Analysis of Plasma Treatment Effects on a Compliant Substrate for High Conductive, Stretchable Ag Nanowires

  • In this paper, plasma treatment effects on a ploy(dimethyl siloxane) substrate were analyzed for the applications of stretchable silver nanowire (Ag NWs) electrodes. The oxygen plasma treated sample shows the best performance compared to nitrogen treated and untreated samples. The lowest sheet resistance and reasonable stretching capability was achieved up to 20% strain condition without open circuit fail for the oxygen plasma treated sample.

  • Communication Based Train Control System supports the easy maintenance & management and also have the capability to send more informations than the existing one but is less expensive. Tolerance against fault/failure and reliable data transmission are very important issues with this system since it has the responsibility of man's safety. In this paper, we suggested the schemes to support the reliable transmission quality and fault safety. Also we verified through simulation.

  • A new scheme of dimmable ballast system for the electrodeless fluorescent lamp is proposed. The proposed scheme is composed of the conventional ballast system and the wireless communication part using an EPLD. As a result, the proposed system has a dimming control capability by wireless communication technology. In this paper, wireless dimming control system for electrodeless fluorescent lamp was introduced.

간호사의 자원동원성, 의사소통유형이 간호업무성과에 미치는 영향 (Impact of Resourcefulness and Communication Style on Nursing Performance in Hospital Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study was done to identify the impact of resourcefulness and communication style on nursing performance in nurses working in hospitals. Method: Though a convenience sampling method 312 nurses were recruited between from July 4 and 17, 2011. Data were collected using a questionnaire, which included items on work related characteristics, resourcefulness, communication style, and nursing performance. Data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson correlation coefficient and hierarchical regression analysis. Results: The major findings of this study were as follow; 1) There were significant relationships between nursing performance and resourcefulness ($p$<.001), informative communication style ($p$<.001), affiliativeness communication style ($p$<.001), and dominance communication style ($p$<.001). 2) The nursing performance was significantly associated with career in current department, resourcefulness, informative communication style, affiliativeness communication style, and dominance communication style in capability which explained 45.6% of variance in nursing performance. Conclusion: The results of this study demonstrate a relationship between resourcefulness, communication style, and nursing performance in hospital nurses indicating the need to use the study results to plan programs to prompt nurses in their use of resourcefulness and communication style in nursing care.

  • This research was to analyze information network which contributed Anyang Venture Valley's development. And mutual communication between regional innovated companies was the essential factor of this growth. Anyang city with its Knowledge Industry Promotion Agency, KIPA, has first set up communication network, facility and other structures to create basis of communication. For that, they were able to operate various networking and promotion of communication which led to the enforcement of regional innovation in venture businesses. During its innovation, KIPA played a key role as a link between regional Innovated companies, which enabled active interactions between them. Government can verify significance of establishing network base with mediation function for lively communication for promoting innovation capability through Anyang Venture Valley's case.

  • In today's hyper-competitive business environment, Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology is expected to enhance the operation efficiency of supplying chain management in both manufactures and retail industries. However, the widespread deployment of RFID tags may create new threats to user privacy, due to the powerful tracking capability of the tags. Many authentication protocols for RFID have been proposed. They are helpful preventing passersby being scanned to determine what articles they are carrying. However, most of them would not prevent the bigger physical tracking problem of RFID, especially when being tracked by the 'constellation' of products they carry. We proposed this RFID scheme to prevent these tracking problems.

  • This paper is proposed a high performance speed control of the Synchronous Reluctance Motor through the FNN(Fuzzy Neural-Network) based SV-PWM(Space Vector PWM). SV-PWM is controlled using FNN control. SV-PWM can be maximum used maximum dc link voltage and is excellent control method due to characteristic to reducing harmonic more than others. The hybrid combination of fuzzy control and neural network will produce a powerful representation flexibility and numerical processing capability. Simulation results are presented to show the validity of the proposed algorithm.

  • Precise control of interior permanent magnet synchronous motor(IPMSM) over wide speed range is an engineering challenge. This paper considers the design and implementation of novel technique of speed estimation and control for IPMSM using hybrid intelligent control. The hybrid combination of neural network and adaptive fuzzy control will produce a powerful representation flexibility and numerical processing capability. Also, this paper is proposed speed control of IPMSM using adaptive neural network fuzzy(A-NNF) and estimation of speed using artificial neural network(ANN) controller. The back propagation neural network technique is used to provide a real time adaptive estimation of the motor speed.

  • This paper is proposed an adaptive fuzzy-neural network(A-FNN) controller based on the vector controlled induction motor drive system. The hybrid combination of fuzzy control and neural network will produce a powerful representation flexibility and numerical processing capability. Also, this paper is proposed speed estimation of induction motor using A closed-loop state observer. The rotor position is calculated through the stator flux position and an estimated flux value of rotation reference frame. A closed-loop state observer is implemented to compute the speed feedback signal. The results of analysis prove that the proposed control system has strong robustness to rotor parameter variation, and has good steady-state accuracy and transitory response.

  • This paper is proposed a fuzzy neural network controller based on the vector controlled induction motor drive system. The hybrid combination of fuzzy control and neural network will produce a powerful representation flexibility and numerical processing capability. Also, this paper is proposed estimation and control of speed of induction motor using ANN Controller. The error between the desired state variable and the actual one is back-propagated to adjust the rotor speed, so that the actual state variable will coincide with the desired one. This paper is proposed the theoretical analysis as well as the simulation results to verify the effectiveness of the new method.
