QRIS as a Drivers of Product Distribution Flows in Indonesia: Factors of Consumer Purchasing Behavior in the Use of Fintech Payments

  • Purpose: Consumers can experience better service for distribution of products with payment technology such as QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) compared to conventional purchase methods. This research aims to determine the experience of QRIS service users in Indonesia. Perceived Usefulness, Ease of Use, and Perceived Security were independent factors. Behavioral Intention to Use is the dependent variable. Furthermore, Word of Mouth Attitude is an intervening variable. Research Design, Data, and Methodology: Involving active QRIS users in a survey-based quantitative study in Indonesia. A survey sample of 400 people was taken from data records of 30.87 million QRIS users in Indonesia. Data were analyzed using SEM-PLS. Results: Show that Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use significantly impact Attitudes Word of Mouth, and Behavioral Intention to Use. This research also found that Behavioral Intention to Use does not significantly impact Perceived Security. Conclusion: QRIS, as a revolutionary innovation, offers faster payments than previous methods, with a payment time of no more than one minute. QRIS is seen as valuable, simple, and safe, disseminating information to the public and continuing to use QRIS. The implications of this research are very significant in accelerating the flow of distribution of goods and services and facilitating transactions.

The Effect of Type of Communication by Physical Therapists on Patient Satisfaction and Revisit Intention

  • Purpose: This study sought to identify the effect of various types of communication by physical therapists on patient satisfaction and revisit intention. Methods: A total of 212 patients who received physical therapy in Seoul and the Gyeonggi province were surveyed on patient satisfaction and revisit intentions depending on the types of communication by physical therapists. Frequency and correlation analyses were conducted to process the data using the SPSS 22.0 program, and the AMOS 18.0 statistical package was used for confirmatory factor analysis. A structural equation modeling analysis was also performed to verify the model and the hypothesis that was set up in the present paper. Results: The survey showed that patient satisfaction correlates positively and significantly with patient-centric communication, physical factors, and spatial behavior. A significant negative correlation was also found between patient satisfaction and therapist-centered communication. Patient satisfaction positively correlated with revisit intentions. Conclusion: These results showed that there was a positive correlation between the communication of the physical therapist and the satisfaction recognized by a patient. This implies that the patient satisfaction with a physical therapist increases as the communication skills of a physical therapist improve. These findings suggest that a physical therapist must adopt patient-centric communication styles, physical factors, and spatial behavior. This study was important as it generated basic data for the formation of a therapeutic relationship through efficient and promotional communication skills. It recognizes the importance of communication between a physical therapist and a patient as the indispensable factor for interaction.

항공사 유지자산이 고객의 긍정적·배타적 행동의도에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of Airline's Retention Equity on Customer Positive·Behavior Intention)

  • 본 연구는 최근 급변하고 있는 국내 항공운송시장에서 항공사 유지자산이 항공여행객들의 긍정적 배타적 행동의도에 미치는 영향력을 평가하고, 고객이탈을 최소화할 수 있는 유지기반의 주요 변인들을 도출하는데 목적이 있다. 먼저 실증분석을 위해 인천국제공항과 김포공항에서 국적항공사를 이용하는 내국인 항공여행객들을 대상으로 서베이를 실시하였고, 수집된 자료 480부에 대해 SPSS 통계패키지의 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 항공사 충성도 프로그램, 특별우대와 인정프로그램, 커뮤니티 프로그램은 모두 긍정적 행동의도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 그러나 배타적 행동의도에 대해서는 특별우대와 인정프로그램, 커뮤니티 프로그램만이 유의한 영향을 미치고 있었다. 연구결과는 특별우대와 인정프로그램, 커뮤니티 프로그램이 충성도 프로그램보다 항공사 전환 장벽으로서 더 높은 영향력을 가지고 있음을 시사한다. 본 연구는 심화된 경쟁시장에서 고객유지를 극대화할 수 있는 유지자산의 변인들을 도출하고 전략적 우선순위를 실증 규명하였다는 데에 연구의 학문적 실무적 의의를 가진다.

Why do We Share Information? Explaining Information Sharing Behavior through a New Conceptual Model between Sharer to Receiver within SNS

  • Social networking services (SNS) is an indispensable method in order to obtain information of the Internet participants. The study identified three variables of social media communication, sharing culture, and online trust in terms of social capital theory (SCT) and reviewed intention& behavior variables in terms of theory of planned behavior (TPB). The data were collected from 330 samples of SNS user, and were involved, and the research model uses AMOS to make confirmatory factor analysis. The findings confirmed our hypothesis that social media communication, sharing culture, and online trust affect individuals' behaviors to sharing information. This study emphasizes that not only social media communication but also sharing culture to SNS can stimulate information sharing. while previous research has predominately focused on personal cognition or social network, the study examines the integrated influence of communication, culture and trust on information sharing in SNS. In sum, by explicating the unique role of social capital, this paper aims at contributing to the continued development and success of SNS in general.

The Influence of Verbal Aggression on Job Involvement and Turnover Intention in Organizational System

  • In modern business organization, the most important strategic factor in maintaining competitive advantage in business is to manage and utilize human resources effectively, which has eventually increased workload and psychological pressure in organizations. And research show that increased workload and psychological pressure has produced various tensions in business organizations, and it appears that those tensions have increased the workplace aggressive behavior among employees. In various types of aggressive behavior, this study focuses on verbal aggression. The study also attempts to find out the relationships among verbal aggression, job involvement, and turnover intention among administrative workers in colleges from May 20 to May 26, 2015. Summary of the research result is as follows. First of all, the study shows that verbal aggression directly increases the employee turnover intention.

The Season to Help: The Effect of Seasonal Mood and Gain Versus Loss Advertising Message Framing on Intention to Help Charity

  • There are various researchers who studied the relationship between seasons and feelings. However, only a few did shed light on how these two variables affect decision-making and physical behaviors especially prosocial behavior which emphasize on the benefits of other people and/or society as a whole. Due to a lack of studies on the topic, we investigated whether the combination of seasons and message framing could be useful in eliciting intention to help on an environmental issue. A 3x2 experiment examined the interactions between seasonal mood (summer, winter, controlled) and types of message framing (gain, loss) on future helping intention (volunteer, donation, petition signing). The findings suggest that in normal circumstances where seasonal mood were not applied, gain message framing was more effective in promoting higher intention to sign a petition than loss message framing. However, when thinking of winter, loss message framing has greater ability to do so than gain message framing. Moreover, seasons and mood are found to be associated with a higher positive mood in summer and a negative mood in winter. Lastly, limitations and implications are discussed.

청년기 여성의 체중조절 행동의도에 영향을 미치는 요인 분석 (A Study of Factors Influencing Weight Control Behavior in Adolescent Females)

  • This study was conducted to provide information about weight control behavior in adolescent females. To explain the behavior intention of dieting, conceptual framework based on "Social Support, Control and the Stress Process Model" and "Theory of Reasoned Action" was used. The survey was carried out by self-questionnaires with 463 female high school and college students in Daegu. Analysis of data was done using mean, correlation and multiple regression analysis with the SAS computer program. A society preoccupied with thinness gives a burden to women, and this burden may stress dissatisfaction with body image. Social perception of ideal body image except parents' perception, and salient others'perception, and salient others' expectation of subjects' body image except parents' expectation, were much thinner than normal figures in this study. The influencing factors for behavior intention of dieting of the subjects were perceived stress and attitude toward diet behavior, especially beliefs of behavioral outcome. Influencing factors related to perceived stress-that is dissatisfaction of body image-were current figure, social perception of body image, effect of mass communication and others' estimation of subjects' body image with self-comparison with others, in order.th others, in order.

여성의 인적자원 관리행동: 컨택센터 여성상담사의 직무성과와 이직의도 - 대구지역 이동통신 고객센터 여성상담사를 중심으로 - (Human Resource Management Behavior of Women: The Determinants of Job Performance and Turnover Intention of Female Advisors in Contact Center - Focused on Mobile Communication Contact Center in DaeGu -)

  • This research was carried out to investigate the determinants of job performance and turnover intention of female advisors in mobile communication contact centers located in Daegu. The independent variables are individual characteristics, work duty related variables, working environments and the leadership of the middle managers. The factor analysis and the hierarchical regression analysis were implemented to the subjects of 282 advisors which gathered from 7/14/2008 to 7/23/2008. The results are as follow. First, the older advisors were, the higher job performance was. The higher educational background presented more turnover intention, and married advisors had higher job performance than unmarried ones. Second, the longer employment period showed higher job performance. Third, As advisors were more satisfied with promotion and welfare policy, and with coworkers, higher job performance was presented. As advisors had lower satisfaction with policy and authority, they showed higher turnover intention. Fourth, the leadership of middle managers positively had a influence on job performance and turnover intention. As the middle managers motivated and encouraged advisors well, the advisors showed higher job performance. If the middle managers showed lower charisma leadership, the advisors was intended to turnover more. Fifth, the most influential factor of advisors' job performance and turnover intention was working environments.

Emoji advertising in social media and its effects on consumer behavior: Assessing purchase intentions and brand metaphorical warmth

  • In digital marketing, the strategic use of emojis in social media advertising, particularly on the Xiaohongshu app, significantly influences consumer acceptance and purchase behavior. This study examines the impact of emoji-laden advertisements and the role of brand metaphorical warmth on consumer perceptions. Employing a tailored questionnaire, the research explores how emojis affect brand advertisement reception, filling a gap in empirical research on emoji advertising effectiveness. Findings indicate that emojis, when used judiciously, enhance consumer acceptance and contribute to a positive brand perception. However, excessive use may undermine trust. Brand metaphorical warmth emerges as a crucial factor, suggesting that emojis can effectively convey warmth, fostering a deeper emotional connection with consumers. These insights offer practical implications for refining social media marketing strategies, advocating for a balanced approach to emoji usage in advertisements to optimize engagement and influence consumer behavior.

  • 본 연구는 스쿠버다이빙 참여자의 비언어적 커뮤니케이션과 지도자 신뢰 및 참여지속의도 간의 관계를 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 이 연구의 목적 달성을 위해 강원도에 소재한 스쿠버다이빙 리조트 3곳의 이용자와 경기도에 소재한 스쿠버다이빙 풀 2곳의 이용자를 대상으로 편의표본추출법을 통해 최종 유효 표본 총 267부를 선정하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS 18.0을 이용하여 단순회귀분석 및 중다회귀분석을 실시하였으며 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 비언어적 커뮤니케이션의 신체언어와 유사언어는 지도자 신뢰에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나 공간행위와 신체외양은 유의미 하지 않았다. 둘째, 지도자 신뢰는 참여지속의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 비언어적 커뮤니케이션의 신체언어는 참여지속의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 공간행위, 유사언어, 신체외양은 참여지속의도에 유의미하지 않았다.
