공동체 복합지원시설인 주민자치센터의 복합화 현황 및 특성에 관한 연구 - 서울시를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Present Complex Conditions and Characteristics of Community Centers - Focused on the Seoul Metropolis -)

  • This study is a research for revitalized characteristics of compounded community center which is a complex aid facility with a key position of regional culture and welfare. Recent complex conditions of community center and public facility is studied on this research. The methods are searches in the Internet, telephone interviews, and documents of present local conditions. The results are as follow : The community center in Seoul City support 2 million people per a center in average and self-supporting financial rate came out low. The community center formed physical shape in one building with community facilities. A district complex community center type, which is a village office united to public facilities, expected to be increased. The community center compound 1 or 2 facilities, divided 15 types. Most of community center is complex type of community center with village office and the other types are complex type of community center with a hall for the aged, nursery, and library. Accordingly, the community center keeps up the complex type of community center with village office type as a physical shape in one building and the district complex community center type complexes with hall for the aged, nursery and library.

  • In the present study, performances of fuel cell driven compound source hybrid heat pump system applied to a large community building are simulated. Among several renewable energy sources, ground, river, sea, and waste water sources are chosen as available alternative energies. The performance and energy cost are varied with the hybrid heat pump sources. The system design and operation process appropriate for the surrounding circumstance guarantee the high benefit of the heat pump system applied to a large community building. Th system is driven by fuel cell system instead of the late-night electricity due to the advantages of the low energy cost and waste heat with high temperature.

  • In the present study, the simulation on the annual performance evaluation of a renewable energy systems with fuel cell driven compound source hybrid heat pump systems is applied to the heating and cooling of large community building. The large community building has the economical advantage to apply heat pump cooling and heating systems the long period operation. If air and ground source hybrid heat pump systems are combined, COP of the system can be increased largely. Fuel cell driven compound source hybrid heat pump system can reduced the fuel cost as well as thermal storage tank sharply.

SI(Skeleton/Infill)이론을 적용한 폐교활용의 워크숍 방법론 (Workshop Method Adaptation of SI Theory for Applying Closed Schools)

  • Despite the high historical and topological values, closed schools are rarely reutilized. The reason can be likely explained by integrity of the building structure and unawareness of the operation and maintenance for closed schools. The purpose of this study is finding a possibility of reusing closed schools by deploying SI (Skeleton and Infill) theory. SI theory is separating the "skeleton" like structure from "infill" such as interior furnishings to extend building life without complete demolishing of the building. It will allow satisfying various local community demands by alternating infill without demolishing of historical and topological value of the building. The experimental test was undertaken with closed school for this study. The local community's demands or opinions were reflected to develop a strategy for deploying infill system especially movable storage furniture to closed school. The study finds possibilities that SI theory can assist local community to 1) construct potential demand for utilizing closed school and 2) suggest strategy for operating and maintaining closed school.

  • Korea is the 3rd highest country in population density of the world,furthermore, 1/5 of Korean lives in Seoul with only 0.0% tiny area size. It explains the high-rise apartment has diffused so fast. Regardless of its height, almost all apartments have been planned in a very uniform way, ignoring the possibilities of vertical community and commercial culture. Since considerable number of residents have within building, ways to improve the community and commercial culture need to be explored. One major way to do is providing community space where residents are expected to use in a natural way. The purpose of this research is to identify preferred location of community space in each apartment building. Web guesting survey was used as main methodology. 83 data were collected during mid October, 2009. As results, lobby at the first floor was most favorably selected by super high-rise apartment residents due to convenience, accessibility.

지속가능한 커뮤니티 관점에서 본 일본의 마을만들기 사례 분석 (Case Analysis of Machizukuri in Japan from the Perspective of Sustainable Community)

  • Community building in Japan, called Machizukuri, has been in existence since the 1960s, and many successful cases are referred to by researchers and public service officials as benchmarks for creating livable cities and towns in Korea. The purpose of this study is to identify the building factors for a sustainable community and to suggest implications through the cases of machizukuri in Japan. Based on the literature review related to the research topic, on-site visit case study was used as the major research methodology. Four cases -Setagaya, Kawagoe, Motomachi, and Manazuru- were selected as the research subjects and interviews with the representatives of the community(resident) council and public officials were conducted during October 19-22, 2011. The project overview, purpose, and planning characteristics of each case were described for data analysis. The major findings are as follows. Although most of the machizukuri in Japan were administration-dependent at the beginning stage, the case projects in this study showed resident-independence (self-support) from the perspective of sustainability. The results showed that successful community building is an everlasting project that requires cooperation among personnels including residents, civic officials, and related council members.

가족사례관리 중심 지역사회협의체 운영의 장애요인 및 발전 방안 (Barriers of community networking practices in the context of family-centered case-management)

  • The main purposes of this study are to appraise the family-centered case-management (FCCM) practices in terms of building the community networking efforts, and to propose the practical improvement suggestions to overcome the barriers in practicing the current Healthy Families Policy, FCCM. The blended methodology was employed by collecting the quantitative and qualitative data sets including an staff's on-line survey, in-depth interviews(site case studies), and FGIs. As results, the authors found, despite the building and maintaining functional community networks was the essential and critical condition for the FCCM policy deliveries, many staffs have faced hardships in FCCM practices such as building a new network or finding an available and apt network within their communities. The lack of previous experiences in case-management exaggerated the functional difficulties thus, the new staffs were more prone than the staffs with 2 or more years experiences to the misunderstanding about the missions and tasks related to FCCM. Authors suggested that various on-the-job-training should be provided to eliminate those obstacles to build and/or maintain the community network for FCCM. Also, it is necessary for the each institution's director or managers to understand the FCCM and its relation to community networking, and to support FCCM staff members.

정보 전략 계획(ISP)을 통한 농촌지역개발사업 정보시스템 구축방안 (A Study on the Rural Development Information System using ISP Methodology)

  • This study aims at suggesting some measures to establish rural community development information system through ISP. A future model for rural community development information system was established by applying such 3-step ISP methodology as environment analysis, current status(AS-IS) analysis, future(To-Be) directions. As a result, with the vision of realizing comprehensive information service for rural development projects, rural development information system has established such goals as the assistance of project decision making through preparing rural development project data management system and acquiring evaluation efficiency, the preparation of spatial information utilization system, the utilization of objective GIS-based information through the increase of data management efficiency, the community activation and participatory rural development through rural spatial information portal service. In order to attain the goals, four strategical subject matters were derived. They are: 1) one-stop service subject matter for data management including pilot DB building for rural development projects, 2) rural information GIS service strengthening subject matter including DB building for rural development, O&M measures, 3) step-by-step DB building subject matter including the sharing of integrated information system for rural development, and 4) core value increase subject matter of spatial information data including the building of active service delivery system.

  • 목적: 지역사회 참여형 보건 연구에서 현장의 지식과 경험을 토대로 주요 보건문제를 파악하고 대응하기에 중요한 역할을 하는 지역사회 주민 조직의 구성과 운영상의 특성을 논의하고자 한다. 방법: 미국 펜실베이니아 주 12개 저소득층 정부임대 아파트의 노인 입주자들을 대상으로 각 아파트마다 자발적인 주민조직을 구성하여 사회생태학 모형을 활용한 6단계 지역사회 역량강화 과정을 수행하였다. 주민조직의 과정과 성과를 기록한 200여건의 문건에 대해 질적 연구 분석을 실시하였다. 결과: 2년간 주민조직 월례회의를 통하여 낙후된 아파트 건물상태, 신선한 식재료 마련, 주민 간 관계개선 등을 지역사회 건강증진의 우선순위로 선정하고, 자체적인 해결방안을 구상하여 추진하였다. 주민조직 내의 리더십, 주민조직에 꾸준히 참여하는 핵심 회원, 주민조직 회의 개최의 일관성이 주민들에 의한 자치적인 지역사회 건강증진 활동의 주요 특성으로 드러났다. 리더십이 형성되고 회원의 참여와 회의의 개최가 꾸준한 주민조직일수록 지역사회 건강증진 목표 및 관련활동이 집중적인 경향이 있었다. 결론: 리더십, 참여, 일관성 등은 참여적이고 자치적인 지역사회 건강증진을 위한 역량요인이며, 이러한 역량을 개발하고 강화하는 과정에 대한 모니터링과 과정평가의 중요성이 강조된다.

초고층 주상복합 건물의 입주자관리, 공유공간 만족도와 지역공동체의식의 관계 (Relationship between Satisfaction Degree on Management for Residents, Common Spaces and Sense of Community in High Rise Mixed-use Residential Building)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the relations among management for residents, sense of community and common space for residents which provided in high rise mixed-use residential building constructed at the end of 1990s. Research method was social survey with questionnaire from 178 subjects collected by the snow ball sampling. Statistical analysis was done by the SPSS 10 for Windows program using frequency, percentage, t-test, one-way ANOVA. Research results showed high degree of residents' management satisfaction in the area of fitness space and business service. And they also showed high degree of residents' satisfaction in common space which include swimming pool, shower and sauna facilities. Satisfaction degree of management for residents became high with the support of residents' common space, so the management of residents' common space might be important in the management of high rise mixed-use residential building. Finally, residents' management and residents' common spaces have an important role to enhance the sense of community.
