웰니스 지역사회 중심의 고혈압 치료율 관리 방안에 관한 연구 : 광주광역시 중심으로 (The Study on Hypertension Cure Rate Management Centering around Wellness Local Community : With GwangJu as a Central Figure)

  • 본 연구는 웰니스 지역사회 중심의 고혈압 치료율 관리 방안을 마련하기 위해 지역회건강조사를 이용하여 광주광역시의 고혈압 치료 요인을 파악하고, 고혈압 치료율 관리 방안을 수립하고자 시행하였다. 본 연구를 위해 2017년부터 2019년까지의 질병관리청의 지역사회건강조사 자료 총 685,820건 중 광주광역시 조사자료 13,714건을 추출하였다. 조사자료 중 30세 이상 고혈압 진단 경험이 있는 자 2,941건을 최종 연구대상자로 선정하여 SAS 9.4, SAS Enterprise Miner 15.1을 사용하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과로는 고혈압 진단 경험자의 사회경제적 특성에 따른 광주광역시 고혈압 진단 치료율 차이는 성별, 연령, 결혼 유무, 교육수준, 경제활동 여부, 월 가구소득으로 나타났고, 건강행태 특성에 따른 고혈압 치료율 차이는 현재흡연, 월간음주, 고위험음주, 아침식사, 양호한 건강수준 인지, 당뇨 동반 및 당뇨 치료, 연간 미충족 의료, 연간 보건기관 이용 여부에 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 고혈압 치료에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위해 로지스틱 회귀 분석과 대화식 의사결정나무 분석을 실시한 결과 동일에게 나타난 요인은 연령, 결혼유무, 당뇨 동반 및 당뇨 치료여부, 연간 미충족 의료여부로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과로 광주광역시는 낮은 연령층에게 고혈압 치료의 중요성을 인지시키고, 합병증 질환이 발생되지 않도록 효율적인 대책 마련과 함께 보건 교육학적인 노력이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

  • By changing housing market, housing cultural center furnishes information, value added, image of housing. For publicity their unique house, construction companies provide not only concrete and substantial material but also sensible and capacity service through the community space of housing cultural center. The consumer's experience of housing cultural center have an effect on purchase power apartment. The image of enterprise is important to select commodities to consumers. Though main clients are women, housing cultural center has not space concept and aim to concern for them. According to begin women a group of consumers, they have purchasing power in family. Apartment is no exception. Housing cultural center is used as continuous culture space that provide various experiential chance for consumer, especially women by systematize and distinct design detail and feature component. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is an analysis about community space of housing cultural center with the woman marketing based on experience.

딥러닝 오픈소스 프레임워크의 사례연구를 통한 도입 전략 도출 (Deriving adoption strategies of deep learning open source framework through case studies)

  • 많은 정보통신기술 기업들은 자체적으로 개발한 인공지능 기술을 오픈소스로 공개하였다. 예를 들어, 구글의 TensorFlow, 페이스북의 PyTorch, 마이크로소프트의 CNTK 등 여러 기업들은 자신들의 인공지능 기술들을 공개하고 있다. 이처럼 대중에게 딥러닝 오픈소스 소프트웨어를 공개함으로써 개발자 커뮤니티와의 관계와 인공지능 생태계를 강화하고, 사용자들의 실험, 적용, 개선을 얻을 수 있다. 이에 따라 머신러닝 분야는 급속히 성장하고 있고, 개발자들 또한 여러가지 학습 알고리즘을 재생산하여 각 영역에 활용하고 있다. 하지만 오픈소스 소프트웨어에 대한 다양한 분석들이 이루어진 데 반해, 실제 산업현장에서 딥러닝 오픈소스 소프트웨어를 개발하거나 활용하는데 유용한 연구 결과는 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 딥러닝 프레임워크 사례연구를 통해 해당 프레임워크의 도입 전략을 도출하고자 한다. 기술-조직-환경 프레임워크를 기반으로 기존의 오픈 소스 소프트웨어 도입과 관련된 연구들을 리뷰하고, 이를 바탕으로 두 기업의 성공 사례와 한 기업의 실패 사례를 포함한 총 3 가지 기업의 도입 사례 분석을 통해 딥러닝 프레임워크 도입을 위한 중요한 5가지 성공 요인을 도출하였다: 팀 내 개발자의 지식과 전문성, 하드웨어(GPU) 환경, 데이터 전사 협력 체계, 딥러닝 프레임워크 플랫폼, 딥러닝 프레임워크 도구 서비스. 그리고 도출한 성공 요인을 실현하기 위한 딥러닝 프레임워크의 단계적 도입 전략을 제안하였다: 프로젝트 문제 정의, 딥러닝 방법론이 적합한 기법인지 확인, 딥러닝 프레임워크가 적합한 도구인지 확인, 기업의 딥러닝 프레임워크 사용, 기업의 딥러닝 프레임워크 확산. 본 연구를 통해 각 산업과 사업의 니즈에 따라, 딥러닝 프레임워크를 개발하거나 활용하고자 하는 기업에게 전략적인 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것이라 기대된다.

환대관광산업 소규모기업 사회적 책임활동(CSR): 회사 홈페이지 커뮤니케이션 분석을 중심으로 (Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) of Small Enterprises in Hospitality and Tourism Industry)

  • Purpose - The purpose of this paper is to explore the CSR activities of small enterprises in hospitality and tourism industry in South Korea. Since previous research on CSR activities has considerably focused on large enterprises whereas small enterprises have relatively less attention, this study aims to explore the characteristics of small enterprises in hospitality and tourism industry and their CSR activities. Research design, data, and methodology - The population of interest for this study was social enterprises registered in Korea Social Enterprise Promotion Agency (2016), and it was used to verify the social enterprises which has a certification for social enterprises. From 1672 companies in total, the sampling frame was a database with 117 companies in hospitality and tourism industry. This study investigates social enterprises' CSR activities on the company's official websites (e.g., company reports, magazines, the news articles, and interviews). The websites of the selected enterprises in hospitality and tourism industry were analyzed for examining CSR activities by the quantitative content analysis. All of the CSR activities in small social enterprises were classified into six dimensions based on the stakeholder theory. Results - The findings of this study provide the characteristics of the 117 small social enterprises and their specific CSR initiatives. A total of eight main business lines were identified: 1) fair travel, 2) leisure/sports, 3) accommodation/camping, 4) medical tourism, 5) exhibitions/art events/cultural events, 6) leisure activities for vulnerable social groups, 7) Korean traditional culture, and 8) ecotourism/agricultural tourism. The CSR initiatives were classified into six dimensions: 1) environment, 2) employment, 3) multicultural families and vulnerable social groups, 4) local community, 5) economic prosperity, and 6) product. Conclusions - This study revealed the special CSR initiative examples of small enterprises in hospitality and tourism industry. Small social enterprises participate in CSR activities mainly related to their own business lines. Moreover, these enterprises are more closely embedded in their local community development, job creation and education for local residents and vulnerable social groups, and traditional heritage preservation. The findings of this study provide theoretical and practical implications and they can contribute to enrich CSR with literature for small enterprises in hospitality and tourism industry.

The Sociopolitical Economics of Marine Ranching Program in Korea

  • This paper aims at overviewing Korean fisheries profile with a view on why Korean fisheries need marine ranching program as a new fisheries paradigm - a community-based co-management approach and drawing some policy implications from the advanced experience in fisheries. The aims of community-based co-management approach as a planned approach can be set out under the planning objectives of efficiency and equity. In this context Tongyeong marine ranching program is an important government-sponsored pilot enterprise. Experiences in the advanced fisheries such as Canadian Snow-Crab case suggest that in order to be successful for marine ranching be successful it is necessary that (i) there should be high-value species, (ii) property right should be established, (iii) there should be the reasonable number of participants involved, (iv) the participants and the government should be able to share resource enhancement/management/utilization responsibilities and associated fisheries management expenses. Among these, management cost sharing based on the practical partnership between fishing communities and government is of particular importance because the government must have a full responsibility for all ranching program expenditure unless revenues sufficient to guarantee reasonable income and to share management cost are generated from the ranching business.

농촌건강장수마을 사업의 성과와 과제 (A Study on the Achievements and Issues of the Senior Well-being Villages Project)

  • In order to improve the quality of life and support the successful living of the elderly people in rural community, the Senior Well-being Villages Project has been carried out by Rural Development Administration since 2005 in Korea. This timely project, however, produces good results with 582 villages so far, we must endeavor to upgrade it more effectively. This study is to find complementary way of improving the project, and the results of the study are summarized as follows. First of all, the sustainable and practical strategies of the health care for the rural elderly must be adopted. The elderly people's mutual care system can be a good option for improving the existing project. Secondly, the cooperative heath care system must combine with this project. In this regards, health cooperative federation system can be also a challenging option. The beneficially activity of rural elderly people, which is a component of this project, must be linked with rural social enterprise or community venture. The local experts or capable men of various fields including family, the aged problem, social welfare, and regional development, must be appointed, and the support system enables them to do their jobs actively in the Senior Well-being Villages Project as well as other community works.

  • 최근 사회적 기업의 양적확대가 계속되고 있어 사회적 기업들의 지속가능한 성과창출을 위한 효과적인 운영방안 제시가 매우 필요한 시점이다. 이에 본 연구는 사회적 기업의 경제적 성과와 사회적 성과에 영향을 미치는 다양한 조직요인을 탐색하고자 수행되었다. 다양한 조직 운영요인으로 전략적 요인, 경영지원시스템, 외부환경, 조직문화를 살펴보았으며 객관적 요인인 조직형태, 목적유형, 수익업종, 기업경로를 통제하여 그 영향을 살펴보았다. 조직의 전략적 요인은 경제적 성과와 사회적 성과 모두에 가장 큰 영향을 미쳤다. 인사관리 지원과 혁신지향문화가 경제적 성과에 영향을 미쳤으며, 외부환경 요인 중 지역사회지원은 사회적 성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결과에 근거하여, 사회적 기업의 효과적 운영방안과 향후연구에 대한 제언을 하였다.

Therefore it is indispensable for each enterprise to be changed their business strategies. With a view to meeting the change of new economic paradigm, they are efforting to build a infrastructure for information and communication, induce foreign capital, reconsider their conditions of location, draw the law concerned and reinforce education for experts etc. In consideration of these change, the KwangYang port have to introduce e-Business for the purpose of increasing the level of their competition. We - our government, the companies - concerned with port management should recognize and use efficiently our core competence and potentiality of our port management. To achieve it, firstly port industries are to handle not only international logistic system but also communication, finance and sightseeing. Secondly, the developed off-line system have to be harmonizing with the on-line. Therefore, this paper are focused to suggest the theoretic background by analyzing the strategic points of e-port which are divided in 6C - Contents, Community, Connection, Commerce, Communication and Customization.

사회적 경제 지원을 통한 산촌생태마을 활성화 방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on Mountain Eco-Village Revitalization through Social Economic Promotion)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop promotion strategies for revitalizing mountain eco-villages through social economic support. In order to fulfill this purpose, this study analyzed operation conditions, income creation structures of 240 mountain eco-villages formed by Korea Forest Service, and reviewed systems for social economic support. As summarized in research outputs, this study confirmed that the activities of organizations for joint projects had not been properly implemented due to the absence of supporting systems following the construction of mountain eco-villages. In addition, 159 villages formed as experience villages could not be qualified for enterprise systems due to aging population and absence of network systems. As for income creation, as indicated by comparing net incomes for joint projects calculated based on the classification of village management evaluation, the average net income of 51 highly-rated villages was 22 million Won and that of 128 moderately-rated villages was 3.5 million Won. Experience-based projects and the sales of processed forestry products made by young adult associations or women's societies were major sources of income, and the absence of inner economic bases or villages' jobs caused young adults and returned farmers to focus on working for outside economic activities. Finally, this study developed strategies for mountain eco-village's social economic promotion and suggested four stages of social economic revitalization provisions.
