온도 보상기능을 갖는 내장형RC OSCILLATOR 설계 (Design of an Embedded RC Oscillator With the Temperature Compensation Circuit)

  • 본 논문에서는 시스템의 클럭을 안정적으로 공급하는 집적화 한 내장형 RC oscillator의 구현에 관한 논문이다. 기존의 RC oscillator는 온도에 따라 주파수변화가 약 15%정도 변화가 있는데 이는 온도에 따른 저항값의 변화와 schmit trigger의 기준전압이 온도에 따라 변화하기 때문이다. 본 연구에서는 온도에 따른 주파수 변화를 최소화하는 방법으로 CMOS bandgap과 온도에 따른 전류의 변화를 이용하였다. CMOS bandgap으로 기준 전압을 얻고 온도에 따라 증가하는 전류원과 온도에 따라 감소 하는 전류원을 서로 합하면 온도에 따라 일정한 전류를 얻어 주파수의 변화를 약 3%이내로 유지하는 회로를 제안한다.

피드포워드 마찰 보상을 이용한 서보 시스템의 위치 제어 (Position Control of Servo Systems Using Feed-Forward Friction Compensation)

  • Friction is an important factor for precise position tracking control of servo systems. Servo systems with highly nonlinear friction are sensitive to the variation of operating condition. To overcome this problem, we use the LuGre friction model which can consider dynamic characteristics of friction. The LuGre friction model is used as a feed-forward compensator to improve tracking performance of servo systems. The parameters of the LuGre friction model are identified through experiments. The experimental result shows that the tracking performance of servo systems with higherly nonlinear friction can be improved by using feed-forward friction compensation.

  • In this paper, 3-phase hybrid series active power filter for compensate current harmonics, voltage drop and unbalanced voltage in the network presented. The proposed system is implemented with a space vector modulation voltage source inverter and a high pass filter connected in parallel to the power system. Here the load is six-pulses thyristor rectifier. The phase angle detected in order to generation reference voltage at load terminal is synchronized with the positive sequence component of the unbalanced source by using symmetrical component transformation. The proposed system has an function harmonic isolation between source and load, voltage regulation, and unbalance compensation. Therefore, what the power system is improved quality, the source current is maintained as a nearly sinusoidal waveform and the load voltage is regulated with a rated voltage regardless of the source variation condition. To verify the validity of the proposed compensating system, the computer simulation and experiment are carried out.

  • This paper presents a novel power-factor correction method using customer STATCOM which generally improves the power quality of electric customers. Customer STATCOM detects the reactive currents of a induction motor(IM) and so injects compensation currents which is in 180$^{\circ}$ phase with load currents that the reactive power of IM is compensated. In particular, the paper proposes the general compensation current references in the synchronous coordinate system and makes converter output voltages using space-vector PWM. The compensation effect of customer STATCOM is confirmed through the simulation according to the operation condition of an induction motor (at no load and full load).

  • This paper estimates the capacity of shunt type active power filters(APF) for harmonic/reactive power compensation with a thyristor converter load. The base capacity requirement of APF is defined for idealized converter load current waveform and the effect of commutation overlap on the APF capacity is examined. The APF capacity required for reactive power compensation in addition to the harmonic elimination is estimated to give maximum achievable power factor for various operating condition of the partially-loaded thyristor converter. The method of current limit of APF is introduced, and it is shown that the APF capacity can be considerably reduced by deliberately limiting the peak current while maintaining the filtering performance to meet the level std 519 regulation.

목초의 생산성에 미치는 차광의 영향 (Influence of Shading on the Productivity of Grasses and Legumes)

  • Four foreign pasture cultivars such as Lotus corniculatus cv. Maitland, Trifolium pratense cv. Deben, Lolium perenne cv. $S_{23}$ and .Dactylis glomerata cv. $S_{26}$ were tested with "Kwisan" series, a common upland soil in Southern part of Korea. The cultivars in single or mixture were grown in pot with two levels of light intensity, i.e. a full sun light condition and 50% interception. Dry matter yield of top and root and their seasonal changes, the number of tillers or branches per plant and finally competative effects of mixtures were evaluated by estimating the expected yield, relative yield totals and compensation index. The results are summarized as follows: 1. Maitland showed a significant decrease in dry matter yield in shade condition, but the number of branches of Maitland was higher than those of Deben. 2. Maitland showed higher dry matter yield than Deben during the mid-summer period, while $S_{23}$, showed higher dry matter yield than $S_{26}$ during early season. 3. Mixtures of $S_{23}$ and Maitland, and $S_{26}$ and Deben gave better response to grasses by increasing the number of tillers in shade condition. 4. Combinations of Lotus corniculatus cv. Maitland and Dactylis glomerata cv. $S_{26}$ and Trifolium pratense cv. Deben and Dactylis glomerata cv. $S_{26}$ gave higher relative yield totals and higher compensation index, which envisages that the pasture establishment rates can be enhanced when those mixtures were sown by the oversowing method in the upland soil where phosphate level is very low and infertile in general.n general.

다면재활프로그램이 산업재해근로자의 다차원 심리상태, 역량강화, 직업복귀준비 및 작업능력에 미치는 효과 (Effect of Multifaceted Intervention Program on Multi-Dimensional Psychologic Condition, Empowerment, Work Readiness, and Functional Capacity in Industrially Injured Workers)

  • 본 연구는 다면재활프로그램이 산업재해근로자의 다차원 심리 변화와 역량강화, 직업복귀준비 및 작업능력에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 2017년 3월부터 9월까지 경남 창원에 위치하는 C병원에 입원한 산업재해근로자 12명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 다면재활프로그램으로는 주 2회 2시간씩 8주 동안 희망찾기프로그램과 주 5회 3~4시간씩 8주 동안 작업능력강화프로그램을 병행 실시하였다. 이 때 중재효과를 검증하기 위해서 다차원 심리검사, 역량강화척도, 직업복귀준비도 및 작업능력평가를 실시하여 윌콕슨부호순위검정으로 전 후 검사 결과를 비교하였다. 그 결과, 다차원 심리검사에서 불안, 우울, 신체화, 사회적 지지에서 유의하게 향상된 반면(p<.05), 분노에서는 유의한 차이가 없었다(p>.05). 역량강화척도와 직업복귀준비도에서는 유의미한 차이가 있었다(p<.05). 작업능력평가에서는 바닥에서 허리높이로 들기, 허리에서 어깨높이로 들기, 바닥에서 어깨높이로 들기, 옮기기, 밀기 및 당기기에서 모두 유의한 차이가 있었다(p<.05). 본 연구는 사회심리적 요소와 신체적 측면을 함께 고려한 다면재활프로그램이 산업재해근로자의 직업복귀에 있어서 다차원 심리의 긍정적인 변화, 역량강화, 직업복귀준비 및 작업능력에 효과적임을 알 수 있었고 직업재활의 효과적인 방법임을 제안한다.

세 가지 드리프트 보정 기법을 이용한 단기 센서 드리프트 보정 (Short term Sensor's Drift Compensation by using Three Drift Correction Techniques)

  • The ideal chemical sensor must show the similar result under the same condition for accurate measurement of gases regardless of time. However, the actual responses of chemical sensors have been shown the lacks of repeatability and reproducibility because of the drift which has been caused by aging and pollution of the sensor and the environment change such as temperature and humidity. If the problems are not properly taken into considerations, the stability and reliability of the system using chemical sensors would be decreased. In this paper, we analyzed the sensor's drift and applied the three different compensation methods(DWT( Discrete Wavelets Transform), Baseline Manipulation, Internal Normalization) for reducing the effects of the drift in order to improve the stability and the reliability of short term of the chemical sensors. And in order to compare the results of the methods, the standard deviation was used as a criterion. The sensor drift was analyzed by a trend line graph. We applied the three methods to the successive data measured for three days and compared the results. As a result of comparison, the standard deviation of DWT showed lowest value. (Before compensation: 7.1219, DWT: 1.3644, Baseline Manipulation: 2.5209, Internal Normalization: 3.1425).

변수화된 영상 보정을 통한 전방향 영상 생성 방법 (Omni-directional Image Generation Algorithm with Parametric Image Compensation)

  • 본 논문에서는 변수화된 영상 보정을 통한 전방향 영상 (Omni-directional image) 생성 방법을 제안한다. 제안한 방법은 모든 방향의 영상을 포함하고 영상 합성 시에 발생하는 왜곡과 에러를 최소화하는 전방향 영상을 생성하기 위해, 원형 좌표계를 기반으로 평면 영상을 원형 영상으로 변환한다. 카메라로 획득한 각각의 영상은 카메라의 시스템과 외부 환경 조건에 따라 발생하는 비그네이팅 효과와 조명 변화를 포함하고 있으므로, 최적의 비그네이팅 및 조명 변수를 추출하여 자연스러운 전방향 영상 생성을 위한 영상 보정 과정을 수행한다. 실험 결과에서는 제안한 방법에 따라 생성된 전방향 영상을 확인하고 비그네이팅 효과 및 조명 변화를 고려하지 않은 방법과 제안한 방법의 성능을 비교, 분석하여 제안한 방법이 $1{\sim}4dB$ 정도 더 효과적임을 보인다.

리니어 모터를 이용한 척킹 컴플라이언스 보상 (Chucking Compliance Compensation by Using Linear Motor)

  • This paper introduces a compensating system for machining error, which is resulted from chucking with separated jaws. In machining the chucked cylindrical workpiece, the deterioration of machining accuracy, such as out-of-roundness is inevitable due to the variation of the radial compliance of the chuck workpiece system which is caused by the position of jaws with respect to the direction of the applied force. To compensate the chucking compliance induced error, firstly roundness profile of workpiece due to chucking compliance after machining needs to be predicted. Then using this predicted profile, the compensated tool feed trajectory can be generated. And by synchronizing the cutting tool feed system with workpiece rotation, the chucking compliance induced error can be compensated. To satisfy the condition that the cutting tool feed system must provide high speed and high position accuracy, brushless linear DC motor is used. In this study, firstly through the force-deflection experiment in workpiece chucked lathe, the variation of radial compliance of chuck workpiece system is obtained. Secondly using the mathematical equation and cutting experiment result, the predicted profile of workpiece and its compensation tool trajectory are generated. Thirdly the configuration of compensation system using linear motor is introduced, and to improve the system performance, PID controller is designed. Finally the tracking performance of system is examined by experiment. Through the real cutting experiment, roundness is significantly improved.
