On-line ADR is to use means of settling disputes online to settle disputes happened on-line or off-line. It gave important opportunity for engaging in a commercial transaction to small group or individual. If it uses judiciary proceeding, it will cost too much, complicate and take considerable time. So, because of these reasons, OECD even encourage on-line ADR as a mean for relieving consumer's damage actively on e-commerce. Korea is also trying to introduce on-line ADR partially or completely in Korea Consumer Agency, The National IT Industry Promotion Agency, The Korean Commercial Arbitration Board. However, Korea's on-line ADR is more insufficient than advanced country's. Nevertheless, because on-line needs to introduce, this study suggests the problem and plan centering the type and the present condition of on-line ADR.

With the opening of 1st phase and 2nd phase in Gyeongbu High Speed Line, KTX(The Korea Train Express) and Sancheon(2nd generation of High Speed Train) are operating commercially on entire line. Gyeongbu High Speed Line can be separated as several sections. In this entire line, a few types of train has operating by it's own pattern. However, commercial speed of the line compared with the maximum speed of Train is rather slow. Through this study, I found the reason of the slow speed on the Catenary system and suggested a solution.

The western route of KEPCO's 765kV transmission line has been tentatively operating as 345kV voltage before commercial operation. After finishing the test operation of 765kV substation in 2002. KEPCO decided to operate the 765kV line for commercial operation. During the applying of 765kV voltage to the transmission line, double circuit transmission line will be operated with two voltage grades of 765kV and 345kV. Because the earthing switch is installed on both end of transmission line, we had estimated the electrostatic induction voltage and electromagnetic induction current before the line energizing in order to confirm the ratings of earthing switch. The induced voltage and current is very important for the maintenance of parallel circuit. This paper describes the simulation study of electrical phenomena such as electrostatic induction voltage from the parallel line and electromagnetic induction current from the parallel circuit. The transmission line model was developed by EMTP (Electro-Magnetic Transient Program).

In the process of energizing the line as 765 kV voltage, double circuit transmission line will be operated with two voltage grades of 765 kV and 345 kV. As the earthing switches are installed on both ends of the line, electrostatic induction voltage and electromagnetic induction current were calculated prior to the line energizing in order to confirm the ratings. The induced voltage and current are important for the maintenance of the parallel circuit. This paper presents the simulation results of electrical phenomena such as electrostatic induction voltage and electromagnetic induction current from the parallel line. The transmission line was modeled by EMTP (Electro-Magnetic Transient Program). The simulation results were compared with the measured results at the field.

This paper describes the result of endurance test on the Sangju test track. The purpose of the test is to prove the endurance of the Korean EMU for the commercial operation. Test conditions are more severe than actual operation on the commercial line. But endurance test come to an end well without severe problem. Hereafter, Korean EMU will be applied the quality certification of railroad supplies as a testing vehicle and their components will be applied in a new line.

This paper describes the result of endurance test on the Sangju test track. The purpose of the test is to prove the endurance of the Korean EMU for the commercial operation. Test conditions are more severe than actual operation on the commercial line. As of October, test result is good without severe problems. After 100,000km of test operation, the EMU will be delivered to operation cooperation for th commercial operation.

Daba ecorace of Antheraea mylitta Drury (Lepidoptera: Saturniidae), the semi domesticated Indian tropical tasar silkworm being reared outdoor; the egg and silk yields are dependent of genotype environment interaction. The insufficient maintenance and multiplication of its P4 seed stock need a coherent as well as scientific strategy to safeguard breed potential, being commercially applied ecorace. The sort-out lines of P4 stock studied over five generations highlighting on commercial trait up gradation suits for a tropical crop season, revealed enhanced performance. The line with high pupal parents (T2) shown improved fecundity (12.9%) and the line with high shell parents (T3) recorded higher shell weight (40.0%) and silk ratio (24.1%). While, the line of high pupal female and high shell male (T4) reveal enhancement in fecundity (9.0%), egg hatching (14.1%), shell weight (50.0%), silk ratio (35.2%) and absolute silk yield (52.0%) indicating the need and role of varied basic seed stock lines. The approach could improve economically vital egg fecundity and cocoon shell weights besides balancing them in same line for commercial operation. The progressive show of lines (T1 to T4) along successive generations (G1 to G5), in spite of passing through seed crop (Jul-Aug) and commercial crop (Sep-Nov) seasons emphasize their compatibility. The study infers that the strategic plan of combining preferred parental phenotypes, methodical selection for desired commercial trait(s) through generations with best possible genotype environment interaction has enriched P4 stock with elevation in needy trait(s) besides assuring choice of suitable lines for seasons and regions and timely replenishment of basic seed of Daba ecorace.

This study is to analyse the transformation process of spatial structure of traditional small city structure in Jeollabuk-Do in the process of modern urbanization between 19th century and the year 2000. The small cities, IM-PI, YONG-AN, YEO-SAN, OK-GOO, GO-SAN, MU-JANG, GUM-MA, GO-BU, which have been local administrative center in CHO-SUN dynasty, have role of local administrative center of subdivision of country-myon, except OK-GOO. The method of this study is to investigate the transformation process of spatial structural elements of with the actual field surveys, the analysis of Gunhyun map made in 1872, land registration maps in 1910s and 2000, and various topological maps. The elements of analysis are the topological site and geographical situation conditions, the urbanized areas, the street systems, the function of streets, the focal points of urban land use, the land use systems, and the location of major facilities such as administration facilities, markets, bus terminals. The analytical point of view and the results are as follows. There is strong relationship between the transformation of internal matrix route system and the growth pattern of urbanized areas, Especially on the contrary to the matrix route with East-West direction which has the role of checking the growth of urbanized area, the South-North direction route acts as the leading line of the growth. The focal points structure of urban land use shows transformation process from the point of central space of administrative district in front of Nae-A, to the access point to administrative district or to the access point to housing and neighborhood commercial area. From the point of functional area structure and major facilities location, line-type commercial area is developed along the line of central axis route and access route to administrative district. Especially direction of the growth of commercial area is strongly connected with the interrelationship between the study area and its neighboring cities. Pattern of commercial district development is varied with the direction of matrix route. That is, commercial district, which shows one side development pattern along the East-West direction route, is developed on both sides of street along the South-North direction route.

우리는 정보(情報)에 근거를 두고 행동을 취하고 있다. 따라서 효율적인 행동을 하려면 정보의 입수(入手) 루트를 잘 가꾸어야 한다. 여러 경로(經路)의 루트가 있지만, 특히 상용(商用) 데이터베이스는 이점(利點)이 크다. 더구나 대가를 지불하면 누구든 자유롭게 사용할 수 있으므로, 이용 여하에 따라서 정보(情報)의 입수에 상당한 격차(隔差)가 생기게 된다. 한편, 일본(日本)의 상용(商用) 데이터베이스 서비스는 출현된지 20여년이 지나 최근 많이 변화되었다. 예를 들면, 배치에서 온라인으로 그리고 CD-ROM의 등장에 의한 미디어의 다양화(多樣化)는 그 대표적인 예이다. 데이터베이스의 최신 동향을 살펴, 정보화시대(情報化時代)의 틀(도구(道具))로써 활용(活用)하는 것이 매우 중요하다.

The purpose of this study was to develop a shirt pattern that enhances the functionality of golf swing motions. The pattern was made with 3D body surface shape data that changed according to dynamic golf postures. The data were collected from the golf swing motions. The 3D body surface data in golf swing postures piled up on the 3D surface data in a static posture. The results showed that the surface shape data changed more in the address, back swing, and finish postures than the other swing postures. The experimental pattern was developed with 3D surface scan data in those three golf swing motions. The pattern had raglan sleeves and the front-bodied piece was divided into two pieces with a princess line, which comes from armscye line of the address posture. The back bodice piece was divided into three pieces with a yoke line and a back princess line. The yoke line was made by back shoulder shape in the back swing posture. The level of comfort of the experimental garment and commercial golf shirts was evaluated by 38 women golfers. The experimental garment pattern was evaluated to be more comfortable in golf swing postures than commercial golf shirts.
