전문도서관의 전자자료 장서개발정책에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Collection Development Policy of Electronic Materials of Special Libraries)

  • 본 연구는 전문도서관 중에서 경제사회 분야 전문도서관의 일반적인 현황과 전자자료의 장서개발 현황을 수서 업무와 장서개발정책에 중점을 두고 조사 분석하여, 실제로 전자자료의 장서개발에 활용할 수 있는 장서개발정책 수립 방안을 제시하는데 있다. 연구 결과 전문도서관의 전자자료 장서개발정책을 수립하기 위한 방안을 제시하면 첫째, 전문도서관 운영의 기본방향과 목표에 따라 단계별로 전자자료의 장서개발과 관련된 여러 요소를 성문화된 정책으로 명시한다. 둘째, 전자자료의 정책을 수립하기 위해 도서관 내에 도서선정위원회 또는 장서개발위원회 등과 같은 조직을 구성해야 한다. 셋째, 전자자료가 일반적으로 인쇄자료에 비해 고가이며, 전문지식을 필요로 하므로 단독으로 구입하기보다는 전문도서관간에 협력을 바탕으로 컨소시엄을 구성하고 유리한 조건에서 구입 비용을 절감해야 한다. 넷째, 전자자료 장서개발 사서는 전자정보 환경에서의 역할과 전문성을 갖출 수 있도록 실질적인 장서개발 업무능력을 제고해야 한다. 다섯째, 전자자료의 활성화를 위해 예산 확보를 위한 정책적인 전략을 세워야 할 것이다.

The Effect of Computerized Tax Services in Improving Tax Performance Moderated by Governance

  • This study aims to evaluate the effect of computerized tax services in improving tax performance by moderating governance principles in Jordanian tax income departments. The study is based on a questionnaire distributed to income tax auditors, who were chosen by the simple random sampling method, so that 170 questionnaires were subjected to statistical analysis. The study models were formulated in the form of simple and multiple regression equations to test the hypotheses of the study, in addition to relying on One Sample T-test to calculate the mean of questionnaire answers. The most prominent research results is that the application of tax governance principles through the provision of computerized tax services is reflected in the increase in confidence between taxpayers and income tax departments, the efficiency of tax performance, and tax proceeds. Also, the study pointed out the importance of the income tax departments to prepare strategic plans regarding the development and the follow-up of modern technologies related to computerized tax services. It especially regards linking and collecting tax from taxpayers such as via electronic tax payment and collection system, in order to ensure the speed of completion, accuracy of calculation, and raising the efficiency of tax performance.

모바일 배달 전문 플랫폼의 서비스 특성이 지각된 용이성과 고객 만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of a Mobile Platform for Food Delivery Services on Perceived Ease of Use and Customer Satisfaction)

  • This study aims to analyze how specific features of a mobile platform such as economic feasibility, interactivity, safety, and design are correlated with perceived ease of use and customer satisfaction, targeting those who purchase delivery food on a mobile platform dedicated to delivery services. A survey was conducted on customers who had bought delivery food on a mobile platform and the data collection was conducted from August 19, 2019 to September 18, 2019, using 300 mobile platform service users. A total of 300 copies were retrieved. 249 valid samples of 300 copies were analyzed with SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23, and In addition, programs including SPSS and AMOS were used for the analysis of frequency, confirmatory factor, reliability and validity, correlation and structural equation model. Major findings of such analysis are as follows. First, design characteristic of a mobil platform had relevant impacts on perceived ease of use. However, economic feasibility, interactivity, and safety did not significantly affect perceived ease of use. Second, perceived ease of use had a significantly influenced on the extent of customer satisfaction. Hence, from practical and academical point of views based on the results of this analysis, this study is expected to provide directions and some practical and useful implications for a mobile platform for food delivery services.

금융분야의 플랫폼 기반 마이데이터 서비스 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of Platform-based MyData Service in Financial Industry)

  • Amid the global movement to harness individual data and boost the data economy, MyData services that utilize personal data are being implemented in earnest in the financial sector in Korea due to the government's active encouragement policy. To this end, MyData service providers must have a service system for business operators that collects and efficiently loads personal information scattered in various financial institutions with individual consent, and comprehensively analyzes and provides it. The system must not only have strict security management capabilities, but also be built in a flexible form that takes into account future data scalability and additional services. In this paper, it has been proposed to be implemented the essential functions that MyData service system must have and the core functions that can manage the entire data life cycle from data collection, distribution to disposal in the form of a platform. In addition, the strengths of the platform structure were reviewed, and the effectiveness of the platform model was examined upon application.

  • The purpose of this study is to form a different evaluation method of academic libraries in Korea. In order to this product life cycle and product portfolio matrix have been used. While they are based upon products and services, their general concept is useful for library managers as they help to distinguish which books have potential for growth. Writer tried to transform them into book life cycle and book portfolio matrix as a tool for assessing the quality of stock on the library shelves. With this method, writer a n.0, ppraised practically the Sociology Collection of Pusan National University Library by the state of usage and classified them into four groups that were development books, growth books, maturity books, and declining books.

  • Recently, interest in smart factories is increasing. Investments to improve intelligence/automation are also being made continuously in manufacturing plants. Facility automation based on sensor data collection is now essential. In addition, we are operating our factories based on data generated in all areas of production, including production management, facility operation, and quality management, and an integrated standard information system. When producing LCD polarizer products, it is most important to link trace information between data generated by individual production processes. All systems involved in production must ensure that there is no data loss and data integrity is ensured. The large-capacity data collected from individual systems is composed of key values linked to each other. A real-time quality analysis processing system based on connected integrated system data is required. In this study, large-capacity data collection, storage, integration and loss prevention methods were presented for optimization of LCD polarizer production. The identification Risk model of inspection products can be added, and the applicable product model is designed to be continuously expanded. A quality inspection and analysis system that maximizes the yield rate was designed by using the final inspection image of the product using big data technology. In the case of products that are predefined as analysable products, it is designed to be verified with the big data knn analysis model, and individual analysis results are continuously applied to the actual production site to operate in a virtuous cycle structure. Production Optimization was performed by applying it to the currently produced LCD polarizer production line.

  • 현재 정보통신 기술의 발달에 상응하여 지능형 교통 시스템(ITS)은 네트워크 기반으로 실시간 교통 정보를 제공하기 위해 CCTV, GPS, VDS, 루프 검지기, 영상 검지기 등과 같은 다양한 방법으로 교통 정보 수집이 이루어지고 있다. 또한 정확한 정보 제공을 위해 정보의 수집 및 가공에 대한 많은 연구들이 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 텔레매틱스 기반의 효율적인 교통정보 수집을 위해 RFID 태그 정보를 이용하여 교통정보를 수집하여 보다 정확한 실시간 차량 정보를 제공하는 RFID 기반의 차량점보수집 시스템 모델을 제시하고자 한다.

  • 본 논문에서 개발하고자 하는 기술은 국내 FIT(Free Independent Tour) 버스관광객에게 보다 편리한 버스이용 방법과 버스관광에 적합한 관광콘텐츠를 통합된 서비스로 제공하기 위한 플랫폼에 관한 것이다. 최근 버스 이용 환경 개선이 이루어짐과 동시에 대중교통을 이용한 휴양 목적의 FIT 관광객이 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라서 관광객 수요에 부합하는 관광 플랫폼이 필요하다. 상세하게는 버스정보 제공 시스템을 보다 편리하게 이용할 수 있도록 버스정보 공공API를 활용하여 버스정보 제공 알고리즘을 구현하고, 관광정보와 버스정보의 연계 정보 제공을 위해 사용자 이용행태 데이터 수집모듈과 데이터마이닝 모듈을 구현하여 대중교통을 이용하는 FIT 관광객을 대상으로 버스관광 서비스 제공을 위한 버스정류소 기반 콘텐츠 플랫폼을 개발하는 것이다.

과학치안 기반 선제 대응 치안서비스 기술 동향 (Trend of Science Policing-based Preemptive Correspondence Police Service Technology)

  • Based on data provided by the science and technology knowledge infrastructure (ScienceON, 2017-2021), this paper reviews the research trends of domestic police services and related technologies, and describes the research and development direction of policing technology. For this purpose, the research was searched using the keywords science policing, smart policing, predictive policing, and policing. Policing technology is used for crime investigation (prevention), such as crime analysis and crime prediction. The collection of related data use urban infrastructure, the processing of data collected using technologies, such as artificial intelligence, and the utilization of data in police services (system) were summarized. In future, on-site support technology and crime investigation (prevention) technology for a preemptive correspondence to social threats and effective police activities must be developed. In addition, the quality of police services should be improved, a system to use police-related data should be developed, and the capabilities of police experts need to be strengthened.

Privacy-Preserving Estimation of Users' Density Distribution in Location-based Services through Geo-indistinguishability

  • 최근 들어 모바일 디바이스와 GPS(Global Positioning System)의 발전으로 다양한 위치 기반 서비스(Location-Based Servises, LBS)를 활용할 수 있게 되었다. LBS 사용자는 서비스를 이용하기 위해 자신의 위치 정보를 서비스 제공자에게 노출한다. 이 과정에서 개인의 민감한 정보를 침해할 가능성이 있으므로 사용자의 위치 데이터를 변조하여 프라이버시를 보존할 수 있는 Geo-indistinguishability(Geo-Ind) 기법이 많이 활용되고 있다. 그러나 Geo-Ind 기법으로 인하여 사용자로부터 변조된 데이터를 수집하는 경우, LBS 제공자는 사용자 분포에 대한 정확한 정보를 얻을 수 없다. 그러므로 본 논문에서는 Geo-Ind 기법을 이용하여 사용자로부터 수집한 변조된 위치 데이터로부터 사용자 분포에 대한 정보를 정확하게 계산하기 위한 방법을 제안한다. 특히, Expectation-Maximization(EM) 기법을 이용하여 변조된 데이터로부터 사용자의 위치 분포를 정확하게 예측하기 위한 기법을 제안한다. 또한 실제 데이터를 이용해 제안 기법의 우수성을 입증한다.
