본 연구에서는 지방신문사 소유 자본의 성격과 역사에 따라 언론과 지역사회 엘리트간의 네트워킹이 어떻게 형성되어 있는지를 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 2002년 10월 현재, 우리나라에서 발행되고 있는 지방신문 중에서 20개를 선정하며 간부들과 엘리트간의 네트워킹 현상을 분석하였다. 본 연구를 통해 신문사의 경영진 구성은 소유자본의 특성과 역사를 반영한다는 결론을 얻었다. 우선 주식(향토기업)자본 신문사의 경우 지역사회 자본가들이 대거 참여함으로 해서 권력구조와 네트워킹이 긴밀하게 형성되고 있었다. 반면에 가계자본 신문사 간부들은 엘리트들과 밀접한 네트워킹을 형성하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 대기업자본의 신문사들은 주로 경제 엘리트와의 관련성이 높았다. 도민주자본 신문사의 경우 지역사회 엘리트들과 부분적인 연결망을 형성하고 있었다. 한편 역사라는 변수도 신문사와 엘리트간의 네트워킹을 설명하는데 있어서 중요한 변수로 작용하고 있음을 발견하였다. 역사가 짧은 신문사의 경우 엘리트와 사회적 연결망을 형성하고 있는 비율이 상대적으로 높았으며, 권력구조의 다양한 엘리트 집단과 중복해서 네트워킹을 형성하고 있었다.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to identify relationships between experiential activity, ego-resilience, sense of community, and school life adjustment of middle school students and to provide the basic data that can contribute to the activation of experiential activities. Methods: 2,351 middle school students of panel survey conducted by National Youth Policy Institute were used in the final analysis. The structural equation model(SEM) was carried out to analyze structural relationships between experiential activity and ego-resilience, sense of community, and school life adjustment of the youth. IBM SPSS Statistics 20.0 and IBM SPSS AMOS 20.0. were used for the analysis of all data. Results: Experiential activities had a statistically significant positive effect on ego-resilience(p<0.001), school life adjustment(p<0.05), and the sense of community (p<0.001). Especially experiential activities acted on ego-resiliency, a sense of community, school life adjustment as an important parameter. Sense of community also showed to be an important mediating role between ego-resiliency and school life adjustment. Conclusions: In order to maximize the effectiveness of experiential activities, it is necessary to build the community networking enough to take full advantage of community resources and develop various experiential activities to meet the needs of youth and social change.

Objectives: This paper discusses the current contexts of the collaboration between public health centers(PHCs) and community partners for health promotion. Then it suggests directions for the development and enhancement of the collaboration. Methods: The discussion in this paper is based on key literature on community health promotion, including literature reviews and case reports. Results: PHCs are mostly engaged in networking and cooperation rather than collaboration with the community. A typical pattern of cooperation is where PHCs provide healthy-setting types of programs to the community in single-partnered relationships. Current cooperation rarely involves co-planning by a multi-partnered partnership, and is greatly influenced by the interest of PHC directors and PHC performance evaluation indicators. Systems change is recommended to foster collaboration for community health promotion. Such change involves: shared understanding of health promotion and collaboration, inclusion of collaboration mechanism in public health governance, leadership development, capacity enhancement of all partners. role definition of PHCs for community collaboration, and development of collaborative system, at the least. Conclusions: At this point where collaboration should be more than rhetoric, multi-faceted, intersectoral, and concurrent approaches are required to create discourses, to develop cases, and to share experience for actual realization of collaboration for community health promotion.

In this paper, we tried to investigate whether the influence of 'I' in a heterogeneous network of physical network and virtual network can be quantitatively measurable. To do this, we used Networked Community(NC) methodology to devise a concrete model of influence assessment in heterogeneous network. In order to test the model, we conducted an experiment with Donald J. Trump and his surroundings to evaluate the effectiveness of this influence assessment model. Experimentation included the measurement of impacts on the physical and virtual networks, and the impact on the networked community. Using Trump's case, we found that analyzing only one of the two networks can not accurately analyze the impact on others.

Many methods of discovering social networking communities or clustering of features are based on the network structure or the content network. This paper proposes a community discovery method based on topic models using a time factor and an unsupervised clustering method. Online community discovery enables organizations and businesses to thoroughly understand the trend in users' interests in their products and services. In addition, an insight into customer experience on social networks is a tremendous competitive advantage in this era of ecommerce and Internet development. The objective of this work is to find clusters (communities) such that each cluster's nodes contain topics and individuals having similarities in the attribute space. In terms of social media analytics, the method seeks communities whose members have similar features. The method is experimented with and evaluated using a Vietnamese corpus of comments and messages collected on social networks and ecommerce sites in various sectors from 2016 to 2019. The experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method over other methods.

Government came to enforce long-term care insurance system in preparation for the rapid aging society. Whether this system is successful or not depends on the professionalism of long-term care-givers who are professional population in charge of care service. Currently in the early stage of enforcement, such problems as a race cutting fee resulted from numerical increase of educational facilities, insolvent operation, degradation of education level resulted from unprofessional instructor, are pointed out. As a mean of manpower-training on long-term care insurance system, this study is to research public-private-university network model of the Academy of Continuing Education attached to Ko Sin University which is the case of Yong Do Gu Busan city. Networking between the vision and development strategy of Yong Do Gu on continuing education city, education system on community manpower-training supported by Ko Sin University, and service field of welfare for the elderly can not only contribute to the professionalism of long-term care-givers but also play an ideal role in manpower-utilization and arrangement of community. Through this networking, high quality of education level and circumstance, using the existing infra, manpower-training and utilization for continuing education of Yong Do Gu can be accomplished. Additionally, the connection with facilities related with welfare for the elderly can contribute to professionalism and accountability of manpower-networking.

심우주를 항행하고 있는 우주선에 이상이 발생했을 때 지상-우주선 간 비상 통신 채널은 우주선의 상태를 파악하고 문제를 수정하기 위해 필수적이다. 복구 명령은 보통 길고 복잡한 명령들로 구성되어 있기 때문에 번들 라우팅에 기반한 지연 허용 네트워크 기술의 도움이 필요하다. 우주 패킷 프로토콜을 근간으로 구축된 심우주 우주선 통신 시스템은 지연 허용 네트워크에 의한 통신 서비스를 이용할 수 없기 때문에 우주 데이터 시스템 자문 위원회 커뮤니티에서는 first-hop last-hop 개념의 구체화 및 실용화를 시작하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 달 주변 환경에서 first-hop last-hop의 개념을 적용하였으며, 이는 향후 지연 허용 네트워크 및 우주 패킷 프로토콜 간 중계 개념을 구체화하고 실용화하는데 기여할 것으로 예상한다.

이 연구는 지방으로 분산 정착하는 북한이탈주민의 적응상황을 서울 수도권지역의 사람들과 비교 분석하였고 그 결과 노동시장활동, 생활만족도, 민간기관으로부터의 지원내용 등에서 불리한 것으로 나타나 지방정착 북한이탈주민의 지원제도에 정책적 실천적 관심을 기울여야 함을 시사하였다. 이 연구는 이러한 실증분석과 함께 북한이탈주민을 지원하는 전국의 지역사회종합복지관의 사업내용을 분석하였고, 지역차원의 북한이탈주민 지역협의회의 운영현황을 분석하였다. 지방의 사례로서는 부산지역을 선택하였는바 연구의 편의성과 함께 서울수도권지역 이외의 지역으로서 가장 많은 북한이탈주민이 거주하고 이들을 지원하는 민간의 사업이 영세하나마 존재하고 있기 때문이었다. 이 글의 사회복지학 분야의 기여는 기존의 지역사회자원동원과 지역네트워킹에 관련된 이론적 실천적 배경을 북한이탈주민 지원사업분야에 접목하였다는 것이다.

Purpose: In this paper, we provide an illustration of Indonesian youth Social Networking Service (SNS) behavior and its relation to their culinary activity. Specifically, their behavior of culinary activity preferences and also the factors affecting their action of spending their money. Data and methodology: We gathered primary data from stratified random questionnaire survey (406 youth). The gathered data was analyzed using text data mining and statistics using R statistical computing language. Results: 1) We found out why our respondents are interested in following the accounts of SNS food influencers: i.e. visually attracted to the posts, as their reference to find places to dine out, as their reference to try new food menu and to get nostalgic feeling about the food. 2) The respondents decide to actually go to the recommended culinary places because of several factors, specifically, its description (visual and text), location, word of mouth (WoM), the experience of being to that place and price. 3) Important factors affecting culinary spent are income, number of following food influencer account, SNS usage time and their interest when looking at WoM. Conclusions: SNS behavior influences Indonesian youth culinary activity preferences and spent.

This study was carried out to strengthen institution of international youth change in rural area. References, in the field of international cooperation international youth exchange and youth's volunteer service were reviewed. Considering rural situation, poor human resources in terms of foreign languages and globalization are major problems for international youth exchange. Such problems as poor network among relevant organizations for international youth change, low level of rural internationalization and lacking of development plan for exchange program were pointed out. For effective international youth exchange, the following strategies were suggested : 1) networking among youth, local government, industries and community, 2) youth education for global citizenship, 3) globalization of local industries, local government, and rural community, et.c.
