be used as policy-based data for the overseas construction industry.

Domestic architect office from a period of high growth from the 1970s to the '80s has been established as some of the large corporations or publicly traded corporation. 1997 IMF has pointed out there is a lot of need for improvement activities in accordance with the construction recession since the 2008 global financial crisis. In order to address these causes, the company's continuous efficient operation for accurate efficiency and competitiveness analysis was required. Leverage financial ratio indicators Study Using Data Envelopment Analysis Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) model, how to find a benchmark for the improvement of the efficiency of inefficient enterprises in various sectors being. In this study, a comparison of the conventional DEA model and the DEA-AR model is used to analyze the efficiency and domestic architect office is to improve the management efficiency.
