The orbit and frequency spectrum allocation for the communication and broadcasting satellite services are coordinated between the concerned parties according to the Radio Regulations of International Telecommunication Union (ITU). Currently, the geostationary orbit is filled with too many satellites for the commercial or military uses. In addition, a number of near earth satellite programs are being introduced. As each country claims for the space orbit and spectrum, the limited space resources are being exhausted. In this paper, the current situations in the worldwide satellite orbit demand are discussed, and some ideas on the peaceful, efficient and equitable use of space resources are proposed.

Recently avionics equipment and its integration are most important part for implementing high performance aircraft system. This trends are emphasized in the military or special purpose aircraft development program. Flight Test Bed Aircraft (hereafter FTB A/C) - by modified commercial aircraft - was key solution to verify function and performance of avionics system for complex aircraft development program for a while, but there are no experience to use it in domestic airspace of ROK. This paper would like to address what act and regulation is necessary to perform flight operation of FTB A/C with keeping a airworthiness and airspace control policy. and then willing to propose what do we do for improving aviation industry.

After the adoption of the Lisbon Treaty, the European Union's Common Commercial Policy now belongs to the exclusive competence area of the EU, including the foreign direct investment (FDI) policy. Regarding the bilateral investment protection treaties (BITs) between the EU Member States, the European Commission is of the view that such BITs should be discarded. On March 6, 2018, the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) held in the Achmea BV v. Slovakia case that a BIT between the EU Member States, as well as arbitral awards based on that BIT, is not subject to request for preliminary rulings under the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union (TFEU), and thus they are not compatible with the EU law. However, the judgment did not silence the controversy. Instead, many people questioned the legal reasoning and the legitimacy of judgment, and therefore the problem is still ongoing.

A house finance environment changes and will go from economic factor of the variety of the life style, the housing conditional according to the income level, a children education condition, and the population structure many this little. The disposition of the house need changes according to this and will have an influence on the house price. Necessary for a house market environment house policy of the market need which the consistency reflects so that we are suitable and is desired.

The Korea-US dispute on telecom standards has shown the inability of existing trade rules that can be applicable to standardization policy in telecom services sector. It has entailed plenty of dissenting but unsolved trade issues, including legal jurisdiction over technical standards on telecom services and their compatibility with WTO agreements. Question remains how US will cope with this tricky trade puzzle. This paper points out that Korea-US negotiations on telecom standards have provided US with a momentum to think seriously over the necessity of further rule-setting on telecom standards, and FTAs are the rescue train for US to ride on for that purpose. That is to say, US is taking advantage of FTA as a means to promote its national commercial goals by creating trade rules, which seek to deprive its trading partners of regulatory autonomy in telecom standardization. Based upon the research output, it is very important for Korean government in the upcoming Korea-US FTA negotiations to ensure facilitating public policy objectives in telecom standardization as possible as it can, and not to adopt the provision of international standards in the existing US' FTAs.

The UAV industry grows rapidly and the civil UAV market which preparing the commercial services is expected to accelerate the growth. The new opportunities from the technological progress and deregulation show two kinds of organizational structure in the UAV industry. The companies from the traditional aircraft industry and the other sectors like IT industry have different organizational structures of the value chains, supply chains and the regulatory policies which related with them. And from the isomorphism theory it is predicted that those structures will change and converge to certain similar homogeneous features as the UAV industry matures. The matured form will be resulted by the new regulatory policies about the airspace, certifications and the operation rules about the UAV and the future market size and growth speed are also affected by them.

In this study, we survey the functions and features of various commercial products of endpoint security. Also we emphasizes the importance of endpoint security to respond to the increasingly intelligent and sophisticated security threats against the cloud, mobile, artificial intelligence, and IoT based sur-connection era. and as a way to improve endpoint security, we suggest the ways to improve the life cycle of information security such as preemptive security policy implementation, real-time detection and filtering, detection and modification.

In this paper, this model ensures confidentiality and integrity of mandatory access cotrol policy which based on fuzzy function with importance of information. And it solves authorization abuse problem through role graph creation algorithm and flowing policy that security grade is applied. Because this model composes role hierarchy which bind similar role concept to apply to commercial environment, it has expansile advantage by large scale security system as well as is easy that add new role.

Korea's film industry structure is focused on commercial movies centering on large companies, and its diversity and artistry are relatively overlooked. In addition to trends in the digital media age, the flood of consumable contents on the basis of special effects such as C.G, And is losing popularity as a popular art. The popular art should lead the mature social culture with the educational enlightenment character which induces the indirect experience and the wide insight of the world through the material and expression about the humanities study of the individual and the society. The analysis of the society's artistry and artistry about the movie "(2017)" can be a measure of the definition and kind of artistry in commercial movies and methodology about the manifestation of artistry. As a research methodology, we try to measure the future of the film industry by analyzing the status of the film as popular art, such as intellectual exploration and logical completeness of the essence of society, Through analyzing and criticizing the artistic characteristics in commercial films, I would like to suggest some improvement points by deriving the indicators of the artistic nature of commercial films. The film "1987" is a good example of an ideal commercial film with an artistry that cultivates cultural literacy, promotes civic consciousness through enlightenment messages, and plays a role of self-reflection through art experience. In other words, it shows the possibilities of commercial film with artistry in popular culture, such as a humanistic examination of true history and society, and an introspective gaze of the director expressed through the film society.

The proportion of commercial vehicles currently used by the private sector among the vehicles operated by the military is very high at 58% and plans to increase further in the future. As the proportion of commercial vehicles in the military has increased, it is also an important issue to determine whether to disuse of commercial vehicles. At present, the decision of disuse of commercial vehicles is subjectively judged by vehicle technical inspector using design life and vehicle usage information. However, the difference according to the military operation environment is not reflected and objective judgment criteria are not presented. The purpose of this study is to develop a model to determine the disuse status of commercial vehicles in consideration of military operating environment. The data used in the study were 1,746 commercial vehicles of three types: cars, vans and trucks. Using the information of the operating area, climate characteristic, vehicle condition the decision model of disuse status was constructed using the classification machine learning technique. The proposed decision model of disuse status has an average accuracy of about 97% and can be used in the field. Based on the results of the study, the policy suggestions were proposed in the short and long term to improve the performance of decision model of disuse status of commercial vehicles in the future and to establish a new data construction method within the logistics information system.
