  • 전자상거래에 있어서 인증 서비스는 크게 신원인증, 내용인증(전자공증), 신용인증 등 세 가지로 나눌 수 있다. 전자상거래가 활성화됨에 따라 여러 인증기관에서 신용인증 서비스를 제공하고 있으나, 인증기관의 성격에 따라 인증 실무기준을 달리한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 현재 신용인증 서비스를 제공하는 인증기관의 성격별로 각 신용인증 서비스를 비교 분석한 후, 신용인증 서비스의 종합적인 인증 실무기준 framework제시에 초점을 둔다.

비교교육학과 교육재정경제학 (Comparative Education and Educational Finance and Economics)

  • 교육의 모든 측면이 국제적 관점에서 비교될 수 있다는 점에서 비교교육학은 교육학의 대부분 분과학문과 연구주제를 공유할 수 있다. 특히 제도와 정책의 중요한 부분을 차지하는 교육재정경제학은 비교교육연구에서 중요한 영역의 하나가 되어 왔다. 이러한 점에서 이 논문은 비교교육학과 교육재정경제학의 관계를 정리하였다. 교육재정경제학 자체의 발전뿐만 아니라, 비교교육학적 관점에서 교육재정경제학이 지금보다 발전하기 위한 몇 가지 과제를 논의하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교육재정경제학 연구방법 및 접근 방식의 다양화가 필요하다. 교육재정경제학에 대한 비교교육학적 연구나 탐구는 다양한 관점에서 추가적인 분석이 이루어져야 할 것이다. 둘째, 교육재정경제학의 독자적인 이론체계 구축에 보다 많은 노력을 기울여야 한다. 비교교육학은 이러한 교육재정경제학의 이론적 지향점이나 방향에 대한 국제적 비교에도 관심을 가질 수 있을 것이다. 셋째, 한국적 교육재정경제학연구의 독자성을 확보해야 한다. 토착화되고 독자성을 확보한 교육재정경제학의 토대 위에서 국제적인 관점의 교육재정 및 교육경제학에 대한 다양한 비교교육학적 연구가 시도되어야 할 것이다. 교육재정경제학은 교육학의 어느 분야보다 비교교육학적 분석이 필요한 분야이다. 앞으로 이들에 대하여 비교교육학적 관점에서 더욱 활발한 연구들이 진행되기를 기대해 본다.

두 개의 루프를 갖는 일반화된 모델 기반의 외란 제거 제어기 설계 (Design of Generalized Model-based Disturbance Rejection Controller with Two Loops)

  • This paper proposes the generalized structure of a model-based disturbance rejection controller called a Robust Internal-loop Compensator (RIC). The framework consists of the RIC in the internal-loop to eliminate disturbances and a feedback controller in the external-loop to achieve nominal control performance. As the main contribution of this paper, we redefine the design problem of the RIC as a regulation control problem, then show that this new definition with the RIC structure provides more design flexibility and less implementation constraints. This is verified through a comparative structural analysis with Disturbance Observer (DOB) and Adaptive Robust Control (ARC). Two design examples of the RIC are given, along with practical issues that should be considered in the design procedure. The proposed framework is demonstrated by simulations of a rotary-type motor and experiments with a linear-type motor system.

Integrated Development Planning for the Mongolian Economic Development Planning

  • This paper deals with challenges of Mongolian government regarding Economic Development Plan (hereafter EDP). EDP has a long history, appearing first in the socialist countries, then in European countries following the European Reconstruction Plan after the Second World War, and then in many developing countries after they gained independence from the colonial rule. Major challenges of the Mongolian EDP are largely related to the absence or lack of integrated approach. We will propose a new integrated framework based on the approach suggested by UNDP. The new framework consists of 5 core areas; 1) institutions and governance, 2) evidence-based and empirically backed policy options, 3) development of budgeting and financial system, 4) and monitoring and evaluation (M&E), 5) capacity development. In order to identify challenges in Mongolia, the new integrated approach was applied to diagnose current states. To understand current states of EDP in Mongolia, survey regarding EDP in Mongolia was conducted for the 43 officials of Ministry of Finance. The same approach was applied for Five-Year Economic Development Plans in Korea to compare performances with EDP in Mongolia. On the basis of comparative analysis of EDPs in Mongolia and Korea, some lessons are suggested.

이미지 학습을 위한 딥러닝 프레임워크 비교분석 (A Comparative Analysis of Deep Learning Frameworks for Image Learning)

  • 딥러닝 프레임워크는 현재에도 계속해서 발전되어 가고 있으며, 다양한 프레임워크들이 존재한다. 딥러닝의 대표적인 프레임워크는 TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras 등이 있다. 딥러님 프레임워크는 이미지 학습을 통해 이미지 분류에서의 최적화 모델을 이용한다. 본 논문에서는 딥러닝 이미지 인식 분야에서 가장 많이 사용하고 있는 TensorFlow와 PyTorch 프레임워크를 활용하여 이미지 학습을 진행하였으며, 이 과정에서 도출한 결과를 비교 분석하여 최적화된 프레임워크을 알 수 있었다.

A new visual tracking approach based on salp swarm algorithm for abrupt motion tracking

  • Salp Swarm Algorithm (SSA) is a new nature-inspired swarm optimization algorithm that mimics the swarming behavior of salps navigating and foraging in the oceans. SSA has been proved to enable to avoid local optima and enhance convergence speed benefiting from the adaptive nonlinear mechanism and salp chains. In this paper, visual tracking is considered to be a process of locating the optimal position through the interaction between leaders and followers in successive images. A novel SSA-based tracking framework is proposed and the analysis and adjustment of parameters are discussed experimentally. Besides, the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis are performed to demonstrate the tracking effect of our proposed approach by comparing with ten classical tracking algorithms. Extensive comparative experimental results show that our algorithm has good performance in visual tracking, especially for abrupt motion tracking.

Industry 4.0 in India: A Comparative Study

  • The purpose of this paper is to shed light on the current status of Industry 4.0 policies in India and provide holistic policy recommendations in the transition towards Industry 4.0. The study was conducted based on the content-centric review of written policy documents like policy memoranda (memos), green papers and white papers, policy briefs, policy reports, opinion pieces, and newspaper and academic publications on Industry 4.0. India lacks infrastructure, regulatory framework, architectural reference model, incentives, skills, and standard roadmap towards Industry 4.0. The current policy status and policy recommendations presented in this study can serve as a great asset for academicians, policymakers, and practitioners to prepare a holistic roadmap for Industry 4.0 policy implementation. The study is first to assess India's current policy status and compare with Germany towards Industry 4.0. Besides, it is expected to assist government policymakers in formulating tangible policy outputs and strategic roadmaps.

F_MixBERT: Sentiment Analysis Model using Focal Loss for Imbalanced E-commerce Reviews

  • Users' comments after online shopping are critical to product reputation and business improvement. These comments, sometimes known as e-commerce reviews, influence other customers' purchasing decisions. To confront large amounts of e-commerce reviews, automatic analysis based on machine learning and deep learning draws more and more attention. A core task therein is sentiment analysis. However, the e-commerce reviews exhibit the following characteristics: (1) inconsistency between comment content and the star rating; (2) a large number of unlabeled data, i.e., comments without a star rating, and (3) the data imbalance caused by the sparse negative comments. This paper employs Bidirectional Encoder Representation from Transformers (BERT), one of the best natural language processing models, as the base model. According to the above data characteristics, we propose the F_MixBERT framework, to more effectively use inconsistently low-quality and unlabeled data and resolve the problem of data imbalance. In the framework, the proposed MixBERT incorporates the MixMatch approach into BERT's high-dimensional vectors to train the unlabeled and low-quality data with generated pseudo labels. Meanwhile, data imbalance is resolved by Focal loss, which penalizes the contribution of large-scale data and easily-identifiable data to total loss. Comparative experiments demonstrate that the proposed framework outperforms BERT and MixBERT for sentiment analysis of e-commerce comments.

그룹웨어의 현황 분석 Ⅰ (Groupware Current Status Analysis Ⅰ)

  • Unlike individual applications, it is extremely hard to obtain user requirements for group systems, since there exists very complicated dynamics in group. This may result in spreading a great amount of products with a broad range of contents. Thus, this study presents a comparative analysis of groupware products. As a result, these products have been categorized into three areas which include cooperation/document management systems, collaborative writing systems, and decision-making/meeting systems. While the systems reviewed here focus on the cooperation/document management systems, the other two areas will be dealt in details in part Ⅱ. The first area ends up with two large categories such as proprietary groupware products and intranet groupware products. However, it has been observed that there is a natural convergence between these two categories. Consequently, the comparative analysis has been performed in terms of functions provided on the two categories and a combined category. Each group of the functions has been divided into three parts which consist of basic functions, quasi-basic functions, and others. Such a decision has been made based on the frequency rate of the functions provided in the products. With a more strict rule, the basic functions comprise electronic mail, sanction, bulletin board, document management, scheduling, security, Web browser, and Internet connectivity. This study also provides a framework for integrated functional model of groupware systems. The basic functions are merged into the model. However, the model is so flexible that it can partially include the quasi-functions in addition to the basic functions. In the future, it is expected that a large number of products will stem from the modification of the functional model.

HR 애널리틱스의 최근 연구 동향 및 향후 과제 (Recent Research Trends and Prospects of HR Analytics in Korea)

  • 본 연구는 HR 애널리틱스(HRA)의 국내연구 동향을 파악하고 향후 HRA 연구 방향을 제언하기 위해 수행되었다. HRA 활용목적에 따라 근로자 생애주기(Employee Lifecycle)의 관점에서 채용, 적응, 업무환경, 성과 평가, 관리와 유지, 퇴직의 여섯 가지 영역을 분류하여 국내외 연구의 비교분석을 시행하였다. 주요 결과로는 첫째, 국내 HRA 연구의 세부 연구주제의 분포가 해외연구와 유사한 특성을 갖는다. 둘째, 교육 및 개발과 관련된 국내 HRA 연구가 부족하다. 셋째, 기계 학습(machine learning)이 빠르게 발전하면서 HRA 연구에 활용할 수 있는 현상의 범위와 방법론이 다양화되고 있다. 마지막으로 가치 모델에 근거한 국내 HRA 연구의 위치는 아직 기술 분석(descriptive analytics)의 단계에 있으며 예측 분석(predictive analysis) 영역으로 진입하는 과정에 있다.
