When a typhoon or natural disaster occurs, a significant number of orchard fruits fall. This has a great impact on the income of farmers. In this paper, we introduce an AI-based method to enhance low-quality raw images. Specifically, we focus on apple images, which are being used as AI training data. In this paper, we utilize both a basic program and an artificial intelligence model to conduct a general image process that determines the number of apples in an apple tree image. Our objective is to evaluate high and low performance based on the close proximity of the result to the actual number. The artificial intelligence models utilized in this study include the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN), VGG16, and RandomForest models, as well as a model utilizing traditional image processing techniques. The study found that 49 red apple fruits out of a total of 87 were identified in the apple tree image, resulting in a 62% hit rate after the general image process. The VGG16 model identified 61, corresponding to 88%, while the RandomForest model identified 32, corresponding to 83%. The CNN model identified 54, resulting in a 95% confirmation rate. Therefore, we aim to select an artificial intelligence model with outstanding performance and use a real-time object separation method employing artificial function and image processing techniques to identify orchard fruits. This application can notably enhance the income and convenience of orchard farmers.

본 연구에서는 현재 우리나라의 지적장애인 대상의 디지털 성교육 콘텐츠 프로그램과 현황을 살펴보고, 이에 따른 디지털 성교육 콘텐츠 구성에 대한 연령별 제안과 피셔의 성교육에 관한 정보 동기 행동 스킬 모형을 인적자원 개발에서 흔히 논의되는 역량(competency)이라는 개념의 모형을 적용 확장하여 성적역량(sexual competency) 이라는 목표 하에서 모형을 제시해 보았다. 또한 이러한 모형과 현황조사를 바탕으로 적절한 디지털 성교육 프로그램 개발을 위한 과제를 제시해 보았다.

본 연구의 목적은 장애인 복지의 제공자 중심의 서비스를 극복하기 위해 새로운 대안으로 부상하고 있는 소비자주의에 대한 사회복지사들의 주관적 개념화를 파악하기 위한 것이다. Q 방법론을 통해 사회복지사들의 소비자주의에 대한 주관적 개념은 임파워먼트형, 시장기제형, 다중개방형, 전통가치형 등 4가지 유형으로 도출되었다. 이들은 각각 소비자주의에 대한 특정적 확장적 차원에 의해, 전통적 개혁적 차원에 의해, 수단적 목적적 차원에 의해 인식되고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과는 우리 사회에서 모호하게 이해되고 있는 소비자주의 개념을 구체화함으로써 소비자 친화적인 정책 및 실천 프로그램과 전문가 교육 프로그램 개발에, 그리고 소비자주의를 지향하는 장애인복지의 정책, 실천현장, 이론, 운동 등 제 영역들 간의 명확한 의사소통을 원활히 하는데 기여할 것이다.

본 연구는 치료적 관계형성 및 의사소통, 정신간호사정 교육을 위해 개발한 모의환자를 활용한 정신간호 시뮬레이션 교육프로그램이 자기주도적 학습, 학습 자기효능감 및 교육만족도에 미치는 효과를 검증하고자 시행하였다. 본 연구는 단일군 전후설계 실험연구로 119명의 간호학과 3학년을 대상으로 8시간의 시뮬레이션 교육 중재를 시행하였다. 그 결과 시행 전보다 시행 후에 자기주도적 학습, 학습 자기효능감이 유의하게 향상된 것으로 나타났으며, 이들 변수들은 교육만족도와 중간정도의 정적인 상관관계를 보였다. 이는 정신간호 실습교육에 있어서 모의환자를 이용한 시뮬레이션 교육이 효과적임을 보여주는 결과라 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 현장중심의 정신간호 실습교육 및 정신간호 임상실무의 질을 향상시키는데 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구는 한국에서 사회복지분야의 새로운 자원제공자로서 부상하고 있는 기업 사회공헌의 주체적 파트너로서 사회복지사들의 사회공헌활동 개념에 대한 인식유형을 파악하기 위해 수행되었다. Q 방법론을 통해 사회복지사들의 사회공헌활동에 대한 주관적 인식은 '공생적 파트너십 유형', '사회적 당위유형', '전략적 실리추구 유형' 등 세 가지로 도출되었다. 이 유형들은 기업 사회공헌활동에 대한 고전적 관점, 사회-경제적 관점, 현대적 관점, 자선적 관점들을 절충적으로 반영하고 있다. 본 연구의 결과는 우리의 사회복지 실천현장에서 모호하게 이해되었던 기업 사회공헌활동의 개념적 인식들을 체계적으로 밝히고 유형화함으로써 관련 이론, 실천, 교육 등 제반 영역 내에서, 그리고 각 영역들 간의 논의와 소통, 협력의 폭을 확장시킬 수 있는 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

정보 통신 기술이 빠른 속도로 발전함에 따라 교육의 페러다임이 변하고 있다. 학교현장에서는 교수-학습을 위하여 웹활용에 대한 많은 자료와 방법들이 개발되고 있고, 활발한 논의가 되고 있지만 우리 아이들의 정의적 측면을 신장시키는데 웹활용 교육은 상대적으로 소홀한 측면이 있었다. 자아 개념 증진을 위한 선행연구들의 공통점은 off-line에서 실시되기 때문에 정보의 공유가 어렵고, 향상된 형태의 프로그램으로 발전하는데 제약이 있다. 본 연구에서는 선행연구들의 단점을 보완한 W-SET(웹기반 자기 표현 훈련)시스템을 설계 구현하였다. 이 시스템을 충북 청주시내 초등학교 학생들에게 실험 적용한 결과, 자아개념 형성에 긍정적인 효과를 가져왔다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the contents and concept of program for healthy family and provide job opportunity and competency of healthy family supporter. For this research, participants are 51 healthy family supporters as a middle manager. Data were obtained through the survey using a questionnaire developed by the ministry of women and family and headquarter of healthy family support centers in 2007. The research process consists of two parts. One is to suggest their jobs and requirements, the other is to offer their core competency and area for improvement. First, the jobs of healthy family supporters as a middle manager are the generalization of team's work including the planning, management and coordination, training for the staff, and network of social resources. They recognized the planning and management of healthy family support center's goal and course as a strategic job. The requirements for the performance of their duties are having a bachelor's or a master's degree, career more than for 3 years, and a certificate of qualification of healthy family supporters, social worker and family counselor. Second, their competencies are the understanding of education of family life, theory of family counselling, the planning and valuation of program for healthy family, understanding for the variegated family, management of organization, networking with resources, ability of documentation, ability of persuasion and negotiation, management of time, sociality, communication skill, solving the problem, positiveness, cooperative spirit and so on.

매년 해양사고를 줄이고자 선원들에게 정기적인 안전교육이 제공된다. 그러나 물리적인 교육 공간의 한계로 일부 피교육자는 피교육자가 원하는 시점에 안전교육을 받지 못하는 문제가 발생한다. 최근 기존 교육방식의 문제점을 극복할 수 있는 기술로 VR 기술이 주목받고 있다. 몰입감의 향상을 위하여 가상환경과 사용자의 상호작용의 제공이 가능하고, 비대면 교육을 수행할 수 있기 때문이다. 본 논문에서는 야간 등화식별 교육, 소형 및 중형 화제 교육, 컨테이너 퇴선 교육으로 구성된 VR 기반 선원 안전교육용 콘텐츠 개발을 수행하였다. 또한, 교육 효과를 정량적 평가하기 위하여 각 교육 콘텐츠의 체험 후 몰입감, 용이성, 기존 교육방식과의 비교 그리고 VR 교육 콘텐츠의 만족도에 대한 설문조사를 수행하였다. 설문조사 결과 몰입감은 53.83%의 긍정 평가를 받을 수 있었으며, 용이성은 65.38%의 긍정 평가를 받을 수 있었다. 그리고 기존 교육방식과의 비교 항목은 69.23%의 긍정 평가를 받을 수 있었다. 마지막으로 VR 교육 콘텐츠의 만족도 항목은 항목에선 약 46%의 긍정 평가를 얻었으며, 중립은 34%의 결과를 얻을 수 있었다.

This study was planned to provide basic data for activating quality improvement by genera hospital with more than 400 beds across the country, of which 65 coordinators answered. Main results of the study are as follows.. 1. Job satisfaction and organizational commitment by individual characteristics were compared. It was revealed that the sense of self-efficacy was related to job satisfaction positively. But job satisfaction and organizational commitment by locus of control showed no significant difference. 2. In terms of the characteristics of QI activities, the active participation of QI coordinators in QI planning process and smooth communication among hospital staffs were showed positive relationship to job satisfaction significantly. 3. Also support system was proposed as most significant variable related to the job satisfaction and the organizational commitment of QI coordinators. Especially support to QI activities by CEO's, seniors, and other hospital staff was a factor to enhance the job satisfaction and organizational commitment of QI coordinators. 4. In the aspect of organizational culture, culture which were tendency to be recognized high autonomy in their work and organizational identity strongly and to operate reasonable compensation system were related to job satisfaction and organizational commitment positively. The more formalized climate, supportive communication, cooperative teamwork and promoting creative/risk take behavior, it showed the higher organizational commitment. 5. For the aspect of QI job characteristics, QI coordinators' job satisfaction was high when QI office was arranged for independent department which was exclusively in charge of QI activities and their role is exclusively in charge of QI. It can be concluded that organizational support in the aspect of relation and finance and efforts of encouraging their motivation and providing on the job training program are need.

Stroke patients need regular medical treatments and rehabilitation training from their doctors. However, severe aftereffects caused by stroke allow them minimum activities, which make it difficult for them to visit doctor. Recently, electric brain stimulation treatment has been found to be better way compared to conventional ones and many are interested in using this method for the treatment of stroke. In this study, we have developed a remote medical treatment system using wireless electric brain stimulator that can help the stroke patients to get a treatment without visiting their doctors. The developed remote medical treatment system connects the doctors to the brain stimulator implanted in the patients via the internet and ZigBee communication built in the brain stimulator. Also, the system receives personal information of the connected patients and cumulates the total records of electric stimulation therapy in a database. Doctors can easily access the information for better treatment planning with the help of graphical visualization tools and management software. The developed remote medical treatment system can be applied to the electric stimulation treatments for other brain diseases with a minor change.
