The purpose of this study was to understand the influence of the level of social emotional competence of college students on their achievement emotion, life satisfaction, and academic achievement. To this end, a survey was conducted with 301 college students in the Busan and Gyeongnam areas of Korea in 2019. The students were divided into high, medium, and low levels according to social emotional competence. Then, on the basis of these divisions, their achievement emotion, life satisfaction, and academic achievement were compared with oneway ANOVA. The results indicated that students with high social emotional competence had higher average scores in positive achievement emotion: enthusiasm, hope, and pride; lower average scores in negative achievement emotion: anger, anxiety, shame, frustration, and boredom; and higher average scores in life satisfaction, and academic achievement compared to the group with middle and low social emotional competence. Based on the results, this article discusses considerations and recommendations for follow-on studies. It also highlights the need for social emotional competence education in Korea against the backdrop of intense pressure on students to perform well academically and a culture where emotion is not freely expressed.

The study analyzed the result of a survey on educational programs after the provision of professional development education in textile-based industries, with the aim of suggesting a method of evaluating professional development education, by shedding new light on the educational contents and environment required by industries and on the components required to strengthen competence based on an evaluation of the outcomes of such educational programs. Methods of analysis included frequency & average analysis, ANOVA and portfolio analysis, and a questionnaire containing seven questions on satisfaction with 'educational contents,' six questions on satisfaction with 'educational environment,' three questions on educational effect and questions on overall satisfaction with education was used as an analysis tool. Data used in the analysis was obtained through a survey of the attendants of lectures given from January 2014 to September 2014, and the respondents included 30 persons enrolled in CEO courses, 167 persons enrolled in employment courses and 101 persons enrolled in employment & start-up business courses. The results of the research are as follows. 1. Looking at frequency distribution by educational course, it was shown, from highest to lowest, to be Incumbent Courses (167 persons, 56%), Employment & Start-up Courses (101 persons, 33.9%) and CEO Courses (30 persons, 10.1%). Looking at average analysis by question, the value of most questions on Employment & Start-up Courses turned out to be lower than Employment Courses and CEO Courses. 2. Through a variance analysis on questions related to educational courses (Employment & Start-up Course, Incumbent Course & CEO Course) and post-verification, it turned out that Employment Course is in the same group as the CEO Course in most questions, and that Employment & Start-up Course was a separate group. 3. Overall satisfaction with education turned out to be as high, at 4.1 out of 5. 4. Through a portfolio analysis on educational courses, it was found that 'Overall Satisfaction with Educational Contents,' 'Usefulness of Educational Contents,' 'Overall Satisfaction with Educational Environment' and 'Quality and Ability of Instructors' were included in areas of recommendation.

본 연구는 부산항 국제 선용품 공급업의 경쟁력을 도모하기 위한 일환으로서 정보화 역량을 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 구체적으로는 최근 추진되고 있는 선용품 공급업체의 종합정보관리시스템의 성공적인 도입과 정착을 위한 선결과제로서 정보화 역량을 분석하고자 한다. 이러한 과정을 통해 종합정보관리시스템을 수용하고 활용하는데 필요한 당사자들의 정보화 역량을 실증적으로 파악하여 종합정보시스템 구축과 더불어 추진되어야 할 몇 가지 과제를 제안하고자 한다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해, 국가직무능력표준을 바탕으로 평가기준을 수립하였으며, 중요도-수행도 분석(Importance-Performance Analysis)기법을 활용하였다. 실제 기업을 대상으로 조사 자료를 수집하여 분석한 결과, 정보화 역량이 전반적으로 취약한 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 정보처리능력이 다른 영역에 비해 매우 취약하다는 점을 발견할 수 있었다. 따라서, 종합정보관리시스템의 성공적인 도입을 위해서는 정보화 재교육 프로그램과 전담 지원조직을 구성하는 것이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

본 연구의 목적은 요양병원 간호사의 의사소통능력, 직무스트레스가 이직의도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고, 의사소통능력, 직무스트레스 이직의도의 관계에 감성지능의 조절 효과를 검증하는 서술적 조사연구이다. 요양병원 간호사 240명을 대상으로 2018년 2월 1일부터 28일까지 이루어졌다. 자료분석방법은 IBM SPSS Win 20.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA. 상관관계, 단계적 다중 회귀분석과 조절효과는 위계적 다중 회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 이직의도는 의사소통능력과 직무스트레스에 따라 높게 나타났다. 이직의도는 직무스트레스와 양의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며 이직의도에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인은 급여만족도, 직무스트레스, 연령으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 토대로 요양병원 간호사의 이직의도를 줄이기 위해서는 임상특성을 반영한 체계적인 프로그램 개발과 교육이 필요하다.

최근 코로나19로 인한 언텍트 시대를 맞아 비대면 소통이 일상화되었고, 온라인상에서의 소통역량이 매우 중요한 역량으로 대두되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 사회의 변화와 요구를 반영하여 종합적이고 체계적인 디지털 리터러시 측정도구를 개발하고자 기존 디지털 리터러시 측정도구들을 유형화하여 구성 변인들을 도출하였다. 각 변인의 개념에 부합하는 34개 문항을 개발하였으며, 디지털 네이티브 세대에 해당하는 대학생을 대상으로 설문한 후 탐색적, 확증적 요인분석을 통해 신뢰도와 타당도 등을 확인하여 5개 하위요인, 25개 문항으로 디지털 리터러시 측정도구를 최종 확정하였다. 이후 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하여 디지털 리터러시 하위 요인들의 예측 타당성을 검증하였다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 시사점과 후속 연구에 대한 제언을 논의하였다.

본 연구 목적은 사서교사 역량을 재정의하고, 역량 우선순위를 분석하여 사서교사 양성 및 재교육에 대한 시사점을 도출하는 데 있다. 본 연구를 위하여 사서교사를 대상으로 AHP를 활용한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 사서교사들은 직무의 상위 계층 영역 중 정보 전문가, 교사, 경영자, 협력적 리더 순으로 우선순위를 인식하고 있었다. 하위 계층별로는, 장서개발·관리·보존, 교수·학습 매체 제작, 정보서비스, 도서관협력수업, 도서관활용수업, 콘텐츠 큐레이션의 우선순위가 높게 나타났다. 특히, 학교도서관에서는 교육과정을 지원하기 위해 장서를 개발하고 정보 자원을 제공하는 것이 중요한 역량으로 조사되었다. 이에 온·오프라인 장서를 효과적으로 관리하고 학교도서관 자원을 활용하여 다양한 교수 매체 제작 및 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 역량 함양이 필요하다는 점을 고찰했다. 이를 바탕으로 사서교사 양성 및 재교육에 대한 시사점을 발견할 수 있었다.

Purpose: The incidence of chronic diseases is increasing and the age of onset is decreasing in South Korea. Healthy eating habits to prevent chronic diseases are established in adolescence. This study verified the identified factors and dynamics that affect diet self-assessment for sustainable adolescent health and the prevention of chronic diseases. Methods: Data were collected from 492 middle and high school students in South Korea from June to July 2018, and the participants answered a questionnaire on dietary safety management competency for sustainable health. Results: The healthy dietary self-assessment scores of overweight/obese adolescents and adolescents who perceived their health as normal were significantly lower than those of other groups. Factor analysis verified the validity of the items that comprised each study area before a multiple regression analysis was used to investigate the factors affecting healthy dietary self-assessment. Sweet and salty diets, anxiety, food and nutrition knowledge, weight management knowledge, stress management, exercise, basic eating habits, and healthy eating habits significantly affected healthy dietary assessment among adolescents. A higher perception of one's health indicated a higher healthy dietary self-assessment, dietary safety knowledge, and health management practice scores (p < 0.01). Factors like healthy dietary self-assessment, food and nutrition knowledge, and weight management knowledge appear to have a significant correlation with other identified factors, except overeating. The adolescents' awareness, knowledge, and dietary safety practices influenced healthy dietary self-assessment, which can prevent chronic diseases and achieve sustainable health. Conclusion: This study illustrated how the adolescents' awareness, knowledge, and practices of dietary safety influenced their healthy diet self-assessment. The results indicate that diet-based health management competency education relative to the adolescents' self-perception and weight levels should be implemented.

본 연구는 부조종사 자격증명 (MPL) 제도 도입을 위한 시범운영 로드맵에 관한 연구로서, MPL 제도의 국내 도입은 기존의 조종사 자격제도와는 다른 역량 (Competency) 기반의 신개념 조종인력 양성 및 자격제도로서 새로운 조종사 교육 및 자격제도이다. 따라서 MPL 제도의 국내 도입은 초기 규정 확보, 훈련사업자 또는 교육생 확보 등의 제반 사항 준비 및 훈련 인프라 구축이 어려울 수 있으므로 MPL 제도의 성공적인 도입을 위해서는 시범운영에 필요한 로드맵이 매우 중요하다. 국내 항공시장에서 MPL 제도가 검증된 훈련프로그램 및 자격체계를 확보하기 위해서는 정부와 항공업계 구성원이 공동으로 참여하여 MPL 훈련프로그램 과정의 점검, 평가 및 개선사항의 도출해내는 국내 비행 환경에 적합한 MPL 제도의 시범운영 로드맵의 중요성을 강조하고자 한다.

성취평가제 도입에 따라 교사들이 이에 부합하는 평가 문항을 제작하는 능력의 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 본 연구는 예비 물리 교사들의 학생평가 전문성 신장을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하기 위해 예비 물리 교사들이 제작한 형성 평가 문항을 살펴보았다. 물리교육학과 2학년에 재학 중인 17명의 예비교사들이 이 연구에 참여하였다. 이 연구를 위해 우리는 예비교사들에게 형성 평가도구로써 선다형 물리 개념 문항을 제작하게 하고 예비교사들이 제작한 문항을 서로 검토하는 과정을 관찰하였다. 예비교사들은 5시간의 검토 과정을 통해 그들의 문항을 수정해 갔으며 16명의 예비교사들이 최종 완성된 문항을 제출하였다. 연구 결과, 예비교사들은 다소 낮은 수행 능력을 보였다. 문항을 제작하고 검토함에 있어 예비교사들은 다양한 관점을 가지지 못하였으며 대부분이 학생들이 가진 개념에 가한 정보를 얻는 것을 고려하지 않았다. 이러한 연구결과는 예비교사들이 문항 제작에 있어 어려움이 있음을 나타내 주고 성취평가제 도입의 성공적인 정착을 위해 예비교사들의 학생평가 전문성 신장을 위한 특별한 방안이 필요함을 보여준다.

중소·중견기업을 대상으로 하는 정부의 스마트 팩토리 추진 사업에 따라서 전국에 10,000개 이상의 지능형 공장이 구축 완료 또는 구축 예정으로 되어 있고 정부주도로 2022년까지 10만명의 전문 인력 육성을 목표로 하고 있다. 스마트 팩토리는 자동화된 제조현장에 효율적 자원관리 체계와 ICT 기술이 융합되는 형태로 각 지방 정부와 일부 대학, 공공단체 소속 훈련기관등이 중심이 되어 공급자 입장에서 수많은 종류의 교육훈련 과정을 소개하고 있으나 산업계 직업훈련의 표준이라고 할 수 있는 NCS와는 연계성이 부족한 상태로 그 방향성과 적정성은 재고의 여지가 있어 보인다. K 대학의 일학습병행제에 참여 중인 수도권과 충남권 학습기업을 대상으로 스마트 팩토리 도입 희망 여부와 수요를 파악하고 직무 매칭을 통하여 기업 내에서 스마트 팩토리 기술 도입의 창구 역할을 하게 될 실무자를 정의하여 커리어 패스를 감안한 육성목표를 설정하고 스마트 팩토리를 도입 및 운영에 적정한 훈련 필수능력단위와 선택능력단위의 수준, 훈련 시간을 포함하는 NCS 기반 자격 설계 안을 제시하고자 한다.
