Study on the Individual Characteristic Factor by the Inspection of Face Colour and Tongue & the Auscultation and Olfaction (면색(面色), 설진(舌診), 음성(音聲) 문진(聞診)에서의 개체성(個體性) 관찰에 대한 문헌적 연구)

  • In order to the excellent differentiation of syndromes, we study on the individual characteristic factor by the inspection of face colour and tongue & the auscultation and olfaction. To the subject of diagnosis special books and diagnostics textbook of korean medicine, we arrange the individual characteristic factor by the inspection of face colour and tongue & the auscultation and olfaction. The inspection on the individual characteristic factor was analyzed the face colour, inspection of tongue. The auscultation and olfaction on the individual characteristic factor was analyzed the 25 types by the five-voice (五音) in Huang Di Nei Jing (黃帝內經). As the results, the individual characteristic factor is very important item of the four methods of diagnosis and the differentiation of syndromes. And Therefore the process on four methods of diagnosis and differentiation of syndromesis is necessary to divide the signs of individual characteristic factor and the signs of disease.

Development of test methodology and detail standard for ECDIS (선박항해용전자해도시스템 인증 기준 및 시험기술 개발)

  • The marine electronic system for safe navigation such as ECDIS has been contributing to increase the safety of navigation, decreasing the mariner's load of navigation. The ECDIS should be developed and approved by international standard of IMO for performance standard and IEC for type-approval method and required results. However, these standards have some ambiguities for us not to directly adopt them for real approval system, so we should analyze them for more clear meaning and prepare our own detail standard for type-approval system. The first thing to do for the goal of this research was to analyze the standard in detail and make ambiguity be cleared in our own standards, considering each test item in view of test methodology. For the result of analysis we could develop more evident and detail type-approval standard for each test item with test technology needed. Especially, we developed the colour differentiation test process of ECDIS monitor, which include the colour differentiation formula derived from CIE colour scheme. Several test items require sensor informations of navigation equipment compatible with IEC 61162. We also developed the signal simulator for general messages of IEC 61162 that must be provided. Additionally, the type-approval processes and standards for Back-up arrangement and RCDS mode were developed.

Sensory Image and Preference of the Color Green Shown in Modern Fashion - With Regard to Busan, Ulsan and Gyungnam Area - (현대패션에 나타난 그린 컬러의 감성이미지 및 선호도 - 부산, 울산, 경남 지역을 중심으로 -)

  • After drawing the sensory images from the color green, the difference of sensory images and the difference of the color green according to demographic characteristics and which factors affect the preference have been analysed. The thirty six-photos of 2013 women fashion show on the STYLE.COM were used for the stimuli of green colour fashion for the questionnaire. The people surveyed were adults in their 20s to 50s. The 123 copies of the questionnaire were used for the statistical analysis of this study. Factor analysis, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ test, t-test, ANOVA, Duncan test and Regression analysis test were carried out by SPSS 19 for the statistical analysis of collected data. The results were as follows. The sensory images of green fashion were drawn in six types. The sensory images of green fashion according to demographic characteristics showed a significant difference depending on martial status, age, monthly income and occupation. The preference of green colour fashion according to demographic characteristics showed a significant difference depending on sex, age, monthly income, occupation. The variables affecting the preference of green fashion were identified as four types, and the most affecting variable to the preference was the favorable and familiar factor. These research results will become available on selecting the target customer and making the marketing differentiation strategy when planning fashion products.

Rapd Analysis of Trichoderma Isolates for Superior Selection for Biopesticide Preparation

  • Thirty five isolates of Trichoderma species collected from seven different locations of Bangladesh were studied for morphological characters and molecular variation. Mycelial diameters of the isolates varied from 8.28 cm to 9.00 cm. Based on colony colour, isolates were grouped into five such as dark green, green, light green, yellowish green and whitish green. Maximum isolates were green and light green. On the basis of growth habit and colony consistency, the isolates were categorized into three groups, in which most species had fast growth and were compact in appearance. PCR-based Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA (RAPD) technique employing 3 decamer primers produced 36 scorable bands of which all (100%) were polymorphic. The co-efficient of gene differentiation (Gst) was 1.0000 reflecting the existence of high level of genetic diversity among the isolates. The Unweighted Pair Group Method of Arithmetic Means (UPGMA) dendrogram constructed from Nei's (1972) genetic distance produced 2 main clusters (13 isolates in cluster 1 and 22 isolates in cluster 2). The result indicating their genetic diversity has opened new possibility of using the most efficient and more isolates of Trichoderma in the preparation of biopesticide and decomposition of municipality waste.

Current Wheat Quality Criteria and Inspection Systems of Major Wheat Producing Countries (밀 품질평가 현황과 검사제도)

  • On the purpose to suggest an advanced scheme in assessing the domestic wheat quality, this paper reviewed the inspection systems of wheat in major wheat producing countries as well as the quality criteria which are being used in wheat grading and classification. Most wheat producing countries are adopting both classifications of class and grade to provide an objective evaluation and an official certification to their wheat. There are two main purposes in the wheat classification. The first objectives of classification is to match the wheat with market requirements to maximize market opportunities and returns to growers. The second is to ensure that payments to glowers aye made on the basis of the quality and condition of the grain delivered. Wheat classes has been assigned based on the combination of cultivation area, seed-coat color, kernel and varietal characteristics that are distinctive. Most reputable wheat marketers also employ a similar approach, whereby varieties of a particular type are grouped together, designed by seed coat colour, grain hardness, physical dough properties, and sometimes more precise specification such as starch quality, all of which are genetically inherited characteristics. This classification in simplistic terms is the categorization of a wheat variety into a commercial type or style of wheat that is recognizable for its end use capabilities. All varieties registered in a class are required to have a similar end-use performance that the shipment be consistent in processing quality, cargo to cargo and year to year, Grain inspectors have historically determined wheat classes according to visual kernel characteristics associated with traditional wheat varieties. As well, any new wheat variety must not conflict with the visual distinguishability rule that is used to separate wheats of different classes. Some varieties may possess characteristics of two or more classes. Therefore, knowledge of distinct varietal characteristics is necessary in making class determinations. The grading system sets maximum tolerance levels for a range of characteristics that ensure functionality and freedom from deleterious factors. Tests for the grading of wheat include such factors as plumpness, soundness, cleanliness, purity of type and general condition. Plumpness is measured by test weight. Soundness is indicated by the absence or presence of musty, sour or commercially objectionable foreign odors and by the percentage of damaged kernels that ave present in the wheat. Cleanliness is measured by determining the presence of foreign material after dockage has been removed. Purity of class is measured by classification of wheats in the test sample and by limitation for admixtures of different classes of wheat. Moisture does not influence the numerical grade. However, it is determined on all shipments and reported on the official certificate. U.S. wheat is divided into eight classes based on color, kernel Hardness and varietal characteristics. The classes are Durum, Hard Red Spring, Hard Red Winter, Soft Red Winter, Hard White, soft White, Unclassed and Mixed. Among them, Hard Red Spring wheat, Durum wheat, and Soft White wheat are further divided into three subclasses, respectively. Each class or subclass is divided into five U.S. numerical grades and U.S. Sample grade. Special grades are provided to emphasize special qualities or conditions affecting the value of wheat and are added to and made a part of the grade designation. Canadian wheat is also divided into fourteen classes based on cultivation area, color, kernel hardness and varietal characteristics. The classes have 2-5 numerical grades, a feed grade and sample grades depending on class and grading tolerance. The Canadian grading system is based mainly on visual evaluation, and it works based on the kernel visual distinguishability concept. The Australian wheat is classified based on geographical and quality differentiation. The wheat grown in Australia is predominantly white grained. There are commonly up to 20 different segregations of wheat in a given season. Each variety grown is assigned a category and a growing areas. The state governments in Australia, in cooperation with the Australian Wheat Board(AWB), issue receival standards and dockage schedules annually that list grade specifications and tolerances for Australian wheat. AWB is managing "Golden Rewards" which is designed to provide pricing accuracy and market signals for Australia's grain growers. Continuous payment scales for protein content from 6 to 16% and screenings levels from 0 to 10% based on varietal classification are presented by the Golden Rewards, and the active payment scales and prices can change with market movements.movements.
