안전관리대행 사업장의 산업재해 개선 방안에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Industrial Accident Improvement Measure of Company that Managed by Acting Agency)

  • There are two kind of method to perform a safety management in industrial field. One is a management by safety manager employed in company and another one is safety management by acting agency. In case of the company that managed by the acting agency dose not coincide with the state of company and safety management performance because of the safety management is carry out by periodically. Therefore it is considered that the sufficient safety management is difficult. And a company that employ a safety manager also show a low level of safety management compare with the advanced country in view of safety and health. From the statistics of accident rate of the company, it is necessary that an improved safety management through the studying and analysing a coverall matters for the company that managed by acting company.

  • This study examines the factors configuration management quality of the construction company, and to analyze the impact of these factors on Project Performance and Company Performance. That quality construction management configuration factors, chief executives, corporate strategy, organizational management, information technology, and partners five variables, Project Performance variables, process management, quality management, cost management, safety management, environmental management five variables, and Company Performance parameters of financial competence and organizational satisfaction, quality of work three variables, the overall causal relationship between the presence of specific activities and management quality, classified according to the size of the company were verified by the difference in impact between the two groups.

  • In this paper, we explain Production Liability(PL) law and research Protection and Deference of Manufacturing Company for Production Liability Law. As Protection of Manufacturing company for PL law, we suggest company wide strategy and check list of organization of PL, design, manufacturing field, explanatory note, warning and instruct passage, sales and after service etc as TQM(total quality management) strategic. TQM of protect management of PL, which are all systematic manage of company. We also suggest defence of PL law as inside of company and insure PL insurance as outside of company.

  • People have relatively continuous and stable characteristic and it can help understand personal attitude and behavior. As individual has individual personality and society has culture, in case of organization, there is organization culture that means unique cultural characteristic. And as if we need to know culture of that society to understand individual, we need to know organization culture of that organization to understand any organization. The reason why organization culture is acknowledged as modern theory of business management is-modern company has proposed management innovation, organization activation, company transformation, and company reprogramming as management strategy to cope actively with various and quickly changing environment that modern company face-that organization culture and management innovation, that is, the concept of new business management is highlighted for means and tools to solve such problems. Seeing contemporary situation, although organization culture of small company is being improved by management innovation, cause and effect that organization culture affect technique innovation still insufficient. The meaning of this research is, through a good example of organization culture, providing reason that efficient organization culture affect technique innovation of small company(medium and small company) and making people understand why this effect occur. Through this, I want to provide strategy and policy implication of company.

The Polarization of Wealth: The Effect of Support of Knowledge Management on Knowledge Management Activity and Company Performance

  • This study attempts to verify effects of CEO' supports, compensation and educational training and those of individual annual salaries and company's sales on promotion of knowledge management expected to contribute to enhancing construction industry's competitiveness, from the perspective of person-organization fit. For the analysis, a total of 368 effective questionnaires were used to conduct independent sample t-test, regression analysis and hierarchical moderated regression analysis. The findings show that individual annual salaries have a positive relationship with company's performance and company's sales also have positive relationships with both knowledge management activities and company performance, and CEO's supports, compensation and educational training are important factors that can improve knowledge management activities. In addition, the principle that the rich get richer and the poor get poorer is also operated in construction industry, as in other industries. Therefore, members in a company should conduct optimal strategies to enhance the knowledge management activities through selection and concentration, while governmental agencies require the establishment of IT system for it and supports for related cost and consulting of it.

위탁급식 전문업체의 브랜드 운영 전략을 위한 브랜드 인지도 분석 - 인천 지역 일부 대학생을 대상으로 - (A Study on Brand Awareness of Contract Foodservice Management Company in Incheon Area)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the college and university student's perception on the brand awareness of contract foodservice management company in Incheon area. The developed questionnaires were distributed to the college and university students in Incheon area from September 20 to September 24 in 2004. Total 198 questionnaires were used for the final data analysis with response rate of 82.5%. The results showed that 85 % of the students has known that the foodservice operation was managed by contracted management company, only 56.5% of them have known the exact name of contract foodservice management company managing their cafeteria. It was recommended therefore that contract foodservice management company need more efforts for widening public activities for their company's name.

  • This study has focused on the introduction each stages of ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) implementation for an agricultural company's knowledge management & innovation. We have analyzed the company's background and found some conflicts and problems caused by the stockholders while implementing ERP systems. This case study has noted well how an agricultural company including between a provider and a stakeholder could be able to settle the ERP system with an necessary customizing work into the organization. Finally, ROSEPIA's implemented ERP systems have increased not only productivity but also archived the factuality and data reliability. This study give us an implication of how an export oriented and agricultural company, ROSEPIA made its company innovated and run its organizations through knowledge management using its ERP.

패션기업의 경영자 기업지배력이 기업 재무성장성에 미치는 영향 - 한국 중소기업의 규모와 기업업력의 조절효과를 중심으로 - (The moderating effect of Korean fashion SMEs' company age and size on the relationship between management ownership and company financial growth)

  • Most Korean companies in the fashion industry are SMEs, and the role of the CEO and management ownership is important for enhancing the firm's competence and developing strategies. The study aims to examine the effect of management ownership on company financial growth. In particular, the study focuses on the moderating effect of company age and size on Korean fashion SMEs' financial outcomes. Financial data based on company financial statements from 2012 to 2014 was collected by the Data Analysis, Retrieval and Transfer System of Korea's Financial Supervisory Service. A total of 295 companies' (domestic fashion businesses) data was analyzed by the bootstrap method. The median sales value in the financial year 2014 was 47,492,403,958 KRW, and the company size was divided by it. The companies were in business for an average of 20 years. According to the results, the management ownership had a negative effect on Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) for the three-years, and the relationship between the two variables was moderated by company age. Additionally, the interaction effect of management ownership and company age on 3-CAGR was also moderated by company size. When the companies had spent only a few years in business, a negative effect of management ownership for small firms and a positive effect of management ownership on financial growth for medium firms were found. These results suggest that small companies starting business need to manage their company governance structure to make flexible decisions, and after retaining financial growth, the companies can expand their businesses based on strong ownership.

  • 근래에 지식경영이라는 용어는 일종의 캠페인과 같이 다양한 분야에서 다양한 범위와 방법으로 사용되고 있다. 지식경영은 좁게는 지식을 갖춘 개인으로부터 넓게는 조직 내외부를 잇는 네트워크의 개념까지 다루기도 하며, 현재의 특정문제 해결을 위한 특정지식부터 기업이나 조직의 과거성과를 재는 잣대와 미래전략 수립을 위한 키로 활용하기도 한다. 본 연구는 지식, 지식경영, 지식경영 기업에 관한 포괄적인 연구조사를 바탕으로 건설관리 기업을 위한 지식경영모델을 제시하고, 그 중 일부에 해당하는 VE 전문가시스템을 소개하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 현재 지식경영 체제를 위해 노력을 경주중인 건설기업에게는 현재의 지식경영 정책과 방향을 되돌아보며 부족하거나 놓친 부분을 검토할 수 있도록 할 것이며, 지식경영을 도입하려고 준비중인 기업에게는 지식경영 전략을 수립하는데 있어 참고할 수 있는 하나의 대안이 될 것이다.

  • The purpose of the current study is to explore what are critical success factors(CSFs) from Posco Engineering and Construction Company's knowledge management practice. From a deep case study of the company, five CSFs are delineated. The first factor is to clarify knowledge management vision and strategy so that people in the company clearly understand directions of where the company goes to implement knowledge management. The second one is to grip the whole picture of knowledge management realms. Narrow eyes for the knowledge management leads to failure. The third factor depends on how to acquire people's cooperation. The fourth one has something to do with a way of approach. Unilateral or delegated approach is fragile for the successful implementation of knowledge management. Shared approach raises the probability of success. The fifth one is to monitor implementation acts and processes.
