XML 기반의 응답자 주도형 실시간 설문조사 시스템의 설계 및 구현 (Design and Implementation of a Respondent-Based Real-Time Survey System Using XML)

  • 최근 인터넷 사용의 저변 확대가 가속화되면서 사회적 측면에서의 컴퓨터 활용도가 급증하고 있다. 특히 다양한 자료를 다루는 설문조사 시스템은 많은 시간과 노력을 필요로 하기 때문에 컴퓨터를 이용한 자동화된 설문 시스템 도입의 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 이에 따라 여론 수렴, 시장조사 등을 위한 설문조사 시스템의 개발이 독자적인 소프트웨어를 활용하거나 웹을 통한 온라인상에서 다각도로 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 다양한 형식을 지닌 설문 데이터를 처리하기 위해 XML과 QCL을 이용한 응답자 주도형 실시간 설문조사 시스템을 설계하고 구현한다.

Prediction Model of User Physical Activity using Data Characteristics-based Long Short-term Memory Recurrent Neural Networks

  • Recently, mobile healthcare services have attracted significant attention because of the emerging development and supply of diverse wearable devices. Smartwatches and health bands are the most common type of mobile-based wearable devices and their market size is increasing considerably. However, simple value comparisons based on accumulated data have revealed certain problems, such as the standardized nature of health management and the lack of personalized health management service models. The convergence of information technology (IT) and biotechnology (BT) has shifted the medical paradigm from continuous health management and disease prevention to the development of a system that can be used to provide ground-based medical services regardless of the user's location. Moreover, the IT-BT convergence has necessitated the development of lifestyle improvement models and services that utilize big data analysis and machine learning to provide mobile healthcare-based personal health management and disease prevention information. Users' health data, which are specific as they change over time, are collected by different means according to the users' lifestyle and surrounding circumstances. In this paper, we propose a prediction model of user physical activity that uses data characteristics-based long short-term memory (DC-LSTM) recurrent neural networks (RNNs). To provide personalized services, the characteristics and surrounding circumstances of data collectable from mobile host devices were considered in the selection of variables for the model. The data characteristics considered were ease of collection, which represents whether or not variables are collectable, and frequency of occurrence, which represents whether or not changes made to input values constitute significant variables in terms of activity. The variables selected for providing personalized services were activity, weather, temperature, mean daily temperature, humidity, UV, fine dust, asthma and lung disease probability index, skin disease probability index, cadence, travel distance, mean heart rate, and sleep hours. The selected variables were classified according to the data characteristics. To predict activity, an LSTM RNN was built that uses the classified variables as input data and learns the dynamic characteristics of time series data. LSTM RNNs resolve the vanishing gradient problem that occurs in existing RNNs. They are classified into three different types according to data characteristics and constructed through connections among the LSTMs. The constructed neural network learns training data and predicts user activity. To evaluate the proposed model, the root mean square error (RMSE) was used in the performance evaluation of the user physical activity prediction method for which an autoregressive integrated moving average (ARIMA) model, a convolutional neural network (CNN), and an RNN were used. The results show that the proposed DC-LSTM RNN method yields an excellent mean RMSE value of 0.616. The proposed method is used for predicting significant activity considering the surrounding circumstances and user status utilizing the existing standardized activity prediction services. It can also be used to predict user physical activity and provide personalized healthcare based on the data collectable from mobile host devices.

  • Recently in the Mongolian wireless marketplace, many E-commerce companies have been making considerable investments in the technological development of M-commerce, taking competitive advantage of new business possibilities offered by Internet-based wireless technologies. In the Mongolian wireless marketplace, this new mobile environment opens the door for new and exciting market opportunities in mobile services and applications. In the near future, these companies will be looking toward M-commerce services as a supplemental source of revenue in the mobile marketplace. This paper examines the roles of M-commerce in the consumers' in order to promote the consumers' loyalty in the booming M-commerce. This paper contains theory that focuses on the basic concepts of the M-commerce environment, its wireless network technologies, and its applications infrastructure. Upon searching for references to assist us in establishing a market hypothesis, we discovered that few comprehensive studies on consumer perspective and behavior related to M-commerce services actually exist in the literature. In the area of M-commerce, many companies neglect the consumer perspective, concentrating only on technological factors only when formulating their market strategies. And, due to technological blindness, many companies were not able to succeed in end-user E-commerce services. Given that fact, this paper formulates a consumer-centric research model. In order to prove the research model, we chose the survey method which allows for the collection of large amounts of data from a sizeable population in a highly economical way. Through the survey, this paper defines consumer's attitudes towards M-commerce services by identifying potential Business-to-Commerce(B2C) applications and its primary target groups in terms of gender and age, and by investigating whether consumers recognize the value proposition of M-commerce applications and services. As shown in the data analysis and results, this research concludes that M-commerce development in Mongolia is still at its infancy, and that the implementation of M-commerce depends not only on technological progress, but also on consumer attitudes and their willingness to adopt M-commerce services. As well, other complex cross-cultural factors-socially, economically, culturally, et cetera-enter strongly into the equation.

The role of corporate image and privacy concerns in adopting online travel services

  • Purpose This study examines the role of corporate image and privacy concerns in intention to use of online travel services using data from Vietnam. Design/methodology/approach The data collection was implemented to a student sample at the Foreign Trade University in Hanoi, which has a high concentration of young people who are interested in online travel in Vietnam. The paper based questionnaire was directly delivered to the respondents. After sorting to eliminate unfit samples, the number of responses was 541, which exceeds 500, the minimum number typically required. To test the hypotheses, we applied structural equation modeling (SEM) and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) was used to evaluate the reliability and validity of constructs in the model. We also used direct, indirect and total effect coefficient to evaluate the total impact of factors on the intention to use online services. Findings This study found that corporate image is positively associated to intention to use online services. It found a link between corporate image and privacy concerns, which suggests another way for firms to address their customers' privacy concerns; corporate image, which has received great attention in traditional offline sales channels, but not in online services, should receive higher attention in IS research. Online travel businesses, besides increasing ease of use, perceived usefulness and trust in their services, should focus on build a reliable corporate image, which can not only promote the service use but also help to eliminate users' the privacy concerns.

효율적 의사결정을 위한 빅데이터 활용 스마트 스페이스 플랫폼 연구 (Smart Space based on Platform using Big Data for Efficient Decision-making)

  • 전 세계 4차 산업혁명의 도래에 맞춰 한국은 적극적으로 국가적 대응계획 I-Korea 4.0을 수립하여 2017년 11월에 발표하였다. 이 계획은 국가성장을 위한 산업혁신과 사회문제 해결을 목표로 하고 있다. 부동산산업도 예외는 아니며 산업혁신을 위해서는 스마트환경에서 주거, 상업, 업무, 복합 등 다양한 가용공간의 효과적 활용이 선행되어야 한다. 이를 위해서는 효율적 의사결정이 필요하고 이는 공간수요자 행태의 실시간 정보와 정확한 예측이 이루어 질 때 가능하다. 이에, 본 연구는 빅데이터 기반 스마트 스페이스 플랫폼을 제안하고 플랫폼의 구조와 서비스를 구체화 시키고자 한다. 스마트 스페이스 플랫폼도 스마트 트래픽, 스마트 시티, 스마트 헬스 등 다양한 스마트환경 적용사례처럼 급속히 발전하고 있는 정보통신기술(ICT)을 이용해 빅데이터의 효율적 저장, 접근, 분석, 활용이 가능하다. 스마트 스페이스 플랫폼의 구조는 6개 레이어 즉, Collection layer, Transfer layer, Storage layer, Service layer, Application layer, Management layer로 구성된다. 이 플랫폼은 의사결정자들이 행위기반(activity-based), 시장기반(market-based), 정책기반(policy-based) 빅데이터를 Searching, Mining, Integrating, Storing, Analyzing, Visualizing 할 수 있는 서비스체계를 가지고 있다.

웹쉘 수집 및 분석을 통한 머신러닝기반 방어시스템 제안 연구 (A study on machine learning-based defense system proposal through web shell collection and analysis)

  • 최근 정보통신 인프라의 발달로 인터넷접속 디바이스가 급속하게 늘어나고 있는 실정이다. 스마트폰, 노트북, 컴퓨터, IoT디바이스까지 인터넷접속을 통하여 정보통신서비스를 받고 있는 것이다. 디바이스 운영환경이 대부분이 웹(WEB)으로 이루어져 있는 관계로 웹쉘을 이용한 웹사이버 공격에 취약하다. 웹쉘이 웹 서버에 업로드 될 경우 웹 서버의 제어가 손쉽게 이루어 질 수 있어서 공격빈도가 높은 것으로 확인된다. 웹쉘로 인한 피해가 많이 발생하면서 각 기업에서는 침입차단시스템, 방화벽, 웹방화벽등 다양한 보안장비로 공격에 대응하고 있지만, 현재 출시되는 대부분의 웹쉘 대응 장비는 패턴 기반으로 탐지가 이루어지기 때문에 웹쉘 변종에 있어서는 탐지가 어려우며 이런 특성으로 웹쉘 공격의 예방 및 대처하기 위해서는 기존의 체계와 보안소프트웨어만 가지고 대응 하기에는 힘든 상황이 현실이다. 이에 인공지능 머신러닝 과 딥러닝기법을 활용하여 알려지지 않은 웹쉘을 사전에 탐지하는 등 신규 사이버 공격에 대하여 대처 할 수 있는 인공지능 머신러닝 기반의 웹쉘 수집 및 분석을 통하여 자동화된 웹쉘 방어시스템에 대하여 제안하고자 한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 머시러닝기반 웹쉘 방어시스템 모델은 웹환경에 대한 사이버공격중의 하나인 악성 웹쉘에 대하여 수집, 분석, 탐지를 빠르게 하여,안전한 인터넷환경구축 및 운영시 필수적으로 적용이 필요한 웹정보보안 시스템 설계,구축에 많은 도움이 될 것으로 생각한다.

대학기록관 기록정보서비스의 현황과 발전 방안 실무자 면담을 중심으로 (Current Status and Future Development Direction of University Archives' Information Services : Based on the Interview with the Archives' Staff)

  • 대학기록관의 활성화를 위하여 다양한 이론적 연구가 이루어지고 있으나, 실제 현장에서 수행되는 서비스에 대한 연구는 부족한 편이다. 본 연구는 국내 대학기록관의 이용자 및 이용 기록에 대하여 파악하고, 현장에서 실제 제공되고 있는 기록정보서비스 종류와 한계를 알아보고 발전방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 주요 연구 목표는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 국내 대학기록관의 기록을 실제 이용하는 이용자들과, 기록 이용 목적, 그리고 이용 기록의 종류와 현황을 알아본다. 둘째, 국내 대학기록관에서 제공하는 기록정보서비스와 프로그램의 종류와 현황을 알아본다. 셋째, 국내 대학기록관에서 기록정보서비스를 시행하는 데에 있어서의 어려움과 계획하고 있는 서비스에 대해 알아보고, 서비스의 발전방안을 제시한다. 연구자는 이와 관련하여 대학기록관의 현장 실무자를 대상으로 면담을 통해 기록관에서의 기록정보서비스와 관련된 내용들을 파악하고자 하였다. 주요 연구 질문을 작성 후, 면담 질문지를 작성하고, 12곳의 대학기록관 실무자와 직접 면담과 이메일 및 전화 면담, 그리고 웹을 통한 조사를 수행하였으며, 면담 내용을 질문 주제별로 분석하였다. 연구자는 수집한 자료를 통해 연구 참여자 배경정보, 대학기록관 이용자의 종류 및 요구의 특징, 이용 기록의 종류와 목적, 대학기록관 제공 서비스의 종류 및 특성, 기록정보서비스 한계와 향후 계획에 대한 결과를 산출하였다. 이와 같은 연구 결과를 종합하여 대학기록관 기록정보서비스의 현황과 시사점을 분석하고, 발전 방안을 제시하였다. 즉 첫째, 기록의 효과적 수집과 이용 증진을 위하여 행정 부서 및 학생 단체와 교수 등과 같은 내부 구성원 조직과의 협력관계를 적극적으로 형성해야 한다. 둘째, 기록관은 행정기록과 수집기록 모두 갖추도록 해야 하며, 특히 해당 대학만이 확보할 수 있는 독특한 기록을 소장하도록 노력해야한다. 셋째, 대학기록관에 대한 인식을 높이고, 잠재적 이용자를 이끌 수 있는 다양한 부가 가치 활용촉진 서비스를 개발하여 제공해야 한다. 마지막으로 기록관이 당면한 인식 부족 및 기록 부족 등의 어려움을 해결하고 더 발전하기 위해서 아키비스트는 적극적으로 기록을 수집하고, 필요로 하는 곳에 기록을 찾아서 제공하는 적극적인 정보서비스를 제공해야한다고 제언하였다.

도서정보 기반의 고객 맞춤형 큐레이션 서비스 및 비즈니스 모델 연구 (A Study of a Personalized Curation Service and Business Model based on Book Information)

  • This study checks the conceptual definition of domestic book curation which is still in the beginning stage, the necessity of developing service and business, domestic and overseas case of relevant service. Further, the problem of book recommendation service and the difficulty anticipated in the embodiment of service are investigated together and the business model as new IT service is suggested to supplement them. Specifically, the collection of book information and customer information (interest and purchase pattern) and the procedure of mining the collected information and the process of embodying visualization was presented in the sector of service in the first place. Then, the technical transfer of developed solution and the construction cost and the method to impose commission over contents sales are presented in the sector of business. Diverse social and economic effects are expected to realize by developing and utilizing such services, namely, promoting the distribution of excellent book which were kept in dead storage so far due to lack of marketing support, recommendation readers the proper books which are convenient and necessary.

우리나라 초등학생들의 지역별 건강생활실천 비교 (Comparison of Elementary Students' Health Behaviors by Geographical Regions)

  • Background: Health promotion services should be provided based on clients' health promotion needs. To provide health promotion services for elementary students in Korea, health promotion needs by geographical regions should be analyzed. Purpose: To analyze elementary students' health behaviors by regions. Method: Elementary students of 4018 from large cities, 1636 from medium sized cities, 328 from rural areas were included. Data collection was done using items from National Health and Nutrition Survey and was collected by mail from schools. For data analysis, Chi-square test and multiple logistic regression were utilized. Result: From comparison of health behaviors, there were no significant differences between large cities and medium sized cities. However, there were significant differences between urban students and rural students in terms of fast food intake, breakfast, soft drink intake, sleeping hours, tooth brush, and obesity. Conclusion: Health promotion services, especially correcting unhealthy eating behaviors for rural elementary students should be focused.

Effectiveness of Home Health Care Service for Elders after Spinal Surgery

  • Purpose: This study was done to evaluate effectiveness of home healthcare services (HHCS) specialized for elders who received spinal surgeries. Methods: A non-equivalent control group pre-post test quasi-experimental study was performed. HHCS was developed based on the Rice model of dynamic self-determination for self-care. For data collection, a control group (n=23) and an experimental group (n=23) were selected by matching age, BMI, pain, general characteristics and type of spine surgery. Measurement tools to evaluate uncertainty and knowledge were developed by the authors. The Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) and Japanese Orthopedic Association Back Pain Evaluation Questionnaire (JOABPEQ) were used to evaluate pain levels. Muscular strength in the legs was measured using a digital muscle tester and tape ruler. Questionnaires were used to evaluate disability in performing ADL and psychological distress levels. Results: The experimental group showed significant decrease in uncertainty (p=.028), increased knowledge (p=.038), and partially decreased pain (p=.003-.331). Partial muscle strength increased significantly (p=.021-.644). Disability in performing ADL and psychological distress in the experimental group decreased significantly compared to control group (p=.002, p=.004). Conclusion: Results indicate HHCS is an efficient home care nursing program for these elders. Further experimental studies with larger samples are required to confirm effects of HHCS.
