경비안전시스템 이용자들이 인식하는 서비스품질이 기업이미지와 고객만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Service Quality Perceived by Users of Security Safety System on Corporate Image and Customer Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 경비안전시스템 이용자들의 서비스품질이 기업이미지와 고객만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 있다. 이를 실증분석을 통해 확인하고자 전국적으로 이용자 200여명을 대상으로 2019년 5월 2일부터 6월 12일까지 약 40일 동안 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문내용은 "서비스품질, 기업이미지, 고객만족도"로 구성하였다. 실증분석은 타당성과 중요도, 신뢰도, 연관성 분석을 중심으로 실행하였다. 설문조사를 통하여 탐색적요인 및 구조방정식 등을 추출하고자 SPSS WIN 18.0을 사용하였다. 연구 결과 경비안전시스템 이용자들은 서비스품질이 좋을수록 기업이미지가 좋아지고, 기업이미지가 좋을수록 고객만족도가 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 서비스품질이 좋을수록 고객만족도가 높아질 것으로 제시하였다. 따라서 각 경비안전시스템 업체들은 고객만족도 향상을 위해 서비스품질을 꾸준히 향상시켜 나가야 할 것이다.

CSR 구성요인이 기업이미지를 통해 고객만족과 고객시민행동에 미치는 영향 (The effect of CSR components on customer satisfaction and customer civic behavior through corporate image)

  • 본 연구에서는 기업의 사회적 책임(CSR)의 이론적 배경을 기반으로 CSR의 본질과 관련한 기업의 현황을 알아보고 그 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 국내 휴대폰 시장에서 점유율이 높은 삼성, LG, Apple 등을 이용하는 소비자를 대상으로 CSR의 구성요소가 기업이미지, 고객만족, 고객시민행동에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 분석하였다. 설문조사를 시행하여 213부를 구조방정식모형 분석에 사용하였으며. CSR의 구성요인 중에서는 경제적 책임, 법적책임, 윤리적 책임, 자선적 책임과 같은 네 가지 요인이 도출되었다. 결과적으로 경제적 책임, 윤리적 책임, 자선적 책임은 모두 기업이미지에 정(+)의 영향이 검증되었다. 그러나 법적 책임은 기업이미지에 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 기업이미지는 고객만족과 고객시민행동에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 연구 결과는 기업 차원에서 종업원들의 CSR에 대한 본질적 이해를 돕고 고객이 인지하는 CSR의 수준을 높일 수 있도록 기업의 이해관계자들에 대한 체계적인 CSR 관련 정보공개 및 교육 시스템의 구축을 강구할 필요가 있다는 것을 시사한다.

키덜트(kidult) 패션상품의 소비자 특성과 제품이미지 유형 및 제품선택에 관한 연구 (Study on the Consumer Characteristic and the Facter of Goods as well as the Type of Goods Image in Kidult Fashion Goods)

  • The purpose of this study is to grasp the character of consumers and the situation of domestic kidult fashion market. By grasping the distribution of kidult generation and the factors of product-selection based on products images, this research could be a substantial data to kidult associated company product planning and marketers. Subjects for this study were 213 Daegu women from 20 to 30 yearn of age who have high propensity to kidult. The statistical treatment of material used by SPSS 1.0 program consists of frequency analysis, factor analysis, multiple regression analysis, cluster analysis, and t-test. As a results, the characteristics of kidult consumers are classified as six factors. On image toward of kidult fashion goods, there was a significant difference 20 and 30 aged generation. According to fashion goods group, each group recognized on image of fashion products as follow: Group A is 'fancy', group B is 'childish', group C are 'familiarity', group D was recognized as 'fancy' and was identical to A on adjective expression, but was different A on recognition. All consumer characteristics of fun, character, girlish, nostalgia have a significant relation with the recurrence of products selection factor, and its order was character, girlish, nostalgia, and fun.

A Potential Value of Noise Control in Construction Sites for Real Estate Developers

  • Since construction work is an indispensable part of daily lives, complaints of noise are unavoidable. Noise control in construction sites is normally known as a regulation by a government and self-motivated noise controls rarely occur. In this paper, a marketing strategy is proposed to provide a potential value of noise control for real estate developer. First, people's perception to construction noise was examined in means of collecting and analyzing media reports between 2005 to 2011. Then decibel test was done in order to test noise generated by different devices in a construction site in various distances. According to the theory of core competency, a conceptual model was raised to illustrate profit and loss situation of the real estate developers in the case they invest more in noise control. The construction noise is discussed that it will ruin people's perception to the company's brand image and reputation. Also, the investment in the creation of silent site is discussed that it will not only bring benefit to the brand image work but also have value of profit in the market.

제주도 해양레저장비산업 육성 방안에 대한 고찰 (A Study on the Development Strategy of Jeju Marine Leisure Equipment Industry)

  • This study was to consider the development strategy of Jeju Marine leisure equipment industry for facilitating marine leisure tourism industry. For achieving this goal, the case studies related to domestic & foreign marine leisure equipment industry, interviews of marine leisure equipment company, the contents of specialist consultation meeting were used in this study. The strategies for promoting were suggested in progress that step 1 was the expansion of maintenance infrastructure as of a port of call, step 2 was the establishing of marie leisure tourism image, step 3 was the integration of marine leisure equipment industry. More specific suggestions were followed. As an aspect of infrastructure, the expansion of management of marine leisure equipment such as yacht, development of marina having similar image of Jeju were suggested. As an aspect of law/institution, the development of financial support system on the marine leisure equipment, promotion of establishment of professional education institutions were suggested. As an aspect of contents/programs, the hosting the exhibition of marine leisure used equipment of international trade, the development of environmental-friendly program associated with cruise were suggested, Finally, as an aspect of promotion/marketing, the promotions linked with drama & movie industry, the strategy of improvement of negative image to the yacht industry were suggested.

복합쇼핑몰에서의 세대별 몰링문화에 관한 연구 - 엔터테인먼트 경험을 중심으로 - (Generational malling culture in multi-complex shopping malls - Entertainment experiences -)

  • Malling culture, which refers to the enjoyment of shopping in multi-complex malls with shopping, cultural, and leisure facilities, has emerged as a major trend in society. However, few studies have researched malling culture in depth. This study classified people who go to multi-complex shopping malls as belonging to the baby-boom generation, X-generation, or Y-generation to investigate consumer culture in malls, with an emphasis on user satisfaction and entertainment experiences. Consumers who had shopped in a multi-complex shopping mall during the last 6 months were surveyed. Data were collected through a research company, and responses from 417 subjects were used in the analysis. Among the 417 subjects, 130 were baby-boomers, 136 were from the X-generation, and 151 were from the Y-generation. Investigating the components of multi-complex shopping malls that stimulate entertainment experiences, this study found that exploratory, emotional, and leisure experiences were enhanced when users were more satisfied with the image, atmosphere, and events of shopping malls. In addition, mall image and atmosphere contributed to the improvement of social experiences. With regard to generation, baby-boomers and subjects from the X-generation were generally more satisfied with mall atmosphere, image, and events and had more exploratory and leisure experiences. This study holds significance in that it examined malling culture from a wider perspective than simply the younger generation and presented scholarly and marketing implications based on insights into generational malling culture.

How Self-Congruity Affects Patronage Behaviors in Fashion Retailing: Mediating Roles of Satisfaction and Loyalty

  • The purpose of this study was to examine how congruity between self-image and store image affects a customer's satisfaction with the retailer, loyalty towards that retailer, and patronage behavior toward that retailer in a fashion retailing context. In addition to the direct effects of selfcongruity on consumer responses, the mediating roles of satisfaction and retailer loyalty were also examined. A convenience sample of 137 college students participated in an online survey. Path analysis showed that self-congruity had a direct effect on satisfaction, but not on retailer loyalty and patronage behavior. However, the effect of self-congruity on retailer loyalty and patronage behavior was fully mediated by satisfaction. Satisfaction had a positive effect on both retailer loyalty and patronage behavior. The effect of satisfaction on patronage behavior was partially mediated by retailer loyalty. As supported in the study, self-congruity can induce retailer loyalty. Given that retailers have direct control over developing a certain store image that affects perceptions of self-congruity of their target market, the findings of the study provide useful information for fashion retailers. The findings of the study add to current selfcongruity literature by extending to fashion retailing and also by examining the mediating roles of satisfaction and retailer loyalty on the effects of self-congruity.

  • A cosmetic shop in a department store is the best place in Korea's cosmetic market flow that shows the total image of each brand. The present day departmental cosmetic shops are centered around global brands and comparative brand power is competing with a small number of local brands. It is a fact that not only regarding the brand power of local brands but also the space design of their shops are different than the global brands. And, influenced by a modern society, culture, economic surrounding, the customers are getting original and individual. Their individualistic life style is demanding a shop environment with new concept. Such a sale environment is not for just product sale and a place where exchange economy of sale occurs. It is requisite for communication where total marketing strategy Is used In an active way. We must acknowledge it as a symbolic place being the ultimate site of customer oriented exchange economy showing the image of both product and the company. The aim of this plan is to set up a sale environment that will enhance the brand awareness and product value. We intended to provide purchase comfort and visual effect to the customer simultaneously with an Increase in customer attention by putting in the appropriate design requisites as per the brand specialty and by the application of a distinguished S.I.P (Store Identity Program) for the shop.

중국 O2O 커머스 특성과 소비자 특성이 신뢰, 욕구 및 이용의도에 미치는 영향 (A Study on the Effects of O2O Commerce Characteristics and Consumer Characteristics on Trust, Desire and Intention to Use in China)

  • O2O 커머스(Online to Offline)는 최근 몇 년간 ICT 분야에서 가장 각광받고 있는 비즈니스 모델 중에 하나로 온라인 소비자를 오프라인 매장으로 유인하는 것이다. 중국의 경우 2010년 온라인 공동구매가 출현한 이래 사용자가 폭발적으로 증가 추세를 보이고 있으나, 중국 O2O 커머스에 대한 연구는 대부분 문헌적 연구로 실증적인 연구가 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 O2O 커머스의 특성과 목표지향적 행동모형에 근거한 소비자 특성이 O2O 이용자들의 신뢰, 욕구, 이용의도에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하고자 하였다. 선행연구를 통해 구성변수들을 Online 특성, Offline 특성, O2O 신뢰, 소비자특성, 이용에 대한 욕구, 이용의도 등으로 구분하고, 구성변수들 간의 관계를 이론적 모형으로 구축하였다. 또한 이들 변수들 간의 관계를 실증적으로 검증하기 위해 중국 O2O 커머스의 이용자들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고 SPSS와 AMOS를 이용하여 분석하였다. 세부가설을 포함한 총 10개의 가설 중 Online 특성의 이동성과 Offline 특성의 서비스품질은 신뢰에 유의한 영향을 나타내지 않았으나 나머지 8개의 가설들은 모두 채택되었다.

암염돔 하부 구조의 구조보정 영상 개선을 위한 파형역산 기법 연구 (A Study of Waveform Inversion for Improvement of Sub-Salt Migration Image)

  • 석유탐사 분야에서 탐사대상이 되는 저류층이 갈수록 심부화되고 복잡한 지층 구조로 옮겨감에 따라 암염층 하부 구조를 영상화하는 기술은 석유 및 가스층의 탐지를 위해 매우 중요하게 부각되고 있다. 그러나 암염돔 구조의 특성상 안염돔 하부로부터의 반사 에너지가 미약하기 때문에 하부구조의 정확한 영상을 얻기는 힘들다. 이러한 어려움을 극복하고자 본 연구에서는 암염돔 하부 구조 영상화를 위해 다중격자(multi-grid) 기법을 사용하여 파형역산을 수행하였다. 고정격자를 이용한 통상적인 주파수 영역 파형역산 기법으로 얻은 결과와의 비교를 통해 암염돔 구조 및 하부 구조의 영상화에서 다중격자를 적용한 파형역산 기법의 장점을 확인하였다. 본 연구 결과를 통해 고정격자를 이용한 파형역산 기법으로 정확한 영상을 얻기 어려웠던 암염돔 구조에서도 다중격자를 적용하여 향상된 영상을 얻을 수 있음을 보여 주었다.
