In recent years, visual design has become an emerging industry that creates production value in various countries, and visual design teachers have become a key factor affecting the development of designers and even the trend of the design industry. Therefore, the requirements for the ability of visual design teachers have become particularly important. This study takes the visual communication teachers in colleges and universities as the research object. Focus on the composition of competencies that teachers have when performing their duties. First of all, through document sorting, it is based on the five aspects of knowledge ability, teaching ability, practical ability, management ability and professional ethics. A Likert scale questionnaire was developed on the evaluation of visual design teachers' competencies by interviewing 10 visual design industry experts and conducting two Delphi method interviews. This research refers to the relevant literatures such as curriculum research and teaching objective research of design major, and discusses the evaluation standards of visual design teachers' abilities in colleges and universities. Expert interviews have sorted out 12 criteria and 36 sub-criteria about visual design teachers' abilities, and verified their rationality through expert return visits. The establishment of this evaluation standard provides a certain theoretical basis for visual design teachers' ability evaluation and self-cognition.

The era of digital transformation is rapidly emerging in industries and academia, including finance and logistics, and the consulting market for digital transformation is also growing. According to previous studies, the need for digital transformation is also mentioned in consulting institutions. In this process, the role of consultants should be changed according to the times, and customer relationship management and attitude toward customers are emphasized. However, consulting research has the point that research on this has not been studied in depth. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to develop an element of attitude focusing on consultant attitudes in the field of digital transformation. As a result of research using literature analysis and modified Delphi techniques, 'customer orientation', achievement orientation', professional dignity', 'maintenance of expertise', and 'ethics' were found to be key attitude factors. This study is meaningful in that consultant attitude elements in the digital transformation field were explored and developed by verifying content validity, and consultants in the digital transformation field can recognize the importance of attitude and use it as a basic tool for capacity improvement.

An educational outcome cohort has been established at Keimyung University School of Medicine to help make educational policy decisions and improve educational programs based on data. The purpose of the educational outcome cohort is to support educational policy decisions for achieving graduation outcomes smoothly and to accomplish the intended human resources development of the university through objective analyses and regular monitoring, providing continuous feedback. The data collected for the educational outcome cohort include the student identifications of freshmen, entrance exam scores, premedical and medical school grades, titles and forms of student academic research, the results of psychological testing, scholarship recipient lists, volunteer clubs, and so forth. The data are collected using an information utilization agreement approved by the Institutional Review Board, and the collected data are encrypted and stored on a dedicated computer for enhanced personal information security. Proposals to access and utilize the educational outcome cohort data must be discussed and approved by the Educational Outcome Cohort Committee, which decides on the scope and method of utilization. The collected and managed educational outcome cohort data have been used to develop comparative programs to improve students' competency and to support admission policy decisions through an analysis of the characteristics and performance of medical school students. The establishment and utilization of the educational outcome cohort will play an important role in determining the School of Medicine's educational policies and suggesting new directions for educational policies in the future.

The development of AI technology has brought about a big change in our lives. As AI's influence grows from life to society to the economy, the importance of education on AI and data is also growing. In particular, the OECD Education Research Report and various domestic information and curriculum studies address data literacy and present it as an essential competency. Looking at domestic and international studies, one can see that the definition of data literacy differs in its specific content and scope from researchers to researchers. Thus, the definition of major research related to data literacy was analyzed from various angles and derived from various angles. In key studies, Word2vec natural language processing methods, along with word frequency analysis used to define data literacy, are used to analyze semantic similarities and nominate them based on content elements of curriculum research to derive the definition of 'understanding and using data to process information'. Based on the definition of data literacy derived from this study, we hope that the contents will be revised and supplemented, and more research will be conducted to provide a good foundation for educational research that develops students' future capabilities.

This study investigated the characteristics of pre-service elementary teachers' TPACK in science lesson planning using VR/AR content based on epistemic network analysis (ENA). Seven TPACK coding elements were derived inductively based on the existing TPACK framework. Then, the pre-service elementary teachers' discourse in science lesson planning was coded according to the seven TPACK coding elements and analyzed using the ENA Web Tool. The discourses of the two groups were analyzed and compared, and the differences between the two groups, which the researchers analyzed qualitatively, were clearly shown on the ENA graph. Based on these findings, the researchers argued that the ENA method is a useful research tool for analyzing the complex interactions of technology knowledge (TK), content knowledge (CK), and pedagogical knowledge (PK), which is different from previous TPACK research. Also, the researchers discussed the implications for the TPACK competency development of pre-service teachers by comparing the characteristics of the two groups' discourse.

This study is a study on theoretical considerations on industrial design data in the era of data economy. This study aims to illuminate the value of industrial design data, interpret the meaning of the transition from design management to the design data era, and highlight the importance of literacy to interpret data for designers. The scope of research approaches the R&D capability dimension of a company to explore the industrial value of design. It limits the scope of research from an industrial point of view rather than the humanistic basis and aesthetic value of design. As a result of the study, it was found that the value of industrial design data is not in ex post evaluation, but in customer-oriented market prediction, and that the design industry data-led strategy is important. The key point is that the industrial design data issues of large companies and SMEs are different, the direction of industrial design data should be to support customer-centered decision making in the product/service development of companies, and the core competency is the amount of data or tools and technologies to handle it. No, it should be in data literals. Lastly, if the use of industrial design data is to be strengthened, management of the public level rather than the personal level of data management should be preceded.

This study evaluates Core Competences of Librarianship announced at the congress of American Library Association on January 27th, 2009. For this study, we trained 17 librarians working at academic library, and find out each importance, major intention, required subjects regarding 8 scopes and 40 detailed qualifications indicated Core Competences of Librarianship through survey. The result of this study is that importance order of 8 scopes is organization of recorded knowledge and information, foundations of the profession, reference and user services, and importance order of major intention is foundations of the profession, research, reference and user services respectively. Importance order of required subjects for nurturing Core Competences of Librarianship is library management, information service, and introduction to library and information science, library and information policy, research methods for librarianship, and library automation respectively.

The purpose of this study is to develop a model for information literacy instruction far a university library. It surveyed and analyzed Information Literacy Competency Standards and four Information Problem-Solving Process Models. Through the investigation, this study found out the crucial six elements of information literacy instruction. It includes 1) Information need; 2) Information source; 3) Information seeking; 4) Information evaluation; 5) Information use; and 6) Information ethics. Based on the analysis of the information literacy tutorial of 3 university libraries in the States and Australia, special concerns were paid on investigating the contents of instruction programs. This study proposed the model of information literacy instruction of the university library as a result. It consists of eight steps such as 1) Guide of library facility; 2) Information ecology-the flow of academic information; 3) Information needs-Define the topic; 4) Determine the information sources; 5) Plan the search strategy; 6) Search information; 7) Evaluate Information; and 8) style manual. It is suggested to develop and to improve the information literacy instruction programs in university libraries.

Recently, the intercultural approach, which aims to resolve social conflicts in multicultural societies through cultural encounters and dialogue, has been actively discussed. Intercultural education aims to foster smooth relationships and improve communication skills through interactions among various cultural groups. Analysis of previous studies has revealed the need for research on intercultural civic education programs targeted at adults. Therefore, this study was designed to develop an intercultural citizenship education program and to analyze its effects. For the study, previous research on interculturalism, intercultural citizenship education, and intercultural citizenship education programs was comprehensively analyzed. The developed intercultural citizenship education program was categorized into five major themes: understanding oneself and others, racism and hate speech, overcoming conflict and discrimination, breaking away from prejudice and stereotypes, and the future of our country. Subsequently, the program was implemented with 64 total second-year middle school students, 37 in the experimental group, and 27 in the control group, at an accredited lifelong educational institution in M City, South Jeolla Province. To analyze the effects of the education, an intercultural competency scale was used. The results showed that the intercultural citizenship education program for adult students was effective in conflict management, respect, communication, and reflection competencies, all at a statistically significant level. Finally, the authors compared the study results with previous research and discussed the findings. Findings indicated the necessity of enhancing multicultural citizenship awareness among adults and expanding teacher training in intercultural education. The program effectively improved intercultural competence among adult students, highlighting the importance of tailored educational content and active participation in discussions. Future research should ensure a balanced gender ratio among participants.

Teachers' ability to notice is a crucial indicator of their instructional expertise. Despite the significance of this ability, research in mathematics teacher education has predominantly focused on the noticing of preservice teachers, with limited exploration into the noticing abilities of experienced in-service teachers. This study addresses this gap by examining the noticing characteristics of in-service elementary teachers actively developing their competency in elementary mathematics education. For this purpose, 23 elementary school teachers were asked to complete an analysis sheet while viewing the mathematics lesson video depicting on the concept of (fraction)÷(natural number), allowing us to scrutinize their attending, interpreting, and responding skills in detail. The study's results revealed that teachers demonstrated a tendency to attend mathematically significant aspects related to the teaching of fraction division. They interpreted the observed phenomena through the lens of fraction division's instructional principles, proposing specific pedagogical alternatives. These findings offer valuable insights for mathematics teacher education research.
