As for the dimensions of service quality, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles are the main factors that determine the company's service quality. To improve quality of service, companies emphasize the balance among the dimensions of service quality. These emphases improve definitely customer satisfaction and intention of reusing service, while communication at customer encounters give direct affects in customer satisfaction and intention of reusing service. This study shows how communications at customer encounters affect intention of reusing service and be affected by the dimensions of service quality. It especially analyzes how IT-based communications, one of physical one, such as phones, emails, messengers, and SNSs affect and be affected. In addition, it analyzes car repair service. This research uses a factor of communications at service encounter as for intermediate parameter and analyzes how it relates to dimensions of service quality and intention of reusing service. With following research model, it will analyze how IT-based communication affects intention of reusing service and be also affected by dimensions of service quality.

실내 가시광 무선 통신 기술은 반도체인 LED (Light Emitted Diode)의 발광 특성을 제어하여 디지털 신호를 송신하며, PD (Photo Diode)를 이용하여 광 신호를 송수신하는 차세대 무선 통신 기술이다. 이러한 가시광 무선통신에서 LED는 실내 조명기기로써의 역할 뿐 아니라 우선 통신 시스템의 송신기의 역할도 수행한다. 가시광 무선 통신 시스템은 그 특성 상 통신 영역이 빛의 도달하는 범위로 한정되며, 빛의 광량에 따라 통신 채널 품질이 결정된다. 이에 본 논문에서의 복수의 LED로 구성된 LED 패널의 위치 변화와 LED 발광 각도 변화가 통신 채널 품질에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위한 모의실험을 수행하였고, 그 결과 LED 패널의 위치 및 LED 발광 각도가 조도 및 SNR 변화에 상당한 영향을 끼친다는 사실을 입증하였다.

Image quality is one of the most important factors affecting the performance of digital displays. This paper introduces various digital image processing techniques commonly applied to digital displays. They include preferred color correction, tone reproduction, and frame rate conversion. Also, issues related to image quality evaluation are addressed.

이 연구의 목적은 비판언론학의 질적 연구방법론 적용사례를 분석함으로써 방법론적 성찰을 위한 기초 자료를 제시하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 우선, 비판언론학의 정체성 일부를 형성해온 언론학 패러다임 논쟁을 살펴보고, 이 논의를 기초로 질적 연구의 특성과 전통적 방법론의 유형에 대해 논의하였다. 나아가 한국 비판언론학을 주도해온 한국언론정보학회의 학술지에 게재된 학술논문들을 분석하여 질적 연구방법론 적용사례의 경향들을 분석하였다. 연구문제 해결을 위한 분석범주는 이론적 배경 및 방법론, 표본추출전략, 자료 수집방법, 자료 분석방법 그리고 신뢰성 검증 등 총 다섯 항목으로 구성하였다. 표본논문의 추출기간은 자료검색이 가능한 1998년도의 "한국언론정보학보" 제11권부터 최근 2007년 제40권까지로 설정하였고, 이 기간에 게재된 총 254편의 논문들 중에서 본 연구의 주제에 부합하는 논문들을 수집해 들어갔다. 논문의 수집방법은 키워드 검색기법을 사용하였다. 분석결과, 국내 비판언론학은 질적 연구방법을 적용함에 있어 보다 세부적이고 엄격한 방법론적 논의와 적용이 필요한 것으로 평가된다. 다양한 이론과 방법론을 적용하고 있지만, 방법론을 설계하고 결론을 도출함에 있어 세부적인 분석범주와 항목에 대한 구체적인 논의가 이루어지고 있지 않기 때문이다.

As well as the development of the measurement of service quality, various kinds of service measurements are also being developed. Especially the mobile telecommunication service being representative to the mobile telecommunication company would be the mostly developed area. Its development can be understood along with the development of the telecommunication companies as well as cellular companies, not only the service alone. It is a differentiated phenomenon in the current research, such as the organic influence between the service quality and product. Of course there are such products placed on sale and enjoyed the common service, but at present there is another case that the product is on the market exclusively with the mobile company in here. This article is to estimate service efficiency for Mobile Communication and Cellular company. In this paper, We tried to measure the service quality and overall satisfaction by using Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA), degree of combination and top2box which is a little bit different methodology from traditional ones. This paper uses CCR model in DEA to measure service efficiency in the Mobile Communication.

Purpose: This study aimed to identify the factors affecting the quality of nursing care as perceived by mothers of hospitalized children and provide basic data for the development of nursing care quality improvement programs. Methods: The participants consisted of 167 mothers, each of whom had a child hospitalized at a specific children's hospital. Data were collected from June 22 to August 8, 2019. Results: The factors that affected how mothers perceived the quality of nursing care were the communication ability of nurses (β=.44, p<.001) and the mother-nurse partnership (β=.33, p=.001). The total explanatory power of these factors was 54.1%. Conclusion: To improve the quality of pediatric nursing care, it is necessary to improve the communication abilities of nurses and to promote partnership between nurses and the mothers of hospitalized children.

It is anticipated that quality assurance for the Ka band Communication Payload System(COPS) development program of the Communication, Ocean & Meteorological Satellite(COMS) may be a core technical factor to be concerned in order to avoid any failure, and to assure its performance during the mission lifetime in space. Those can be managed and verified and assessed by performing the Quality Assurance (QA) and risk management which helps to prevent and reduce the critical fails. This paper introduces the Product Assurance (PA) system and procedures for Ka band Communication Payload System which was established and performed during the Qualification Model (QM) manufacturing phase. In this paper, we present detailed process for the products manufactured by local companies according to PA procedures operated through whole phases from design to test of equipment. Also this paper shows Quality Assurance (QA) procedures and detailed their processes for assured the product quality manufactured by local companies.

In this paper, the conceptualization and the measurement of service quality and the relationships among service quality, consumer satisfaction, value, and post behavior (post behavior and recommendations to others) are investigated. The results suggest that service quality is an antecedent of consumer satisfaction and that consumer satisfaction exerts a strong influence on payment value and post behavior.

대학에서 제공되고 있는 교육을 살펴보면 개별적인 학생들의 요구를 만족시키기 어렵다. 이는 대학교육이 한명의 서비스제공자에 의해 많은 사람들에게 동시에 제공되기 때문으로 볼 수 있다. 이를 감안하여 학생들이 보다 다양한 정보통신기술을 활용할 수 있다면 교육이 제공되는 과정이나 컨텐츠에 대해 더 만족할 수 있을 수 있다고 가정하였다. 연구에서는 학생들의 기술수용성 정도가 관계품질, 교육서비스품질, 교육서비스만족에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고 학생들의 정보통신기술의 활용정도가 높고 낮음에 따라 이들 관계에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대해서도 살펴보았다. 검증결과 기술수용성이 높으면 관계품질, 교육서비스품질을 높일 수 있고, 관계 품질과 교육서비스품질도 교육서비스만족을 높일 수 있다고 제시되었다. 정보통신기술의 활용정도도 이들 관계에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 교육인프라가 부족한 지방의 중소 도시에 위치한 대학에서 연구를 진행함으로써 향후 해당 컨텐츠를 교육에 활용하게 되었을 경우 더 많은 효과를 볼 수 있으리라 생각된다.

In this paper, we suggest criteria for objective measurement of speech quality in mobile VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) services over wireless mobile internet such as mobile WiMAX networks. This is the case that voice communication service is available under other networks. When mobile VoIP service users in the mobile internet network based on packet call up PSTN and mobile network users, but there have not been relevant quality indexes and quality standards for evaluating speech quality of mobile VoIP. In addition, there are many factors influencing on the speech quality in packet network. Especially, if the degraded speech with packet loss transfers to the other network users through the handover, voice communication quality is significantly deteriorated by the transformation of speech codecs. In this paper, we eventually adopt the Gilbert-Elliot channel model to characterize packet network and assess the voice quality through the objective speech quality method of ITU-T P. 862. 1 MOS-LQO for the various call scenario from mobile VoIP service user to PSTN and mobile network users under various packet loss rates in the transmission channel environments. Our simulation results show that transformation of speech codecs results in the degraded speech quality for different transmission channel environments when mobile VoIP service users call up PSTN and mobile network users.
