Ventilation of buildings provide occupants with comfort and plays a very informant role in supplying indoor ventilation requirement. Also, natural ventilation is more comfortable than forced ventilation taking account of mental comfort. Especially factors, airflow velocity and direction etc., should be reflected in establishment of comfortable indoor environment because indoor airflow can directly affect comfort of occupants. However, a device which enables indoor air movement to be analyzed has not existed until now. Hence, it has mostly depended on simulation results of fluid analysis but the results often differ far from reality. PST(Particle-Streak-Tracking) System, an alternative to improve this problem, is currently applied to natural ventilation in building, air conditioning, and airflow analysis in the inside of a plane etc. This study closely examine the property and strength and weakness of PST that is first introduced into KICT and then evaluate applicable possibility.

The results analyzing the interior space of optician's store for application of VMD are as follows. The optician's stores tend to utilize their space not just for one function, but for multiple purposes. It is becoming bigger in size and is showing that it is spending more space for marketing purposes. In the future, optical store needs to provide convenience for the customers and as a Semi-Medical space, in order to receive trust, it needs to have Test-area, Work-area, improvement in environment, and of course, a comfortable space where the customers can sit back and relax. Taking a look at the features of design, the colors and the use of materials in domestic areas has been somewhat restricted. But international areas has been using diverse colors and materials for bright and comfortable atmosphere. Now, the optician's stores has to produce various atmosphere through different and brilliant colors and materials from other stores to be more efficient and to be highly competitive.

The urban land is incapacitated to grow and correspond to demand the space in urban area. And recently, rapid increasing of population and complex of urban function on pushed to develop the underground space. In Korea, the underground space development in inefficient in aspect. because development of underground space have not consistent and systematic planning method in underground environment inclounding interion design, extererior design. Therefore this study is suggested the design element for comfortable underground living environment and assortment on utilization of underground space. The results of this study on utilization are security of space through land use efficiency, conservation of historical place, building and natural environment, and technological characteristics, mental image. Accordingly, this study is proposed design element that make comfortable underground space as aspect from stimulation and diversity, sapciousness and feeling of warmth and dryness to compensate improper image of underground space, spacial orientation and way finding.

Somatotype is a very important factor for the comfortable and safe work environments. Many researches are trying to find the characteristics of somatotype according to age. Thus, the main objective of this study is to analyze somatotype of male residents in Seoul. The data used in this study included 267 men subjects who are living in Seoul. In order to analyze a detailed somatotype of citizens, age groups are divided into six groups. In order to compare and analyze data, Coefficient of Variance, Cronbach's Alpha, $R\ddot{o}hrer$ Index and Drop Value were used in this study. The results of this study can be applied to the comfortable and safe work environments for workers.

This study wanted to find out what college students thought about family participated delivery and what concerns they had. To this end, eight college students aged 20 to 25 were interviewed three times. The data collection period was from March 20 to April 10, 2021. Interview materials were collected and interpreted simultaneously using the Giorgi method, a phenomenological research method. As a result of the analysis, 29 semantic units were derived, 12 subcomponents were grouped again, and five categories were formed as final components. The five categories of thoughts on the participated delivery of college students consisted of Responsibility, Happiness, Stability, Shame, and Anxiety. Based on the above meaning, college students were found to be comfortable with their families and to be more comfortable with birth happiness, while also feeling the risk of infection and shame as women. Accordingly, this study suggests that when participating in the delivery of family participation of college students who will be future parents, a systematic protocol will be established to thoroughly prepare for infection and protect women's privacy.

This paper presents a stochastic model predictive control (SMPC) for stop maneuver of autonomous vehicles considering perception uncertainty of stopped vehicle. The vehicle longitudinal motion should achieve both driving comfortability and safety. The comfortable stop maneuver can be performed by mimicking acceleration profile of human driving pattern. In order to implement human-like stop motion, we propose a reference safe inter-distance and velocity model for the longitudinal control system. The SMPC is used to track the reference model which contains the position uncertainty of preceding vehicle as a chance constraint. We conduct simulation studies of deceleration scenarios against stopped vehicle in urban environment. The test results show that proposed SMPC can execute comfortable stop maneuver and guarantee safety simultaneously.

Comfortable sleeping itself is thought to be very much important to have great influence upon remaining lives. Bed-clothes can be an essential factor of comfortable bedding. Korea that has four seasons requires different blanket each season. The Koreans make change of use of the quilt at least 2 to 3 times a year. The quilt may vary depending upon use of either Ondol or bed. Brand bedding governs quilt market. Brand bedding shops have good cognition of customers to be located at the place easy to find out and to have various kinds of products and excellent designs and to take the lead in all of the areas. Non-brand bedding products are difficult to compete with brand products at the bedding market. This study investigated cases of not only management of non brand bedding but also competition between brand bedding and non brand bedding. First, How does non brand bedding elevate competitiveness to win at competition with brand bedding? Second, How dose non brand quilt's approach to consumers and sales strategies?

This research examined the validity of whether the PMV index-based comfort- or uncomfort-indoor environments could be classified by the facial skin temperature, one of the physiological indicator for human. To do this, we distinguished between a comfort thermal environment and an uncomfort thermal environment using the PMV value, and then facial skin temperatures were measured in both environments. As a result, the facial skin temperature of occupants were different between the comfort- and uncomfort-indoor environments. It suggested that the facial skin temperature could be used in shaping the comfortable indoor environment based on the PMV index. While this result suggested the PMV index-based on comfort and uncomfort indoor environments could not be valid, because the facial skin temperature was lower in the uncomfort thermal environment than in the comfort thermal environment.

This study was performed to observe the effect of micro-wave diathermy and ultrasonic-wave diathermy on the craniomandibular disorder patients. 19 patients were classified into 12 acute and 7 chronic groups according to the duration of 6 months. They were treated with micro-wave diathermy and ultrasonic-wave diathermy for 2 weeks and pain, maximum comfortable opening, active range of motion were checked before and after therapy. Electromyographic activities of temporal and masseter muscles were also measured at physiologic rest position, clenching and mastication before and after therapy. The obtained results were as follows : 1. After treatment, pain were reduced and active range of motion and maximum comfortable opening were increased. 2. Temporoal and masseter muscle activities of post-treatment in rest position, clenching and mastication were lower than those of pre-treatment. 3. In rest position, temporal and masseter muscle activities of pre-treatment on affected sides were higher than those on unaffected sides, but there were no differences in muscle activities between affected ad unaffected sides on clenching and mastication in pre and post-treatment respectively. 4. There were no significant differences in active range of motion, pain and maximum comfortable opening between acute and chronic groups in pre and post-treatment but there were significant differences between pre-treatment and post-treatment in acute and chronic groups respectively. 5. Muscle activities of masseter and temporal muscles in acute and chronic patients were reduced in rest position after treatment.
