Common data link systems are designed to transmit the imaginary and signal intelligence data at long distance air-ground line of sight(LOS) link. In this paper, we analyze the received power variation according to the communication distance of the common data link using curved earth 2-Ray model suitable for received signal power analysis of long distance air-ground wireless channel. We propose optimal elevation angle control method of the receiving antenna to reduce a power variation caused by ground-reflected wave. Proposed method can get additional link margin compared to the conventional method without any additional hardware performance enhancement.

The Protein Structural and Functional Conservation need a common language for data definition. With the help of common language provided by Protein Ontology the high level of sequence and functional conservation can be extended to all organisms with the likelihood that proteins that carry out core biological processes will again be probable orthologues. The structural and functional conservation in these proteins presents both opportunities and challenges. The main opportunity lies in the possibility of automated transfer of protein data annotations from experimentally traceable model organisms to a less traceable organism based on protein sequence similarity. Such information can be used to improve human health or agriculture. The challenge lies in using a common language to transfer protein data annotations among different species of organisms. First step in achieving this huge challenge is producing a structured, precisely defined common vocabulary using Protein Ontology. The Protein Ontology described in this paper covers the sequence, structure and biological roles of Protein Complexes in any organism.
Recently, medical IT solutions are being provided on a distributed environment basis. In Korea, the necessity of developing a clinical decision support system that can share medical information in a distributed environment has been recognized and studied. The existing clinical decision support system is being built using only medical information of its own within the hospital. This makes it difficult for existing systems to achieve good results in terms of efficiency and accuracy of decision support. In order to solve these limitations, this paper proposes a design and implementation method of clinical decision support system based on common data model in medical field. To explain the application process of the proposed model, we describe the development scenario of the clinical decision support system for the diagnosis of colorectal cancer. We also propose the essential requirements for the development of successful clinical decision support systems. Through this, it is expected that it will be possible to develop clinical decision support system that can be used in various hospitals and improve the efficiency and accuracy of the system.

The limits of current DN(Defense networks), private and closed network, become to reality; for Example, high expense of construction and maintenance of networks, restriction of new subscribers on DN. Therefore, a network using web environment that reflect fast development of If and IS(Information Security) technology is demanded for MND. Meeting the requirement of reliable IS system and extension and improvement of DN using common network, we can reduce the expense to extend, maintain, repair DN, form the environment that makes military business cooperate better with civil company and government agency, advance implementing Defense computing and networking service for field small size units that was a exception of Defense digitalization. But it is essential to construct DN based on common network that there are security requisites; confidentiality, integrity, availability, efficiency, log, backup, restoration, that have to be realized at demanding level for IS. This thesis suggested four measurements; replacement DN with common network to resolve the requirements of building new network and improvement of performance for private DN, linkage with common network for new requirement, distribution of traffic using common network, configuration of DN using Internet and Proposed a refinement of IS management organization to treat security threat of common network flexibly, and LAN IS standard model of DN based on the web environment.

Nutritional disorders are one of the most common diseases of crops and they often result in significant loss of agricultural output. Moreover, the imbalance of nutrition element not only affects plant phenotype but also threaten to the health of consumers when the concentrations above the certain threshold. A number of disease identification systems have been proposed in recent years. Either the time consuming or accuracy is difficult to meet current production management requirements. Moreover, most of the systems are hard to be extended, only detect a few kinds of common diseases with great difference. In view of the limitation of current approaches, this paper studies the effects of different trace elements on crops and establishes identification system. Specifically, we analysis and acquire eleven types of tomato nutritional disorders images. After that, we explore training and prediction effects and significances of super resolution of identification model. Then, we use pre-trained enhanced deep super-resolution network (EDSR) model to pre-processing dataset. Finally, we design and implement of diagnosis system based on deep learning. And the final results show that the average accuracy is 81.11% and the predicted time less than 0.01 second. Compared to existing methods, our solution achieves a high accuracy with much less consuming time. At the same time, the diagnosis system has good performance in expansibility and portability.
In this study, it aims to research for unified system of "the surveying and geospatial information management" and new National geoSpatial Information Infrastructure(NSDI) as new paradigm against the strategy of "global geospatial information management". The country's existing NGIS projects and the policies of spatial information were examined in this paper, then it was defined newly by modification of NSDI's data coverage with bottom-up method. The new NSDI strategy is based on large scale digital map which was influenced by the local and global trend such as open data, e-Government, Earth observation, etc. (refer to Fig. 1). It was also suggested with new concept of NSDI model that the public-private sharing data can be added to digital map on equal term with spatial core data. (refer to Fig. 2) It is proposed the institutional model of MOLIT(Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport) as new concept of NSDI which was applied(refer to Fig. 4). The new model is improving localization and reinforcing cooperation system with not only the other departments within the MOLIT but also the other ministries(forestry, environment, agriculture, heritage, etc.) from independent operation system as a part informatization of land, infrastructure and transport. At the new SDI institutional model of the MOLIT, the spatial information is reorganized as common data infrastructure for all applications, Goverment 3.0 can be feasible according to common data related to government agencies and local government's data vertically or horizontally. And then, it can be practical strategy model to integrate and link all the map and the register which are managed by the laws and institutions if this unified system as a common data can include all spatial core data(digital map), such as base map data of NGA(national gespatial agency), land data and facility data of local government.
To develop an effective and efficient measurement system for tracking changes of functional status across two measures, it is essential to integrate information and communicate scores across two measures. The lack of communication between two measures leads to score incompatibility. A potential solution would be the development of a crosswalk table between those measures. Prior to creating a crosswalk table, selecting common items between two measures is critical. By using the Oswestry low back pain disability questionnaire (Oswestry) and a short form measuring disability resulting from low back pain, item level statistics as well as differential item functioning (DIF) using the Rasch measurement were investigated. Eighty-two participants with known group validity were recruited. Based on the application of the Rasch measurement model, item difficulties across the two measures were logically and hierarchically ordered. Ceiling effects for both measures were detected, which were not be able to be effectively measured with the two measures. The DIF analysis across the two measures confirmed that five paired items were found to have DIF and five common items were selected for common items. Although five paired items function differently across the Oswestry and the short form, all items of both measures were well targeted study participants. The common items selected by the Rasch measurement model may be effective when creating a crosswalk table between the Oswestry and the short form.
Planning information generated during initial architectural design phases significantly influences subsequent phases, and is implemented into architectural design models during the design process. However, failures to manage and use planning information in Korean design offices remain common. Current design tools that incorporate planning information also do not address the issue of interoperability during the life cycles of buildings. To address these problems, the Industry Foundation Classes (IFC) extension model was developed to accommodate the need to manage and use planning information for cooperation between design offices carrying out multidisciplinary tasks. This paper introduces a purpose-built software tool that implements the IFC model and demonstrates the efficiency of the proposed method with the software tool.
Remanufacturing used, end-of-life products is a complex problem involving multiple types of products that may share common parts. Recovery targets assigned by market demand and environmental legislation add more difficulty to the problem. Manufacturers now need to achieve specified take-back and recovery rates while fulfilling demands for remanufactured products. To assists in the demand- and legislation-driven remanufacturing of a family of products (i.e., multiple products that share common parts), this paper introduces a bi-objective mixed integer linear programming (MILP) model for optimizing remanufacturing. The model identifies optimal remanufacturing plans for a product family, whereby, the remanufacturer can achieve demand and recovery targets more profitably and in an environmentally-friendly manner. The model can also be used to quantify and justify the economic and environmental benefits of a product family from a remanufacturing perspective. A case study is presented for remanufacturing an alternatorfamily of products.
