Therefore, it should be considered both a commerce function and a web site design function. The commerce function and the web site design function are considered as variables that influence trust and familiarity. This trust and familiarity are considered as the main factors that influence satisfaction of shoppers of internet shopping malls. Analysis indicates that the web site design function significantly influences both trust and familiarity, but the commerce function significantly influence only familiarity negatively. • In recent, T-commerce is widely dispersed as alternative type of commerce. It is forecasted that t-commerce system is used more than e-commerce system. Therefore more and more t-commerce-related industries are also recognizing that t-commerce is a critical business model. It is needed to understand the concept of t-commerce and develop the t-commerce marketing strategy. CEO analyses consumer's behaviors according to the data about buyers and applies the advantage of t-commerce to the communication with customers. This t-commerce system plays an important role in maximizing customer satisfaction and affecting their intention to reuse it. Therefore this paper attempts to identify T-commerce critical success factors and divide between use-intention group and unuse-intention group by taking out a discriminant function by the discriminant analysis. This lays a foundation in developing T-commerce strategy. According to the discriminant function extracted, convenience factor, amusement factor, system quality factor, product perception factor are significant in the sequence of influential degree. However, usefulness factor and speedy connection factor are not significant. In result, the target hitting rate is 77.9% in the first unuse-intention group and it is 95.2% in the second use-intention group. The total discriminant target hitting rate is computed to higher value, 86.55%. The statistic package, SPSS 12.0, is used to survey and analyse data and test the hypothesis. The validity and reliability of variables are verified by both reliability analysis and factor analysis. The discriminant analysis is used to tell the difference between use-intention group and unuse-intention group.

  • Internet users' desire to share shopping experiences has resulted in the appearance of the paradigm shift called social commerce, which combines social media with commerce. However, while foreign market realizes social commerce in a various way, current domestic social commerce market still seems to be highly filled with social shopping sites offering 50 percent discount, thus causing concerns about market distortion from a cutthroat competition. In order to overcome the limitations of social commerce remaining in the early stage, and to enhance the communication among consumers, this study conducted an empirical study on the social-commerce business models design based on context. The results of the study brought the imaginary, optimal combination model by conjoint analysis, using the segmented group through cluster analysis. To overcome the uniformity of social commerce and to enhance communication among consumers, the context-based optimal combination model should be proposed as the alternative social commerce business model in the domestic market which remains as a simple group-purchase function. Furthermore, this study will be used as an informative reference designing customer oriented service model for social commerce business.

  • This study proposes a framework to investigate the factors of mobile web success in the context of e-commerce, and the relative importance of these success factors in selecting the most preferred mobile web. First, the Updated Delone and Mclean IS success model (2003) is chosen to extract significant mobile web success factors in the context of e-commerce. Second, it is extended through applying an Analytic Network Process (ANP) approach for investigating the relative importance of each factor and ranking alternative mobile webs in the context of e-commerce. The choice of success measure is a function of the context, which is the objective of this study. Thus, the present study is aimed at evaluating the success of an e-commerce mobile web by customizing measures of the Updated Delone and McLean IS Success model according to the context.
