Next generation mobile networks will be demanded to support high speed data and multimedia services in addition to extisting serviced including voice communications. In this paper, we discuss the requirements of the wireless service with broad range of appkications, and present several types of architecture for future bobile network. After a brief comparative analysis, we propose a most practical and feasible one. And also, we discuss possible interworking scenarios between radio access system and intelligent network. In consideration of the selected infrastructure and scenario, we present protocol architectures and basic functions of radio access system. Based on the architecture, we believe that the itegrated system can be realized with such advantages of easy interworking, high feasibility on common services, easy introduction to new services, and unified operation.

The linearized models on per for mance dynamics of the pulse motor have been already proposed by many others. These models exhibit certain advantages of their own because of their simple formulation, but in many cases the models are proved to be inadequate for further accurate analysis of the motor dynamics, owing to impractical and rather rough assumptions in the derivation. In this study a dynamic state transition model is induced, using the equivalent circuit obtained from the operating principle of the variable reluctance pulse motor which turns out to be nonlinear equation. This nonlinear dynamic state equation is numerically analysed by the use of UNIVAC System/3(OS/3) digital computer at hand. In the course of the dynamic analysis of the performance characteristics of a testing motor, dependance of the inertia of rotor and load, the coefficient of viscous friction between rotor and housing, and the winding resistance of the stator is discussed and a comparative study of the machine constants is carried on as related to the design problem of the motor.

This paper reviews the current state-of-the-art in the numerical evaluation of wind loads on buildings. Important aspects of numerical modeling including (i) turbulence modeling, (ii) inflow boundary conditions, (iii) ground surface roughness, (iv) near wall treatments, and (vi) quantification of wind loads using the techniques of computational fluid dynamics (CFD) are summarized. Relative advantages of Large Eddy Simulation (LES) over Reynolds Averaged Navier-Stokes (RANS) and hybrid RANS-LES over LES are discussed based on physical realism and ease of application for wind load evaluation. Overall LES based simulations seem suitable for wind load evaluation. A need for computational wind load validations in comparison with experimental or field data is emphasized. A comparative study among numerical and experimental wind load evaluation on buildings demonstrated generally good agreements on the mean values, but more work is imperative for accurate peak design wind load evaluations. Particularly more research is needed on transient inlet boundaries and near wall modeling related issues.

The article discusses the features of the use of distance technologies to intensify the learning process of students. The advantages and disadvantages of distance learning are shown. The role and functions of the teacher in distance learning have been adjusted. Information and methodological support for distance learning of students is proposed. Analyzed pedagogical, psychological, methodological and philosophical literature, educational standards, charters of higher educational institutions and other documents. Studied foreign experience in conducting classes using information technology.

We analyze and compare the structure of the networks of Netflix, Disney+, and OCN, which are forerunners in OTT market, on Twitter. This study employs NodeXL pro as a visualization software package for social network analysis. As a result of the comparison with values of Vertices, Connected Components, Average Geodesic Distance, Average Betweenness Centrality, and Average Closeness Centrality. Netflix has comparative advantages at Vertices, Connected Components, and Average Closeness Centrality, OCN at Average Geodesic Distance, and Disney+ at Average Betweenness Centrality. Netflix has a more appropriate social network for influencer marketing than Disney+ and OCN. Based on the analysis results, the purpose of this study is to explain the structural differences in the social networks of Netflix, Disney+, and OCN in terms of influencer marketing.

The applications of intangible cultural heritage in China have encountered development bottlenecks due to poor user experience. In this paper, we begin to study the reasons why the user experience is not good, and to study design methods that enhance the user experience through the theory of five-factor model. Through literature study and comparative study of contestants, this paper investigates the advantages and disadvantages of their interaction design and summarizes the common problems. Next, a survey of these user populations will be conducted to find some design elements that affect the user experience. Finally, through empirical research, the design elements are incorporated into the theory of user experience modeling and case studies demonstrate that the application of the design elements is beneficial to improving the user experience.

Since 2022, textbooks in elementary school mathematics have been converted from national textbook system to authorization system, but it is pointed out that the composition of these new textbooks is almost the same as the existing national textbooks and the advantages of the authorization system cannot be utilized. Therefore a need has been raised to find out the composition of foreign textbooks. In order to compare the internal system of elementary mathematics textbook composition in Korea and Japan, Wakuwaku Sansu, one of Japan's elementary mathematical textbooks was analyzed and compared with Korean textbooks. As a result of the analysis, it was found that Japanese textbooks have more flexibility in the composition of the unit, the number of hours of the unit, the introduction of special lessons, and emphasis. This analysis will promote the diversity and creativity of the composition of elementary mathematics textbooks in Korea, providing implications for more efficient textbook compilation.

MEP layout and 3D Laser scanning are widely used equipment for displacement measurement in construction site. In this study, MEP layout and 3D Laser scanning were used to measure the lateral displacement of the same structure, and then the advantages and disadvantages of each were compared and analyzed. In general, it has been shown that MEP layout can save a lot of time compared to 3D Laser scanning. And it was found that the lateral displacement measurement results measured at a distance of 15m were similar to each other.

본 연구는 수요예측 알고리즘으로 예측한 데이터와 실시간 데이터를 모니터링하기 위한 모니터링 애플리케이션과 웹 중 전력 수요관리 애플리케이션인 '해줌온', U&E 커뮤니케이션즈에서 사용하는 건설 현장 안전관리 시스템 웹 페이지를 비교하는 연구이다. 해당 연구는 위의 두 개의 대표적인 사례로 웹과 애플리케이션의 UI의 차이점, 장단점, 데이터의 보완 등을 비교하여 적절한 애플리케이션 또는 웹을 파악할 수 있다.

Through the utilization of a contrastive analysis of English consonantal phonemes and their Russian counterparts, the present study investigates the challenges faced by Russian EFL learners in pronouncing English consonantal phonemes, with a particular focus on phoneme substitution errors as a principal source of erroneous pronunciation. We comprehensively explore the characteristics of both the English and Russian consonant systems, highlighting the differences between them. Based on this examination, the study aims to present the detailed articulatory characteristics and phonetic variations of Russian speakers' common mispronunciations or improper substitutes of English consonants, rather than focusing on shared ones between the two languages. Furthermore, it seeks to provide strategies for error correction and effective pedagogical strategies to address specific phonemic challenges and enhance accuracy. Grounded in a comprehensive understanding of the objectives and advantages of comparative analysis within the context of phonemic awareness, the study emphasizes the significant importance of pronunciation instruction. It points out that this area still appears somewhat overlooked in specific EFL teaching situations within the context of English language education.
