산업체 현장 실습의 활성화 방안에 관한 연구 - 현장 실습 관련 선행연구를 중심으로 - (The Study of "How to Activate Industrial Field Training Internships" - Focused on Former Researches Related to Field Training-)

  • The purpose of this study is to understand how to activate field training internships through former researches related to training internships. The concept of field training is the same as education of work experience. Students have experienced the skills of practical jobs in the tourism industry and could enhance acquisition of professional theories. According to domestic former researches, students who participated in hotel field practice hardly satisfied with internships due to unreasonable duties, burdens and circumstances regardless of efficiency of school curriculum. Also, they showed dissatisfaction with compensation. However, foreign studies have only focused on communication between hotels and schools. Finally, in order to activate industrial field training internships, schools and hotels have more delicate harmonization to address training internship problems. In addition, promoting field training internships must include proper incentives and must be supported by school. And also the hotel management must offer incentives to the students who are under field training internships in the hotel. From internship programs, students could get much more benefits in hotel job application.

  • The advent of Omni Channel has changed the fashion business model and the role of fashion sales persons. In such situation, internal marketing can become an important organizational management strategy for fashion companies. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to identify the components of internal marketing of fashion companies for fashion shop masters in an omni channel environment. To achieve the purpose of this study, To achieve the purpose of this study, a qualitative study was conducted to investigate the internal marketing sub-factors of fashion companies. In-depth interviews were conducted for qualitative study. Seven respondents to the in-depth interview were fashion shop masters who had at least 10 years of field work experience. As a result of the qualitative study, internal marketing was derived from five factors, including empowerment, education and training, rewards, internal communication, and management supports. Empowerment factors consist of initiative, encourage creativity, and problem solving. Education and training factors consist of the degree of education and training opportunities, the value of education and training, and the scope of education and training. Rewards factors consist of diversity of rewards, fairness of rewards, and source of rewards. Internal communication factors consist of communication flexibility, diversity of communication and receptivity of communication. Management support factors consist of headquarters support and department store support.

  • The main purpose of the study is to determine information and communication technologies for the innovative development of tourism training in higher education institutions in the context of COVID-19. Innovative development is associated with the rejection of well-known cliches, stereotypes in teaching, upbringing and personal development, creates new standards for personal-creative, individually directed tourism activities, develops pedagogical technologies implemented in this activity. As a result, the main aspects of information and communication technologies for the innovative development of tourist training in higher education institutions in the context of COVID-19 were characterized.

표준화환자와의 의사소통기술 훈련이나 선택과목 '의사소통기술' 이수가 임상수행평가 성적에 영향을 미쳤는가? (Does Practicing Communication Skills with Standardized Patients or Completion of Elective Course of Communication Skills Affect the Scores of Clinical Performance Examination?)

  • Purpose: Communication skills are considered as one of the essential requirements in medical education, and the training often involves exercising medical interviews with standardized patients(SP) or role play. This study investigated the helpfulness of the communication skills training programs for students' performance on the clinical performance examination (CPX). Methods: Fourth-year students who have taken one of two communication skills programs(exercising communication skills with SP or elective communication skill course with role play) completed a questionnaire on their evaluation of the helpfulness of communication skills programs immediately after finishing the CPX. Then, the programs were objectively assessed by comparing all fourth-year students' CPX scores between program participants and non-participants. Results: About 70% of participants answered that the programs were helpful to perform clinical clerkship and CPX. However, there was no difference in either the total CPX score or 2 categorical scores(integrated clinical encounter, communication and interpersonal skill) between program participants and non-participants. Conclusion: Although the students felt that the communication skills programs were helpful to their clinical activities, this study failed to find objective evidence of any effect of the programs on the CPX results. Communication skills training should be continued during clinical clerkship to maintain or enhance the skills, and it is necessary to introduce more effective methods for precise evaluation of students' communication skills.

의사소통 훈련 프로그램이 간호사의 의사소통능력, 감성지능(EQ), 자존감 및 대인관계능력에 미치는 효과에 대한 사례연구 (A case study on the effect of communication training program on nurse's communication ability, emotional intelligence (EQ), self - esteem and interpersonal ability)

  • 본 연구는 의사소통 훈련을 받은 실험집단과 그렇지 않은 대조집단 사이의 의사소통능력, 감성지능, 자존감과 대인관계능력의 차이를 비교하는 비동등성 유사실험 연구이다. 연구대상은 C시 소재의 D대학병원에 근무하는 21명의 간호사를 실험집단으로, 21명의 간호사를 대조집단으로 구성하여 2017년 4월부터 5월까지, 실험집단에게는 의사소통능력, 감성지능, 자존감 및 대인관계능력 향상을 위한 의사소통 훈련 프로그램을 주 1회 2시간씩 총 4회기를 진행하였고, 연구의 효과성 검정을 위하여 사전, 사후 검사를 실시하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS for Window 23을 이용하여 사전사후검사의 평균과 표준편차, 독립표본 Mann-Whitney의 U검증, 대응표본 Wilcoxon 부호 순위 검증을 실시하였다. 연구결과 실험집단과 훈련을 받지 않은 대조집단에서 의사소통능력(Z=-3.361, p<.05), 감성지능(Z=-2.209, p<.05), 자존감(Z=-1.633, p<.05), 대인관계능력(Z=-2.577, p<.05)으로 나타나, 의사소통훈련 프로그램 후 실험집단의 의사소통능력, 감성지능(EQ), 자존감 및 대인관계능력 점수가 모두 유의하게 증가하였으며, 모든 가설은 지지되었다. 이러한 결과를 볼 때 임상현장에서 간호업무 수행 시 의사소통 훈련프로그램을 활용한다면 의사소통능력, 감성지능(EQ), 자존감 및 대인관계능력의 향상으로 치료적인 의사소통과 효과적인 간호를 제공하여 환자의 만족감을 높이고 간호의 질 향상에도 기여할 것이다.

사례기반 SBAR 의사소통 교육프로그램이 간호대학생의 비판적 사고성향, 의사소통 자기효능감, 의사소통능력에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of Case-Based SBAR Communication Training Program on Critical Thinking Disposition, Communication Self-Efficacy and Communication Competence of Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 사례기반 SBAR 의사소통 교육프로그램이 간호대학생의 비판적 사고성향, 의사소통 자기효능감, 의사소통능력에 미치는 효과를 파악하기 위함으로 수행되었다. 연구대상은 D시 소재 일개 간호학과 2학년에 재학 중인 학생 112명을 대상으로 2017년 12월 18일부터 2018년 1월 4일까지 구조화된 설문지를 통해 자료를 수집하였다. SBAR 의사소통 교육프로그램은 사전 교육프로그램 개발, 사전조사, 3회기 의사소통 교육프로그램, 사후조사의 단계로 이루어졌다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0 program을 이용하여 빈도, paired t-test로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 일반적 특성에서 대인관계 정도는 만족함이 75.0%, 전공만족도는 만족 54.4%로 나타났으며, 사례기반 SBAR 의사소통 교육프로그램은 비판적 사고성향(t=-2.734, p=.007), 의사소통능력(t=-4.237, p<.001)이 교육 전보다 교육 후에 상승하였으며, 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 의사소통 자기효능감은 점수는 향상되었으나 통계적으로 유의한 차이는 없었다. 따라서 사례기반 SBAR 의사소통 교육프로그램은 간호대학생의 비판적 사고성향과 의사소통능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과적인 중재임을 확인 할 수 있었다.

HR 부서 전문성에 대한 인식이 교육훈련 기회 제공 만족도에 미치는 영향: HR 부서의 의사소통 활동의 조절효과를 중심으로 (The Effect of Employees' Perceived Expertise about HR Department on Satisfaction of Education and Training Opportunities: The Moderating Role of HR Department's Communication Activities)

  • Purpose - This study examines how employees' perception of HR department expertise affect their satisfaction of education and training. Moreover, this study explores that the HR department's communication activities moderate the main effects between satisfaction of education and training opportunities. Design/methodology/approach - This study predicts the positive relationship between employees' perceptions of HR department expertise and their satisfaction of education and training. Furthermore, the HR department's communication activities will strengthen this positive relationship. To test these hypotheses, this study used the Human Capital Corporate Panel (HCCP) datasets, especially individual-level 2017 data. The final number of samples is 1,947 for the analyses. In addition, this study utilized a hierarchical regression model with SPSS program. Finding - The results analyzed with the hierarchical regression model showed that the perceptions of HR department expertise had a positive relationship with satisfaction of provided educational and training. In addition, the HR department's communication activities moderated the relationship between perception of HR department expertise and satisfaction of education and training opportunities. Research implications or Originality - This study suggests academic and practical implications for future research in the human resource development filed by clarifying the critical factors to increase employees' satisfaction and transferability of education and training.

동기강화상담 교육훈련 프로그램이 가정방문간호사의 의사소통능력과 직무효능감에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of Motivational Interviewing Training Program on Communication Skills and Self-Efficacy of Home Visiting Nurses)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of Motivational Interviewing(MI) training program on communication skill and self-efficacy of home visiting nurses(HVNs). Methods: This study has a mixed-methods design that includes a one-group pre-post test study and focus group interviews(N=23). From April 16th to June 11th in 2014, total six two-hour sessions of MI training program were provided to the participants. The quantitative outcomes were collected using Global Interpersonal Communication Competence Scale(GICC-15) and Self-efficacy Scale, and the qualitative data were obtained by 5 focus group interviews. Group pre-post changes were evaluated by paired t-tests and the qualitative data were analyzed by content analysis method. Results: MI training program led to significant enhancement in communication skills(Z=-3.62, p<.001) and self-efficacy(Z=-3.67, p<.001). The qualitative study revealed that the participants had positive experiences to express empathy, support self-efficacy, and respect autonomy for their clients applying reflective-listening and affirmation skill. Conclusion: The HVNs who participated in the MI training program showed improved communication skills and self-efficacy in the quantitative and qualitative studies. A randomized clinical trial is needed to confirm the value of MI training program for HVNs.

주장훈련과 가치명료화훈련이 간호사의 갈등정도와 갈등관리 양식에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of Assertiveness Traning and Value Clarification Training on Nurse's Conflict and Conflict Management Mode)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of assertiveness training and value clarification training on nurse's conflict and conflict management mode. Fifty seven registered nurses participated in the study ; they were employed by three general hospital located in Daegu, Korea. The study employs two treatment groups. The assertiveness training group consisted of subjects who participated in 90-120 minutes sessions of assertiveness training nine times over five weeks. The other treatment group, was adiministed nine, 90-120 minutes sessions of value clarification during the same period. For the control group, nursing subjects were appointed the training after five weeks. Pre-test evaluation were administered to all subjects in three groups prior to one week of the treatment. Role conflict Inventory-general(RCI-G) and Communication Conflict Inventory-general (CCI-G) measure nurse's conflict management mode. Post-test evaluation were administered to all subjects in three groups two weeks after the last session by Role Conflict Inventory-Specific(RCI-S), Communication Conflict Inventory-Specific (CCI-S), Management Model-Specific(CMMI-S). The analysis of variance(ANOVA) and covariance(ANCOVA) on gain scores were running the SPSS program. In order to test statistical differences among mean scores of the scales obtained after treatment, multiple comparisons were carried out by Turkey method. Conclusions obtained from the results are as follows. 1. The assertiveness training and the value clarification training were effective in decreasing the nurse's role conflict. The value clarification was more effective than the assertiveness training in decreasing the nurse's role conflict. 2. Both assertiveness training and value clarification training were effective in decreasing nurse's communication conflict. There was, however, no differences between assertiveness training and value clarification training in decreasing the nurse's communication conflict. 3. The assertiveness training and the value clarification training were quite effective in compromizing and collaborating conflict management mode, to reducing the withdrawl and accomodate, force and accomodate conflict management mode to conflict. There was no difference in the effectiveness of assertiveness training and value clarification. In assessing the effects of the treatments, this study employed different measurements. It is unclear whether the measurement affected the test results. It is worth conducting a further test using the same measurements. The results of future studies can be compared with those of this study. The homogeneity of the control group and treatment group is questionable. Futher studies may employ homogeneous sample group to evaluate whether the sample characteristics bias the test results. Assertiveness training or value clarification training for nurses can be utilized in nursing intervention.

간호대학생의 의사소통 능력 함양을 위한 동기면담 기반 의사소통 훈련의 효과 (An Evaluation of Motivational Interviewing Based Communication Training to Promote Communication Competency for Nursing Students)

  • 간호사의 의사소통은 신뢰관계와 간호의 질 보장을 위한 핵심 능력이다. 본 연구는 간호 대학생 3학년 35명을 대상으로 동기면담기반 의사소통훈련을 시행하였고 훈련 효과를 확인하였다. 4시간 단일 회기 훈련 후 핵심 기술인 반영하기와 반영의 깊이, 의사소통의 걸림돌과 닫힌질문 등에서 훈련의 성과를 확인하였다. 그러나 열린질문에 대해서는 유의미한 효과를 확인하지 못하여 향후 이와 관련한 변수에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 면담에 대한 자신감은 훈련 후 전반적으로 좋은 성과를 얻었는데 반영하기에 대한 자신감은 유의미하지 않아 반영하기에 대한 학생들의 자신감 고양을 위한 전략 마련이 필요하다. 훈련 방법 중에는 개별, 집단 피드백이 가장 큰 도움을 준 것으로 나타나 훈련가들의 피드백 역량에 대한 재고가 필요하다.
