간호대학생의 첫 임상실습 전·후 간호역량과 전공만족도의 차이 (A comparative study Nursing competency and Major satisfaction between Nursing college students before and after their First Clinical Practice)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생의 첫 임상실습 전·후 간호역량과 전공만족도의 차이를 파악하여 효율적인 임상실습 교육운영을 위한 기초자료로 활용하고자 시도되었다. 단일군 사전·사후 설계로 자료수집은 2019년 2월 18일부터 4월 23일까지 간호대학생 201명을 대상으로 8주간 임상실습 전·후 이루어졌다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/Win 23.0을 이용하여 빈도, paried t-test, 피어슨 상관관계, 회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫 임상실습 후 간호역량은 실습 전보다 증가하였으나 유의하지 않았고(t=-1.73, p=.084), 간호역량의 하위요인 중 교육능력(t=-1.97, p=.050)과 윤리적 실무능력(t=-209, p=.038)은 유의하게 증가한 것으로 나타났으며, 전공만족도는 유의하게 증가한 것으로 나타났다(t=-2.45, p=.015). 임상실습 후 전공만족도의 하위요인인 일반만족, 관계만족 및 인식만족이 간호역량과 정의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며 간호역량에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 인식만족이 간호역량을 9.9%로 설명하는 것으로 나타났다. 그러므로 간호역량을 향상 시킬 수 있는 임상실습 교육과정 개편 및 전공만족도 중 인식만족을 향상 시킬 수 있는 프로그램 개발 및 효과검증이 필요하다.

  • PCB 기반 전개형 태양전지판은 경량화 및 전기적 연결의 용이성으로 주로 큐브위성에 사용되나, 태양전지판의 면적이 증가할수록 발사환경에서 유발되는 굽힘거동이 증가하기 때문에 태양전지셀의 구조건전성 보장에 한계가 있다. 종래에는 태양전지판의 강성증가를 통해 굽힘거동을 최소화하고자 알루미늄 및 복합재 기반의 보강재를 또는 태양전지판을 적용하였지만, 태양전지판의 부피 및 무게 증가로 제한적인 설계요구조건을 가진 태양전지판의 단점으로 작용한다. 본 연구에서는 점탄성 테이프로 다층 박판을 적층하여 고댐핑 특성 구현이 가능한 6U 규격의 고댐핑 적층형 태양전지판을 제안하였다. 제안된 태양전지판의 기본특성파악을 위해 자유감쇠시험을 수행하였으며, 인증수준의 발사진동시험을 통해 설계유효성을 입증하였다. 또한, 시험결과를 토대로 일반 PCB 태양전지판과 고댐핑 적층형 태양전지판의 진동특성을 예측하고 비교분석을 수행하였다.

다중회귀분석을 이용한 미계측 유역의 갈수지수 산정에 관한 연구 (A study on estimation of lowflow indices in ungauged basin using multiple regression)

  • 본 논문에서는 미계측 유역에 적용할 수 있는 갈수지수 산정 회귀모형을 개발하고자 하였다. 30개의 중권역 유역을 대상으로 국가수자원종합관리시스템에서 제공하는 장기유출자료를 이용하여 평균 갈수량과 평균 저수량, 지속기간별 빈도별 갈수지수를 산정하였으며 이를 유역특성인자 18개와 기상특성인자 3개와의 상관 분석을 통하여 최종적으로 유역면적(A), 유역 평균 표고(H), 유역 평균 경사(S), 수계밀도(D), 유출곡선지수(CN), 연증발산량(ET), 연강수량(P)을 선정하여 다중회귀분석을 수행하여 갈수지수 회귀모형을 개발하였다. 개발된 회귀모형을 평가하기 위하여 10개의 검증유역을 미계측 유역으로 간주하여 평균제곱근오차(RMSE) 와 평균절대오차(MAE)를 이용하여 정확도를 추정하였다. 또한 기존의 평균갈수량산정 회귀모형과의 비교를 통하여 본 논문에서 개발한 모형의 우수성을 검토하였다.

Information Technologies as an Incentive to Develop the Creative Potential of the Educational Process

  • The new millennium is characterized by an unprecedented breakthrough in knowledge and information and communication technologies, and the challenges of the XXI century require modernized paradigms of interaction in all spheres of life. Education continues to play a key role in national and global growth. The key role of education and its leadership in developing creative potential, as the main paradigm of the countries' stability, have significantly influenced educational centers. The developers of educational programs use information technologies as an incentive to develop creative potential of educational process. Professional training of the educational candidate is enhanced by the use of information technologies, so the educational applicants should develop technological skills to be productive members of society. Using the latest achievements in the field of information technologies for the organization of the educational process helps to form the operational style of education applicants' thinking, which provides the ability to acquire skills of processing information, that is presented in the text, graphic, tabular form, and increase the level of general and informational culture necessary for better orientation in the modern information space. The purpose of the research is to determine the effectiveness of information technologies as an incentive to develop creative potential of educational process on the basis of the survey, to establish advantages and ability to provide high-quality education in the context of using information technologies. Methods of research: comparative analysis; systematization; generalization, survey. Results. Based on the survey conducted among students and teachers, it has been found out that the teachers use the following information technologies for the development of creative potential of the educational process: to provide video and audio communication process (100%), Moodle (95,6%), Duolingo (89,7%), LinguaLeo (89%), Google Forms (88%) and Adobe Captivate Prime (80,6%). It is determined that modular digital learning environments (97,9%), interactive exercises tools (96,3%), ICT for video and audio communication (96%) and interactive exercises tools (95,1%) are most conducive to the development of creative potential of the educational process. As a result of the research, it was revealed that implementation of information technologies for the development of creative potential of educational process in educational institutions is a complex process due to a large number of variables, which should be taken into account both on the educational course and on the individual level. It has been determined that the using the model of implementation information technologies for the development of creative potential in educational process, which is stimulated due to this model, benefits both students and teachers by establishing a reliable bilateral connection between teacher and education applicant.

New Approaches to Quality Monitoring of Higher Education in the Process of Distance Learning

  • The article identifies the problem of monitoring the quality of higher education in three main areas, which are comparative pedagogical systems of education. The first direction is determined by dissertation works, the second - monographs and textbooks, and the third reveals scientific periodicals. According to its internal structure, monitoring the quality of education combines important management components identified in the article (analysis, evaluation and forecasting of processes in education; a set of methods for tracking processes in education; collecting and processing information to prepare recommendations for research processes and make necessary adjustments). Depending on the objectives, three areas of monitoring are identified: informational (involves the accumulation, structuring and dissemination of information), basic (aimed at identifying new problems and threats before they are realized at the management level), problematic (clarification of patterns, processes, hazards, those problems that are known and significant from the point of view of management). According to its internal structure, monitoring the quality of education combines the following important management components: analysis, evaluation and forecasting of processes in education; a set of techniques for tracking processes in education; collection and processing of information in order to prepare recommendations for the development of the studied processes and make the necessary adjustments. One of the priorities of the higher education modernization program during the COVID-19 pandemic is distance learning, which is possible due to the existence of information and educational technologies and communication systems, especially for effective education and its monitoring in higher education. The conditions under which the effectiveness of pedagogical support of monitoring activities in the process of distance learning is achieved are highlighted. According to the results of the survey, the problems faced by higher education seekers are revealed. A survey of students was conducted, which had a certain level of subjectivity in personal assessments, but the sample was quite representative.

소규모 사업장의 지게차 작업에 관한 휴먼에러 분석 사례 연구 (A Case Study on the Human Error Analysis of Forklift Operations in a Small Enterprise)

  • 지게차는 전동 포크를 이용해 화물을 적재하고 운반하는 용도로 사용되는 산업용 장비로, 지게차로 인한 산업재해는 지속적으로 빈발하고 있다. 이러한 재해의 대다수는 작업자의 불안전한 행동에 기인하는 것으로 알려져 있으나, 지게차 작업에 초점을 두고 휴먼에러 관점에서 위험을 분석한 연구는 찾아보기 어렵다. 또한, 작업의 휴먼에러 위험을 파악하고 분석하기 위한 다양한 기법들이 개발되어 왔으나, 기법 간에 효과성이나 장단점을 직접적으로 비교한 연구는 드물다. 본 연구는 대표적인 휴먼에러 분석 기법인 SHERPA와 HE-HAZOP을 이용하여 지게차 작업에서의 불안전한 행동과 관련된 위험 요인을 분석하고 두 기법의 장단점을 비교한다. 지게차 작업 중 '하차작업', '자재이동 및 적재작업', '상차작업'의 3가지 대표적 작업을 대상으로 분석을 수행한 결과, SHERPA에 의해 118건의 에러와 34건의 개선대책이 도출되었으며 HE-HAZOP를 통해 139건의 에러와 54건의 개선대책이 도출되었다. 휴먼에러 위험 분석의 결과를 바탕으로 두 기법을 결과 건수, 접근방법, 원인분석, 위험성 평가, 개선방안 도출 방식 등 다양한 측면에서 비교하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 지게차를 사용하는 사업장에서 휴먼에러와 관련된 재해 위험을 줄이는 데 활용될 수 있다. 대상 작업과 여건에 맞는 휴먼에러 분석 기법을 선정하기 위한 가이드를 제공하기 위해서는 향후 다양한 작업을 대상으로 보다 많은 휴먼에러 분석 기법에 대한 비교 연구가 필요할 것으로 보인다.

비대면 방식을 융합한 운동 프로그램이 파킨슨 환자의 균형, 보행, 낙상 효능감에 미치는 효과에 관한 메타분석 (Meta-analysis of the Effects of Untact Convergence Exercise Programs on Balance, Gait, and Falls Efficacy of Parkinson's Disease Patients)

  • 본 연구는 융합적 비대면 방식의 운동 프로그램이 파킨슨 환자의 균형, 보행, 낙상효능감에 미치는 효과크기를 알아보고자 메타분석을 실시하였다. PICO 방식에 의해 대상자는 파킨슨환자, 중재는 가상 현실과 e-운동 프로그램, 대조군은 대면 환경에서의 운동 프로그램 적용이나 중재를 적용하지 않은 그룹, 결과는 균형, 보행, 낙상효능감으로 하였다. 조사기간은 2021년 1월부터 2월사이로 2달간이었으며, 최종 5편을 선정하여 메타분석을 실시하였다. 질 평가 도구로 무작위 대조군 연구에 사용되는 '비뚤림 위험' 도구를 사용하였다. RevMan프로그램을 사용하여 비대면 운동프로그램에 대한 효과 크기를 알아보았다. 메타분석 결과, 균형에 대한 효과 크기는 1.27(SMD=1.27; 95% CI 0.72 to 1.83)(Z=4.51, p<0.001), 낙상감에 대한 효과 크기는 0.52 (SMD=0.52; 95% CI -0.000 to 1.03) (Z=1.96, p=0.05), 보행에 대한 효과크기는 -0.40 (SMD=0.40; 95% CI -1.00 to 0.10)(Z=1.32, p>0.05) 이었다. 5편의 분석 문헌에서 파킨슨 환자에게 비대면 운동프로그램을 적용시 대면 운동프로그램에서 보다 균형과 낙상효능감 향상에 효과가 있었고 보행에는 효과의 차이가 나타나지 않았다.

Location Efficiencies of Host Countries for Strategic Offshoring Decisions Amid Wealth Creation Opportunities and Supply Chain Risks

  • Purpose - Offshoring has emerged as one of the major trends in international trade and has become one of the strategies for achieving competitiveness in the global market. In spite of this, the expected gains of offshoring can be offset by hidden costs and risks, such as those associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, the trade war between the USA and China, and the ongoing trade dispute between Korea and Japan. To obviate such business failure and prevent critical business blunders, offshoring strategies that efficiently consider both risk elements and potential wealth creation are urgently need. The first purpose of this study is to contribute to the development of more advanced offshoring strategies to help host countries select the best locations to manage supply chain risks and create unique value. The second purpose is to specifically analyze the current status of Korea and provide Korean companies with implications to be considered when deciding whether to offshore or re-shore. Design/methodology - A Network DEA model was applied to measure the comparative location efficiency of national competencies for offshoring strategy from perspectives of wealth creation opportunities (profitability and marketability) and supply chain risk management. The location efficiencies are compared among a total 70 countries selected from the Global Competitiveness Index (GCI) and globally attractive locations outlined by Kearney (2017). For the secondary analysis of efficiency, a t-test examining the nature of competitive advantage and the level of sophistication in production processes was implemented in three divisions. We then analyzed differences in offshoring performance in terms of the identified national traits. Moreover, Tobit regression analysis is conducted to investigate the correlation between value-added business activities and each divisional efficiency, seeking to determine how each degree of value-added business activity influences the increase in offshoring productivity. Findings - Regarding overall location efficiency for offshoring performance, only the USA and Italy were identified as being efficient as host countries for offshoring, under circumstances of advanced development, such as productivity and risk management. Korea ranks 13th among 70 countries. The determinants of national competitiveness depend on national traits (the nature of competitive advantage and business sophistication). Countries with labor/resource advantages and labor-intensive industries are more competitive in terms of marketability than others. In contrast, countries with strong technology-intensive industries benefit offshoring companies, particularly in the technology sector, with the added advantage of supply chain risk management. As the perception of a value chain is broader in a country, it can achieve both production sophistication and competitive advantages such as marketability and SCRM. Originality/value - Existing studies focus on offshoring effectiveness from a company perspective. This paper contributes to comparing country efficiency in producing core competencies related to an offshoring strategy and also segments countries into three performance-based considerations associated with the global offshoring market. It also details Korea's position as an offshoring location according to national efficiency and competency.

A Comparative study on smoothing techniques for performance improvement of LSTM learning model

  • 본 연구논문에서는 LSTM 기반의 학습 모델 적용과 그 효용성을 높일 수 있도록 몇 가지 평활 기법을 비교, 적용하고자 한다. 적용된 평활 기법은 Savitky-Golay, 지수 평활법, 가중치 이동 평균 등이다. 본 연구를 통해 비트코인 데이터에 LSTM모델 적용 시 보여준 결과 값보다 전처리 과정에서 적용된 Savitky-Golay 필터가 적용된 LSTM 알고리즘이 예측 성능에 유의미한 좋은 결과를 보였다. 예측 성능 결과를 확인하기 위해 비트코인 가격 예측에 따른 복잡 요인을 제거하는데 사용된 LSTM의 경우와 Savitzky-Golay LSTM 모델에 따른 학습 손실율과 검증 손실율을 비교하고 그 신뢰성을 높일 수 있도록 20회 평균값으로 실험하였다. 그 결과 (3.0556, 0.00005), (1.4659, 0.00002)의 값을 얻을 수 있었다. 결과적으로는 비트코인과 같은 암호화폐가 주식보다 더한 변동성을 가지는 만큼 데이터 전처리 과정에서 평활 기법(Savitzky-Golay)을 적용하여 잡음(Noise)을 제거하였으며, 전처리 후의 데이터는 LSTM 신경망 학습을 통해서 비트코인 예측률을 높이는데 가장 유의미한 결과를 얻을 수 있었다.

European Experience in Implementing Innovative Educational Technologies in the Field of Culture and the Arts: Current Problems and Vectors of Development

  • The main purpose of the work is to analyze modern innovative educational practices in the field of culture and art and their effectiveness in the context of the spread of digitalization trends. The study used general scientific theoretical methods of analysis, synthesis, analogy, comparative, induction, deduction, reductionism, and a number of others, allowing you to fully understand the pattern of modern modernization processes in a long historical development and demonstrate how the rejection of the negativity of progress allows talented artists to realize their own potential. The study established the advantages and disadvantages of involving innovative technologies in the educational process on the example of European experience and outlined possible ways of implementing digitalization processes in Ukrainian institutions of higher education, formulated the main difficulties encountered by teachers and students in the use of technological innovation in the pandemic. The rapid development of digital technologies has had a great impact on the sphere of culture and art, both visual, scenic, and musical in all processes: creation, reproduction, perception, learning, etc. In the field of art education, there is a synthesis of creative practices with digital technologies. In terms of music education, these processes at the present stage are provided with digital tools of specially developed software (music programs for composition and typing of musical text, recording, and correction of sound, for quality listening to the whole work or its fragments) for training programs used in institutional education and non-institutional learning as a means of independent mastering of the theory and practice of music-making, as well as other programs and technical tools without which contemporary art cannot be imagined. In modern stage education, the involvement of video technologies, means of remote communication, allowing realtime adjustment of the educational process, is actualized. In the sphere of fine arts, there is a transformation of communicative forms of interaction between the teacher and students, which in the conditions of the pandemic are of two-way communication with the help of information and communication technologies. At this stage, there is an intensification of transformation processes in the educational industry in the areas of culture and art.
