수중 운동체를 위한 측면 공격 유도 기법 (Development of side attack guidance law for an underwater vehicle)

  • In this paper, two side-attack guidance laws for an underwater vehicle are considered. In order to find the guidance command, we first make use of the optimal guidance law with terminal impact angle constraint. Secondly, the optimal solution of tracking problem is used. This paper shows some brief theory which is used in deriving the side-attack guidance laws, and the method of computing these guidance laws. Simulations on underwater vehicle for a constant moving target prove that the suggested side-attack guidance laws have enhanced side attack performance over the optimal guidance law with miss distance weighting only. Furthermore, from simulation results. we conclude that the guidance law using the optimal solution of tracking problem is more efficient for the side-attack guidance than the optimal guidance law with terminal impact angle constraint.

네트워크 기반 무인기 제어 통신시스템을 위한 지상국 안테나 패턴 설계 (Ground Station Antenna Pattern Design for Network-Based UAV Command and Control Communication Systems)

  • 네트워크 기반 무인기 제어통신 시스템을 위한 복잡도와 성능을 고려한 지상국 최적 안테나 패턴 설계 방식을 제시하였다. 다수개의 측면 섹터와 한 개의 상향 섹터로 구성되는 지상국 안테나의 섹터 수, 수평/수직 빔폭, 틸팅각도 등 안테나 설계 파라미터의 변화에 따른 수직/수평 각도 별 안테나 이득을 모델링하고, 가상의 3차원 공간 내에서 각 파라미터의 변화가 신호 대 잡음 비 (SNR : signal to noise ratio) 분포에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 다양한 파라미터 중 측면 섹터의 틸팅 각도가 성능에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는데, 지상국 간 거리가 길수록, 최고 고도가 높을수록, 측면 섹터 수가 작을수록 틸팅 각도를 낮춰야 함을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 최저 SNR 최대화 측면에서는 측면 섹터 수직 빔폭을 늘리는 것이 유리하지만 평균 SNR 측면에서는 수직 빔폭을 줄이는 것이 유리함을 확인하였다.

  • 현대 사회의 과학기술 발전으로 유비쿼터스 시대가 도래함에 따라 사회적으로 사물인터넷 환경에서 발생하는 데이터에 관한 관심이 증가하였다. 하지만 기존 사물인터넷 플랫폼은 대용량 데이터에 대한 통계 처리와 같이 많은 처리량을 요구하는 조회 요청 처리에 어려움이 있다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 조회 요청에 대한 요구사항을 유연하게 수용할 수 있고 조회 성능을 향상 시킬 수 있는 사물인터넷 플랫폼을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 플랫폼은 별도의 읽기 데이터베이스를 도입하여 평균 응답시간 측면에서 약 1200배의 성능 향상을 보였으며, 객체 모델을 명령 사이드와 조회 사이드로 분리함으로써 객체의 복잡도를 낮춰 플랫폼에 대한 다양한 요구사항을 빠르게 수용할 수 있도록 하였다.

  • This paper shows an autopilot design example with simulation results for a medium range surface-to-air missile used to intercept fast maneuver targets. The missile is assumed to use both aerodynamic fins and side thrusters to achieve fast time response. The steady-state maneuver capability of the missile is assumed to be enough at high altitude to engage usual maneuvering targets. Side thruster is used to get an extremely rapid acceleration response at high altitude where the missile´s aerodynamic control effectiveness is weak.   • DSRC system is a communication system that consists of road side equipment and on board equipment to provide services of communication technology for intelligent transportation systems. In this paper, we carry out a short-range dedicated high-speed wireless communications via DSRC system based on board equipment that is installed in the vehicle and road side equipment through wireless channels of communication. on board equipment is system that have a memory which initialization information is stored, it loads physical layer and MAC layer, LLC layer, L7 layer in turn. In the upper, it should analyze the various commands that are sent from roadside base stations, and carry out the operation which is in accordance with the command. and also it designs the structure of protocol stack which is TRM Layer loaded that is to initialize on L7 layer and MAC layer and efficiently designs operation between on board equipment and the road side equipment.

Intravenous Flurbiprofen Axetil Enhances Analgesic Effect of Opioids in Patients with Refractory Cancer Pain by Increasing Plasma β-Endorphin

  • Background: The study aimed to investigate the analgesic effect of a combination of intravenous flurbiprofen axetil and opioids, and evaluate the relationship between refractory pain relief and plasma ${\beta}$-endorphin levels in cancer patients. Materials and Methods: A total of 120 cancer patients was randomly divided into two groups, 60 patients took orally morphine sulfate sustained-release tablets in group A, and another 60 patients receiving the combination treatment of intravenous flurbiprofen axetil and opioid drugs in group B. After 7 days, pain relief, quality of life improvement and side effects were evaluated. Furthermore, plasma ${\beta}$-endorphin levels were measured by radioimmunoassay. Results: With the combination treatment of intravenous intravenous flurbiprofen axetil and opioids, the total effective rate of pain relief rose to 91.4%, as compared to 82.1% when morphine sulfate sustained-release tablet was used alone. Compared with that of group A, the analgesic effect increased in group B (p=0.031). Moreover, satisfactory pain relief was associated with a significant increase in plasma ${\beta}$-endorphin levels. After the treatment, plasma ${\beta}$-endorphin level in group B was $62.4{\pm}13.5pg/ml$, which was higher than that in group A ($45.8{\pm}11.2pg/ml$) (p<0.05). Conclusions: Our results suggest the combination of intravenous flurbiprofen axetil and opioids can enhance the analgesic effect of opioid drugs by increasing plasma ${\beta}$-endorphin levels, which would offer a selected and reliable strategy for refractory cancer pain treatment.

DSP를 이용한 부스트 컨버터의 전류 제어기 설계 및 구현 (Design and Implementation of a Current Controller for Boost Converters Using a DSP)

  • This paper introduces a method for design and implementation of a current controller for boost converter operating in continuous conduction mode (CCM) using a digital signal processor (DSP). A Proportional-Integral (PI) type current controller outputs an average voltage command for inductor, used in the input side of the boost converter, and the duty-ratio of PWM (pulse width modulation) signal for switching device is directly calculated from the average voltage command. The gains of the PI current controller are selected such that the current response characteristics are the same as those of a first-order low-pass filter. The proposed current control scheme is implemented using a DSP based on fixed-point math operations and an experimental study has been performed to validate the proposed method.

  • This paper is concerned with a mixed control with aerodynamic fin and side thrust control applied to an agile missile using a dynamic inversion and a time-varying control technique. The nonlinear dynamic inversion method with the weighting function allocates the desired control inputs(aerodynamic fin and side thrust control) to achieve a reference command, and the time-varying control technique plays the role to guarantee the robustness for the uncertainties. The proposed schemes are validated by nonlinear simulations with aerodynamic data.

Performance Evaluation of Node.js for Web Service Gateway in IoT Remote Monitoring Applications

  • The growth of mobile devices in Internet of Things (IoT) leads to a number of remote and controlling system related IoT applications. For instance, home automation controlling system uses client system such web apps on smartphone or web service to access the home server by sending control commands. The home server receives the command, then controls for instance the light system. The web service gateway responsible for handling clients' requests attests an internet latency when an increasing number of end users requests submit toward it. Therefore, this web service gateway fails to detect several commands, slows down predefined actions which should be performed without human intervention. In this paper, we investigate the performance of a web server-side platgorm based event-driven, non-blocking approach called Node.js against traditional thread-based server side approach to handle a large number of client requests simultaneously for remote and controlling system in IoT remote monitoring applications. The Node.JS is 40% faster than the traditional web server side features thread-based approach. The use of Node.js server-side handles a large number of clients' requests, then therefore, reduces delay in performing predefined actions automatically in IoT environment.

  • This paper proposes a modified hysteresis current control method based on space vector modulation. The proposed method differs from former works in that it uses effective voltage vectors instead of zero vectors while not significantly increasing the circuit complexity. The circuit uses outer band that is slightly wider than the usual current limit band (inner band) to detect the phase of current command and thereby the region information. The comparator output signals associated with the inner and outer band are used to determine the proper voltage vector that minimizes the current error and number of switching, with simple logic circuitry. The utilization of effective voltage vector is of particular importance when the ac-side emf is relatively large. Both the simulation and experiment show that the proposed method is more effective than the conventional one that uses zero vectors, in reducing the number of switching over a range of ac-side emf variation.
