Research on Covert Communication Technology Based on Matrix Decomposition of Digital Currency Transaction Amount

  • With the development of covert communication technologies, the number of covert communication technologies using blockchain as a carrier is increasing. However, using the transaction amount of digital currency as a carrier for covert communication has problems such as low embedding rate, large consumption of transaction amount, and easy detection. In this paper, firstly, by experimentally analyzing the distribution of bitcoin transaction amounts, we determine the most suitable range of amounts for matrix decomposition. Secondly, we design a novel matrix decomposition method that can successfully decompose a large amount matrix into two small amount matrices and utilize the elements in the small amount matrices for covert communication. Finally, we analyze the feasibility of the novel matrix decomposition method in this scheme in detail from four aspects, and verify it by experimental comparison, which proves that our scheme not only improves the embedding rate and reduces the consumption of transaction amount, but also has a certain degree of resistance to detection.

  • LTE(Long Term Evolution)를 기반으로 한 LTE-R(LTE-Railway)은 철도통신기술의 하나로 열차운행에 필요한 각종 제어 신호 공급 및 다양한 통신 서비스 제공을 위해 활발하게 도입되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 LTE-R을 기반으로 하는 철도통신기술 및 서비스에 대하여 살펴보고, 철도통신과 관련한 국내 외 LTE-R 표준화 동향에 대해서 고찰한다. 본 연구 결과는 LTE-R 기반 철도통신의 연구 및 시스템 개발을 위한 기본 자료로 활용될 수 있다.

직접 확산 방식을 이용한 반도체 장비 통신 프로토콜 구현 (The Implementation of Communication Protocol for Semiconductor Equipments using Directed Diffusion)

  • The semiconductor equipments generate necessary data through communication networks for the effective manufacturing processes and automation of semiconductor equipments. For transferring data between semiconductor equipments and sending data to monitor equipments, several standards for communication protocols have been proposed. Communication networks in semiconductor manufacturing systems will transmit a lot of data traffic, which can be vulnerable in data delay and network failure. Therefore, it is required that data traffic need to be distributed. To accomplish this objective, we recommend the use of a redundant and valuable communication path which is constructed by a wireless sensor network. In this paper, the directed diffusion method for wireless sensor networking is suggested for networking semiconductor equipments. It is shown that how the directed diffusion is employed to connect semiconductor equipments. Also, we show how to implement the SECS of semiconductor equipments communication protocols based on the directed diffusion.

철도전용 무선통신 기술 동향 (Technology Trends in Wireless Communication for Railway Systems)

  • Wireless communication for train control is an active research field. The World Railway Federation in Europe developed GSM-R, which integrates the GSM-based voice call standard and train control signals. To provide advanced railway services, the LTE-R wireless communication system was developed in Korea for passenger services and wireless image information required by the railroad industry. Recently, direct communication technology for autonomous train driving has been studied to decrease the driving interval, and research is being conducted on a hyperloop train control system that runs at a maximum speed of 1,220km/h in a subvacuum environment of 0.001 atmosphere. In this paper, we summarize the trends in wireless communication technologies used for GSM-R/LTE-R railway systems. For future wireless communication in railway systems, we discuss autonomous train driving and the hyperloop railway control system, define wireless communication technology, and discuss trends in domestic and foreign technologies.

정보통신기술이 전시컨벤션 효과만족에 미치는 영향 (Information communication technology impact on the exhibition convention effect and satisfaction)

  • 본 연구는 정보통신기술이 전시컨벤션 효과만족에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위하여 정보통신기술업체 312 업체를 대상으로 정보통신기술이 전시컨벤션 효과만족에 미치는 영향에 대하여 분석을 함으로써 정보통신기술인 컨벤션 e-Portal시스템, 전시컨벤션 상품, 컨벤션산업 경쟁력, 컨벤션 인프라 구축, 컨벤션 연계관광 프로그램 구성요소를 컨벤션 효과만족에 대하여 어떤 영향을 미치는 가에 대하여 실증적으로 분석하여 전시컨벤션산업에 정보통신기술이 컨벤션효과 만족에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 그 결과 정보통신기술인 상품기술, 관광프로그램기술 인프라구축기술, e-portal시스템, 산업경쟁력기술은 전시컨벤션 효과에 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있었다. 그러므로 이러한 요인들은 전시컨벤션효과인 기본자료확보와 환경적요인파악, 상품개발토대마련. 상품유형확정, 경제적파급효과와 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있다. 따라서 전시컨벤션은 정보통신기술을 높이고 운영비를 절감하는 효과를 거둘 수 있다.

Silver Nanowire 기반 Stretchable 투명 전극 (Silver Nanowire-based Stretchable and Transparent Electrodes)

  • We have fabricated silver nanowire (AgNW) films as a stretchable and transparent electrode on polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) substrates using a spray coater. Inherently, they show poor surface roughness and stretchability. To tackle it, we have employed a conductive polymer, poly (3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) : Poly(styrene sulfonate) (PEDOT : PSS). PEDTO : PSS solution is mixed with AgNWs or spin-coated on the AgNW film. Compared with AgNW film only, PEDOT : PSS film only, and polymer-mixed AgNW films, the AgNW/polymer bilayer films exhibit much better surface roughness and stretchability. It is found that spray-coating of AgNWs on uncured PDMS and spin-coating of PEDOT : PSS solution on the AgNW films enhance the surface roughness of electrodes. Such a bilayer structure also provides a stable resistance under tensile strain due to the fact that each layer acts as a detour route for carriers. With this structure, we have obtained the peak-to-peak roughness ($R_{pv}$) as low as 76.8nm and a moderate increase of sheet resistance (from $10{\Omega}/{\Box}$ under 0% strain to $30{\Omega}/{\Box}$ under 40% strain).

A Novel Multi-link Integrated Factor Algorithm Considering Node Trust Degree for Blockchain-based Communication

  • A blockchain is an underlying technology and basic infrastructure of the Bitcoin system. At present, blockchains and their applications are developing rapidly. However, the basic research of blockchain technology is still in the early stages. The efficiency and reliability of blockchain communication is one of the research problems that urgently need to be studied and addressed. Existing algorithms may be less feasible for blockchain-based communication because they only consider a single communication factor (node communication capability or node trust degree) and only focus on a single communication performance parameter(communication time or communication reliability). In this paper, to shorten the validation time of blockchain transactions and improve the reliability of blockchain-based communication, we first establish a multi-link concurrent communication model based on trust degree, and then we propose a novel integrated factor communication tree algorithm (IFT). This algorithm comprehensively considers the node communication link number and the node trust degree and selects several nodes with powerful communication capacity and high trust as the communication sources to improve the concurrency and communication efficiency. Simulation results indicate that the IFT algorithm outperforms existing algorithms. A blockchain communication routing scheme based on the IFT algorithm can increase communication efficiency by ensuring communication reliability.

The Impact of Communication on the Overall Quality of Life in Elderly Koreans

  • Background: Communication is important for the elderly to maintain existing social relationships while creating new relationships based on good communication skills to lessen psychological and emotional distress and lead a healthy life in advanced age. Aims: This study identifies the difference between the social network-based quality of communication life and the overall quality of life in the elderly and how much the quality of communication life affects the overall quality of life. Methods: This research includes a survey of the elderly aged 65 and over living in small cities of South Korea. Data sets of 201 elderly were analyzed. Results: This study found a significant correlation between the quality of communication life and the overall quality of life. Religion also influences the elderly's quality of communication life. The elderly's quality of communication life has 40% explanatory power of the overall quality of life. Conclusion: Consequently, senior citizens' quality of life will be improved through the enhanced quality of communication in addition to financial and health conditions by participating in various community activities similar to those provided by religion to increase opportunities for communication.

  • Telematics is an emerging industrial field made up of the convergence of technologies. The key technologies for Telematics are server-side technology, terminal-side technology, communication-related technology, and positioning technology. Standardization in Telematics is now getting more notice these days. Domestic situation is explained for several related facilities such as ETRI, TTA, and Telematics Standardization Forum. In this paper, we will focus especially on the standard reference model that is the most fundamental framework of Telematics technology standardization. In the reference model, the Telematics system is composed of Telematics client part, communication part, and Telematics server part. The Telematics client part consists of terminal, positioning device, and car electronic devices. Communication part can be composed of various telecommunication channels such as CDMA, WLAN, DMB, WiBro, etc. which can guarantee the seamless two-way communication. Telematics server part is composed of TSP(Telematics Service Provider) server and CP(Contents Provider) servers gathering and managing the various Telematics services. This Telematics reference model is expected to be utilized as the base architecture in developing the technology and standards from now on.
