The purpose of this study was to define the moaning and features of humor in modern fashion. by examining how it's being grafted into fashion, based on artistic expression including collage, assemblage, photo montage, graffiti, transformation, distortion, exaggeration and optical illusion. Beside. humor of fashion is to examine not only laugh and fun but also formative expression and creativity. Furthermore, it is to enlarge the range of conception for future fashion. The findings of this study could be described as below: The features of humorous fashion by collage and assemblage boiled down to unexpectedness, disharmony and creativity. The photo montage was marked by popularity, reproduction and recreativity, and graffiti was characterized by attention, simpleness, and amusement. And there were unexpectedness, creativity and strangeness in transformation, distortion, magnification and optical illusion. The meaning of humorous fashion that carries such features could eventually be summarized into the followings : First, the fashion, from which collage, assemblage, photo montage. graffiti, transformation, distortion, magnification and optical illusion were detected. could be sorted out into several categories that used different things : introduction of objects of different nature, dramatic impression and wit based on photo montage technique, introduction of comic components and infant image, and destruction of aesthetic principles. Second, the substance of humor in art could be applied to fashion design as well as visual art. Humor is a property related to accidental, unexpected incident, behavior, situation or idea, and it puts laugh, disharmony or awkwardness in fashion. Third, spicing fashion with humor could serve to draw people's attention, break down the barrier among people exposed to dry sentiment, and connect the public with art.

Purpose: The present study purposed to investigate the current state of harmful business places around schools and to survey and analyze how much middle school students know about school environment hygiene purification zones, which have not been much effective. Methods: In addition, this study clarified the problem of harmful environment around schools by inquiring into students' value and perception on worsening harmful environment around schools and provided basic materials necessary for making policies on school education and the protection of educational environment. For these purposes, we conducted a questionnaire survey of 1,000 middle school students in Gyeonggi-do on their perception on harmful environment around their schools, and drew conclusions as follows. Result: Students' knowledge about the School Health Act was low, and they generally thought that the law does not play its role substantially and efficiently in purifying and regulating harmful environment and regulations are superficial and temporary. To the question of whether harmful businesses observe laws for purifying environment around schools, most of the students replied negatively. In actuality, as most of harmful businesses running at school environment hygiene purification zones are stationeries with game rooms, comic book stores, PC rooms, etc., which are highly accessible to students, they become serious problems in school environment. Conclusion: As it is required to make continuous and systematic surveys and researches on the school environment hygiene purification zones, we need to manage school environment efficiently through cooperation among the government, education offices and individual schools.

Extractive fermentations with the extract of Jerusalem artichoke in an aqueous-two-phase-system of polyethyleneglycol(PEG) and dextran(Dx) were investigated to obtain the effects of composition of PEG and Dx on both fermentation ,characteristics and partition ratio of alcohol. The specific growth rate of K. Fraglis CBS 1555 increased with a decrease of concentration of PEG and Dx. It augmented along with concentration of initial sugar up to 80g/l but decreased thereafter. The specific production rate of alcohol showed a rising tendency up to 100g/lof initial sugar, whereafter represented a decreasing trend. The partition ratio of alcohol between two phases augmented according to decrease of Dx comic. and increase of PEG cone. regardless of initial sugar concentrations. The ratio, however, decreased with Increment of initial sugar concentration at constant composition of PEG and Dx. The partition coefficient of alcohol had an ascending effect to the increase of PEG cone, but it had little effect on the changes of concentrations of Dx and initial sugar. The present study suggests that the optimum composition of PEG and Dx in the aqueous-two-phase-system by extractive fermentation were around 6.5%(w/v) of PEG and 3%(w/v) of Dx in considerations of emulsion state, sedimentation and separation of two phases, alcohol partition ratio, and specific growth rate.

The purpose of this study is to examine the state of the character fashion which is worn everyday by people regardless of their sex, class, and age after the 1960's, and to look at its significance. Under the influence of mass media, TV, film, comic and popular music exercised its power over the modern living after the 1960's. Such culture has its character in youth, aspiration of wide spread and overflow of the visual image. While active life style and increase of time spent on sports and leisure created the casual trend in fashion. In addition to Pop Art leads to the usage of sign and symbol on clothes, and this created a trend called 'character fashion'. Character fashion can be divided into 'motive' and 'expression'. Motive then is segmented by the 'person' that includes an impersonated figure and 'symbol' of picture or figure with a special meaning. However, expression can be classified by 'one's belonging' which can be a sports team, school or a group. Also, by the 'message' of the phrase or letter. The meaning contained in character fashion by the various motive and expression can be classified as unisex, ego screaming, and escapism.

Jean-Charles de Castelbajac is gaining worldwide recognition as a designer who is not conscious of fashion and meet the desire of times. Castelbajac's works can be devided into three periods. 1. Creative challenge period. (1968~78) - His works started from creative challenge against haute-couture attract with practical design and extraordinary textile use. 2. Artistic development period. (1979~88) - He made unique ideas with the four primary colors affected by modern formative art. Pop-art clothes using cartoon or graffito were highlighted. 3. Aesthetic maturity period. (1989-now) - He received chevalier of Arts and the Letters at 1989. He was acquainted with other many designers in the world at 1990s, and his works came to mature. The aesthetic qualities in Castelbajac's works can be identified with the following themes. 1. Geometrical simplicity - Geometrical form without decoration and unnecessary lines used for the most comfortable cloth to wear and act gives an impression of explicitness and intelligence. 2. Humorous decoration - An unique idea having wit and humor shows his philosophy that must be new, vital and delightful. 3. Parody presentation - Pictures or people are reorganized 9Y work philosophy, then that get satirical and comic effects. 4. Pop-art image - Using mass communication media like a cartoon, figures, flag, graffiti, it produces clear and bright image.

본 논문은 한국저작권위원회의 저작권 R&D 과제(과제명 : 북스캔 어문/만화 저작물 식별 및 복제방지 기술 개발)에서 연구 중인 북스캔 도서 저작물 식별 기술연구로 북스캔 만화 저작물과 함께 북스캔 도서를 효과적으로 식별할 수 있는 기술 개발을 통하여 북스캔 만화 및 도서 저작물의 건전한 생태계 기반 조성을 목적으로 한다. 본 논문은 기 연구된 북스캔 만화 저작물 식별 시스템에 추가적으로 도서 저작물 식별 시스템을 통합 구현한 모델을 제시하고자 한다. 최근 들어 고화질 스캐너와 보정 소프트웨어들을 이용한 도서의 불법 복제가 확산되고 있어 만화와 함께 도서에 대한 식별 기술을 제공하여 무차별적 복제로 인한 저작권자들의 피해를 줄이는데 본 연구가 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.

Objectives: This study was conducted to determine the status of the awareness of "school environmental sanitation and cleanup zone system" and to identify the level of harmful perception by shops. Methods: The survey was conducted using a self-administered questionnaire method online via the homepage of the education ministry's student health information center. A total of 293 schools (126 primary schools, 62 middle schools, and 45 high schools) was selected by using a stratified probability sampling. Results: Some 32.1% of all subjects knew the law of school environmental sanitation and cleanup zone system. The mean of harmful perception was 3.01 (very harmful: 4, harmful: 3, little harmful: 2, no harmful: 1). Regarding the types of high level of harmful perception of shops, adult good shops (3.53), hostess bar (3.52), karaoke bar (3.47), Cigarette vending machines (3.47), Adult only theater (3.47) and Phone sex room (3.37) were high. Singing room (2.29), dance school (2.45), tourist hotel (2.58), comic room (2.59), mini game console (2.66), hotel (2.77), billiard hall (2.81), PC room (2.83) were relatively low in the level of harmful perception. Conclusions: National government-level management and supervision will be necessary to prevent adolescent access to harmful shops.

All costumes used for dramatic effect delivers the character's individual data such as sex, age, social position, job, personality, and sense of values in the scene and leads the progress of drama as a media that describes psychological condition and image of the drama etc. symbolically. Therefore, it has a meaning of finding out the importance of film costume, recognizing the traditional culture through the expression and creativity limited to the age in expression, finding out the unique Korean beauty and succeeding it to the future generation. The film is the first costume drama in Korea, which is remake work of Lt;Les Liasions dangereuses, 1782> in the age of the King Jeongjo in Joseon Dynasty. And is comic costume drama that the story goes as a man of the noblest birth debuts as a filthy novel writer. Both films have remarkable grace, elegance and magnificence as having Joseon Dynasty on the background, and treats irregularities and dissipation hidden in the noble society that looks elegance on the surface. There are three aesthetic symbolism in films, naturalism neat beauty, traditionality expressed.

국내 자본시장의 개방으로 주가변동에 따른 위험분산 외국의 단기성자금에 의한 국내증권시장의 교란을 억제하고 투자활성화를 위해 도입된 주가지수선물의 헤징은 다른 종류의 금융선물 및 상품선물거래 도입을 촉진하게 될 것이고 이는 결국 국내 금융기관 국제경쟁력을 높이고 우리 금융시장 선진화를 앞당기는데 기여할 것이다. 또한 위험분산기능과가격발전기능을 통해 경제안정과 경제활동 원활화에도 큰 도움을 줄 것으로 기대된다. 결국주가지수선물시대가 열림에 따라 국내 주식시장에 따라 지수편입종목의 거래량 확대, 선물지수의 변동으로 초래될 주식시장의 변화에 대해서도 보다 높은 관심을 가져야 할 것으로 판단된다.

It is by the mad scientists that the ontological and epistemological turn was made in that scientific era. They achieved a scientific revolution although they were regarded as eccentric, comic, unsound, and evil ones in the dark and dismal labs. Likewise, a scientist who would like to create an anomaly, something novel and abnormal, tended to be considered mad and treated as such either because of his scientific theory which differed from those of other scientists or because his obstinate methodology was often blamed for its immorality and profaneness. Despite the fanciful purpose and the anomalous way in which the mad scientists did their experiments, these were attempts to explore new scientific terrain and find something new or unexpected, which often raised controversies between the old paradigm and the new one. As Thomas Kuhn manifests, subsequently, "an older paradigm is replaced in whole or in part by an incompatible new one" and then, "there must be a conflict between the paradigm that discloses anomaly and the one that later renders the anomaly lawlike." In that sense, Frankenstein's, Jekyll's, and Moreau's eerie challenges can be interpreted as efforts to achieve the ambitious goal of solving the scientific mysteries of the world in such unfavorable environmental conditions as specified in the three novels.
