관계혜택과 커뮤니케이션이 관계의 질과 장기지향성에 미치는 영향 - 미용서비스 점포를 중심으로 - (The effects of relationship benefits and communication on relationship quality and long-term orientation - Focused on beauty service stores -)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effect that relation-building factors between beauty service stores and customers have on relationship quality and long-term orientation. Specifically, the influence of relation formation factors (relationship benefits and communication) on relationship quality (satisfaction and trust) and long-term orientation was empirically examined. This research was conducted through a questionnaire survey, and 402 adults were targeted from Jan. 6 to Jan. 16 in 2014. The results were as follows. First, the relationship benefits of beauty service stores were classified into four dimensions of psychological, social, economic, and informational benefits. It was found that only the dimension of psychological benefits had a significant influence on long-term orientation among the relationship benefits dimensions. Second, it was found that the psychological benefits of beauty service stores had positive effect on relationship quality (satisfaction and trust). It was shown that informational benefits had a significant influence on satisfaction only. Third, it appeared that communication had a positive effect on long-term orientation. Fourth, it was found that communication had a significant influence on relationship quality(satisfaction and trust). Finally, it was shown that relationship quality (satisfaction and trust) had positive effect on long-term orientation. The implications of the research and direction for future study were discussed.

전화통신 서비스품질정보시스템 설계에 관한 연구 (The Design of Service Quality Information Systems for Telephone Communication)

  • The information system for measuring and analyzing service quality of telephone network is designed on the service quality scheme recommended by ITU(International Telecommunication Union) in this study. The information system is composed of the equipments which measure service quality and the systems which analyze the measured data. The schedule algorithm for effectively operating measurement equipments which are located over public switched telephone network is proposed. The functions of the Information system are Introduced. The information system improves the service quality effectively.

안드로이드 기반을 이용한 이동통신 품질측정 (Quality Measurement of Mobile Telecommunication based on Android)

  • 방송통신위원회는 양질의 통신서비스를 제공하기 위해 이동전화의 음성통화, 무선 인터넷, 초고속 인터넷을 대상으로 통신서비스 품질평가를 실시하고 있으며, 특히 폭발적인 데이터 사용량이 늘고 있는 무선 인터넷 데이터 품질측정에 초점을 두고 있다. 그러나 기존의 이동통신 품질측정은 단순히 데이터를 통한 속도를 측정할 뿐 사용자들에게 많은 정보를 제공하지 못하고 있으며, 측정 데이터를 공개하지 않기 때문에 개인의 통신품질에 대한 객관적인을 판단을 할 수 없다. 따라서 제안한 시스템은 이러한 문제를 개선하기 위해 안드로이드 기반으로 이동통신 품질을 측정하는 시스템을 제안하였다. 제안한 방법은 데이터 사용량을 사용자가 선택 하도록 하여 이에 따른 부담을 최소화 하였고, 동작시 GPS 모듈 혹은 이동통신망에 의해 획득한 현재 좌표를 저장하고, 누적결과에서 장소와 시간에 따라서 측정된 값을 서버로 전송하여 다양한 형태의 새로운 정보로 가공하고 재해석 할 수 있도록 함으로써 사용자의 편리성과 신뢰성을 보장하고, 이동통신의 서비스 향상을 이룰 수 있도록 하였다.

조직 구성원의 커뮤니케이션 만족이 인적자원의 집단 창의성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (Relations Between Communication Satisfaction and Group Creativity in Organization)

  • The main purpose of this study is to assess the relationship between communication satisfaction and group creativity. To achieve this purpose, this study has two objectives. First, I will identify the relationship between the satisfaction of communication and idea creation. Second, the relationship between communication satisfaction and problem solving activity will be statistically tested. The major findings of the study can be summarized as follows: First, Statistically significant positive relations were found between the communication satisfaction and idea creation. Especially, sub-construct for supervisor communication$({\beta}=0.14,\;p<.05)$, quality of media$({\beta}=0.13,\;p<.05)$, individual feedback$({\beta}=0.36,\;p<.001)$, organizational prospect$({\beta}0.31,\;p<.001)$ showed the statistically significant positive(+) relationship with construct in idea creation. Second, the measurement of communication satisfaction had showed statistically significant relationship with the problem solving activity. Especially, communication with supervisor$({\beta}=0.21,\;p<.05)$, quality of media$({\beta}=0.21,\;p<.001)$, organizational prospects$({\beta}=0.22,\;p<.001)$, and communication with subordinate$({\beta}=0.37,\;p<.001)$ showed the significant positive(+) relationship with problem solving activity construct. These consequences suggest that communication satisfaction of employee is effective in the improving the group creativity in organization. In the conclusion, this study present the satisfaction factor of employee communication as a incremental factor of group creativity.

  • 이 연구는 비영리 조직과 영리조직 내 특성들과 인센티브의 상호작용효과가 지식이전 프로세스에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 비교하는 연구이다. 비영리조직에서는 개인정보역량, 지식품질, 구성품질이 지식획득을 향상시키는 것으로 나타났으며, 비공식커뮤니케이션, 구성품질이 지식공유를 향상시키는 것으로 나타났다. 개인정보역량, 비공식커뮤니케이션, 지식품질, 구성품질은 지식활용을 향상시키는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 지식획득과 물리적 인센티브, 지식공유와 물리적 인센티브와 상호작용이 지식활용을 향상시키는 것으로 나타났다. 영리조직에서는 개인정보역량, 비공식커뮤니케이션, 지식품질, 구성품질이 지식획득을 향상시키는 것으로 나타났으며, 지식품질, 구성품질이 지식공유를 향상시키는 것으로 나타났고, 개인정보역량, 비공식커뮤니케이션, 공식커뮤니케이션이 지식활용을 향상시키는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 지식획득과 심리적 인센티브와 상호작용과, 지식획득과 물질적 인센티브와의 상호작용이 지식활용을 향상시키는 것으로 나타났다.

The Effect of Communication of Service Employee on Customer Satisfaction, and Reuse Intention

  • Purpose: This study aims to provide marketing implications for training and face-to-face service employee communication by analyzing how communication by Korean crews at foreign airlines affects passengers' perception and how this perception relates to airline service quality and customer satisfaction. Research design, data: The collection of questionnaires for the demonstration in this study has collected 300 questionnaires for about a month for Korean passengers who are aware of the presence of Korean crew on board aircraft. Results: The study analyzed the relationship between the communication ability, customer satisfaction, and reuse intention of foreign airlines. An empirical analysis of the relationship between quality of airline service, customer satisfaction, and intention of re-use can suggest the following implications based on the language and non-verbal communication capabilities of the Korean crew working for foreign airlines. Conclusions: We studied the impact of communication between Korean crews working for foreign airlines on the quality of airline service, customer satisfaction and reuse intention. The Korean crew should also work for overseas airlines and consider communication as important and expand their overall foreign language education and communication skills to have a positive impact on not only Korean passengers but also their own citizens.

Importance of relationship quality and communication on foodservice for the elderly

  • In order to promote foodservice for the elderly, foodservice managers in Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRCs) must identify the main factors to enhance the satisfaction and behavioral intentions with food service. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships between relationship quality (consisting of trust, commitment, and satisfaction) and communication in the formation of elderly's behavioral intentions with food services at CCRCs. A survey was administered to residents in two CCRCs and a total of 327 residents participated. A tested structural equation model exhibited good model fit and explanatory power of the study construct. Satisfaction directly influenced word-of-mouth and service quality has an influence on commitment. Commitment was a significant determinant of behavioral intentions to eat more often in the dining room. Also, communication showed positive association with trust. The results provided strong evidence for the importance of satisfaction and communication as a consequence of relationship marketing efforts. Suggestions for future research to better understand the elderly' behavioral intention judgments were given.

  • Customer satisfaction becomes one of the important managerial concerns associated with corporate competency in current competitive environment for Internet communication service companies. Hence, it is demanding to improve a company's customer satisfaction through the total quality management perspective. In practice, engineers as well as the management hope to find major quality characteristics with Internet communication network that is closely related to customer satisfaction, consequently aiming to the raise of their company's customer satisfaction. This paper presents an empirical relationship analysis between network quality characteristics and customer satisfaction on Internet communication. Methodologically, the relationship analysis framework is based on the regression variable selection procedures. In this framework, it is implemented that; 1) iterative model building; and 2) consistent criteria application to statistical tests for selecting significant variables. A case study shows that; 1) the customer satisfaction on the network connection seems to be more closely related to the network quality characteristics compared with the customer satisfaction on the network speed; and 2) the download disconnection rate has relatively evident relationship with the customer satisfaction on the network connection.

  • 커뮤니케이션은 다양한 산업 분야에서 심각한 문제를 야기하는 주요 원인 중에 하나로 여기 지고 있다. 이런 이유로 인간 공학의 한 분야로서 커뮤니케이션에 대한 광범위한 연구가 진행되어왔다. 대형화 및 고도화된 산업 시스템의 안전성을 유지하기 위하여 운전원들의 양질의 커뮤니케이션 품질을 유지하는 것이 중요한 것으로 간주되고 있다. 비상 및 비정상 상황 등의 위급 상황 하에서의 운전원의 커뮤니케이션 품질은 상황 대처 성능을 결정짓는 주요 요인이라 할 수 있다. 양질의 커뮤니케이션은 대화자간의 대화 내용을 상호간에 올바르게 이해 및 숙지한 것이라고 규정할 때, 이는 대화 메시지의 충실도 및 유사도 등을 기반으로 판단할 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 필요성에 따라, 원자력발전소 주제어실 운전원들이 비상 및 비정상 상황 하에서의 대응 운전 직무를 수행하기 위해 발생하는 대화 내용의 유사성을 코사인 유사도를 이용하여 측정함으로써, 운전원 커뮤니케이션 품질을 평가할 수 있는 프레임워크를 제안하였다. 모의 훈련 실습에 대해 각 실습조별 수행도 정량 평가 결과와 본 시스템을 이용한 실습조 대화 품질 평가 결과를 비교한 결과 커뮤니케이션 품질이 좋은 실습조가 직무 수행도 평가에서도 높은 점수를 취득하고 있음을 확인하였다.

SNS사용을 통한 자기표현이 대인관계 및 삶의 질에 미치는 영향분석 연구 : 개인 커뮤니케이션 능력의 조절효과를 중심으로 (The Effect of Using SNS to Interpersonal Relation and Quality of Life : Focused on the moderating role of communication capability)

  • This study empirically investigates the effect of self presentation on SNS to interpersonal relation and quality of life. Especially, we performed exploratory analysis that how SNS affect to quality of life and wether the change of interpersonal relation is mediating effect to quality of life and intention to use. And we also suggest that the capability of communication would be a moderator. In the results, firstly, the using SNS has significantly positive effect on the change of interpersonal relation. And it as mediation variable can positive impact on the relationship between the using SNS, quality of life, and Intention to use. In the moderating analysis, SNS users who responded higher communication capability have significantly more higher effect on the change of interpersonal relation and quality of life. Secondly, the change of interpersonal relation after use of SNS as a mediation variable serves to enhance the relationship between the use of SNS and the quality of life in the positive direction.
