정보통신기술이 전시컨벤션 효과만족에 미치는 영향 (Information communication technology impact on the exhibition convention effect and satisfaction)

  • 본 연구는 정보통신기술이 전시컨벤션 효과만족에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위하여 정보통신기술업체 312 업체를 대상으로 정보통신기술이 전시컨벤션 효과만족에 미치는 영향에 대하여 분석을 함으로써 정보통신기술인 컨벤션 e-Portal시스템, 전시컨벤션 상품, 컨벤션산업 경쟁력, 컨벤션 인프라 구축, 컨벤션 연계관광 프로그램 구성요소를 컨벤션 효과만족에 대하여 어떤 영향을 미치는 가에 대하여 실증적으로 분석하여 전시컨벤션산업에 정보통신기술이 컨벤션효과 만족에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 그 결과 정보통신기술인 상품기술, 관광프로그램기술 인프라구축기술, e-portal시스템, 산업경쟁력기술은 전시컨벤션 효과에 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있었다. 그러므로 이러한 요인들은 전시컨벤션효과인 기본자료확보와 환경적요인파악, 상품개발토대마련. 상품유형확정, 경제적파급효과와 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있다. 따라서 전시컨벤션은 정보통신기술을 높이고 운영비를 절감하는 효과를 거둘 수 있다.

MBTI 성격유형에 따른 커뮤니케이션 능력과 대인관계 만족도에 관한 연구 (Communication competence and Satisfaction in Interpersonal Relationship on MBTI personality patterns(Focused on 3th military Cadet))

  • 본 연구는 사관생도의 MBTI 성격유형에 따른 커뮤니케이션 능력과 대인관계 만족도에 관한 연구이다. MBTI 성격유형 분포를 보면 남생도의 경우 ESTJ(16.7%)로 가장 많았고, 여생도의 경우는 ENFJ(16.7%)와 ENFP(16.7%)가 빈도수가 높았다. 성격유형과 커뮤니케이션 능력간의 차이가 있었고, 성격유형과 차이가 있는 지를 살펴보기 위해 사후검증으로 LSD를 활용하였다. 그 결과 성격유형과 커뮤니케이션 능력간에는 E(외향형)과 I(내향형)간 차이가 있다는 결과를 얻었고, 성격유형과 대인관계 만족도의 결과에서도 E(외향형)과 I(내향형)간 대인관계 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있었다. 커뮤니케이션 능력과 대인관계 만족도와의 상관관계에서 매우 정적인 상관(r=.604(p<.01)을 보였다. 결국 본 연구의 의의는 사관생도의 성격유형에 따른 커뮤니케이션 능력과 대인관계 만족도가 통계적으로 유의미하다는 것을 증명하였고, 성격유형에 따른 훈육방향을 제시해 줄 수 있다는 점에서 매우 의의가 있다고 할 수 있다.

A Structural Relationship among Informational Leadership, Self-efficacy, Communication Ability, and Job Satisfaction of Secondary School Teachers

  • 이 연구는 중등학교 교사의 정보화 리더십, 자기효능감, 커뮤니케이션 능력, 직무만족 간의 관계에 관계를 밝히는 데 목적이 있다. 연구문제는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교사 정보화 리더십, 자기효능감, 커뮤니케이션 능력, 직무만족 간의 구조관계는 어떠한가? 둘째, 교사 정보화 리더십이 직무만족에 미치는 영향에서 자기효능감, 커뮤니케이션 능력의 매개효과는 어떠한가? J-Do의 중등학교를 모집단에서 무선표집을 통해 표본을 추출하였다. 표집된 연구대상은 총 600명이다. 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교사의 정보화 리더십, 자기효능감, 커뮤니케이션 능력, 직무만족 간에는 서로 유의한 상관이 있다. 둘째, 자기효능감과 커뮤니케이션 능력은 중등학교 교사의 정보화 리더십이 직무만족에 미치는 영향에서 의미있는 매개효과를 주는 변인이다.

관계혜택과 커뮤니케이션이 관계의 질과 장기지향성에 미치는 영향 - 미용서비스 점포를 중심으로 - (The effects of relationship benefits and communication on relationship quality and long-term orientation - Focused on beauty service stores -)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effect that relation-building factors between beauty service stores and customers have on relationship quality and long-term orientation. Specifically, the influence of relation formation factors (relationship benefits and communication) on relationship quality (satisfaction and trust) and long-term orientation was empirically examined. This research was conducted through a questionnaire survey, and 402 adults were targeted from Jan. 6 to Jan. 16 in 2014. The results were as follows. First, the relationship benefits of beauty service stores were classified into four dimensions of psychological, social, economic, and informational benefits. It was found that only the dimension of psychological benefits had a significant influence on long-term orientation among the relationship benefits dimensions. Second, it was found that the psychological benefits of beauty service stores had positive effect on relationship quality (satisfaction and trust). It was shown that informational benefits had a significant influence on satisfaction only. Third, it appeared that communication had a positive effect on long-term orientation. Fourth, it was found that communication had a significant influence on relationship quality(satisfaction and trust). Finally, it was shown that relationship quality (satisfaction and trust) had positive effect on long-term orientation. The implications of the research and direction for future study were discussed.

호텔 조직의 커뮤니케이션이 종사원의 만족과 이직에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (The Effects of Organizational Communication upon Employees' Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intent in the Deluxe Hotel)

  • This study investigated the effects of organizational communication upon employees' job satisfaction and turnover intent at deluxe hotels. The research model was tested with a survey administered to 310 employees, and adequate fit to the data was provided ($x^2=934.651$ (df=221), GFI=.816, NFI=.836, CFI=.869, RMSEA=.098). In the structural equation model, organizational communication (organization integration ${\beta}=.182$) showed a significant (+) influence on job satisfaction. However, personal feedback (${\beta}=-.263$), supervisory communication (${\beta}=-.260$), and organization integration (${\beta}=-.342$) had significant (-) effects on turnover intent. Employee job satisfaction (${\beta}=-.124$) had significant negative effects on employee turnover. Limitations and future research directions are also discussed.

부부생활이 자녀폭력에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 : 일상생활만족도, 의사소통, 스트레스 정도를 중심으로 (The Influence of the Satisfaction of Couple Life, Communication, and the Level of Stress on Battering Child)

  • In this study, we examine the marital factors which relate to the child abuse. We mainly analyze the influence of the satisfaction of couple life, communication on battering child, and we also test mediating effect of the level of parents' stress. The major outcomes of the study are following. In case of father, the satisfaction of couple life, communication don't have a significant influence on battering child. And they have a significant influence on the level of fathers' stress. But the level of fathers' stress does not influence on battering child. In case of mother, the satisfaction of couple life and communication don't explain the child abuse. But they have a significant influence on level of mothers' stress, and it also have a significant influence on battering child. These findings show that family therapy or marital therapy which focuses on enhancing the satisfaction of couple life and improving the way of communication between husband and wife is needed to reduce the child abuse. To the mothers, a stress management program can also be effective.

환자가 인식한 치과위생사의 의사소통유형에 따른 치료지시이행과 치과서비스 만족도의 관계 (The relations between dental care compliance and service satisfaction of patients depending on dental hygienists' communication patterns perceived by patients)

  • Objectives: This study aims to suggest the future direction to improve dental hygienists' competencies to communicate with patients to increase the compliance and dental service satisfaction, based on the analysis of survey data given to patients on dental hygienists' communication patterns with patients. The findings of this research is aimed to serve as the basic data for future researches on related area. Methods: A survey was conducted to ordinary people with experiences of receiving dental treatment in Gwangju and Jeonnam from July 29th 2017 to September 10th 2017. 224 copies of the questionnaire were used for final analysis. Results: The scores of each communication pattern (informative, friendly, and authoritative patterns) of dental hygienists perceived by research subjects were as follows: $3.76{\pm}0.76$, $3.47{\pm}0.62$, and $2.64{\pm}0.70$ respectively. In the effects of communication patterns on the compliance of patients, it was found that the informative communication pattern (${\beta}=0.227$, p=0.008) and friendly communication pattern (${\beta}=0.216$, p=0.012) had positive (+) effects. Conclusions: Thus, the results of this study verified that dental hygienists' communication patterns are important elements affecting patients' compliance and their satisfaction. For the smooth patient-centered bilateral communications, it will be necessary to continuously develop educational programs related to dental hygienists' communication, and also to have continuous researches targeting patient groups for the comparison to meet dental service satisfaction.

남녀 고등학생의 부모통제 및 학교생활만족도와 교복만족도의 관계 연구 (A Study on the Relationship between the Student Satisfaction Level of School Uniforms Compared to the Amount of Parental Control and Their School Life Satisfaction)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the differences of the satisfaction with school uniforms according to demographic variables and to investigate the causal relations of parental control, school life satisfaction, and demographic variables to the satisfaction with school uniform. The research method was a survey method using a questionnaire. The subjects were 407 high school students (191 male, and 216 female) residing in Seoul and the suburbs of Seoul. Students were very satisfied with the convenience of not having to choose what to wear every morning, but the satisfactions with uniform cost and design were lower. The aesthetic, psychological, and status symbol satisfaction of school uniforms were higher as parents and adolescents had more communication, and the psychological and status symbol satisfaction of school uniforms were higher as the level of parental supervision for adolescents was higher. The female students had higher psychological satisfaction with school uniforms than the male students were. The aesthetic satisfaction of school uniforms was lower as mother's education level was higher. The adolescents from upper class families had lower aesthetic, psychological, and status symbol satisfaction with school uniforms than the adolescents from middle and lower class families. The satisfaction with school uniform was influenced by school life satisfaction the most, and the next in the order by grade (-), the social class (-), and the communication with parents. The factors that influenced school life satisfaction for students were parental supervision, school records, the discipline consistency of parents, and their communication with their parents. Therefore, the 4 variables had indirect effect on the satisfaction with school uniform through school life satisfaction.

학교급식 조리사의 직무 만족에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Job Satisfaction of Cooks of School Feeding)

  • This study examines the job satisfaction of cooks of school feeding. Sampling was taken among school feeding cooks except for those of Kangwon Province and Cheju Province. The factors affecting on the job satisfaction was investigated to find ways to raise the job satisfaction of cooks of school feeding. Four factors were extracted in all. It is found that these four factors have affected the job satisfaction of cooks of school feeding in order of working satisfaction factor(.493), co-worker communication factor(.463), job environment factor(.185), and advancement factor(.146). Accordingly, more opportunities for career advancement should be offered to raise the job satisfaction among them, and the establishment of better work environment and the optimum staff are urgently needed.

조직의 커뮤니케이션 수준이 조직의 업무성과에 미치는 영향 (Effect of the Communication Skill of Organization on Their Job Performance)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the causal correlation between communication skill of organization and their job performance. In our model, we used these variables - innovation awareness, job satisfaction, organizational commitment as a parameter. In order to verify the hypothesis based on research model, a survey among researchers (sample size=117) who work in food company was carried out. Analyzing hypothesized model and following the statistical procedure, we could assure that there exist positive correlation with communication skill, innovation awareness, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and organizational performance. A coefficient of correlation between those variables was clearly high in the group with good communication skill. Among the parameters, the variable of innovation awareness was more effected on their job performance.
