This paper presents a new approach to describing the meanings of English relative clauses with the theoretical framework of Conceptual Structure Theory (henceforth CST)which builds on the pionerring work of Sowa. And this paper aims at proposing some extensions to his work. CST describes the conceptual structrures of sentences with conceptual graphs(henceforth CG). which have begun to be used as an intermediate language in natural language processing and machine translation of computer.CGs are composed of concept types and conceptual relation types. They are a system of logic for semantic representation of sentences. This paper focuses on showing the differences of the CGs according to the functions of English relative clauses. English relative clauses are divided into restrictive and nonrestrictive uses. And this paper describes a restrictive clause with a CG including a expression.which derives from the viewpoint of Montague-semantics and Nom-S Analysis. This paper deals mainly with the relative clauses of double restroction as an example of restrictive relative clauses. The description of a nonrestrictive relative clause does not need any-expression, for it doesn's involve the meaning of set.And this paper links the CG of an appositive relative clause, which is a kind of nonrestrictive clauses,to the concept of the antecedent in the main clause. The description of a nonrestrictive relative clause with adverbial meaning is strated with two CGs for the main clause and the relative clause. They are linked with an appropriate intersentential conceptual relation type according to the contextual realtions between them. This paper also presents a CG of a sentential relative clause, which gives a comment on the main clause.
Objectives : It will be necessary to make statement about the competence targeted in the dental hygienic education that adopts the competence-based curriculum from the standpoint of core competence which the students need to be equipped with in the society. As online learning forms centered on video lectures become more common and constantly increasing, the video-based learning environment applying various educational methods is also changing and developing to enhance learning effectiveness. Learner's log data has emerged for measuring the effectiveness of education in the online learning environment, and various analysis methods of log data are important for learner's customized learning prescriptions. To this end, the study analyzed learner behavior data and predictions of achievement by machine learning in video-based learning environments. As a result, interactive behaviors such as video navigation and comment writing, and learner-led learning behaviors predicted achievement in common in each model. Based on the results, the study provided implications for the design of the video learning environment.
Today, most web pages are being created in the blogspace or evolving into the blogspace. A blog entry (blog page) includes non-traditional features of Web pages, such as trackback links, bloggers' authority, tags, and comments. Thus, the traditional rank algorithms are not proper to evaluate blog entries because those algorithms do not consider the blog specific features. In this paper, a new algorithm called "Blog-Rank" is proposed. This algorithm ranks blog entries by calculating bloggers' reputation scores, trackback scores, and comment scores based on the features of the blog entries. This algorithm is also applied to searching for information related to the users' queries in the blogspace. The experiment shows that it finds the much more relevant information than the traditional ranking algorithms.

Today, the number of vehicle increased rapidly with the development of modem science technology, and it caused serious problems; traffic jam, accident and pollution etc. One of the solve methods these problems it is necessary to develope the vehicle navigation systems and it is already widely used to in field of military etc. Vehicle navigation system can increase the efficiency of traffic flow and offer at a drivers at a best driving conditions. In the vehicle navigation, most important thing is to measure of correct position. There are classifiable as three types. The first is G.P.S., method at artificial satellites which measures the present position and velocity any time, any where in the world at the same time. Secondly, a vehicle can determine its position and path information with a gyroscope and odometer signal, which is called Dead-Reckoning method. Thirdly, hybrid navigation system is the combined of two methods to make utilize the advantage of each navigation system. In the paper, we are analyzed to characteristics at a gyro sensor and introduce at a composition of hybrid navigation system which is combined with the G.P.S., D.R., and map-matching technique. We analyze deeply for the Map-Matching method and explain the coordinate transformation for G.P.S., and the Hybrid navigation algorithm is developed and experimented. Finally, we conclude and comment about our road test results.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the information science education provided by the undergraduate courses of the departments of library science of the Korean universities by looking at major topics included in the syllabi distributed to students in the past three years. It is important to determine the evaluation of the professional education for information specialists by the graduates of the departments of library science who have acquired a critical appreciation of their professional studies and speak from experience about the relavance of the programme to their work and careers, and by the managers of information service units where the graduates would eventually make their careers. Specifically, the study addresses the following four questions. (a) To what excent do the information science curricula contribute to advancement of theory and practice of the information profession? (b) To what extent do the information science curricula contribute to students in acquiring the knowledge and skills required of the information specialist? (c) To what extent are the employers' concerns reflected in the information science curricula? (d) What reforms are needed to bring the current information science curricula closer to the present and future needs of the information profession? To answer these questions, the study is conducted in two main parts: an in-depth subject analysis of the articles of three important journals in the field of information science published during the past ten years and of the syllabi used for information science subjects taught in the departments of library science during the past three years and an extensive survey of the graduates of departments of library science and their principal employers. The major findings are as follows. The average number of 4.1 subjects of information science is offered in departments of library science, and the most common subjects offered are introduction to information science, information storage and retrieval, and library automation. Approximately two thirds of the total output of research and development in the field of information science are taught at one or more departments of library science in Korea. Majority of the graduates of the departments of library science comment that their professional education did not offer to them systematic orientation to the specifics of the first job. The employers of the graduates believe that departments of library science should provide sufficient practicums to enable students to understand and apply the theory.

Although fake news has been present in human history at any time, nowadays, with social media, deceptive information has a stronger effect on society than before. This article answers two research questions, namely (1) Is the dissemination of fake news supported by machines through the automatic construction of filter bubbles, and (2) Are echo chambers of fake news manmade, and if yes, what are the information behavior patterns of those individuals reacting to fake news? We discuss the role of filter bubbles by analyzing social media's ranking and results' presentation algorithms. To understand the roles of individuals in the process of making and cultivating echo chambers, we empirically study the effects of fake news on the information behavior of the audience, while working with a case study, applying quantitative and qualitative content analysis of online comments and replies (on a blog and on Reddit). Indeed, we found hints on filter bubbles; however, they are fed by the users' information behavior and only amplify users' behavioral patterns. Reading fake news and eventually drafting a comment or a reply may be the result of users' selective exposure to information leading to a confirmation bias; i.e. users prefer news (including fake news) fitting their pre-existing opinions. However, it is not possible to explain all information behavior patterns following fake news with the theory of selective exposure, but with a variety of further individual cognitive structures, such as non-argumentative or off-topic behavior, denial, moral outrage, meta-comments, insults, satire, and creation of a new rumor.
The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between corporate reputation and the profitability. In this study, Big Data Analysis was conducted for Hyundai Motor, Shinsegae Department Store, SK Telecom, and Amorepacific to solve research problems. The results of this study show that the effect of each corporate reputation on the profitability is different according to the company. For products such as Hyundai Motor and Amorepacific that are used directly by consumers, the corporate reputation formed by the comments was more influential. In addition, distribution Service company such as Shinsegae Department Store showed more influence by online news. On the other hand, SK Telecom did not have a significant effect on profitability. Based on the results, this study emphasizes the importance of online news and comments on corporate reputation management, and aims to contribute to establishing an efficient reputation management strategy by examining the relationship between corporate reputation and profitability.
