도서관의 대내외적 환경변화와 HRD 트렌드 분석을 통한 사서교육훈련 비전 및 추진전략 제안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Library's Internal and External Environment Change and the Librarian Education and Training Vision and Promotion Strategy Proposal through HRD Trend)

  • 본 연구에서는 사서교육훈련의 중장기적 발전방안을 마련하기 위해 도서관 대내외적 환경변화와 인적자원개발(HRD) 트렌드를 반영한 사서교육훈련의 비전 및 목표를 설계하고자 하였다. 사서교육훈련의 비전 및 목표 설계를 위해 사서교육훈련 필요성, 목표, 사명, 역할 등의 재정립, 사서교육훈련의 비전과 목표 실현을 위한 추진전략 모색 도서관 미래 인재 양성을 위한 핵심역량 및 국가직무능력표준(NCS) 기반 교육운영 가이드라인 개발을 위한 세부추진계획 등을 마련하였다. 먼저, 국내외 선행연구 및 문헌을 분석하였을 때, 미래 사서는 첫째, 창의융합형 인재, 둘째, 소통협력형 인재, 셋째, 선도전문형 인재, 넷째, 공감포용형 인재 등이 포괄된 역량을 갖춘 인재상을 기반으로 교육훈련을 수립해야 할 것으로 파악되었다. 도서관 미래 인재상 및 핵심역량에 따른 교육과정은 다음과 같은 프로세스 모형으로 제시하여야 하며, 창의융합형 인재, 소통협력형 인재, 선도전문형 인재, 공감포용형 인재상별 사서역량을 도출하고, 사서역량에 따른 직무능력을 설정하여 직무능력 향상을 위한 교육과정을 설계하는 방향으로 교육 방향을 설정해야 할 것으로 파악하였다.

대형 의류벤더의 테크니컬 디자이너 실무 분석 (Analysis of Practical Tasks of Technical Designers of Big Vendors)

  • This study analyzes the practical tasks and required competency for technical designers to provide basic data on the training of domestic technical designers. The survey was applied to 21 technical designers of big vendors as well as investigated tasks, task flow, important tasks, time-consuming tasks, and required competencies. The results of the study are as follows. First, the technical designers were in charge of several brands of buyers and distributors of fashion companies, or several lines of the same brand. The main production items were cut and sewn knits. Second, the flow of task and tasks were in the order of buyer comments analysis, sloper decision to matching style, sewing specification, productive sewing method research, size specification suggestion, pattern correction comments, construction decision to matching style & fabric, sample evaluations, fit approval, business e-mail writing, specification & grading confirmation, and communication with buyer. Third, five tasks (analysis of buyer comments analysis, communication with buyer, pattern correction comments, productive sewing methods research, sample evaluation) were important and time-consuming tasks. Fourth, reeducation was required in order of sewing, pattern, English, fabric, and fitting. Fifth, competencies to be a technical designers were fitting, pattern correction, size specification & grading, construction & sewing specification, sewing terms & techniques, and communication skills. In conclusion, technical designer training should focus on technology-based instruction, such as sample evaluation, fitting, pattern correction, and productive sewing methods research of cut and sewn knits.

BLUE-Based Channel Estimation Technique for Amplify and Forward Wireless Relay Networks

  • The best linear unbiased estimator (BLUE) is most suitable for practical application and can be determined with knowledge of only the first and second moments of the probability density function. Although the BLUE is an existing algorithm, it is still largely unexplored and has not yet been applied to channel estimation in amplify and forward (AF)-based wireless relay networks (WRNs). In this paper, a BLUE-based algorithm is proposed to estimate the overall channel impulse response between the source and destination of AF strategy-based WRNs. Theoretical mean square error (MSE) performance for the BLUE is derived to show the accuracy of the proposed channel estimation algorithm. In addition, the Cram$\acute{e}$r-Rao lower bound (CRLB) is derived to validate the MSE performance. The proposed BLUE channel estimation algorithm approaches the CRLB as the length of the training sequence and number of relays increases. Further, the BLUE performs better than the linear minimum MSE estimator due to the minimum variance characteristic exhibited by the BLUE, which happens to be a function of signal-to-noise ratio.

Individual Channel Estimation Based on Blind Interference Cancellation for Two-Way MIMO Relay Networks

  • In this paper, we investigate an individual channel estimation problem for multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) two-way amplify-and-forward (AF) relay networks. To avoid self-interference during the estimation of the individual MIMO channels, a novel blind interference cancellation (BIC) approach is proposed based on an orthogonal preceding framework, where a pair of orthogonal precoding matrices is utilized at the source nodes. By designing an optimal decoding scheme, we propose to decompose the bidirectional transmission into a pair of unidirectional transmissions. Unlike most existing approaches, we make the practical assumption that the nonreciprocal MIMO channel and the mutual interference of multiple antennas are both taken into consideration. Under the precoding framework, we employ an orthogonal superimposed training strategy to obtain the individual MIMO channels. However, the AF strategy causes the noise at the terminal to be the sum of the local noise and the relay-propagated noise. To remove the relay-propagated noise during the estimation of the second-hop channel, a partial noise-nulling method is designed. We also derive a closed-form expression for the total mean square error (MSE) of the MIMO channel from which we compute the optimal power allocation. The simulation results demonstrate that the analytical and simulated curves match fully.

간호사가 지각한 내부마케팅 활동이 직무만족, 이직의도, 고객지향성에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Clinical Nurse's Internal Marketing on Job Satisfaction, Turnover Intention, and Customer Orientation)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of nurse's internal marketing on job satisfaction, turnover intention, and customer orientation. Method: The subjects were 559 nurses were working in 3 general hospitals. The data were collected from October 20 to November 15, 2006. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation coefficient, stepwise multiple regression were used. Results: The mean score of the total internal marketing was 2.68, communication 3.03, vacation and suspension from office 2.64, education and training 2.60, reward system 2.56, work environment 2.53, and employment benefits 2.38, total job satisfaction was 2.96, turnover intention was 3.10, and customer orientation was 3.76. 'Internal marketing', and total subcategories of internal marketing were positively related to job satisfaction. 'Internal marketing', and total subcategories of internal marketing were negatively related to turnover intention. 'Internal marketing', 'communication', 'vacation and suspension from office', 'education and training', and 'work environment' were positively related to customer orientation. Conclusion: Through this results, to increase job satisfaction and customer orientation and to decrease turnover intention, it is necessary to concentrate on improving internal communication and reward system in the internal marketing strategy.

Study on Capstone Design Program in Fashion Major

  • In today's world, the design industry is becoming more complex, with the development of networks such as the internet and revolutionary changes in information and telecommunications. As the demand for designers to cope with various situations occurring in these industrial sites or solve problems in practice promptly is required, a capstone design program was developed in collaboration with the industry. Capstone design classes have positive effects on creative problem solving ability, academic achievement and learning satisfaction by allowing students to think and experience the practical problems of the industrial field. It is also effective in improving communication, creative thinking and critical thinking. The purpose of this study is to search for talent training methods needed in the fashion industry and to develop effective programs through capstone design class studies conducted in the fourth grade of fashion design majors from 2017 to 2019 (6 semesters). Through these studies, the aim is to search for talent training methods needed in the fashion industry and to develop effective programs. If the capstone design learning method is used as a method of solving problems through close communication between the company and the educational field as an industry-academia cooperation system, it is expected to be positioned as a field-type human resource education method that is required in the industrial field.

CNN-LSTM 기반의 자율주행 기술 (CNN-LSTM based Autonomous Driving Technology)

  • 본 연구는 딥러닝의 합성곱과 순환신경망 네트워크를 기반으로 시각센서를 이용해 속도(Throttle)와 조향(Steering) 제어 기술을 제안한다. 학습 트랙을 시계, 반시계 방향으로 주행하며 카메라 영상 이미지와 조종 값 데이터를 수집하고 효율적인 학습을 위해 데이터 샘플링, 전처리 과정을 거쳐 Throttle과 Steering을 예측하는 모델을 생성한다. 이후 학습에 사용되지 않은 다른 환경의 테스트 트랙을 통해 검증을 진행하여 최적의 모델을 찾고 이를 CNN(Convolutional Neural Network)과 비교하였다. 그 결과 제안하는 딥러닝 모델의 성능이 뛰어남을 확인했다.

Clustering-Based Federated Learning for Enhancing Data Privacy in Internet of Vehicles

  • With the evolving complexity of connected vehicle features, the volume and diversity of data generated during driving continue to escalate. Enabling data sharing among interconnected vehicles holds promise for improving users' driving experiences and alleviating traffic congestion. Yet, the unintentional disclosure of users' private information through data sharing poses a risk, potentially compromising the interests of vehicle users and, in certain cases, endangering driving safety. Federated learning (FL) is a newly emerged distributed machine learning paradigm, which is expected to play a prominent role for privacy-preserving learning in autonomous vehicles. While FL holds significant potential to enhance the architecture of the Internet of Vehicles (IoV), the dynamic mobility of vehicles poses a considerable challenge to integrating FL with vehicular networks. In this paper, a novel clustered FL framework is proposed which is efficient for reducing communication and protecting data privacy. By assessing the similarity among feature vectors, vehicles are categorized into distinct clusters. An optimal vehicle is elected as the cluster head, which enhances the efficiency of personalized data processing and model training while reducing communication overhead. Simultaneously, the Local Differential Privacy (LDP) mechanism is incorporated during local training to safeguard vehicle privacy. The simulation results obtained from the 20newsgroups dataset and the MNIST dataset validate the effectiveness of the proposed scheme, indicating that the proposed scheme can ensure data privacy effectively while reducing communication overhead.

카메룬의 직업훈련교사 양성을 위한 국립직업훈련교육원의 시범연수 성과 검토에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Performance Review of the NIVTPD for Vocational Training Teachers Training System in Cameroon)

  • 카메룬 유일의 직업훈련교사 자격 훈련기관인 '카메룬 국립직업훈련교육원(NIVTPD)'의 설립을 위해 본 연구진은 NIVTPD의 마스터 교사들을 대상으로 교과과정 개발법, 교재 개발 방법 및 개발, 강의전략 수립법 및 강의지도서 작성, 강의계획 및 계획서 작성, 강의안 작성법 등의 역량 강화 훈련을 하였다. 또한 시범연수를 통해 실 강의까지 해봄으로써 실제 NIVTPD의 운영에 대비하였다. 이 논문은 NIVTPD에서의 훈련을 통해 얻은 내용이 강의실 수업 성과에 미치는 영향을 평가하기 위해 두 가지 다른 설문 조사(기초선 및 종료 선 조사)와 두 가지 다른 시험(진입 레벨 테스트(Pretest) 및 성취 수준 시험(Posttest))를 실시한 결과와 그에 따른 분석 결과를 포함한다. 설문 조사 결과는 직업훈련 인터페이스의 현재 상황을 파악하고 커리큘럼을 통합, 수정 및 개선하여 NIVTPD의 교육 프로그램을 개선하는 데 활용될 수 있을 것이다. 또한 시험 결과는 직업훈련교사의 교육학적 지식 수준을 파악하고 향후 자격을 수여하기 위한 지표로 사용될 수 있을 것이다.

청각장애아동의 조음훈련을 위한 디지털 콘텐츠 서비스 연구 (Pronunciation Training Digital Service for the Deaf Children)

  • 듣고 말하는 어려움이 있는 청각장애 아동은 원활한 의사소통을 위해 긴 시간 동안 청력 훈련인 조음 훈련 과정을 거친다. 본 연구의 목적은 청각장애 아동을 대상으로 흥미를 유지하며 반복적인 청력 훈련을 할 수 있는 디지털 콘텐츠 기반의 조음훈련시스템을 제공하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 우선 사용자와 전문가를 대상으로 인터뷰 조사를 진행하였고, 이 결과를 바탕으로 디지털 콘텐츠 기반의 조음훈련 서비스를 개발하였다. 마지막으로 앞서 구현된 디지털 서비스의 훈련 효과를 검증하기 위하여, 청각 장애 아동을 대상으로 사용자 테스트를 진행하였다. 인터뷰 분석 결과, 조음훈련에 영향을 미치는 중요 요인으로 반복훈련과 흥미 요인이 도출되었다. 디지털 서비스를 구현하는데 있어서, 아동들의 흥미 도출을 위해 동화와 다양한 인터랙션 요소를 활용했고, 효과적인 반복훈련을 위해 복수의 단어와 문장을 훈련할 수 있는 사용자 흐름을 설계하였다. 개발된 서비스에 대한 청각장애 아동의 테스트 결과, 본 디지털 콘텐츠는 조음 훈련의 효과와 흥미에 대하여 긍정적으로 평가되었다.
