  • In the existing ISP methods, the important' role of enterprise value is usually ignored or not recognized in the information systems planning (ISP). Besides, in some ISP methods, there is a connotative precondition that the main body of value is always the enterprise stakeholder. Thus, in ISP, the enterprise stakeholders‘ value has been recognized while the value of other main bodies has been neglected, which has resulted in boycott and other problems in normalization construction. Based on the existing ISP analysis frame and ways, this article analyzes the enterprise fundamental principle of enterprise value acting on ISP and defines the formation of enterprise value. On the basis of Keeney's analysis way of value focused thinking for decision-making, we induct the factors of enterprise value into the ISP method and set forth such an ISP process: (1) identify the aggregation of enterprise value; (2) conform the objective structure of enterprise levels; (3) determine the appraisal standard for enterprise fundamental objectives; (4) determine the basic structure for information systems ; (5) confirm the data requirements for information systems; (6) give appraisal and comment.

  • Due to the advancement of virtual reality technology, virtual idols are widely used in industrial and cultural content industries. However, it is difficult to utilize virtual idols' social perceptions because they are not properly understood. Therefore, this paper collected and analyzed YouTube comments to identify differences about social perception through comparative analysis between virtual idols and general idols. The dataset was constructed by crawling comments from music videos with more than 10 million views of virtual idols and more than 10,000 comments. Keyword frequency and TF-IDF values were derived from the collected dataset, and the connection centrality CONCOR cluster was analyzed with a semantic network using the UCINET program. As a result of the analysis, it was found that virtual idols frequently used keywords such as "person," "quality," "character," "reality," "animation," while reactions and perceptions were derived from general idols. Based on the results of this analysis, it was found that while general idols are mainly evaluated with their appearance and cultural factors, social perceptions of virtual idols' values are mixed with evaluations of cultural factors such as "song," "voice," and "choreography," focusing on technical factors such as "people," "quality," "character," and "animation." However, keywords such as "song," "voice," "choreography," and "music" are included in the top 30 like regular idols and appear in the same cluster, suggesting that virtual idols are gradually shifting away from minority tastes to mainstream culture. This study aims to provide academic and practical implications for the future expansion of the industry and cultural content industry of virtual idols by grasping the social perception of virtual idols.

  • This study looked through the text mining analysis to check the status of the virtual assistant service, and explore the needs of consumers, and present consumer-oriented directions. Trendup 4.0 was used to analyze the keywords of AI services in Online News and social media from 2016 to 2020. The R program was used to collect consumer comment data and implement Topic Modeling analysis. According to the analysis, the number of mentions of AI services in mass media and social media has steadily increased. The Sentimental Analysis showed consumers were feeling positive about AI services in terms of useful and convenient functional and emotional aspects such as pleasure and interest. However, consumers were also experiencing complexity and difficulty with AI services and had concerns and fears about the use of AI services in the early stages of their introduction. The results of the consumer review analysis showed that there were topics(Technical Requirements) related to technology and the access process for the AI services to be provided, and topics (Consumer Request) expressed negative feelings about AI services, and topics(Consumer Life Support Area) about specific functions in the use of AI services. Text mining analysis enable this study to confirm consumer expectations or concerns about AI service, and to examine areas of service support that consumers experienced. The review data on each platform also revealed that the potential needs of consumers could be met by expanding the scope of support services and applying platform-specific strengths to provide differentiated services.

  • Purpose This study aims to analyze the current status of consumer awareness on Internet banks by conducting a full investigation and collecting user opinions presented on Google Play. After cateogorizing the current dissatisfaction, we would like to present not only the direction of the Internet bank service of but also the improvements of the platform. Design/methodology/approach Using opinion mining, subjectivity analysis, polarity analysis, and polarity information analysis of comments were conducted step by step to extract negative and positive keywords. The extracted keywords analyzed the weights of the frequently appearing positive and negative keywords using the TF-IDF model. Based on previous studies that negative information is more sensitive to positive information, we tried to confirm the connection, proximity, and mediation of negative keywords. Semantic Network Analysis (SNA) was used to visualize the connection relationship between the negative comment keywords of the three Internet banks. Findings Domestic Internet banks such as Kakao Bank, K-Bank, and Toss Bank have attracted a lot of attention even before they were established, and after establishment, they have secured a wide range of users through platforms that are completely different from existing banks. This study found out that the convenience of the app affects the opening and transaction of non-face-to-face accounts, which are characteristics of domestic Internet banks, which also affects the bank's business strategy. In addition, this study shows that the business characteristics of the company can be identified.

  • In online communities, a large number of participants can exchange their opinion using replies without time and space restrictions. While the online space provides quick and free communication, it also easily triggers unnecessary quarrels and conflicts. The network established on the discussion participants is an important cue to analyze the confrontation and predict serious disputes. In this paper, we present a quantitative measure for polarity observed on the discussion network built from reply exchanges in online communities. The proposed method uses the comment exchange information to establish the user interaction network graph, computes its maximum spanning tree, and then performs vertex coloring to assign two colors to each node in order to divide the discussion participants into two subsets. Using the proportion of the comment exchanges across the partitioned user subsets, we compute the polarity measure, and quantify how discussion participants are bipolarized. Using experimental results, we demonstrate the effectiveness of our method for detecting polarization and show participants of a specific discussion subject tend to be divided into two camps when they debate.

  • Users' comments after online shopping are critical to product reputation and business improvement. These comments, sometimes known as e-commerce reviews, influence other customers' purchasing decisions. To confront large amounts of e-commerce reviews, automatic analysis based on machine learning and deep learning draws more and more attention. A core task therein is sentiment analysis. However, the e-commerce reviews exhibit the following characteristics: (1) inconsistency between comment content and the star rating; (2) a large number of unlabeled data, i.e., comments without a star rating, and (3) the data imbalance caused by the sparse negative comments. This paper employs Bidirectional Encoder Representation from Transformers (BERT), one of the best natural language processing models, as the base model. According to the above data characteristics, we propose the F_MixBERT framework, to more effectively use inconsistently low-quality and unlabeled data and resolve the problem of data imbalance. In the framework, the proposed MixBERT incorporates the MixMatch approach into BERT's high-dimensional vectors to train the unlabeled and low-quality data with generated pseudo labels. Meanwhile, data imbalance is resolved by Focal loss, which penalizes the contribution of large-scale data and easily-identifiable data to total loss. Comparative experiments demonstrate that the proposed framework outperforms BERT and MixBERT for sentiment analysis of e-commerce comments.

  • As a public medium and one of the big data sources that is accumulated informally and real time, online news comments or replies are considered a significant resource to understand mentalities of article readers. The comments are also being regarded as an important medium of WOM (Word of Mouse) about products, services or the enterprises. If the diffusing effect of the comments is referred to as the degrees of agreement and disagreement from an angle of WOM, figuring out which characteristics of the comments would influence the agreements or the disagreements to the comments in very early stage would be very worthwhile to establish a comment-based eWOM (electronic WOM) strategy. However, investigating the effects of the characteristics of the comments on eWOM effect has been rarely studied. According to this angle, this study aims to conduct an empirical analysis which understands the characteristics of comments that affect the numbers of agreement and disagreement, as eWOM performance, to particular news articles which address a specific product, service or enterprise per se. While extant literature has focused on the quantitative attributes of the comments which are collected by manually, this paper used text mining techniques to acquire the qualitative attributes of the comments in an automatic and cost effective manner.
