Purpose: The purposes of this study were to: (a) develop a comprehensive communication course combined with a group program for improving communication skills; and (b) examine the effects of the comprehensive communication course on interpersonal communication, relationship change, self-esteem, and depression in nursing students. Method: The experimental group consisted of 82 nursing students, and the control group, 108 nursing students. Both groups each took communication courses from March to June, 2002 and 2003. A group program for improving communication skills was conducted for each 8 subgroups of the experimental group for 90 minutes once a week during the 6 weeks, while the existing communication lecture was conducted for the control group. Both groups were post-tested after the intervention for verifying the difference of variables between the two groups, and the experimental group was also pre-tested for verifying the difference between before and after the treatment. Result & Conclusion: Interpersonal communication score of the post-test in the experimental group was significantly higher than in the control group and the depression score of the post-test in the experimental group was significantly lower than in the control group. Interpersonal communication, relationship change and self-esteem scores were significantly increased and the depression score was significantly decreased in experimental group after the treatment. In conclusion, the comprehensive communication course that was developed in this study had positive effects on communication skills in nursing students.

차량통신은 정보통신기술과 차량 및 도로 기술을 결합한 대표적인 융합기술중 하나이다. 일반적으로 차량통신은 WAVE (Wireless Access in Vehicular Environments)라 일컫어지는 IEEE 802.11p 표준을 채택하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 차량-노변기지국간 통신 및 차량간 통신을 지원하는 IEEE 802.11p 기반 통신시스템의 멀티홉 전송방식에 대해 알아본다. 먼저 IEEE 802.11p 기반 통신시스템의 성능에 대해 간단히 살펴본 후 브로드캐스팅과 유니캐스팅의 멀티홉 전송 방식에 대해 소개한다. 제안된 방식의 성능은 실제 시스템을 구현한 후 실험을 통한 결과를 통해 알아본다.

Purpose: Communication skills are considered as one of the essential requirements in medical education, and the training often involves exercising medical interviews with standardized patients(SP) or role play. This study investigated the helpfulness of the communication skills training programs for students' performance on the clinical performance examination (CPX). Methods: Fourth-year students who have taken one of two communication skills programs(exercising communication skills with SP or elective communication skill course with role play) completed a questionnaire on their evaluation of the helpfulness of communication skills programs immediately after finishing the CPX. Then, the programs were objectively assessed by comparing all fourth-year students' CPX scores between program participants and non-participants. Results: About 70% of participants answered that the programs were helpful to perform clinical clerkship and CPX. However, there was no difference in either the total CPX score or 2 categorical scores(integrated clinical encounter, communication and interpersonal skill) between program participants and non-participants. Conclusion: Although the students felt that the communication skills programs were helpful to their clinical activities, this study failed to find objective evidence of any effect of the programs on the CPX results. Communication skills training should be continued during clinical clerkship to maintain or enhance the skills, and it is necessary to introduce more effective methods for precise evaluation of students' communication skills.

The purpose of this study was to objectively explore and discuss the effect of trainer's communication style on rehabilitation ability and rehabilitation satisfaction of elite athletes. we observed the relationship between rehabilitation trainers and injured athletes and found that communication between them plays an important role. In this study, we criticized that most of the studies related to rehabilitation were conducted from the point of view of natural science. The results of this study emphasized that rehabilitation-related research should broadly accept social science positions such as business administration. The main research findings are as follows. As a result of analyzing the relationship between trainer's communication style and rehabilitation ability, first, the trainer's cooperative and professional communication style affects emotional factors of injured players. Second, the trainer's cooperative and controlled communication style affects the cognitive factors of injured players. Third, the trainer's cooperative and professional communication style affects the behavioral factors of injured players. Fourth, the trainer's cooperative and professional communication style affects the rehabilitation satisfaction of injured players. Based on these results, this study was conducted to validate the necessity of discussing the trainer's communication style preference according to the individual background such as the injured player's gender, personality, and injury level, and the classification and composition of communication styles that match Korean culture and sentiment. As suggestions for follow-up research, active sharing of problems with adjacent disciplines such as sports sociology, sports education, and sports marketing, and parallel qualitative research centered on individual cases were suggested

Purpose - Before the economic reforms, the Chinese communication industry was poorly developed. After China's entering to WTO, the Chinese market were gradually opened, domestic companies will be faced with more and more pressures of competition from the world rival countries. As time goes on, the overseas telecommunications companies will occupy the Chinese market with the opening of China Telecommunications market to outside. So this paper focuses on problems and development methods based on the research about the present situation and development methods of communication industry(communication manufacturing industry and communication manufacturing industry) in China. Research design, data, and methodology - This study analyzed the policies of China's entering to WTO. This paper observed previous researches and made an empirical research on Chinese communication industry based on the governmental policies, strategies, books and previous papers with several kinds of clear data announced formally by China authorities. Results - Most recently, reorganization of the communication industry has brought good opportunities for the development of the communication manufacturing enterprises. This paper analyze policy changes of Chinese communication industry, the status of communication manufacturing industry and communication service industry. Finally, this study for further research analyzes the existing problems and puts forward some practicable measures to solve them. Conclusions - Looking ahead, with China's rapid economic development and steady deepening of reform and opening-up, the Chinese communication industry is faced with an even broader prospect of development. Chinese communication industry will be become the pillar one in national economy after 10 years development. Foreign communication companies accelerated investment and progresses to Chinese information and communication markets. Positive ones are more foreign investment, export increase, domestic innovation, communication industry made steep growth. But negative ones are obstacles of domestic companies' development and jobless rate increase etc. Second communication manufacturing industry made good development, but computer and TV related industry made decline in growth. Third, market sizes of internet and mobile services are growing but the size of wired communication services is downsizing gradually. To overcome them, the studies of components or parts of communication manufacturing industry are needed individually. Second China Unicom, China Telecom, China Mobile etc. are Chinese representatives. The sales volumes are very similar at the beginning, but now they are different and make big differences. So the analysis about, their differences and its impact, are needed.

이 연구는 외식산업 종사자의 소통과 공감능력에 대한 고객과 종사자의 인식이 소통만족에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 이 연구를 위해 715명의 고객과 종사자를 대상으로 외식산업 종사자의 소통능력, 공감능력과 소통만족에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 고객과 종사자 모두가 외식산업 종사자의 소통능력을 높게 인식할수록 소통만족이 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 종사자는 고객보다 종사자의 소통능력을 더 높게 평가하고 있다. 둘째, 고객과 종사자 모두 외식산업 종사자의 공감능력을 높게 인식할수록 소통만족이 높게 나타났으며, 종사자는 고객보다 종사자의 공감능력을 더 높게 인식한다. 셋째, 소통만족에 대한 고객과 종사자 두 집단 간의 차이에서, 종사자는 고객보다 소통만족을 더 높게 인식했다. 마지막으로 다중회귀 분석 결과를 보면, 고객의 경우는 종사자의 소통능력과 공감능력에 대한 인식이 모두 소통만족에 영향을 미쳤으며, 종사자의 경우 종사자의 소통능력에 대한 인식만 소통만족에 영향을 미쳤다. 이는 공감능력 인식의 영향이 소통능력 인식에 함께 포함되었기 때문인 것으로 보인다. 이 연구는 외식산업 매장의 소통 차원에서 고객과 종사자의 인식 차이를 분석하여 향후 이 간극을 좁혀야 할 필요와 방향을 확인하였다는 데 의미가 있다.

이 논문은 소설이 허구의 세계이지만 그 시대 사회상을 반영한다는 전제에서 조선시대의 인간 커뮤니케이션이 어떻게 이루어졌는지를 총 8편의 한글 소설을 통해 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 혈연간 구두 커뮤니케이션에서는 상하관계가 가장 중요한 변수였으며 비혈연 관계의 경우, 아는 사이에는 나이나 지위가 큰 차이가 없으면 상호 존중하는 어법을 사용하며 모르는 사이는 신분이 가장 큰 변수가 되었다. 관청과 민간에는 문서가 이용되기도 하였지만 문맹이 대부분이었기에 구두 커뮤니케이션도 사용되었다. 마을 공동체 내에서는 우물가나 빨래터, 주막 등을 통해 정보가 확산되면서 공동의 관심사에 대해 공론이 형성되어 갔다. 매체를 이용한 커뮤니케이션도 편지나 문서, 일기와 책 등의 형태가 이용되었다. 조선 시대에도 문서에 대한 신뢰는 매우 높았던 것으로 보인다. 이는 인쇄 시대 이전 구두의 증언이 문서보다 더 신뢰받던 서구와는 차별되는 측면이다. 남의 일기를 거리낌 없이 보는 것은 인쇄 문화의 특징인 프라이버시 관념이 아직 형성되지 않았음을 말해준다. 책은 수양과 여가 선용의 목적으로 의관을 정제하고 낭독하였다는 것이 특징이다.

Objectives: The aim of this study was to identify factors influencing communication satisfaction between geriatric caregivers and older adults in urban-rural complex communities. The ultimate goal was to design local community educational programs and policies to enhance communication satisfaction among geriatric caregivers and improve the quality of care services for older adults. Methods: To identify factors influencing communication satisfaction between elderly caregivers and older adults, a survey titled "CCEP: Assessment of Communication Status between Elderly Care Service Providers and Recipients" was conducted from February to July 2020, focusing on rural-urban complex areas. The survey was administered based on providers of elderly healthcare services. The survey targeted 131 respondents involved in providing care services for older adults. The dependent variable of this study was the communication satisfaction reported by elderly caregivers in their interactions with the elderly. The independent variables included perceptions of older adults, factors associated with communication difficulties, and communication efforts. Additionally, gender, working environment, working experience, and the proportion of face-to-face interactions with older adults during caregiving were controlled for the hierarchical multiple regression analysis. Results: The analysis revealed that communication efforts with older adults significantly influenced communication satisfaction (β=.09, p<0.01). However, perceptions of the elderly and communication hindrance factors did not have a significant impact on communication satisfaction among geriatric caregivers. Conclusion: Effective communication between geriatric caregivers and older adults is crucial for identifying and meeting the needs and demands of caregiving services, and it plays a vital role in overall caregiving service satisfaction. To enhance communication skills and satisfaction among geriatric caregivers and ensure the appropriate fulfillment of elderly care needs in the local community, the development of community-centered, specialized health communication programs and other initiatives will be necessary in the future.
