An Effect of Website quality on Service Value and Customer Satisfaction in the Internet Banking Internet Banking is very popular in Korea these days. More than 25million are using Internet Banking. This study is to find Quality Factors for Internet Banking Services and relationship among Internet Banking Service Value, Customer Satisfaction and Reuse. In this study we found that Service Value is prior to Customer Satisfaction. And also, Service Value and Customer Satisfaction affect customers reuse respectively. This study also found that 7 factors compose Internet Banking Service Quality. They are Convenience Security, Informal ion Providing, Communication, Design, System Correcteness. Convenience, Informal ion Providing, Communication and Design affect Internet Banking Service Value. System, Correcteness and Convenience affect Customer Satisfaction. So we learened that Internet Banking Customers discriminate Service Value from Satisfaction.

AIS(Automatic Identification System) provides navigational information including identification, position, a ship's course and status to ground and other vessels. To obtain AIS Marine Equipment Approval Service, various requirements are required and meet the requirements International Standards. However, most of the requirements are to identify essential functions, response time, hardware requirements, and communication protocols of AIS. The requirements for the quality of SW are not sufficient or detailed, and the weight is relatively low. As role of SW grows and types become more diverse, AIS SW quality inspection is essential. In this paper, We apply eight-quality characteristics of ISO/IEC 25023 standard to improve SW coverage quality of AIS. Suggest additional AIS SW requirements based on the eight quality characteristics of ISO/IEC 25023 standard.

최근 각광받고 있는 무선 데이터 통신 인프라는 유선에서의 한계점을 넘어 빠른 속도로 발전 하고 있다. 특히, 이를 이용한 u-Healthcare 서비스에 대한 이슈가 증가하고 있으며, 원활한 서비스 제공을 위해서는 무선 데이터망의 품질 보장에 대한 연구가 중요하다. 그러나 기존 연구는 유선망에 대한 종단간 품질관리만을 집중 수행하고 있기 때문에 무선망에 대한 품질관리 연구가 미비하다. 본 논문은 이에 대한 연구로 u-Healthcare 서비스를 제공받는 무선 데이터 망 사용자의 품질 보장 및 사용자 요구를 만족시키기 위한 방안인 무선 환경을 고려한 무선서비스 품질측정 기준을 제시하였다. 이를 위해 무선데이터 품질 측정 지표 및 기준을 선정하였고, 품질 측정 평가 방안을 서비스별로 제시하였으며, 각각의 서비스 별로 품질지표를 제시하였다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects on immigrant couples' communication, intimacy, conflict and quality of life when using foot massage. Methods: The research design consisted of pre-and-post test consecutive experimental design through a nonequivalent control group. Data were collected July 6, 2009 to February 27, 2010. The 36 couples were divided into two groups, experimental and control with 18 couples in each group. Foot massage was applied twice a week for 6 weeks by the couples in the experimental group. Results: There were statistically significant increases in communication (p=.011), intimacy (p<.001), quality of life (p=.017) between the couples in the experimental group compared to the control group. There was also a statistically significant decrease in conflict (p=.003) between the couples in the experimental group compared to the control group. Conclusion: Foot massage can be applied as a nursing intervention for improvement of marital relationship in immigrant couples.

대표적인 4세대 이동통신 시스템으로서 LTE는 과거 이동통신 시스템에 비하여 훨씬 더 높은 전송 속도를 제공한다. 그러나 무선 환경의 특성 상 LTE가 제공하는 전송 속도는 무선 채널의 상태에 따라서 큰 영향을 받을 수 있다. LTE 시스템의 무선 접속을 통해서 제공되는 대부분의 서비스에 대한 사용자의 만족도는 전송속도에 일차적인 영향을 받게 된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 무선 채널의 상태를 대표하는 다양한 품질 지표를 선정하고 이들에 대한 실체 측정을 실시하여 각 품질 지표의 변화에 대한 LTE 시스템의 전송 속도의 변화를 관찰하였다. 그 결과 채널의 상태가 나빠질수록 신호의 세기가 아닌 신호의 품질이 LTE 시스템이 제공하는 전송 속도에 밀접한 영향을 미친다는 사실을 알 수 있었다.

The study aimed to investigate the impact of social networks safety (SNS) on the marketing information quality (MIQ) during the COVID-19 pandemic in Saudi Arabia. The study examines the statistical differences in social networks safety SNS and marketing information quality MIQ according to the demographics such as age, sex, income, and education. For this study purpose, information security and privacy are two components of social networks safety. The research materials are website resources, regular books, journals, and articles. The population includes all Saudi users of social networks. The figures show that active users of the social network reached 25 Million in 2020. The snowball method was used and sample size is 500 respondents and the questionnaire is the tool for the data collection. The Structural Equation Modelling SEM technique is used. Convergent Validity, Discriminate Validity, and Multicollinearity are the main assumptions of structural equation modeling SEM. The findings show the high positive impact of SNS networks safety on MIQ and the statistical differences in such variables refer to education. Finally, the study presents a set of future suggestions to enhance the safety of social networks in Saudi Arabia.

Enhancing the performance of maritime wireless communication has been highlighted by the issue of cell planning in the sea area because of lack of an appropriate Propagation Loss Model (PLM). To resolve the cell planning issue in vast sea areas, it was essential to develop the (PLM) matching the intended sea area. However, there were considerable gaps between the prediction of legacy PLMs and field measurement in propagation loss and there was a need to develop the adjusted PLM (A-PLM). Therefore, cell planning was performed on this adjusted model, including modification of the base station's location, altitude, and antenna azimuth to meet the quality objectives. Furthermore, in order to verify the availability of the cell planning, Communication Service Quality Monitoring System (CS-QMS) was developed in the LTE-Maritime project to collect LTE signal quality information from the onboard equipment at regular intervals and to ensure that the service quality was high enough to satisfy the goals in each designated grid. As a result of verification, the success rate of RSRP was 95.7% for the intensive management zone (IMZ) and 96.4% for the interested zone (IZ), respectively.

영상통신기술의 발달로, 영상화질평가는 많은 연구자들에 의해 새로운 알고리즘이 연구되었고, 성능은 점차 개선되었다. 하지만, 사람의 주관적인 시각시스템은 너무나 다양하고, 복잡하기 때문에 이를 수식화하고, 객관화하는데 많은 어려움이 있다. 영상의 화질을 평가하는 방법은 전체 기준법 (Full-Reference), 감소기준법 (Reduced-Reference) 그리고 무기준법 (No-Reference)으로 나눌 수 있다. 이중 무기준법은 수신 영상외의 다른 정보가 필요 없기 때문에, 다양한 영상 스트리밍서비스에 사용될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는, 영상의 양자화로 인한 범위 왜곡을 고려한 새로운 무기준법 영상 화질 평가 방법을 제안한다. 그리고, 성능을 비교하기 위해서, ITU-T P910 문서에 따른 주관적 화질 평가를 수행하고, 이를 363개의 영상을 통해 새로운 방법과 기존의 방법을 비교하였다. 실험 결과 제안된 방법의 실제 주관적 화질과의 상관도는 다른 기존방법보다 높은 것으로 나타났다.

Internet communication network quality characteristics are analyzed using Beta probability distribution. Beta probability distribution is chosen for the underlying probability distribution because it is an extremely flexible probability distribution used to model bounded random variables. Based on the fitted Beta probability distribution, a dataset regarding each network quality characteristic is summarized concisely.
