건설 관련 기술 및 시장은 최근 시간과 장소를 떠나 글로벌 시장이라는 하나의 울타리 내에서 이루어지고 있다. 또한, 대기업 중심이었던 해외건설시장에서 중소기업의 비중이 확대되고 있는 시점에서 이들 건설기업의 이윤확대를 위해서는 더욱 효율적이고 생산적인 사업구조 전략이 절실히 요구된다. 이러한 기업의 전략을 위해 건설기업들은 일반적으로 타 기업과의 비교분석을 통해 부족한 점을 인식하고 발전시키기 위한 벤치마킹을 실시하고 있다. 이에 본 논문은 세계 건설업체의 다양한 사업구조전략 및 변화모습을 분석하여 선진 건설업체를 선정하는 한편 이들 기업의 전략 특성을 살펴보고자 한다. 또, 벤치마킹을 위한 선진기업의 선정 방법을 소개하는 또다른 목적을 가질 수 있겠다. 선진 건설업체를 선정하기 위해 시장점유율(매출)변화 분석, 건설 상품별 전문성 분석, 그리고 사업 포트폴리오전략 분석을 방법론으로 이용하였으며 자료는 ENR지에서 발표되는 세계 건설기업의 매출과 상품별 비중을 참고하였다.

In order to meet the increasing competitive pressures coupled with higher demands for component quality, whirling machines have been at the cutting edge of the automobile industry for more than 25 years. The hard whirling process can save on machining time and operation elimination. Hard whirling is done dry, without coolant. The chips carry away nearly all of the heat during cutting, leaving the workpiece cool and minimizing any thermal geometry variations. The surface finish and profile accuracy are close to grinding quality. Whirling machines usually consist of four major parts; 1) loading system that requires the necessary axial speeds, 2) head stock that needs high precision clamping and positioning system at the chuck and tailstock, 3) whirling unit that demands the high cutting speeds and cutting power fer cutting deep thread profiles and 4) unloading system that requires an easy workpiece unloading. Also, capabilities of the whirling machine can be improved by attaching a vision system to the machine. Most of whirling machines in Korean automobile industry are imported from the Leistritz company, Germany and the Hasegawa company, Japan. Tn this paper, a basic research will be performed to improve and enhance the existing whirling machines. Finally, a new Korean whirling machine will be proposed and developed.

항만에서 상호리스크관리는 항만서비스를 제공하는 터미널 운영사와 항만서비스를 사용하는 해운선사간의 기업경영의 운영측면에서 상호이익을 도모하기 위해 중요하다. 본 연구는 상호 윈-윈 전략이 될 수 있는 상호리스크 관리방안을 통하여 국적선사와 항만산업체의 경쟁력을 확보하는데 기여하고자 수행되었다. 광양항의 터미널 운영사별로 해운선사에 대한 리스크 요인 및 리스크관리 개선점을 도출하고, 광양항 입항 해운선사별로 터미널 운영사별 리스크 요인 및 리스크관리 개선점을 도출하여 터미널 운영사와 해운선사간의 리스크에 의한 손실을 감소시키면서 상호이익을 도모하는 리스크 사전인식모델과 리스크 예방모델 등 두가지 종류의 관리모델을 제시하였다. 제시된 관리모델은 광양항의 컨테이너터미널과 해운선사간의 상호리스크 요인에 의한 손실을 파악하고 사전인식을 통해 리스크를 관리하기 위한 리스크 사전인식모델과 리스크에 의한 손실을 예방하기 위한 리스크 예방모델로 구성되며, 사전인식을 통한 관리와 예방을 통한 관리를 동시에 수행하도록 수립하였다. 이를 통하여 광양항 컨테이너터미널 운영사와 해운선사 상호간의 리스크에 의한 손실을 최소화시키면서, 운영의 효율성을 높일 수 있는 논리적 근거를 마련하고자 하였다.

최근 FTA체결 등 세계건설 시장의 개방으로 인한 국내외적인 주변 건설환경의 급속한 변화속에서 국제경쟁력을 갖추기 위해서는 건설업체의 품질향상을 위한 품질 및 조직관리가 중요하게 대두되고 있다. 그러므로 이에 대한 실태분석을 통하여 개선방안을 마련, 양질의 건축물을 소비자에게 제공함으로써 고객만족을 이룩할 수 있는 품질 및 조직관리 측면에서 연구가 필요하여 실시한 것이다. 품질관리를 위한 전담부서의 조직은 중소건설업체가 크게 미비함으로 인하여 전담부서가 절실히 필요한것으로 나타나 이를 개선하기 위하여 AHP분석을 통한 CEO 직속의 품질전담부서의 조직구조형태가 유지관리측면에서 비용절감효과 등 품질과 조직의 운영이 뛰어난 효과를 가져올 수 있는 것으로 분석되어, 중소건설업체에 품질전담부서를 조직하여 품질개선과 함께 경쟁력 우위를 점해야 할 것으로 사료되어 실시하였다.

The consequently quick doctor decision and efficient manufacturing environment construction are demanded and Product Life cycle becomes shortening, the e-Business from the digital management environment which changes suddenly the necessity is plentifully raising its head with plan of competitive power security of the enterprise and management renovation. Successful of the e-business model and failure instances there is a depth from the research which it sees and after trying to investigate, it originated to the advancement of digital environment the strategies and to sleep against the successful model of the e-business for a new management renovation presentation it tries it does.

우리나라 건설시장은 시장 규모의 축소, 과다 경쟁 등으로 인하여 수익률이 감소하고 품질이 저하되는 등 악순환이 거듭 되고 있다. 이에 각 업체들은 경쟁력 확보를 위하여 빠른 변화를 시도하고 있다. 이런 상황에도 건설 프로젝트의 관리 방식은 크게 개선되지 않아 납기의 지연, 예산의 초과 등 많은 문제점들이 나타나고있다. 이런 현상이 나타나는 원인을 기존의 PERT/CPM 으로 스케줄링 되어진 프로젝트 관리 방식의 문제로 보고, 그 대안으로 TOC를 기본으로한 CCPM을 소개하고자 한다. 본 연구의 목적은, 프로젝트 관리의 어려움을 이해하고, CCPM의 기본적인 활용성을 이해함으로써 국내 건설 프로젝트에 CCPM 도입 가능성을 타진하고자 하는데 있다.

SFF(solid freeform fabrication) is another name of RP(rapid prototyping). The SFFS for office type wishes to develop system that can produce small object such as hand phone, cup, accessory etc. with high speed, and also intend suitable system in office environment by compact design, and buy easily by inexpensive price. As can manufacture high speed in existent SFF process technology, representative process that have competitive power in price is 3DP (three dimensional printing) technology. The 3DP technology is way to have general two dimensional printing technology and prints to three dimension, is technology that make three-dimensional solid freeform that want binder doing jetting selectively on powder through printer head. We designed and manufactured SFFS for office based on 3DP process technology design and manufactured, and composed head system so that use 3 printer heads at the same time to improve the fabrication speed of system. We used printer head of INCJET company and cartridge used HP45 series model who can buy easily in general city. And we directly fabricated three dimensional solid freeform using developed SFFS for office type.

This study aimed at developing furniture for children by Ilgumte which is an expert manufacturer of educational equipments for school and kindergarten and the aim of this investigation is to develop the child-oriented furniture in consideration of Ilgumte's characteristic as a company composed of the disabled people, and furthermore to create a new sales market by developing own technology to improve competitive power. The current status of the child furniture in domestic and international market was researched and design concept on basis of this analysis was set, and through the designing process the new items of furniture having characteristics as follows were developed. First, the simple production way for the disabled to be able to work was selected and plywood used mainly by Ilgumte was presented as main material. Second, moving course, space and storage function were maximum considered, so that children feel convenient at using the furniture in their space, in case of playing as well as leaning. Third, natural wooden texture was mostly reflected for the emotional aspects of children and pink color played a role as partial accents. Finally, difficult production skill and expensive material were excluded for cost down.

계측기 장비들을 검증하기 위해서는 원기를 보유하고 있는 인증기관에 의뢰하여 장비의 이상유무를 검증 받게 된다. 디지털 계측기 같은 고가의 장비를 보유하고 있는 기업에게 이런 검증과정은 시간과 비용을 가져온다. 본 연구에서 제안한 '계측기-스마트 네트워크 카드 모델'은 디지털 계측기에 스마트 네트워크 모듈을 탑재하는데, 이 카드는 기존의 웹 어댑터에 원격지에서 프로그램을 적재, 삭제, 실행이 가능하도록 스마트 기능을 추가하여 원격검증 및 제어가 가능하다. 제안한 모델은 다수의 프로그램이 적재 가능하여 응용가치 또한 높으며, 국내외로 판매한 고가의 디지털 계측기 하나하나를 인터넷을 이용하여 원격제어가 가능하게 하고, 원격으로 검증 조건을 교체할 수 있도록 함으로써, 장비의 질과 경쟁력을 높일 수 있다.

Bidding systems in the domestic public construction work have been amended many times since the lowest-bidding system was implemented in 1951. However, this hasn't had much success. Competition in technical development among companies has declined as the contracts for buildings are given to company which submits the lowest price without considering traits of projects. In addition, as the construction market turns to the limitless competition system due to FTA(Free Trade Agreement), advanced techniques are needed to promote the national competitive power. Considering the needs of the times, Korean government announced that "Best Value Contract (Design-Bid-Build)" and "Bridging Contracts (Design-Build)" are included to 4 existing bidding systems in October 2007. Thus this study aims to suggest devised the evaluation criteria including major items for evaluating bidders, in order to establish and revitalize the best-value bid system successfully.
