지역사회 거주하는 뇌졸중 장애인의 장애수용과 불안이 참여에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Disability Acceptance and Anxiety on Participation of People with Stroke Living in the Community)

  • 지역사회 거주하는 뇌졸중 장애인의 참여를 생산성, 여가, 사회생활 영역으로 살펴보고, 장애수용과 불안이 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 자료수집은 2018년 10월부터 2019년 1월까지 복지관, 지역사회 서비스를 이용하는 192명을 대상으로 하였으며 장애수용, 불안과 참여에 대한 자료를 수집하였다. 일반적 특성은 기술통계, 일반적 특성에 따른 참여를 비교하기 위해 t-test와 일원배치분산분석을 실시하였다. 변인 간의 상관관계는 피어슨 상관분석, 그리고 인과관계 규명을 위해 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 참여의 생산성에 영향을 미치는 요인은 노동(β=.28, p<.001), 장애를 독특하게 여기지 않는 것(β=.14, p<.05), 보상적 행동의 질(β=.22, p<.01), 주관적 불안(β=-.35, p<.05)으로 나타났으며, 설명력은 33%(F=9.44, p<.001)를 보였다. 여가는 장애에 대한 자기만족도(β=.18, p<.05)와 보상적 행동의 질(β=.18, p<.05)로 나타났으며, 23%(F=6.32, p<.001)의 설명력을 보였다. 사회생활은 노동(β=.19, p<.01), 주관적 불안(β=-.51, p<.05)으로 나타났으며, 설명력은 23%(F=6.05, p<.001)를 보였다. 이는 뇌졸중 발병 이후 변화된 삶을 위한 심리사회적인 요인에 대한 중요성을 시사하며, 뇌졸중 장애인의 참여를 개선하기 위한 프로그램의 구성과 적용, 실질적인 접근의 필요성을 제시한다.

  • In the wake of Fishbein and Ajzen's the Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA), Davis (1989) proposed a Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to account for how perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and attitude predict behavioral intention to use Information Systems (IS). However, TAM is incomplete in one important respect: it does not account for social influence In the acceptance and utilization of new information systems. This study investigated the relationships between organizational tasks and intention to use internet using TAM. For using internet, social network is an important factor because the natural characteristic of internet is community-based. The results showed that Organizational Culture (OC) plays an important role in explaining intention to use the internet. Using O'Reilly et al. 's measurements, we extended and empirically validated the proposed model using Structured Equation Modeling (SEM). These findings enable future researchers and practitioners to apply the OC variable in the various contextual domains.

  • Despite the fact that virtual communities on the Internet have been growing at an exponential rate in recent years, little research has been done on the characteristics of virtual communities. In order to better understand and manage the activities of virtual communities, a theoretical model is proposed in this paper. The objective of this paper is to clarify the factors as they are related to the Technology Acceptance Model. In particular the relationship among identities, trust, and other factors are hypothesized. Using the Technology Acceptance Model, this research showed that the importance of identity and trust in virtual communities. The members of virtual communities interact continuously and share an identity. According to the identity type, different ways of stimulating the members are necessary in order to facilitate participation in activities of virtual communities. The virtual communities of a more utilitarian identity are more sensitive to trust in members than trust in the service provider, and members of a more utilitarian identity are inclined to exchange information with each other.

의류 브랜드 커뮤니티에 대한 마케팅 활동이 커뮤니티의 상호작용성 증대에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Marketing Activities to Apparel Brand Online Community on Interaction of Apparel Brand Community)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of marketing activities to apparel brand community on interaction of the community. Subjects of 317 members for 9 selected apparel communities responded the questionnaire in the home-page or in the attached file. Data were analyzed by exploratory factor analysis, one-way ANOVA, scheffe-test. The results were as follows: Significant differences among three community groups classified based on the levels of interactions(interaction of company to members and interaction among members) were found in several types of marketing activities(award to activities, added services, conveyance of community's purpose and acceptance of negative responses) to apparel brand community. These types of marketing activities were operated in communities with high level interactions higher than in communities with low level interactions. Therefore, marketers need to operate these types of community marketing activities to increase interactions which can contribute members' satisfaction of interest, transaction and relationship needs through apparel brand online community.

청소년의 다문화 수용성에 영향을 미치는 요인 환경요인을 중심으로 (The Effects of Environmental Factors on the Multicultural acceptance of Adolescents in Korean Schools)

  • 본 연구는 청소년의 다문화 수용성에 영향을 미치는 환경요인을 살펴보고, 청소년의 다문화 수용성을 향상시키는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 가정환경요인, 학교환경요인, 지역사회환경요인이 청소년의 다문화 수용성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 살펴보고, 청소년의 다문화 수용성을 높일 수 있는 대안을 마련하고자 하였다. 이에 본 연구는 한국아동청소년패널의 자료 중 중학교 1학년(2010년) 자료를 이용하였으며, 총 2,278명의 자료가 분석에 사용되었다. 분석방법은 SPSS 18.0을 통한 다중회귀분석을 통해 이루어졌다. 연구결과, 학교환경요인인 학교생활적응과 지역사회환경요인인 지역사회인식, 공동체의식이 청소년의 다문화수용성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 청소년의 다문화 수용성을 높이기 위해 학교환경과 지역사회환경의 역할이 중요함을 시사한다. 학교환경에서는 다양한 교육과 프로그램이 마련되어야 하며, 지역사회환경에서는 지역사회의 역할과 공동체 의식을 강화하는 노력이 필요하다.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of planning community facilities of public rental apartments by basic and qualitative factors for the last ten years from the year of 2000. This study analyzed the processes and trends of change of the following: land use, tenant satisfaction with the residential environmental amenities, the quantitative increase in accordance with social paradigms, improvement in the quality of residential life, and acceptance of the needs of residents. Therefore, this study will suggest effective and archivable improvements in them. Methods of this study include drawing analyses, literature surveys, and interviews with experts. This study aims to provide essential primary data for planning community facilities for public rental apartments in order to differentiate them from public sales apartments. In the results, community facilities of public rental apartments have been increasing in their size and in the number of their programs as well. It is certain that community facilities are important influence on improving residential environments and the quality of the life. Based on this study, it is more effective to plan community facilities to be connected or extended to other external spaces. And tenant satisfaction should be carried out and put into consideration to help determine if community facilities are adequate. Space compositions should be designed to be flexible per social paradigms and customers needs.

확장된 TAM을 이용한 인터넷 브랜드 커뮤니티 사이트 품질 특성과 이용의도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effect of Intention of Usage on Internet Brand Community Site by the Extended Technology Acceptance Model)

  • 본 연구는 인터넷 브랜드 커뮤니티 품질특성과 확장된 기술수용모형 변수 그리고 커뮤니티 방문자의 이용의도에 대한 전반적인 영향관계 분석을 통해 브랜드 커뮤니티 사이트 이용자 행동 고찰과 브랜드 커뮤니티의 활성화 방안에 관한 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다. 선행연구의 검토후 실증분석을 통한 연구결과를 살펴보면 다음과 같다, 첫째, 기업은 브랜드 커뮤니티 이용자의 이용의도를 높이기 위해 브랜드 커뮤니티 품질 특성인 시스템품질, 서비스품질, 정보품질에 대한 관리에 힘써야 한다. 특히 브랜드 커뮤니티 이용의도에 영향을 미치는 지각된 이용용이성, 유용성, 플로우, 즐거움, 사회적 상호작용성에 전체적으로 서비스품질과 정보품질이 유의한 영향을 미치므로 시스템품질의 개선을 위한 노력과 더불어 제공 서비스 개선과 정보의 정확성, 최신 정보의 제공에 보다 전략적인 노력을 기울여야 한다. 또한 이용자들 간의 상호작용의 중요성을 고려할 때 구성원간의 커뮤니케이션을 원활하게 운영할 수 있도록 하는 시스템적 측면과 관련 콘텐츠의 개발에 힘써야 할 것이다. 둘째, 본 연구에서는 브랜드 커뮤니티 이용행동에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 변수로사회적 상호작용성과 플로우를 제시하였는데 이는 브랜드 커뮤니티 사이트 이용자와 운영자 모두에게 중요한 변수이다. 브랜드 커뮤니티 사이트를 통해 관심사가 같은 사람들 간의 교류를 통해 그 활동에 빠져들게 되고 그로 인해 브랜드 커뮤니티 사이트의 이용에 대한 태도가 개선됨을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 이 두 변수의 효과적인 관리방안에 대한 노력을 기울여야 할 것이라는 시사점을 제시할 수 있다.

가상 공동체 사용자의 전자상거래 수용에 대한 연구 (A Study on EC Acceptance of Virtual Community Users)

  • Virtual community(VC) will increasingly be organized as commercial enterprises, with the objective of earning an attractive financial return by providing members with valuable resources and environment. For example, Cyworld.com in Korea uses several community services to enable customers of Cyworld to take control of their own value as potential purchasers of products and services. Although initial adoption is important for online network service success, it does not necessarily result in the desired managerial performance unless the initial usage is continuously related to the continuous usage and purchase. Particularly, the customer who receives relevant online services and is well equipped with online network services, will trust the online service provider and perceive less risk and experience more activities such as continuous usage and purchase. Thus, how to promote continued online service usage or, alternatively, how to prevent discontinuance is a critical issue for VC service providers to consider. By aggregating a wide range of information and online environments for customers and providing trust to its members, the service providers of virtual communities help to reduce the perceived risk of continuous usage and purchase. Drill down, online service managers realize that achieving strong and sustained customers who continuously use online service and purchase on it is crucial. Therefore, the research into this online service continuance will identify the relationship between the initial usage and the continuous usage and purchase. The research of continuous usage or post adoption has recently emerged as an important issue in the IS literature. Individuals' information systems(IS) continuous usage decisions are congruent with consumers' repeat purchase decisions. The TAM(Technology Acceptance Model) paradigm has been strongly confirmed across a wide range from product purchase on EC to online service usage contexts. The analysis of IS usage based on TAM has proven to be successful across almost online service contexts. However, most of previous studies have focused on only an area (i.e., VC or EC). Just little research has tried to analyze the relationship between VC and EC. The effect of some factors on user intention, captured through several theories such as TAM, has been demonstrated. Yet, few studies have explored the salient relationships of VC users' EC acceptance. To fill this gap between VC and EC research, this paper attempts to develop a research model that extends the TAM perspective in view of the additional contributions of trust in the service provider and trust in members on some factors that affect EC and VC adoption. In this extension, we applied the TAM-to-TAM(T2T) model, and analyzed the transfer effect of trust between these two TAMs. The research model was empirically tested on the context of a social network service. The model was to extend TAM with the trust concept for the virtual community environment from the perspective of tasks. By building an extended model of TAM and examining the relationships between trust and the existing variables of TAM, it is aimed to explain a user's continuous intention to use VC and purchase on EC. The unit of analysis in this paper is an individual user of a virtual community. The population of interest is the individual with the experiences in virtual community. The data for this paper was made available via a Web survey of VC users. In total, 281 cases were gathered for about one week, but there were some missing values in the sample and there were some inappropriate cases. Thus, only 248 cases were finally analyzed. We chose the structural equation analysis to test the hypotheses and it is better suited for explaining complex relationships than the other methods. In this test, AMOS was used to test the Structural Equation Model (SEM). Noticeable results have been found in the T2T model regarding the factors affecting the intention to use of virtual community and loyalty. Our result showed that trust transfer plays a key role in forming the two adoption beliefs. Overall, this study preliminarily confirms the salience of trust transfer in online service.

통합교육을 받고 있는 일반학생과 학부모의 장애학생 수용태도 - 일반학생의 성과 학년에 따른 차이를 중심으로 - (The Acceptance Attitudes toward Students with Disabilities of Normal Students Getting Inclusive Education and Their Parents - Focused on Differences by Gender and Grade -)

  • This study aims at determining attitudes of elementary and middle school students getting inclusive education and their parents toward students with disabilities to provide basic data for desirable inclusive education. Questionnaires were given to 3 elementary schools and 2 middle schools and the participants were 117 elementary students, 288 middle students, 98 parents of elementary school students and 156 parents of middle school students. Three areas of attitude were observed the cognitive area, the affective-behavioral area, and the area of perceived effect on learning area. The data were analyzed using t-test and ANOVA. The results indicated as follows; First, there was no significant difference in attitude by gender. Second, middle school students had a more negative attitude toward the students with disabilities than elementary school students. Third, students had more positive attitudes than their parents toward students with disabilities when the affective-behavioral area was analyzed, whereas the opposite was true when the area of perceived effect on learning area was analyzed.

부모의 양육행동 및 부모-자녀 간 의사소통이 초등학교 아동의 다중지능에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Parenting Behavior and Parent-Child Communication on Elementary School Children's Multiple Intelligence)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of parenting behavior and parent-child communication on elementary school children's multiple intelligence. 321 children selected from two elementary schools and their mothers participated in the study. Data were collected using the multiple intelligence index, parenting behavior inventory and parent-child communication index. The data were statistically analyzed using the t-test, one-way ANOVA(Duncan test), and multiple regression analysis. The study showed that there were some significant differences in children's multiple intelligence according to the children's gender, income, mother and father's educational background. There were some significant differences in children's multiple intelligence according to the parenting behavior, warmth acceptance and permissiveness nonintervention behaviors, and to the parent-child open communication and problematic communication. It was also found that children's gender, family income, warmth acceptance behavior, permissiveness nonintervention behavior, open communication and problematic communication were all significant predictors of the children's multiple intelligence. Implications based on this study are as follows; in order to increase the children' multiple intelligence, parents should be warmer and more accepting and have open communication with their children.
