Concerns on environmental issues and global warming are increasing worldwide. Environmental regulations such as Tokyo Protocol, RoHS, WEEE are also getting harder and harder and used as trade barriers. Different from other manufacturing industries, information and communication industry is basically environment friendly-low emission of harmful materials and little consumption of energy. But information and communication industry can contribute to world environment by recycle articles in disuse and properly process discarded trash. Furthermore, by using more renewable energy, it can reduce the $CO_2$ emission, one of the major the green house gas.

People have their own cultural backgrounds and experiences in terms of visual perceptional thinking so that they could misunderstand the cultural symbols, trademarks, Brand Identities, and trade characters, especially, animal trademarks. Sometimes Easterners and Westerners seem to not comprehend the different meanings of the cultural symbols. The signs of twelve Chinese zodiac animals are the typical symbol of the Asian mythology. What I wanted to focus on emphasizing the different views and perspective of an animal trademark is according to the Chinese Zodiac between Eastern and Western cultures. Generally, multiple symbolisms are difficult to comprehend, because they are created by individual ideas and incorporate several mythologies and histories. How do Westerners interpret the implied meaning of Eastern animals in general? How are they going to understand the Eastern animal logos or marks accurately? How can we solve the problem to make people understand their different meanings? There were some confusing pictorial images in the area of the design field when a designer creates an animal mark for globalization and localization. Creating of hybrid symbol is the best way to break the communication barriers with people all around the world.

Educational software tends to be monotonous without the interaction between instructors and students. An unidirectional teaching system can't overcome these barriers because the learning process is monotonous without the bidirectional communication. The advanced network system can solve these problems. In this study, a bidirectional microprocessor simulator is developed and a new teaching model is proposed using the simulator. It was named JMPS (Java Microprocessor Simulator), which is a software to teach the microprocessor principles and applications. It has two advantages. First, it can teach the principles and applications of microprocessor effectively. Second, it runs on Internet and provides easy communication between a teacher and students.

In the restaurant industry, along with the fourth industry, there is a food technology craze due to IT development. In addition, many prospective restaurant founders are increasing due to restaurant start-ups with relatively low entry barriers. And ChatGPT is causing a craze for chatbots. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to analyze factors for restaurant start-ups with big data and implement a system to make it easier for prospective restaurant start-ups to recommend restaurant start-ups that suit them and further increase the success rate for restaurant start-ups. Therefore, this paper is meaningful in analyzing the start-up factors desired by prospective restaurant founders with big data, turning them into text, and furthermore, designing and studying the start-up factors shown as big data into a restaurant start-up chatbot system.

The rapid development of artificial intelligence technology in recent years is evident, from the emergence of ChatGPT to innovations like Midjourney, Stable Diffution, and the upcoming SORA text-to-video technology by OPENai. Animation capture technology, driven by the AI technology trend, is undergoing significant advancements, accelerating the progress of the animation industry. Through an analysis of the current application of DEEPMOTION, this paper explores the development direction of AI motion capture technology, analyzes issues such as errors in multi-person object motion capture, and examines the vast prospects. With the continuous advancement of AI technology, the ability to recognize and track complex movements and expressions faster and more accurately, reduce human errors, enhance processing speed and efficiency. This advancement lowers technological barriers and accelerates the fusion of virtual and real worlds.

A mobile communication device is a small size of portable computer which provides communication service, such as smart phone and PDA. Currently, one of the biggest barriers in developing the mobile communication device is security issue. Even though there are excellent security functions which can remove the security issues, there is a problem that the mobile communication device can not be loaded with all the functions because it has low storage, poor computational power, and inconvenient user interface, compared to the desktop personal computer. This paper proposes a context-aware security reconfiguration scheme for effective security management of the mobile communication device. The scheme can provide the mobile communication device with the optimized security service which is most adapted to its current security context. Through the prototype implementation and the experiments of the proposed scheme, we have confirmed that the proposed scheme is excellent in terms of computing resource efficiency and usability, without degrading security level.

The purpose of this study was to explore how teachers perceive barriers to consultation with school counselors. For this purpose, the opinions of 16 teachers working in Seoul, Gyeonggi, Incheon, Chungcheong, and Daegu were collected through one-on-one interviews and qualitatively analyzed using the concept-mapping method. A second set of data was gathered to classify the similarity and importance of the teachers' statements through one-on-one interviews or the mail. The data was analyzed using multidimensional scaling and hierarchical cluster analyses. The results were as follows. The barriers to the consultation with school counselors as perceived by teachers were represented in 51 statements. Dimensional statement analysis revealed two dimensions: (a) 'School counseling's traits - School counselors' traits' and (b) 'Psychological difficulties - Environmental difficulties' Hierarchical cluster analysis identified 5 clusters: 'The responsibilities as homeroom teachers interfere with communication with counselors', 'Teachers lack of awareness of their ability to seek consultation with counselors', 'Teachers lack of trust in school counselors', 'Perceptions of the school counselors' role and lack of relevant experience with school counselors prevent teachers from seeking consultation', and 'School counselors are overworked due to the school counseling environment' The most important cluster was 'Teachers lack of trust in school counselors'.

The world's unique geographical, multilingual, multiethnic, multiracial and multi religious Himalayan country Nepal has more than 100 years history on telephony service and it has been formulating appropriate policy and regulation for the adoption of new technology, introducing the competitive market environment for the overall development of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) infrastructures and application of ICT service and tools for socio-economic transformation. The Nepalese market seems to be continuously growing and having huge demand of mobile telephony and internet subscriptions trend. The ICT infrastructure development in difficult geographical area is quite challenging and thus operators are focusing mobile telephony and mobile internet services. Nepal has been doing its best effort on formulating policy and regulation, adoption key strategies for ICT sector development and at the same time joining hands with international and regional bodies such as ITU, SAARC etc for ICT sector development. Due to geographical diversity, policy and regulatory barriers in some extent, power supply constraints and low affordability from customers on ICT tools and services, Nepal has been facing challenges on ICT infrastructure development. However, the national statistics on ICT, Networked Readiness Index and ICT Development Index show that Nepal has done quite good progress and is keeping its pace on ICT development despite the these challenges. Moreover, there seems to be quite uncovered market segments on internet service and big opportunity on ICT sector development in Nepal in the days to come.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify health education needs of the multicultural family as perceived by visiting nurses. Methods: Mixed method was applied. A questionnaire was distributed to 184 visiting nurses. Three focus group interviews were subsequently conducted in order to obtain a greater understanding of nurses' experience of health education. Results: Visiting nurses were mainly providing education about pregnancy, delivery and baby care. Health education needs of the multicultural family as perceived by visiting nurses were classified according to four categories : diet, hygiene, contraception and family planning, and communication. Barriers to health education of visiting nurses were a lack of adequate health education materials and communication problems. Conclusion: To achieve effective health care of the multicultural family by visiting nurses, customized multi-language health education material focusing on five subjects, pregnancy and delivery, diet, hygiene, contraception and family planning, and communication, with easy terms and simple paragraphs is required.
