Research on Technology Production in Chinese Virtual Character Industry

  • The concept of Virtual Character has been developed for a long time with people's demand for cultural and entertainment products such as games, animations, and movies. In recent years, with the rapid development of concepts and industries such as social media, self-media, web3.0, artificial intelligence, virtual reality, and Metaverse, Virtual Character has also expanded new derivative concepts such as Virtual Idol, Virtual YouTuber, and Virtual Digital Human. With the development of technology, people's life is gradually moving towards digitalization and virtualization. At the same time, under the global environment of the new crown epidemic, human social activities are rapidly developing in the direction of network society and online society. From the perspective of digital media content, this paper studies the production technology of Virtual Character related products in the Chinese market, and analyzes the future development direction and possibility of the Virtual Character industry in combination with new media development directions and technical production methods. Consider and provide reference for the development of combined applications of digital media content industry, Virtual Character and Metaverse industry.

다품종 소량생산 공정을 위한 규칙기반 공정관리 시스템 (Rule-based Process Control System for multi-product, small-sized production)

  • 다품종 소량생산 공정에서는 동일 특성을 가지는 제품의 제작 개수가 절대적으로 적기 때문에 전통적인 공정제어 기법인 통계적 공정관리(Statistical Process Control)를 적용하기에는 어려움이 많이 존재한다. 그러므로 통계적인 접근법과 아울러 다양한 제품 특성을 규정짓기 위한 다양한 조건의 조합으로 이루어지는 SPEC규칙, 그리고 엔지니어의 경험에 기반한 노하우가 응집되어 있는 KNOWHOW규칙을 유연하게 설정하여 공정을 제어할 수 있는 규칙기반 공정관리 기술의 접목이 필요하다. 본 연구는 다품종 소량생산 공정에 적용 가능한 규칙기반 공정관리(Rule-based Process Control) 시스템을 제안하고, 이 시스템을 실제 반도체 생산 공정에 적용하여 그 성과를 검증하였다.

  • This study has resulted in the following findings. First, Using more than 30% of GBFS to replace FA enabled bleeding control through improved fluidity. Moreover, it has been confirmed that effective strength and proper quality can be achieved when it was applied as a backfilling material with higher early strength than the base material. Second, When using more than 30% of FNS to replace sand, it was found that adding 0.3~0.35 of the AE agent is effective for bleeding control through improved fluidity. Third, When using more than 30% of both GBFS and FNS in combination, it was found that adding 0.3~0.35 of the AE agent is effective for bleeding control through improved fluidity. Also, it was confirmed that proper mixing of 15~60% of GF secured the effective strength and desired quality as a refiller and joint filler material.

  • In this study, the engineering characteristics of CLSM mixed with GBFS and GF were identified to review the applicability as a replacement material and further evaluate the recharge and field applicability as a joint filler material. First, Using more than 30% of GBFS to replace FA enabled bleeding control through improved fluidity. Second, When using more than 30% of FNS to replace sand, it was found that adding 0.25~0.35 of the AE agent is effective for bleeding control through improved fluidity. 발효 미생물에 따른 누에동충하초 발효산물의 특성 (Characteristics of the Fermentation products of Paecilomyces tenuipes Fermented Using Different Microorganisms)

  • 누에동충하초의 유효성분 증가 및 흡수력 향상을 위한 발효식품을 개발하기 위하여 유산균, 고초균, 낫토균, 효모 등 4종의 미생물을 이용하여 각 미생물을 사용할 수 있는 다양한 조합으로 단 발효와 복합 발효를 시도한 15가지의 모든 경우의 수를 미생물 접종 조건으로 하여 발효산물을 제조하였다. 각 조건의 발효산물의 당도, 환원당, 단백질 함량 등 기본 성분의 함량 변화와 총폴리페놀, 총플라보노이드, 항산화 활성, tyrosinase 저해활성, 혈전 용해 활성 등 건강식품 개발에 요구되는 항목들의 활성을 분석하였다. 그 결과 대부분의 발효산물에서 환원당과 단백질 등 함량은 다소 낮아졌으나 효모를 이용하여 발효한 발효산물에서는 당도가 높아져 단맛이 증가하였으며, 총 폴리페놀과 항산화 활성은 발효 전 누에동충하초에 비해 발효산물에서 증가를 보이지는 않았지만 총플라보노이드와 tyrosinase 저해활성 및 혈전용해 활성에서는 발효에 의해 증가효과를 나타냈다. 특히, 효모를 이용한 복합 발효균에서 대부분 활성의 증가를 나타냈으나 효모만을 이용한 단 발효에서는 그 활성의 증가를 확인할 수 없었다. 따라서 유산균과 효모를 이용한 복합 발효 조건에 대한 추가적인 연구를 통해 더욱 탁월한 건강기능효과를 가지는 누에동충하초 발효식품을 개발한다면 국민 건강 증진 및 양잠농가의 소득증대에도 기여할 것으로 기대한다.

ED-XRF (Energy Dispersive X-ray Fluorescence spectrometer)를 이용한 콩 원산지 판별 (Discrimination of geographical origin for soybeans using ED-XRF)

  • 본 연구는 무기성분을 활용하여 국산 콩과 외국산 콩의 원산지 판별법을 개발하기 위해 수행하였다. 2018년도에 수집한 국산 100점, 미국, 중국, 베트남, 태국으로 구성된 외국산 97점에 대하여 ED-XRF를 이용하여 총 26종 무기성분의 농도를 산출하였다. T-test, ANOVA, CDA 분석을 통해 원산지판별에 영향을 주는 주요 변수로 5종(P, Ni, Br, Zn, Mn)의 무기성분을 선발하였다. 원산지 판별식을 설정한 결과 감응도 91.0%, 선택성 95.9%, 효율성 93.4%를 나타냈다. 2019년도에 수집한 국산 30점, 외국산 30점으로 원산지 판별식을 검증한 결과 국산 예측률 93.3%, 외국산 예측률 100.0%를 나타냈다. 복잡한 전처리 없이 ED-XRF와 통계처리를 통해 국산 콩과 외국산 콩을 판별할 수 있는 실용적인 판별 체계를 구축하였으며 부정유통 단속을 위한 과학적인 근거자료로서 활용이 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

결장직장암 한약제제 임상시험 가이드라인 개발을 위한 한약제제 대조군 임상시험 고찰 (Analysis of Existing Guidelines and Controlled Clinical Trials for Development of [Guideline of Clinical Trials with Herbal Medicinal Products for Colorectal Cancer])

  • Objectives: This study aimed to ascertain what should be considered in the "Guideline for Clinical Trials with Herbal Medicinal Products for Colorectal Cancer" by analyzing the existing guidelines and clinical trials. Methods: The development committee searched guidelines for herbal medicinal products for colorectal cancer that have already been developed. Then, clinical trials for colorectal cancer using herbal medicine were searched. The searched trials were analyzed in terms of inclusion and exclusion of participants, intervention, comparator, outcomes and trial design. Then, we compared the results of our analysis with the regulations and guidelines of the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety in order to identify the issues we will have to consider when making the "Guideline for Clinical Trials with Herbal Medicinal Products for Colorectal Cancer". Several guidelines for anti-tumor agents and clinical trials with herbal medicinal products were searched on the national institution homepage. In addition, 12 articles were searched using a combination of the following search terms: 'colorectal neoplasms', 'herbal medicine', 'Medicine, Korean traditional', 'Medicine, Chinese Traditional', 'medicine, East Asian medicine', 'medicine, Kampo', etc. Results: The characteristics of participants were various, such as people with medical histories of surgeries or recurrent cancers or who complained of chemotherapy-induced side effects. The types of interventions were also various and included decoctions, powders, intravenous fluids, intraperitoneal injections and gargles. Comparators used included placebos and conventional treatments. The outcome measurements used in the studies were quality of life, symptom score, tumor response, and survival duration, etc. Safety was evaluated by recording adverse events. Conclusions: Findings were made by reviewing existing guidelines and comparing them with clinical trials for colorectal cancer and herbal medicinal products. These results will be utilized in the development of the "Guideline for Clinical Trials with Herbal Medicinal Products for Colorectal Cancer".

타이트 핏 여성 스포츠 상의 제품 생산현황조사 (Survey of the Present Situation of the Production of Tight Fit Women's Sportswear Top Products)

  • This study investigated the current production of women's sportswear tights among a total of 813 yoga, gym and training tights on the market to provide basic data for the development of women's sportswear tight tops. The results found the following: First, according to the analysis of women's sportswear tight tops by brand, polyester, nylon and polyurethane were most used. In addition, elastic, breathable and quick-dry, sweat absorbent products were commonly found. In terms of design, crew neck and sleeveless styles were popular. In addition, mesh was frequently applied to the top of the chest and upper part of the back. The size was mostly marked in S, M and L, and the size range was very large by brand. For color, achromatic color was most common. In terms of price, 'KRW 50,000-100,000' was frequently found. Second, yoga tights were compared to gym & training wear. In the case of yoga tights, elastic, various products in diverse design (e.g., crew neck, sleeveless, long sleeve, etc.) and colors (e.g., red, black, etc.) made of breathable and water-absorbing fabric were most produced. In particular, a combination of mesh materials was common. In gym and training wear, crew neck and short-sleeve styles in achromatic color made of elastic, breathable and quick-dry, seat absorbing fabric were most produced.

The Effect of Modified Atmosphere Packaging and Addition of Rosemary Extract, Sodium Acetate and Calcium Lactate Mixture on the Quality of Pre-cooked Hamburger Patties during Refrigerated Storage

  • The effect of modified atmosphere packaging (MAP; 30% $CO_2$+70% $N_2$ or 100% $N_2$) and an additive mixture (500 ppm rosemary extract, 3,000 ppm sodium acetate and 1,500 ppm calcium lactate) on the quality of pre-cooked hamburger patties during storage at $5^{\circ}C$ for 14 d was evaluated. The addition of the additive mixture reduced aerobic and anaerobic bacteria counts in both 30% $CO_2$-MAP (30% $CO_2$+70% $N_2$) and 100% $N_2$-MAP (p<0.05). The 30% $CO_2$-MAP was more effective to suppress the microbial growth than 100% $N_2$-MAP, moreover the 30% $CO_2$-MAP combined with additive mixture resulted in the lowest bacterial counts. The hamburger patties with additive mixture showed lower CIE $L^*$ and CIE $a^*$, and higher CIE $b^*$ than those with no additive mixture. The 30% $CO_2$-MAP tended to decrease the TBARS during storage regardless of the addition of additives. The use of 30% $CO_2$-MAP in combination with additives mixture was effective for maintaining the quality and extending the shelf-life of pre-cooked hamburger patties.

프로폴리스를 이용한 숙취 해소 음료의 알콜 분해 효과 (The Effect of Hangover Drink using Propolis on Ethanol Oxidation)

  • 천연발효물질인 프로폴리스를 이용하여 숙취 해소 음료를 개발하고 그에 따른 알콜 대사에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 프로폴리스 농축액과 다양한 약용식물의 농축액을 사용하여 숙취 해소 음료를 개발하였다. 배합원료 각각의 알콜 분해 능력을 검토한 결과, 프로폴리스와 가시오가피 추출액이 가장 큰 분해 능력을 보였다. 타 회사 제품과의 알콜 분해 능력을 비교한 경우 급성 주정 중독량 (kg당 4g)을 경구 투여하였을 때 유의적인 차이를 보이지 않았다. 그러나 주정중독량 지표보다 약 1/3을 감소시킨 kg당 1.8 L의 술을 경구 투여한 경우, 프로폴리스 음료는 270분이 경과했을 때 0.026%, 360분이 경과했을 때에는 0.000%의 혈중알콜농도를 나타내었다. 이것으로 보아 프로폴리스 음료는 섭취알콜의 양이 많을 경우에는 큰 차이가 없었지만, 일정량의 알콜을 섭취할 경우에는 매우 뛰어난 알콜 분해 효능이 있음을 알 수 있었다.
