외국의 우주보험 관련법 연구 (A Study on Space Insurance of Foreign nation's Law)

  • 최근에는 상업적 우주활동의 증가와 우주파편의 증가로 인해 그 위험성이 더욱 증대되고 있다. 우리나라에서도 지난 2009년과 2010년 두 번에 걸쳐 인공위성 발사하였으나, 모두 실패로 끝났다. 이에 따라 국내외적으로 위성 발사 실패에 따른 책임 규명에 대해 보상 논의가 활발하게 이루어졌다. 이러한 점에 비추어 볼 때 우주개발과 관련한 리스크 관리 장치로서의 우주보험에 대한 정확한 개념규정과 법적인 논의가 이루어져야 할 것이다. 우주보험과 관련하여 통상적으로 두 가지 형태가 가능하다. 첫째는 발사와 궤도진입과 관련한 보험이며, 두 번째는 제3자 손해에 대한 보험이다. 전자는 피해를 입은 위성의 소유자나 운영자를 보호하는 것이고, 후자는 사고로 인한 소유자나 운영자의 책임을 담보하거나 배상하는 것이다. 우주보험과 관련하여 국제조약이나 국제적 규범은 없지만, 미국을 비롯한 영국, 프랑스, 러시아, 한국 등 각국은 국내법을 통해 우주보험의 인수를 강제하고 있다. 특히, 미국은 1984년 상업우주개발법과 관련 법률에서 발사체를 운영하는 자격을 가진 사람에게 제3자 손해에 대한 보험을 인수하도록 하고 있다. 상업적 우주산업의 관행과 미국의 상업적 우주발사법에서는 위성의 고객과 발사제공자는 발사로 인한 재산적 손해, 신체적 부상이나 사망 위험에 대한 가정과 상호 책임면제에 합의해야 한다고 규정하고 있다. 이는 위성의 발사 실패나, 위성체를 손실하였을 때, 위성의 고객은 비록 발사제공자가 과실이 있다고 하더라도 발사제공자에세 배상을 요구할 수 없다는 의미일 것이다. 그리고 미국과 기타 우주발사국들은 부보된 보험액을 초과하는 경우 제3자 손해에 정부의 배상을 제공한다. 그러나 유인우주선에 대해서는 유인 우주선에서 포기조항이 요구되지 않으며, 동의를 통보해야만 한다. 위성고객이 발사 제공자에세 소송을 제기하는 것을 제한하는 미국법상 포기조항은 유인우주선에는 적용되지 않는다. 이같이 미국법에서는 우주활동과 관련된 보험문제에 대해서 비교적 상세하게 규정하게 있으나, 다른 국가에서는 다수가 보험을 인수하도록 요구하고 있으나 상세한 규정은 두지 않고 있다. 우리나라도 예외가 아니다. 그러나 향후 우주활동이 활발하게 이루어지 상업적 우주관광 등이 이루어짐에 따라 우주보험문제에 대해서도 심도 있게 논의가 이루어져야 할 것이다.

인간 생태학적 관점에서의 상업지구 내 가로망의 공간배열 특성 - 대전시 으능정이 문화거리를 중심으로 (Space Syntactic Properties of the Street Network in Commercial District from the Perspective of Human Ecology - Focused on Euneungjeongi Culture Street in Daejeon, Korea)

  • This study aims at proposing a sound and sustainable development direction of an urban commercial district by identifying space syntactic properties, from the perspective of human ecology, of the street network in Enuengjeongi culture street as the representative commercial district of Daejeon City in Korea. The results are obtained through Angular Segment Analysis (ASA) on the street network in subject area for this study. It was found that most of the socially integrated nodes are arranged along the axis of main street in the district. However, in some of those nodes, it was investigated that the social integrative function have weakened, because open spaces as public space for the general public are occupied illegally by commercial purposes of shops and car parking. It was found that the socially isolated nodes are located at the district boundary connected to a relative narrow street, with a relatively low density of the commercial facilities. Besides, it was identified that a street width in the commercial district may be a factor affecting the social integration of a space on the basis of the openness of the space.

신개발지 일반주거지역의 용도전환시 공간변용 특성에 관한 연구 - 대전 둔산 신시가지를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Characteristics of Space Utilization after converting of Residential District in a New Development Area - Focused on Dunsan of Daejeon City -)

  • The purpose of this study is to find the characteristics of space utilization and the problems that follows after converting in a new developmental residential area. This study used the content-analysis method and analysis was made on the floor plans for 95 different conversion cases. Above all, 190 unit plans (the unit plans for conversion before and after) were analyzed. The results of this study were as follows; 1) There were 8 types of conversion according to such usages as residential, commercial and residential-commercial buildings. 2) In the case of conversions, from residential to commercial, there was a tendency each floor was integrated to exclusive use for commercial or commercial with small portions of residential usage. And in the case of conversions from commercial to residential, there was a tendency that all space of each floor were changed to exclusive usages for residential purposes. 3) In case of usage conversion from commercial to residential, there were constraints for balcony installation, because of its original lot-structure and building equipments. Also, when the basement was converted for residential purpose, there was no possibility for an extra lighting or ways to ventilate the area.

사업체의 생존·폐업 기간을 활용한 서울시 상업공간의 변화분석 (An Analysis of Spatial Changes in Commercial Districts using Survival-Exit Dynamics of Commercial Businesses in Seoul, Korea)

  • 최근 높아진 개·폐점률로 인해 자영업자들의 생존율은 낮아지고 조기폐업은 증가하고 있으며, 이는 개인의 부채 증가, 고용불안정과 같은 사회적 문제뿐만 아니라 도시공간 공동화라는 도시문제까지 야기하고 있다. 이와 관련해, 상업공간 내 사업체의 변화양상과 높은 창·폐업률에 미치는 영향요인을 밝히는 연구가 진행되고 있으나 연구의 범위가 한정적이어서 서울시 전체지역 내 사업체의 변화에 대한 객관적인 진단이 부족한 상태이다. 이에 본 연구는 서울시 내 주요상권을 대상으로 폐업 및 생존한 사업체의 영업기간 변화를 활용해 각 상권의 특성을 논의한다. 분석 결과, 서울시의 상업공간 변화특성은 크게 두 가지로 구분할 수 있었다. 도심상권(중구 및 종로구)과 영등포 상권은 사업체들이 안정적으로 영업하는 양상을 보이며, 국지적으로 활발한 사업체 변화를 보였다. 또한, 강남상권과 마포상권은 전체적으로 생존한 사업체들과 폐업한 사업체들 모두 짧은 영업기간을 보였다. 이런 상권별 변화특성의 차이는 영업체의 생존과 폐업활동이 상업공간의 장소적 특성과 밀접하게 연관되어 있음을 의미하며, 공간별 사업체 변화에 따른 적절한 해결책 제시가 필요함을 시사한다.

현대 상업건축공간에 있어서 표피의 투명성 표현방법과 이미지 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Expression Method and Characteristic of Transparency of the Surface in Current Commercial Space)

  • The purpose of this study analyzes an expression method and a characteristic of transparency of a surface in commercial space, and it is to show an index of a surface design. We did image evaluation by SD method for the commercial space which directed transparency to a surface as the method. We used a factor analysis and cluster analysis to get the image characteristic and type of the expression methods. As a result, we got six following expression methods and design indexes. (1) Transparency expression of a surface by a multiple layer. (2) Transparency expression of a surface by unification with a structure. (3) Transparency expression of a surface by transparency of materials. (4) Transparency expression of a surface by a combination of various materials. (5) Transparency expression of a surface by unification of the image media. (6) Transparency expression of a surface by transparency transformation of materials. We think that it will be able to make use of these results as a design index for the surface design of a commercial space in the future.

  • One of the characteristics of contemporary interior design is the prominence of material and its challenge to the established concept of interior design. As material has risen to the new element of design, losing its old concept as something secondary surrounding space, it had become an useful instrument to create unique images as well as to express the paradigm of space that modern society demands. The active role of material has made itself one of the primary elements that make a difference in design. Particularly in commercial spaces where sales are important and attractive spaces are needed, material has been emergent conveying its appling to consumers. Therefore, this study analyses the materiality that material has and its characteristics represented as images in commercial spaces. With the analysis, it researches further into the unlimited possibility of material and show the way for modern interior design to head for.

상업공간 디지털미디어 적용방안에 관한 연구 - 페르소나 기반 사용자 시나리오 기법으로 - (A Study on the Application method of Digital Media in Commercial Space - Using Persona-based Scenario Approach -)

  • Interior design especially the design developments for commercial spaces should ensure the economy of spaces. This is the marketing for space. It is necessary to understand the design elements of commercial space for the efficient using of digital media of space marketing. In this research decided to design application schemes for shopping mall by searching fashion shopping behaviors of users with persona-base scenario approach. Collected the information of users behavior base on case analysis of advance research to make personas. And develop scenario base personas for knowing the needs of users. And then made 4 schemes as the solution. Scheme 1. Customers can get the information and communication with the staff through with media screen in one room of shopping mall. The data of customers can be recorded for providing information or product recommendation personality. Forecast to preferred by group trip or customers that don't like walking around in shopping mall. Scheme 2. Install a media screen at entrance of a store in shopping mall and show special effect to raise customers' attention who walk through from the front of the store. Through with this customers will stay for long time and raise curiosity to get in the store. And the media screen also provide information of store and products. Scheme 3. Customers can get the information of products with using smart phone to scan QR cord in labels of products and record. Customers can finish whole shopping behaviors without the help of store staff. And can make buying decision even have left shopping mall as a online mode. Scheme 4. Store managers can record the products and the environment of store with 360 camera and update to website. Then customers can browse the virtual space with VR glasses. That make customers can have the real shopping experience without being in the store. In this study, have presented schemes of digital media in commercial space. But there are various of commercial space. In this study was presented schemes for shopping mall by searching fashion shopping behaviors of users. And look forward the researches about specific space setting and other type of commercial space for space development.

주상복합건축물의 전이공간 구성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Composition of the Transitional Space of the Mixed-Use Buildings)

  • This study focuses on the planning and actual use of the transitional spaces in the residential-commercial mixed-use buildings. The range of case study include from the year of 1960's to 2000. Through the case study and field survey, we can extract the elements of the transitional space and the problems of Mixed-Use building from the viewpoint of transitional space. According to the field survey, most of the residential-commercial mixed-use buildings contain the transitional space to some degree, but there need to be a more active planning method to secure the residential factors and for this reason, the application of the transitional space must be emphasized at a higher level.

In fact, it's not only making atmosphere that could give relaxation and rich life but also supporting commodity and many kinds of information to effect the sale's effectiveness, so the various alternative need to be checked out to treat the difference of atmosphere. importance of space composition plan considerating specific character is confirmed each commercial area of alternatives. In this study, we want to provide the most important standard of space composition of several visible or invisible environment factor making an bakery store. commercial rights are defferentiated between center commercial land and dwelling commercial land and we can strengthen the competitveness by bringing inspect, analysis, comparison about product make-up price each commercial land in space organixation of in-store actively in the 21 century's new bakery competition. In the 21st century, we should recognize we are in the new period about these a aggressive goal of maximization of sales and performed space construction through plan specialization to build reasonably and effectively. composition plan for store space as composition rate of product would be basic plan. so when the opening store is decided it need to be basic composition plan space which Is proper to situation of area.

  • The world has become one united world so that it is worthless to divide it into two; the East and West. In the 20th century, eastern perspectives proliferated in western science involving theology, philosophy and psychotherapy. In this time of various trends of ideas emerged minimalism, artistic and cultural current seeking simplicity and conciseness. This current of idea appeared about the time of World War II in visual art, and then expanded to other fields like music, architecture, fashion and philosophy in diverse forms. Minimalism is also presented in interior space with extreme form of simplicity and detail, revealing parts of the space as delicate and pure style with emphasis on purity of the space itself. In this research, demonstrate clear features of eastern view of space appeared in minimalism of interior design mainly in America. The reason the scope of study is limited to America is that America is the origin of minimal art and has been hub of modern design since the 1930s. The research, first, finds out the origin and conceptual idea of minimalism and features of eastern view of space. Based on this understanding, further study has been carried to discover relation of minimalistic interior space to eastern view of space and to analyze eastern characteristic expressed in minimalistic space by examination of cases pertaining to commercial space.
