The movie, Battle of Wits which is based on the cartoon by Morihideki(森秀樹) is directed by Zhang Zhiliang(張之亮), a director from Hong Kong. Morihideki's cartoon is based on the novel by Sakemikenichi(酒見賢一). The movie represents a successful one-source multi-use case. Battle of wits, which deals with the Mozi's propaganda against war, presents the thought of Mozi School(墨家) in spring, autumn, and warring states. The movie criticizes aggressive war by powerful nations. Aggressive war is an extreme form of brutality and worthless action without any benefit. Aggressive war represents 'never each love(buxiangai, 不相愛)' and 'never each benefit(buxiangli, 不相利)' as understood by Mozi. The main character of the movie endeavors and successfully defends the enemy's attack as Mozi did. It is due to the propaganda of Mozi School 'not to attack(feigong, 非攻)' that they can defend themselves from the attack from a powerful nation. It means that 'the universal love(jianai, 兼愛)', the ideology of Mozi, is concretely actualized. The philosophy of Mozi School in the Battle of Wits has its limits as follows: the thought of Mozi School is just suitable during times of war and unnecessary in times of peace, the contradiction between universal love and hatred for one person; the Mozi School's faith in the nature of human beings to confront betrayal. This limit was also proposed in the movie. However, the movie presented how the masculinity of Mozi School, supplemented by the feminity of Daojia(道家), can succeed in achieving genuine communication. When focusing on this point, the movie can be interpreted as biased towards the philosophy of Daojia.
Nuclear emergency preparedness and response is an essential part to ensure the safety of nuclear power plant (NPP). Key support technologies of nuclear emergency decision-making usually consist of accident diagnosis, source term estimation, accident consequence assessment, and protective action recommendation. Source term estimation is almost the most difficult part among them. For example, bad communication, incomplete information, as well as complicated accident scenario make it hard to determine the reactor status and estimate the source term timely in the Fukushima accident. Subsequently, it leads to the hard decision on how to take appropriate emergency response actions. Hence, this paper aims to develop a method for rapid source term estimation to support nuclear emergency decision making in pressurized water reactor NPP. The method aims to make our knowledge on NPP provide better support nuclear emergency. Firstly, this paper studies how to build a Bayesian network model for the NPP based on professional knowledge and engineering knowledge. This paper presents a method transforming the PRA model (event trees and fault trees) into a corresponding Bayesian network model. To solve the problem that some physical phenomena which are modeled as pivotal events in level 2 PRA, cannot find sensors associated directly with their occurrence, a weighted assignment approach based on expert assessment is proposed in this paper. Secondly, the monitoring data of NPP are provided to the Bayesian network model, the real-time status of pivotal events and initiating events can be determined based on the junction tree algorithm. Thirdly, since PRA knowledge can link the accident sequences to the possible release categories, the proposed method is capable to find the most likely release category for the candidate accidents scenarios, namely the source term. The probabilities of possible accident sequences and the source term are calculated. Finally, the prototype software is checked against several sets of accident scenario data which are generated by the simulator of AP1000-NPP, including large loss of coolant accident, loss of main feedwater, main steam line break, and steam generator tube rupture. The results show that the proposed method for rapid source term estimation under nuclear emergency decision making is promising.

This study, from a critical view on knowledge-centered science education, aims to explore the wisdom that can be acquired from science. In other words, to find the categories and examples of "Wisdom of Science(WOS)" that can be shared in science classroom is the purpose of this study. For the data collection, twelve hours of physics classes of three high schools were observed, together with teacher interviews and student interviews. Collected data were analyzed qualitatively based on the operational definition of WOS. In this study, WOS was defined in a limited sense to mean 'wise action such as behaviors, attitudes, methods, and thoughts that can be found in the process of formation and application of scientific knowledge'. The results of this study, i.e. three categories and six examples of WOS, can be summarized as follows. First category of WOS is 'wisdom as a scientific attitude'. The examples of this category are 'rational suspicion and open-minded attitude', and 'effort to find the best way in given situation'. Second category of WOS is 'wisdom as a method for problem solving'. The examples of this category are 'thinking with changing the conditions', and 'communication using the language of science'. Third category of WOS is 'wisdom as a reflection about science and human'. The examples of this category are 'understanding of the relationship between science and society', and 'perceiving the relationship between science and my life'. In conclusion, "Wisdom-oriented Science Education" as an alternative goal of future science education is suggested with its meanings and implications.

This research is about alternative measure of main components for sprinkler system like automatic wet pipe sprinkler system, dry pipe sprinkler system, pre-action sprinkler system, vacuum sprinkler system, deluge sprinkler system, and so on. By replacing the alarm check valve, dry valve, pre-operated valve, and deluge open valve with a solenoid valve, it be can be simplifed the various processes of the manufacturing process into one process, it creates an environment in which one standardized product can be produced simultaneously on a single machine. Therefore, it could improve the price competitiveness of products, reduce the maintenance cost, and help the adaptability of new sprinkler systems in the future. There is a benefit when it comes to apply to sprinkler system. Only replace the valve which is used to control primary and secondary valve such as wet, dry, pre operated, vacuum, deluge system valve. Other components such as retarding chambers, automatic air compressors, accelerators or adjusters, supervisory panels, vacuum pumps, and manual starters can be used as they are, so they can be easily applied to existing sprinkler system. It is needed to legal and institutional study for solenoid valve applied sprinkler system to commercialize.

Defense fields widely operate unmanned systems to lower vulnerability and enhance combat effectiveness. In the navy, swarm unmanned surface vehicles(USVs) form a cluster within communication range, share situational awareness information among the USVs, and cooperate with them to conduct military missions. This paper proposes an interface system, i.e., Interface Adapter System(IAS), to achieve inter-USV and intra-USV interoperability. We focus on the mission planning subsystem(MPS) for interoperability, which is the core subsystem of the USV to decide courses of action such as automatic path generation and weapon assignments. The central role of the proposed system is to exchange interface data between MPSs and other subsystems in real-time. To this end, we analyzed the operational requirements of the MPS and identified interface messages. Then we developed the IAS using the distributed real-time middleware. As experiments, we conducted several integration tests at swarm USVs simulation environment and measured delay time and loss ratio of interface messages. We expect that the proposed IAS successfully provides bridge roles between the mission planning system and other subsystems.
This study aims to apply Hannah Arendt's concept of 'collective responsibility' to the Christian education on environmental issues around the world, focusing on climate change. This study prepares the concept of 'collective responsibility' and the concept of 'collective guilt' and emphasizes the fact that the current climate change problem should be seen as a political task rather than a task of personal ethics. According to Arendt's theory, Christian education activities applying 'collective responsibility' for climate change can become action. This study has four suggestions for Christian learning to understand and recognize climate change. First, presenting and justifying the anxiety and anger toward climate change in the classroom. Second, transcending self-interest (egocentrism) through "Common Sense (enlarged mentality)" in Kantian terms. Third, building education communities through 'citizen participatory education,' running communication, and conversation. Fourth, encouraging experience and practice in every education community with "faith expressing itself through love (Gal 5:6)." Then, to be sure, this refers to not only love of neighbor in Christianity but also political friendship (philia politikē). The academic significance of this study is that it is the first interdisciplinary research paper in Korea which dealt with Arendt's political theory in relation to Christian education. Although it claims to be a theoretical work that applies Arendt's political theory from a systematic theological perspective to Christian education, the author is proud that it is accompanied by practical elements that can be actualized in the education field.

The purpose of this study is to define Juan Mayorga's play Hamelin as a Post-Epic Theatre and to study the practical directing technique for Hamelin as a Post-Epic Theatre. Post-Epic Theatre, which appeared after the Post-drama, has the purpose of presenting social issues, communicating interactively between the actors and the audience, and making the audience think about the issues presented by the techniques of immersion and alienation. To this end, after examining the theoretical background of the Post-Epic Theatre, the characteristics of the Post-Epic Theatre of Hamelin were identified and based on these features, '1. Building a visual image based on a Cubistic multifocal concept' and '2. The concept of directing was derived from reinforcing Meta-drama through role-playing'. Next, the actual directing technique was discussed, focusing on the chain action of immersion and alienation that occurs in the form of communication between actors and audiences. '1. Presenting the characteristics of the work through Post-Epic Theatre scenography', '2. Co-existence of actors and characters', '3. Building and utilizing body-centered gestus' are them. As a result, demanding an active attitude from the audience, various experiences such as critical thinking of the audience, strengthening the characteristics of post-epic dramas, and active meaning creation were made possible.

In case of violation of the Personal Information Protection Act, administrative dispositions will be taken according to the legal standards, and the results will be announced. However, the current method has limitations in its effectiveness as repeated administrative dispositions are increasing despite the announcement by the disclosure system of the Personal Information Protection Act. In this paper, we deploy the introduction of the 'public announcement commandment' against violators by analyzing the administrative disposition results according to the violation of the Personal Information Protection Act. It is able to strengthen the existing disclosure system for self-disclose violations by providing easy recognition to the people about the fact of violation itself against the Personal Information Protection Act. Furthermore, we analyze major industries through the industry groups and violations of laws that were subject to publication, and data published on the results of administrative dispositions for violation of the Personal Information Protection Act. Finally, we propose the legal basis for the 'public announcement commandment' which allows the violator to publish by oneself for the announcement of the fact that the corrective action has been taken.
In April, 1995, ANC government was established in South Africa. The Black government set up Truth and Reconciliation Committee in November, 1995. The Committee investigated approximately 50,000 cases for 3years. Through this process, Black and White in SA could be united into one. Finally, the system of racial discrimination, lasting for about 300 years, was abolished. The Committee played a role as a social infra-structure, which was to perform and solidify democracy in SA. Reconciliation, agreement, Participation, equality, Communication, and Reformation of law system were practically implemented by the Committee. Many people evaluate TRC's activity, which had the reformative and democratic character of the object of investigation, investigative criterion, investigative process, and the approval of investigative result. But De Klerk evaluates that TRC retaliated the White with legal. J. Cronin evaluates that TRC transiently change democracy of the South Africa, and many other social movement groups had a negative view about TRC. But the Black and White in South Africa transformed 'discriminated society' into 'united one'. The Committee took the initiative in such a change. The Committee was not an organization needed for the policy, but the committee was the policy itself to change the former society to the new one. Now The ANC government was forwarding TRC's roles and functions to the truth and reconciliation bureau of the Justice Department for further action. The ANC government has to execute some policy for social reconciliation. Firstly, the government needs to build construction social and national system for making close investigation into the White's historical guilt. Secondly, it must be executed to TRC's recommendation pursuit social reform of social infra-structure in the South Africa. Thirdly, The government should execute policy for the Black's right as labors and social member. Lastly, the government must investigate still-remaining historic state violence and infringement of human right for social reconciliation.

The Gas Regulator EVENT is a signal sent by the Remote Terminal Unit(RTU) installed in each local gas regulator (hereinafter referred to as "regulator"), and is an abnormal alarm that can be intuitively checked in our client server. This is an important data that enables immediate dispatch order and initial action in the situation room when a regolator abnormality occurs, and can analyze the cause of the regulator abnormality. Looking at the trend of EVENT data for regulator over the past three years, there is a clear trend of increasing unchecked EVENT data. The increase in non-checking event (actual abnormality or noise event) may mean that firstly, mechanical or pressure abnormality occurs in the actual regulator, and secondly, there is no abnormality in the actual regulator, but communication error occurred in the RTU, reset. EVENT Data may be formed as if an abnormality occurred in the static voltage due to an error, sensor error, power failure (instantaneous power failure), etc. Among them, this study analyzed the recently generated unchecked EVENT data to identify critical noise events among RTU errors, which are noise events, and reviewed ways to increase the reliability of Regulator EVENTs by reducing them.
