Frequent closures among self-employed individuals lead to national economic losses. Given the high closure rates in the restaurant industry, predicting changes in this sector is crucial for business survival. While research on factors affecting restaurant industry survival is active, studies predicting commercial district changes are lacking. Thus, this study focuses on forecasting such alterations, designing a deep learning model for Seoul's administrative district commercial district changes. It collects 2023 and 2022 second-quarter variables related to these changes, converting yearly fluctuations into percentages for augmentation. The proposed deep learning model aims to predict commercial district changes. Future policies, considering this study, could support restaurant industry growth and economic development.

The restaurant industry is an industry with low entry barriers, and furthermore, it is an indispensable industry in life. However, for the restaurant industry, it is necessary to start a business considering many factors. In particular, the comparative group for each restaurant industry is different, and the commercial area analysis should be analyzed differently. Moreover, counseling for restaurant start-ups is still sticking to how to start a restaurant by meeting with each franchise supervisor or counselor. Therefore, a restaurant start-up chatbot is needed for prospective restaurant founders, and a food tech chatbot is needed to collect basic data. Therefore, in this study, factors for restaurant start-ups were divided into youth, preliminary start-ups, menus, taste, and food. In the case of restaurant start-ups with low entry barriers, it was confirmed as the most preferred start-up by young people. However, indiscriminate restaurant start-ups not only increase the closing rate but also have a significant impact on household debt, so accurate consulting should be used to lower the closing rate and increase the success rate. Furthermore, theories and measures for food technologies such as chatbots should be further developed to obtain accurate information on franchise start-ups.

Due to the change in modern lifestyle and social pattern, food service industry has steadily grown recently. Especially, in terms of familiarity, chinese restaurant can be most popular type of dining alternative to Korean. The project was aiming to establish a new branch of the existing restaurant which has a main location in Kangnam area and has been famous for it's food quality, kind services and good interior design. This restaurant is located in Seohyoun-Dong, Bundang-Gu, Kyoungki-Do and this area is very crowded by both residential apartments and commercial offices. Considering the complexity in regional characteristics, this restaurant has basically targeted frequent dining-out family groups. In addition, the floor design was flexibly developed to be able to accomodate large office dining customers. The overall design was intended to keep very elegant and simple atmosphere, developed to express eco-friendly image by adopting the 'Water' component in the floor plan.
Purpose - Consumers have a variety of strategies to find information about restaurants they want to visit. Consumers can search for and use information from a variety of sources before purchasing a product or service. The development of the Internet has made that consumers could access various informations easily. Therefore, this study classified commercial information provided by restaurants, public information shared by other unknown consumers, and personal information shared by customers' personal experiences or friends/family. This study is information sources influence on enjoyment, attitude and visit intention. Research design, data, methodology - In order to verify the research hypothesis, this study created questionnaires for each variable. Hypothesis analysis data were collected through surveys. In order to develop research hypotheses for this study, the scales was developed. The survey was conducted by an online survey company. Among the online panels owned by survey company, those who have visited restaurants through at least one of the 11 sources provided in this study within the last 3 months were surveyed. The survey period was 10 days from March 5 to 14, 2017. A total of 1,500 e-mails and messages were sent back to 301 of them, and 288 were used for analysis except for 13 missing responses. The data was analyzed by using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0. Results - As a result of analysis, commercial and personal information have a positive effect on enjoyment, but general information did not affect enjoyment. In addition, personal information has a positive effect on attitude, but commercial information and general information did not affect attitude. It was found that commercial information influenced attitude by mediation of pleasure, and pleasure had no significant effect on visit intention. Finally, attitude has a significant effect on visit intention. Conclusions - The restaurant needs to provide accurate information through its homepage or brochure. Accurate information that is not exaggerated can save customers's the cost of believing on a restaurant and the cost of searching for other information. The restaurant which provides unfaithful advertisement would be excluded from customer's choice because customers perceive it as a unreliable restaurant. The marketing of restaurant should be carried out through customer-oriented for the visit of customers. And restaurants need to provide optimized services to their first-time customers in order to increase their revisit.

The life of modern society is going to be more scientific and rationalized. According to these trends, our dietary life was also dramatically changed. Family restaurants grew up by 30% every year was became the place of meeting and relaxation from the place of selling and eating. These demands request to improve an atmosphere, a facility and a service in family restaurants. The objective of the present study is to investigate the effect of the gap of service in family restaurant on customer loyalty based on Oliver's gap theory. These results could be contributed to make the strategy of marketing in family restaurants. The purpose of this study in detail is as below. First, it is determined the difference of its expectation and its outcome regarding on the family restaurant service. Second, it is investigated the relationship of the gap of family restaurant with customer satisfaction. The suggestions of the present study are as below. First, it is necessary to get a novel CI strategy to clean the environment of restaurant and to induce the customer desires for young females as a dominant customers. Second, it is need to improve the interior of restaurant and to develop foods for optimal dietary environments. Third, based on the customer loyalty of the present study, customer satisfaction belongs to optimal dietary environment and utilization, whereas the negative gap of service is commercial dietary goods and employee's service. Therefore, the continuous loyalty along with personal satisfaction intends to improve the maximized atmosphere and utilization on use. The main strategy of marketing could be focused on the improvement of commercial dietary goods and utilization for the satisfaction and demands of customers.

The purpose of this study is to examine influence of interior landscape in commercial spaces on the management benefit. In the course of this study, objects of survey were selected from interior landscaping specialist, manager and consumer who had experiences to visit to the hotel, bank, department store and restaurant. The main method of data collection was interview, questions and gathering materials. The cronbach's alphas program was used to measure the reliability of likert scales. The analysis program was applied a statistical methods. The results of this study can be summarized as follows: The factors considered by consumer who visits to the commercial space are design, interior landscape, traffic, parking capacity, cleanness, price, kindness of employee and event. Factors concerned with the product include branch size, traffic, parking capacity, kindness of employee. Factors concerned with facilities include branch size, traffic, parking capacity, kindness of employee. Major factors of those effects to management benefit are accessibility, time of stay, sales, efficiency of space, attractiveness and difference. In conclusion, overlap style gets the highest degree of satisfaction among total factors. Results of the survey show that factors which improve sales are overlap style and planter type. Among four commercial spaces, hotel is most effected by interior landscape. To enhance the sales of hotel, further study of interior landscape about hotel necessary. For bank and restaurant, further study of economic planter type and style is necessary. For department store, optimal use of spaces and case of maintenance are necessary.
The purpose of this study aims to confirm the importance of customer selection attributes of beef restaurants. This study found a selection attributes for a beef specialty restaurant, and proved the hypothesis through empirical analysis. Along with the increase in income levels over the past decade, the restaurant industry has grown. In contemporary society, where quality of life is becoming more important, the restaurant industry has expanded the importance of service quality. In particular, for meat consumption, per capita beef consumption is expected to increase every year; the effect of the Korea-U.S. Free Trade Agreement is also expected to further increase the consumption of high-quality and high-priced U.S. beef. However, like the study of general restaurant-selection factors in restaurant management research, studies of beef restaurants and commercial studies considering consumers' selection attributes are scarce. This study verified the characteristics of consumer choice for restaurants specializing in beef, and how quality, price, restaurant atmosphere, and employee service impacted customer satisfaction. We suggest that beef restaurants should focus more on atmosphere and service in addition to food price and quality, which are the choice factors for restaurants in general. This study empirically verified the importance of selection attributes, providing theoretical and practical implications.
In this study, changes in commercial areas in Yeongdo-gu urban regeneration region were analyzed in terms of regional revitalization. Urban decline can accelerate the decline of downtown commercial functions, and revitalization of stagnant areas can be evaluated as enhancing the vitality of commercial areas. To reach this objective, dynamic changes in the commercial area in urban regeneration region were confirmed through store density, industry diversity, and restaurant/cafe ratio. As a result of the study, it was found that the store density and industry diversity showed an increasing trend in Yeong-do urban regeneration region. Although it is difficult to find a substantial difference in the ratio of restaurant/cafe, it seems that Yeongseon 2-dong has undergone a relatively large commercial change. This research is significant in that it quantitatively evaluated and analyzed commercial changes in Yeongdo-gu urban regeneration region.
The restaurant is regarded as the place of association and rest, and is the commercial facilities required the space of delightful and comfortable in mentality as well as the visual satisfaction for the users. The customers have their tendency to avoid the visual and physical contact between the strangers in the restaurant. Therefore, it is required to arrange the undisturbed space from strangers through the appropriate guest seats arrangement by understanding such mental basement. In this study, we have examined the way of space application between the people in the space and the mental mechanism, and we made study and analysis on the conciusness & behavior of the users of the restaurant actually. As the result, the theoretical study was connected to the customers conscious or unconscious behavior and the same results was come out from the paper-and-pencil test and observation research, and its appropriateness was clarifed. To put it briefly , the people have been showing their trends to prefer the place where have a fine view, undisturbed from others and may keep to the private area. On the whole , they prefer the visual variation somewhat rather than the simple, and they are fond of the space of open and comfortable. and also showing that the mental environment could be established by the control of physical environment. Therefore, we can say that the restaurant is required to fulfill this spatial desire of the users through the guest seats arrangement and other visual factors.
This research was conducted to survey kinds and frequencies of side dishes served in commercial Korean style restaurant in some part of Korea. The results were summerized as follows: 1. The average number of side dishes in Tang(Korean soup) was 3.3 that is Bae-chu Kimchi. Si-Kum-chi namul, Moeng-ran jeot and O-jing-o jeot in ordering frequencies. 2. In Chigae(stew) and Pi-bim bab(mixed rice including Sot bab) the average number of side dishes was about 4 Jungol and that of Jim was from 3 to 5 and the kinds of side dishes were variety of menu items. 3. Meons (noodles) were served with 1 or 2 kinds of side dishes those based of Bae-chu Kimchi and added 1 Kind of side dish. 4. Han-jeong-sik (Korean style full course meny) was served with 16 kinds of side dishes averge it was consisted of Bab(steamed rice) side dishes such as U-gu-zi guk(vegetable soup) Deun-jang chigae (fermented soy stew) Hong-o jim (fish stew) Go-sa-ri namul Pulgogi Ho-bak jeon, Beon-sut bokum Yuk hoi Bae-chu kimchi Mung-ran jeot Sae-u tuikim and Gam-ja tuikim in ordering frequences.
