  • China is playing more predominant role in the liquefied natural gas (LNG) market worldwide and LNG import price is subject to various factors both at home and abroad. Nevertheless, previous studies rarely heed a multiple of factors. A time-varying parameter factor augmented vector auto-regression (TVP-FAVAR) model is adopted to discover the determinants of China's LNG import price and their dynamic impacts from January 2012 to December 2021. According to the findings, market fundamentals have a greater impact on the import price of natural gas in China than overall economic demand, financial considerations, and world oil prices. The primary determinants include domestic gas consumption, consumer confidence and other demand-side information. Then, there are diverse and time-varying spillover effects of the four common determinants on the volatility of China's LNG import price at different intervals and time nodes. The price volatility is more sensitive and long-lasting to domestic natural gas pricing reform than other negative shocks such as the Sino-US trade war and the COVID-19 pandemic. The results in this study further proves the importance of domestic natural gas market liberalization. China ought to do more to support the further marketization of natural gas prices while working harder to guarantee natural gas supplies.

  • Recently, domestic interest about wireless internet is rising gradually. Characteristic of present domestic wireless market is that mobile communication businessmans appropriate each other different mobile platform. So, contents provider's development environment can not be same each other. This makes contents providers repeat same work. To solve this problem, standardization work of wireless internet market was begun. The three mobile communication companies and TTA (Telecommunications Technology Association), RRU(Radio Research Laboratory), ETRI(Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute) progressed standardization. By the result, May 2002, WIPI that is wireless standard platform selected by mobile platform standard that is TTA organization standard. In this paper, 1 am going to examine the WIPI. WIPI can reduce mostly expense that happen when we use different platform. 1 design and embody common phrase function. Through this, 1 am going to show improvement of the character input speed in cellular phone. And I wish to discuss expected cost decrease effect. Investigate about platform of treatise that is used in domestic. analyze about the characteristic, merits and demerits. Chatting service and common phrase function design and embody. • Recently, with the advent of knowledge-based economy and techno-economic paradigm social demands for technology valuation have increased. In nature, however, technology valuation is an intractable task since technology is characterized by intangible and tacit factors and is traded in a suppliers market. Consequently, it is quite common that each individual or organization has ie own valuation method or criterion. The main objective of this research is to propose a new technology valuation method which is easy to understand and apply. In addition, the method is designed to generate monetary value, rather than score or rank, of technology. To this end. we have proposed the overall framework and detailed procedure of a new valuation method. In doing that, we have emphasized the following factors. First, the new method. vis-a-vis existing methods, is applicable to high-tech areas, rather than traditional manufacturing sectors. Second. the proposed method analyzes the structural relationship between market value(value of market) and technology value(value of technology) and integrates them into valuation process. Third, the new method takes idiosyncratic characteristics of various industrial(technical) sectors into account.

  • With the major changes in fisheries management brought about by technological, politico -legal, and economic and biological development, new problems have emerged in the fisheries sector of the European Community countries. In 1986, the entry of Spain and Portugal to the European Community made the Community the third biggest producer of fishery products in the world. It also had considerable impact on the Common Fisheries Policy (CFP) due to their fishing fleets. This article examines the complexity of establishing the Common Fisheries Policy in the European Community, while underlining the value of such an approach. It reviews four main areas of the common fisheries policy : access to waters and the conservation and management of stocks ; organization of the market ; structural changes and research, and international relations. It also discusses the specific fisheries problems to which the approach of CAP has been applied. It is argued that the fishery resource policy was the most trublesome to put into practice. It is the forum for such thorny questions as total allowable catch (TAC) and the sharing out of TAC between member states. It is shown that there are many things to be tackled in the CAP for the deeper integration in the fisheries sector. The author concludes by suggesting that the Common Fisheries Policy would be a suitable example to which Republic of Korea could refer in concluding reciprocal fisheries agreements with other countries and making the cooperative fisheries policy with North Korea.

  • Micro Grid is a new concept of electrical grid to solve several problems of Mega-Grid and it is under research and development at the national level around the world. With this background, Micro Grid Common Platform has been developed for interoperability technology of devices-systems in Micro Grid and securing enabler for new market. For supporting business models, Micro Grid Common Platform provides electric power information to Third-Party licensee via Open API function. Licensee, who want to develop electric power application by connecting to Micro Grid Common Platform, needs IDE(Integrated Development Environment) for service development and distribution. The paper proposes a service development tool for developing applications of Micro Grid Common Platform as a PaaS (Platform as a Service).

  • In this paper, we'd like to briefly introduce Korean common speech database, which project has been started to construct a large scaled speech database since 2002. The project aims at supporting the R&D environment of the speech technology for industries. It encourages domestic speech industries and activates speech technology domestic market. In the first year, the resulting common speech database consists of 25 kinds of databases considering various recording conditions such as telephone, PC, VoIP etc. The speech database will be widely used for speech recognition, speech synthesis, and speaker identification. On the other hand, although the database was originally corrected by manual, still it retains unknown errors and human errors. So, in order to minimize the errors in the database, we tried to find the errors based on the recognition errors and classify several kinds of errors. To be more effective than typical recognition technique, we will develop the automatic error detection method. In the future, we will try to construct new databases reflecting the needs of companies and universities.
