최근 국내에서는 MATV(Master Antenna Television: 텔레비전 공동시청 설비)를 SMATV(Satellite Master Antenna Television)로 개정함에 따라 공동주택의 방송설비는 지상파 방송, FM 라디오 방송과 함께 위성방송을 의무적으로 통합하여 전송하도록 개정하였다. 국외의 경우 대부분의 나라에서 SMATV가 기본적으로 허용된데 반해 국내에서는 케이블 방송과 위성방송 서비스 업체간의 이익 분쟁으로 인해 SMATV용 혼합형 증폭기에 대한 기술 개발 및 양산이 미진한 상태에 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 지상파 텔레비전 방송대역(54~806Mhz)과 FM 라디오 방송대역(88~108Mhz) 뿐만 아니라 위성방송 대역(950~2150Mhz)까지 증폭할 수 있는 광대역 증폭기를 개발하고 그에 따른 문제점의 해결방안을 제시한다.

모든 공공도서관의 본질적 정체성은 당대 및 후대의 통시적 접근 이용을 보장하는 지식정보센터이다. 그럼에도 최근에 평생학습 산실, 문화활동 거점, 정보게이트웨이, 커뮤니티센터, 지방공공재, 정보공통체, 민주주의 요람, 제2의 거실 등으로 회자되면서 공공도서관의 정체성이 요동치고 있다. 이에 각종 관계법령, 지방행정기구, 정부 통계자료를 분석하여 정체성 혼란의 실상과 증거를 제시한 후에 공공도서관 정체성 혼란의 극복방안을 제안하였다. 차제에 공공도서관이 지식정보센터를 기반으로 지역문화 향유 확산을 위한 베이스캠프로 정립되려면 집단주의, 귀속주의, 편의주의를 경계해야 한다.

Recently, Many people begin to be interested in aromatherapy and as the effects of aromatherapy(or essential oils) are being known widely. as aromatherapy is regarded as a new effective method of natural therapy in treatment of human Aromatherapy is defined, 'therapy that methods of inhalation, massage, drink is used, to medical effects, physical effects, psychologic effects.' In this paper, By investigating differences and commons between useful essential oils that are used frequently in children's aroma care and herb medicine, digesting several aromathrapy books and 'Boncho(Herbs)'books, I can obtain such conclusions. 1. Most essential oils mainly can cure skin trobles, psychological troubles. 2. Systemic curing ability of essential oils in human body are urination in reproductive system, sediation in psychological system, sweating in circulation system, anti-inflammation in respiratory system, tonic in digestive system, pain-killing in musclular system, stimulating-immunity in immune system, menstruation in OB & GY3. Herb medicine correspond to essential oils are Chamomile(母:菊: Moguk), Ginger(生畺: Saengang), Frankinsense(乳香: Yuhyang), Eucalyptus(按葉: Anyup), Rosemary(迷迭: Mizil), Rose(薔薇: Jangmi), Sandalwood(檀香: Danhyang), Thyme(麝香草: Sahyangcho) Ylang Ylang(依蘭: Eulan), Lemon(??皮: Ryungmongpi), Madarin(陣皮: Zinpi), Orange(枳殼: Zigak). 4. There are differences of curing ability in human between herb medicine and essential oils because of curing mechanism, but effect on human body are so simular.

본 연구는 개정도서관법에서 중시하는 지역대표도서관의 기능을 재인식하고 지역 공공도서관에 대한 지원과 협력적 역할을 논의하고자 하였다. 지역의 중앙관인 지역대표도서관의 효율적 역할을 위한 협력체계로는 혼합형모델을 통해 국가중앙관인 국립중앙도서관과 지역 단위도서관간의 상호협력을 도모하도록 한다. 지역 공공도서관에 대한 지원과 협력사업으로는 지역도서관서비스위원회를 통한 지역공공도서관의 정책공조를 기초로 하여, 도서관정보화사업 지원. 공동보존, 사서교육의 지역화 및 지역정보자료의 통합체제에 의한 인포메이션 커먼스 등을 핵심으로 한다.

The personal image information compiled through closed-circuit television (CCTV) will be open to the internet with the technology such as Long-Tail, Mash-Up, Collective Intelligence, Tagging, Open Application Programming Interface (Open-API), Syndication, Podcasting and Asynchronous JavaScript and XML (AJAX). The movie User Created Contents (UCC) connected to the internet with the skill of web 2.0 has the effects of abuse and threat without precedent. The purpose of this research is to develop the institutional and technological method to reduce these effects. As a result of this research, in terms of technology this paper suggests Privacy Zone Masking, IP Filtering, Intrusion-detection System (IDS), Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), public key infrastructure (PKI), Hash and PDF Socket. While in terms of management this paper suggests Privacy Commons and Privacy Zone. Based on CCTV-UCC linked to the above network, the research regarding personal image information security is expected to aid in realizing insight and practical personal image information as a specific device in the following research.

This study was carried out to offer direction to the Housing Management Support Center in terms of its key features and specific operational tasks. The research involved the property management office (n=35) and Resident Representatives of the apartment blocks (n=52). Advisory Services conducted a consumer survey, as well as a survey of expert interviews (n=15). Survey results were as follows: (1) the Managing Director and secretary residents were satisfied with the Diagnosis and Advisory services; (2) the administrative support services need to address housing issues, including a long-term repair plan and advice on using long-term repair reserves and "conflict resolution associated with public housing management"; and (3) there was a greater need for a "basic, common-sense Housing Management Information Base to provide services to the Resident Representatives of the apartment blocks". Based on the survey results, the main roles of the Housing Management Support Center are to act as a House of Commons Administrator to handle complaints with counseling, diagnosis and advice; to support the Resident Committees; to provide professional training, research, and investigation; to support community revitalization; to manage the business of guidance and inspection; to coordinate conflicts and disputes; to build a comprehensive source of information; and to build networks.

When the People's Republic of China destroyed one of its own defunct meteorological satellites, the Fengyun-1C, at an altitude of some 865 km above the earth's surface, the PRC was accused of initiating, or at the very least risking an(other) arms race in outer space also. The test also gave rise to a few legal questions as to the permissibility of this test, and the broader permissibility of using space for military and other weapon-touting activities, Whilst the test cannot be considered to constitute a direct threat to international peace and security so as to invoke relevant legal principles and consequences in terms of the UN Charter for example, it highlights the importance of such clauses in international space law as requiring international cooperation and consultation, due regard for the interests of all other countries both on earth and in outer space, and the further development of general regimes of registration and space debris-prevention. From that perspective, the PRC violated international outer space law not so much by the test itself but by the accompanying lack of information, consultation and due regard for other states', and indeed mankind's, interests.

Accelerating economic growth since the 1960s, penetration rate of the House of Commons has been increased. However, design competition has been imposed for improve of the qualitative level in modern because it was quantitative increasing. Even though its design quality is improved by introducing design competition, distorting the design is increased for the purpose of election. For that reason, errors of information and design changes are increased. So BIM(Building Information Modeling) is adopted to solve the problems. In this study, BIM process on the basis of the existing design process was to clean up and LoI(Level Of Information) based on the level of information was newly defined. Working-level of the design competition is plan-basic design. LOI level is LOI1-LOI2 in plan and Lol3-LOI4 in basic design. At each step of the operation was to clean up the level of detail and content. Also exchange of data in each area and feedback about content are to clean up.

The Digital Cold War argument has become one of the heatedly discussed foreign policy agendas in the U.S. Considering the authority and power of the U.S. government and Internet companies in the cyberspace, this shift is not negligible in understanding not only the changes in the U.S. foreign and military policies but also that in the operations of the global Internet governance. Given these circumstances, I seek to explain the origins of and test the theoretical validity of the Digital Cold War argument. In particular, I analyze how the political concerns of the Chinese authorities shaped the characteristics of their control of the domestic Internet and their approach to the global Internet governance. The findings indicate that the Chinese way of the Internet governance is more concerned of their domestic political stability than overthrowing the current Internet governance regime, which many supporters of the Digital Cold War argument cited as the key evidence of such political contentions. Though the Digital Cold War argument is theoretically unwarranted, its growing popularity and the historical lessons of the Cold War have broad implications to the understanding of the impacts of the great power rivalries on the future Internet governance.
