The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of internal control on credit risk of joint stock commercial banks in Vietnam from 2007 to 2018. Furthermore, we specify bank-specific characteristics and macroeconomic conditions, and analyze how these factors affect credit risk of banks: the number of board members, the number of board members with banking or finance background as ratio of total board members, loans to total assets ratio, loans to deposit ratio, the number of days between the year-end and the publication of the financial statements, and the use of top four auditing firms proxy for five elements of internal control. By using the dataset of 30 Vietnamese joint stock commercial banks and Bayesian linear regression via Random-walk Metropolis Hastings algorithm, the results of this study show that five elements of internal control have a impact on bank credit risk, namely, control environment, risk assessment, control activities, information and communication, and monitoring activities. For factors of banks' characteristics, bank size and financial leverage have a negative impact on banks' credit risk, and bank age has a positive effect. For macroeconomic factors, inflation has a positive impact and economic growth has a negative impact on banks' credit risk.

본 연구는 자본적정성 요구가 우리나라 은행의 수익성에 미치는 영향을 DOLS 모형을 이용하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과, BIS 자본비율이 시중은행과 지방은행에 미치는 영향이 상이하였다. 자본적정성 요구가 시중은행보다는 지방은행에 더 크고 유의한 부정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 거시경제변수보다는 은행특성변수들이 은행의 수익성에 더 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 BIS 자본비율이 상승하면 시중은행과 지방은행의 수익성이 감소하며, 대손충당금 비율이 높은 은행일수록 이러한 관계가 강화되는 것으로 나타났다. 일반적으로 시중은행의 경우에는 지방은행에 비해 상대적으로 규모도 크고 자본도 상대적으로 충실한 편이이서 자본적정성 요구가 크게 영향을 미치지 않은 것으로 추정된다. 그러나 지방은행의 경우에는 BIS 자본비율 충족을 위해서는 보다 안전한 자산을 선택할 필요가 있으며, 이러한 안전의 자산의 선택 비중이 증가함에 따라 수익성에 상대적으로 더 큰 부정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 보여 진다. 따라서 금융당국은 이러한 점을 고려하여 은행의 자본금 규제 정책을 시행하여야 할 것이다.

Resisting an accidental impact of large commercial aircrafts is an important aspect of advanced nuclear power plant (NPP) design. Especially after the 9·11 event, some regulations were enacted, which required the design of NPPs should consider the accidental impact of large commercial aircrafts. Normal working of equipment is important for stopping reactor under an impact when an NPP is in operation. However, there is a lack of reliable analysis and research on the impact test of nuclear prototype equipment. Therefore, in order to study the response of the equipment under high acceleration impact, a centrifugal pump is selected as the research object to perform the impact test. A horizontal half-sinusoidal pulse wave was applied to the working pump. The test results show that the horizontal response of the motor and flange is greater compared to other parts, as well as the vertical response of the coupling. The stress response of the pump body support and motor support is high, hence these parts should be considered in the design of the pump. Finally, combined with the damage and stress evaluation results of the pump under different amplitudes, the ultimate impact acceleration that the pump can withstand is given.

Time domain response analysis for vibro-impact nonlinear behavior of multi-span tube with loose supports was performed using commercial FEA code and user subroutine. Support geometry of multi-span tube with a finite gap is realistically modeled by analytical rigid surface. Model of hydrodynamic force is based on the Qusai-steady model which accounts for the inclined angle of relative flow velocity and time delay between flow force and resulting tube motion. During tube vibration from flow loading, impact and friction at the support location is simulated using commercial FEA code with master slave contact algorithm. Analysis results has reasonable agreement with those of references and test experience. Plan of further refinement of analysis model and future test verification is briefly introduced.

The general role of commercial banks is to provide financial services to the general public and business, ensuring economic and social stability and sustainable growth of the economy. Commercial banks play an important role in mobilizing and channelizing funds for investment activities. This study analyzes the impact of the key financial variables on the net profit of the selected commercial banks in Oman. The study employs times series panel data - cross-sectional analysis of the key financials of five leading commercial banks for a period of 13 years from 2007 to 2019. The results reveal that the correlation matrix of the selected variables has a positive relationship with net profit, assets, deposits, loans, and interest income. However, the findings also shows a negative relationship between net profit and net loans to total deposits ratio. The study found net loans is the main independent variable that influences the profitability of the banks since the key source of revenue comes from the lending operations. The assets, total capital adequacy ratio have a mixed effect on the profitability of commercial banks. The total deposits and capital adequacy ratio have a negative effect on profitability mainly because excessive liquidity will increase the cost of capital and reduce the return on investment. Focusing on lending operations with a sound credit portfolio will improve profitability.

본 연구는 상가부동산의 권리금 결정요인을 입지, 인테리어 및 시설, 통행량, 매출액, 밀집도로 선정하여 대학로 및 동숭로 상가 임차인 대상으로 설문 분석한 결과 입지가 가장 큰 영향을 미치며, 다음은 매출액, 통행량, 인테리어 및 시설이고 밀집도는 영향이 미미하였다. 또한 성별, 연령, 학력, 업태, 소득 차이를 분석한 결과 외부적인 요소와 내부적인 요소가 복합적으로 권리금에 영향을 주는 것으로 분석하였다. 이 결과를 신규 창업자 및 점포이전 임차인들에게 제공하여 사업 성공에 기여하고자 한다.

중국에서는 코드 스캔 결제의 지속적인 홍보 및 적용으로 인해 코인 시장의 불균형이 발생되다. 동전 교환기는 이 문제를 완화할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 상업 은행의 비즈니스 발생에도 적극적인 영향을 미친다. 따라서 동전 교환기를 연구하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 본 연극이 연극목적은 동전 교환기가 중국 상업 은행의 사업에 미치는 영향을 연구하는 것이다. 현장 방문을 통해 수집한 중국 상업 은행의 고객 데이터를 재무 지표 계산 방법과 결합하여 사례 분석을 수행한다. 연구 결과에 따르면 동전 교환기는 중국 상업 은행의 비즈니스 발전에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 본 연극는 중국 상업 은행에 대한 타당성 제안 및 비즈니스 개발에 대한 새로운 아이디어를 제공한다. 현재 동전교환기에 대한 연구는 거의 없으며, 본 연구는 재정지표 계산을 결합하여 정책성과를 검증하는 것이 본 연구의 혁신점이다.

The responses of reinforced concrete slabs subject to an impact loading near the ultimate load range are explored. The analysis is carried out on a simply supported rectangular reinforced concrete slab using a nonlinear explicit dynamic procedure and considering three material models: Drucker-Prager, modified Drucker-Prager, and concrete damaged plasticity, available in the commercial finite element software, ABAQUS/Explicit. For comparison purposes, the impact force-time response, steel reinforcement failure, and concrete perforation pattern are verified against the existing experimental results. Also, the effectiveness of mesh density and damage wave propagation are studied independently. It is shown that the presently adopted finite element procedure is able to simulate and predict fairly accurate the behavior of reinforced concrete slab under impact load. More detailed investigations are however demanded for the justification of effects coming from an imperfect projectile orientation as well as the load and structural surface conditions, including the impulsive contacted state, which are inevitable in an actual impact environment.

In this study, nonlinear vibration analysis of the cylindrical orthotropic porous thin plate under V-shaped tension distribution with wire impact damping is considered. We make dynamic model of the plate under the tension using commercial FEM code and reduce the number of its degrees of freedom using dynamic condensation. The dynamic model of wire is obtained as lumped mass model from string equation. And then we analyze the nonlinear vibration of the plate including the impact phenomenon between the plate and the wire using the reduced mass and stiffness matrices of the plate and lumped model of the wire. The contact phenomenon between them can be described by impact contact elements composed of contact stiffness coefficients from Hertzian contact theory and contact damping coefficients from restitution coefficient between them. And we discussed the results of nonlinear vibration analysis for variations of their design parameters.

The purpose of this study is to find specific service quality factors of enterprises that can maximize the perception of banks' services to users of commercial banks in China, and to establish empirically how these quality factors affect the bank's image. They also want to verify the impact of the positive image of the bank on the user's satisfaction and the willingness to use the bank's services. For empirical verification of this study, questionnaires will be used to customers who have used the services of each of the four commercial banks in China, and the survey was conducted. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS using statistical techniques such as Cronbach' ${\alpha}$, Investigative Factor Analysis, Reliability Analysis, Correlation Analysis, Regression and Difference Verification. The results of the verification were summarized below. First, the quality of service of commercial banks has a partial positive effect on the bank's image. Second, the image of a commercial bank has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Third, the image of a commercial bank has a positive effect on the purpose of use. Fourth, the image of commercial banks has a partial mediated effect between service quality and customer satisfaction. Fifth, the image of a commercial bank has a partial mediated effect between the quality of service and its intended use.
