Five isolates of Belonolaimus longicaudatus collected from different geographical locations and hosts in southeastern United Stated were tested to determine their host specificity and reproductive compatibility. Both the Georgia and Lake Alfred isolates reproduced well on cotton, bermudagrass, and citrus. On the other hand, the North Carolina and Gainesville isolates reproduced poorly on all crops. The Hastings isolate reproduced well on cotton and potato. The Lake Alfred and Hastings isolates showed greater host specificity to their original host of citrus and potato, respectively. Except for the Hastings isolate, all isolates reproduced poorly on potato, which clearly differentiated the Hastings isolate from others (P>0.05). Hybridization test presented reproductive compatibility among five different isolates of B. longicaudatus by generating F$_1$ offspring. The Gainesville males showed comparatively poor ability to fertilize other females and generated a lower number of offspring. In contrast, the North Carolina males were attracted by all the other isolates of sting nematode, and produced the highest number of juveniles.

This paper is concerned with figuring out a scheme to facilitate UML utilization through examining the factors which affect the intention to use UML. For this, we conducted a survey of those factors among software engineers in IT service companies. In order to examine the factors affecting the intention to use UML, we developed a model by combining the Technology Acceptance Model and the Innovation Attributes Theory, which have been proved to explain well about the acceptance of new technologies and services. Statistical analysis shows that the subjective norm which is one of social factors has significant influence on the career consequences, and also on the compatibility when the result of UML utilization is demonstrable. The career consequences, the compatibility and the ease of use are found to have significant influence on the usefulness perception of UML utilization, implying that the recognition that one's future career can be affected in the long term by UML utilization is important in shaping how one perceives the usefulness along with the compatibility with one's current task type and the ease of use. The usefulness and the compatibility are evaluated to be the factors that have significant influences on the intention to use UML.

Purpose - This study intended to investigate ways to influence on the Chinese female consumers' use of mobile payment services. For this purpose, this research investigated the relationships among security and compatibility of the mobile payment service, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use, psychological benefit, and intention to use mobile payment. Research design, data, and methodology - This research developed a structural equation model in which the usefulness, the ease of use, and the psychological benefit are predictors and the intention to use is a dependent variable. Data were collected from China female in Jiangsu and Shandong province. Results - Empirical results showed that the security and the compatibility had a positive influence on the usefulness and the ease of use. The usefulness and the ease of use influenced on the psychological benefit respectively and the psychological benefit had a positive influence on the intention to use. Conclusions - This research contributed to the mobile payment service literature by showing how Chinese women consumers adopt the mobile payment service based on TAM. Moreover, current study introduced the security and the compatibility as antecedents of the usefulness and the ease of use and revealed the mediating role of psychological benefit. Managerially, theses results suggested retailing companies ways to influence on the Chinese female consumers' use of mobile payment services.

Purpose: this study was to develop and test the structural model that explains husband and wife compatibility and family health of married middle-aged. A hypothetical model explaining husband and wife compatibility and family health based on literature reviews. There were three theoretical variables and twelve observed variables in hypothetical model. Methods: Data collection was carried out May through July 2005. Data were collected by self-reporting questionnaires from 854 married middle-aged who lived in Seoul, Busan, Daegu, Kyungnam, Kyungpook. Collected data was analyzed using SPSS/WIN 12.0 for descriptive statistics, Pearson Correlation coefficient, and Kolmogorov-Smirnov analysis. Results: LISREL program was used to find the best fit normal which assumes causal relationship among variables. This model was to be good fitting and parsimonious to measure husband and wife compatibility and family health of married middle-aged. Conclusion: Differentiation of self and husband and wife compatibility predicted level of family health. Therefore, a family health improvement program needs to include these two variables.

Using sealant for window installation is sealing the gap between the window frame and outer wall (such as concrete). A sealant serves to prevent external environmental impacts such as moisture, rain, sand, and dust entering inside of the building and make the building durable. In order to fulfill basic jointing function of sealing, at least 6 mm joint gap between two bonding surfaces are required. Also, adhesion performance between sealant and surfaces and the compatibility with other building materials are required to check before installation. In general, 2 part polyurethane sealant and 1 part silicone sealant are most common materials for sealing the joint of window. In this study, adhesion performances of those two generic sealants reflecting actual application conditions and the compatibility evaluations with other building materials are conducted to propose proper window installation procedures.

Objective: This paper targets a framework of a hand gesture based interface design. Background: While a modeling of contact-based interfaces has focused on users' ergonomic interface designs and real-time technologies, an implementation of a contactless interface needs error-free classifications as an essential prior condition. These trends made many research studies concentrate on the designs of feature vectors, learning models and their tests. Even though there have been remarkable advances in this field, the ignorance of ergonomics and users' cognitions result in several problems including a user's uneasy behaviors. Method: In order to incorporate compatibilities considering users' comfortable behaviors and device's classification abilities simultaneously, classification-oriented gestures are extracted using the suggested human-hand model and closed-loop classification procedures. Out of the extracted gestures, the compatibility-oriented gestures are acquired though human's ergonomic and cognitive experiments. Then, the obtained hand gestures are converted into a series of hand behaviors - Handycon - which is mapped into several functions in a mobile device. Results: This Handycon model guarantees users' easy behavior and helps fast understandings as well as the high classification rate. Conclusion and Application: The suggested framework contributes to develop a hand gesture-based contactless interface model considering compatibilities between human and device. The suggested procedures can be applied effectively into other contactless interface designs.

Mobile commerce is defined as any direct or indirect transaction conducted and facilitated through a wireless telecommunication network such as payment, ticketing, auction and mobile banking. Despite the importance of mobile commerce, there have not been so many academic studies on the unique characteristics of mobile commerce environments. In this study, our research model is developed based on TAM(Technology Acceptance Model) to investigate the user's technology acceptance process in mobile commerce environment. The factors, such as ubiquity, compatibility, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, cost, security, attitude and behavior intention for mobile commerce were selected from pier study in information systems area. The data for empirical analysis of the research model is collected online-questionnaire of 167 mobile commerce users in South Korea. The hypotheses were analyzed using SPSS 15.0 and AMOS 7.0. The results of our study show that: (1) compatibility, perceived usefulness and security had influences on the attitude whereas perceived ease of use and cost did not have any significant impact on the attitude, (2) compatibility influenced perceived usefulness whereas perceived ease of use did not, and finally (3) ubiquity, perceived usefulness and attitude had considerable influences on intention for mobile commerce. Therefore, practitioners should focus on enhancing security, quality of contents and services as well as offering what mobile commerce users want. The results of this study may useful for academicians and practitioners alike.

This study was conducted to examine the effects of consumer evaluations on size recommendation services based on body information on consumer responses and the moderating effect of the level of information search. To analyze the research model, a total of 200 data were collected from August 18 to 24, 2022, targeting consumers who had experience with using size recommendation services based on body information. As a result of the research model analysis, it was confirmed that the compatibility, reliability, and convenience of the size recommendation services based on body information influenced attitude, which, in turn, influenced usage intention. In addition, In the case of the group subject to a low level of information search, the path through which compatibility and reliability influenced attitude was significant, but that of convenience was not. In the group featuring a high level of information search, the path through which reliability and convenience influenced attitude was significant, but that of compatibility was not. This study is meaningful in that it expanded research related to size recommendation services to the field of consumer behavior.

The previous HL7 interface should be developed as a separate package or conversion module for each version to process HL7 messages from different versions. This study designed and developed an HL7 parser compatible among different versions based on the requirements of compatibility defined in HL7 V2.5. According to the structure of the parser, the inheritance concept in object-oriented programming was adopted so that the class object of the HL7 message from the lower version could be inherited to the class object of the upper version. Therefore, every version's HL7 messages could be processed using only the upper class' object regardless of the version. To evaluate the compatibility of the developed parser, 700 data sets about inpatients with rheumatoid arthritis were used. The 700 cases underwent the compatibility test successfully. In the near future, further research on the Inter-compatibility HL7 parser is planned.

Cymbidium goeringii native to Korea and other orchid plants were pot-grown from spring to autumn under the greenhouse conditions, and were subjected to artificial pollination to elucidate the compatibility by revealing viable seed formation. A notable compatibility was found when Cym. goeringii was selfed and was crossed with either Cym. ensifolium, Cym. kanran, Cym. sinense, Cym. sinense for. albo-jucundissimum, Cym. 'Crystal Cherry Angel', or Cym. 'Anmitsu Hime'. Cym. goeringii, however, did not show such compatibility when crossed with either Cym. faberi, Cym. aloifolium, Dendrobium chrysotoxum, or Phalaenopsis spp. RAPD analysis indicated that taxa relationship between Cym. goeringii and either Cym. faberi or Cym. aloifolium (respective chromosome number, 2n=40) was distant, showing no compatibility, and even more distant in the case of cross-pollination between Cym. goeringii and either Dendrobium chrysotoxum or Phalaenopsis spp. having different chromosome number from all Cymbidium species.
